This paper reviews a large number of scholarly articles in the housing field spanning the last thirty years, from 1993 to 2022 by implementing bibliometric analysis method. We examine scientific outputs, identify influential articles, journals, international collaboration and evolution of research trends. Keywords such as "Housing price," "Housing policy," "Affordable housing," "Homeownership," "Housing market," "Urban planning," and "Neighborhood" have been identified as the most prevalently cited terms during this period. Furthermore, the prominence of terms such as "China," "Gentrification," "Public housing," "Social housing," "Homelessness," "Migration," "Urbanization," "Energy," "Inequality," "Land use," "Gender," and "Foreclosure" have grown in importance, pointing to future research trends. The analysis also reveals that articles pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic predominantly address the comprehensive effects of the virus on aspects of mental and physical health, consumer behavior, and economic and societal challenges. The overall water quality of urban rivers is closely related to the community structure and the physiochemical factors in them. In this study, the bacterial communities and physiochemical factors of the Qiujiang River, an important urban river in Shanghai, were explored. Water samples were collected from nine sites of the Qiujiang River on November 16, 2020. The water quality and bacterial diversity were studied through physicochemical detection, microbial culture and identification, luminescence bacteria method, and 16S rRNA Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology. The water pollution of the Qiujiang River was quite serious with three water quality evaluation indexes, including Cd2+, Pb2+, and NH4+-N, exceeding the Class V standard set by the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (China, GB3838-2002), while the luminescent bacteria test indicated low toxicity of nine sampling sites. Through 16S rRNA sequencing, a total of 45 phyla, 124 classes, and 963 genera were identified, in which Proteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria, and Limnohabitans were the most abundant phylum, class, and genus, respectively. The Spearman correlation heatmap and redundancy analysis showed that the bacterial communities in the Qiujiang River were correlated with pH; the concentrations of K+, and NH4+-N, and the Limnohabitans were significantly correlated with the concentrations of K+, and NH4+-N in the Zhongyuan Road bridge segment. In addition, opportunistic pathogens Enterobacter cloacae complex and Klebsiella pneumoniae in the samples collected in the Zhongyuan Road bridge segment and Huangpu River segment, respectively, were successfully cultured. The Qiujiang River was a heavily polluted urban river. The bacterial community structure and diversity were greatly affected by the physiochemical factors of the Qiujiang River, and it displayed low toxicity while a relatively high infectious risk of intestinal and lung infectious diseases. Objective: To explore if acupoint injection can improve analgesic effects or delivery outcomes in parturients who received combined spinal-epidural analgesia (CSEA) and patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) for labor analgesia. Methods: A total of 307 participants were prospectively collected from July 2017 to December 2019. The participants were randomized into the combined acupoint injection with CSEA plus PCEA group (AICP group, n=168) and CSEA plus PCEA group (CP group, n=139) for labor analgesia using a random number table. Both groups received CSEA plus PCEA at cervical dilation 3 cm during labor process, and parturients of the AICP group were implemented acupoint injection for which bilateral acupoint of Zusanli (ST 36) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) were selected in addition. The primary outcome was Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score, and the secondary outcomes were obstetric outcomes and requirement of anesthetics doses. Safety evaluations were performed after intervention. Results: The VAS scores were significantly lower in the AICP group than in the CP group at 10, 30, 60, and 120 min after labor analgesia (all P<0.05). The latent phase of the AICP group was shorter than that of the CP group (P<0.05). There were less additional anesthetics consumption, lower incidences of uterine atony, fever, pruritus and urinary retention in the AICP group than those in the CP group (all P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint injection combined CSEA plus PCEA for labor analgesia can decrease the anesthetic consumption, improve analgesic quality, and reduce adverse reactions in the parturients. Environmental problems as well as their related ecosystem stress and human health risk in China have raised wide concerns along with the rapid economic development in recent years. Numerous studies with a sharp increase in publication number have addressed the ubiquitous of anthropogenic chemicals in various environmental compartments and human tissues. However, very few data were available to clarify the temporal trend and to give the retrospective analysis of chemical pollution in China. Environmental Specimen Bank (ESB) is a system for the systematic collection and long-term storage of specimens, which has been established since the 1970s in developed counties and recognized as a fundamental complement for environmental monitoring and scientific research. Currently, the value of ESB is becoming more broadly recognized globally, and China is still at the early stage. This article described the history and status and put forwarded the future key points of Chinese ESB development for illustrating the intensive environmental changes in China and the world. Stripe rust, caused by Puccinia striiformis Westend. f. sp . tritici Erikss., is a severe foliar disease of common wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) worldwide. Use of adult-plant resistance (APR) is an efficient approach to provide long-term protection of crops from the disease. The German spring wheat cultivar Naxos showed a high level of APR to stripe rust in the field. To identify the APR genes in this cultivar, a mapping population of 166 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) was developed from a cross between Naxos and Shanghai 3/Catbird (SHA3/CBRD), a moderately susceptible line developed by CIMMYT. The RILs were evaluated for maximum disease severity (MDS) in Sichuan and Gansu in the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 cropping seasons. Composite interval mapping (CIM) identified four QTL, QYr.caas- 1BL.1RS, QYr.caas- 1DS, QYr.caas- 5BL.3 and QYr.caas- 7BL.1, conferring stable resistance to stripe rust across all environments, each explaining 1.9-27.6, 2.1-5.8, 2.5-7.8 and 3.7-9.1 % of the phenotypic variance, respectively. QYr.caas- 1DS flanked by molecular markers XUgwm353- Xgdm33b was likely a new QTL for APR to stripe rust. Because the interval between flanking markers for each QTL was less than 6.5 cM, these QTL and their closely linked markers are potentially useful for improving resistance to stripe rust in wheat breeding. Phosphorus (P) is required for numerous developmental processes, such as flowering and reproduction, in maize (Zea mays L.). It is also an essential nutrient in fertilizers to sustain high yields in farmlands with insufficient available phosphate, particularly in acid soils in China. Flowering time is a key factor influencing the adaptation of maize to the local environment and is associated with high yields. However, few studies have focused on the genetic characteristics of flowering time under low phosphate conditions. In this study, a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population derived from a cross between X178 and 9782 was evaluated for three flowering time traits under two phosphates (Pi) levels at four locations. We found that low phosphate significantly delayed the flowering stage of maize and proposed the hypothesis of "Phosphorus Accumulation Effect". Mixed-model-based composite interval mapping was used to dissect the genetic basis of the flowering time traits. A total of 41 quantitative trait loci (QTL) was identified for the three flowering time traits through four procedures. Among these 41 QTL, 38 focused on four hot regions, including bin 2.02, bin 2.03, bin 5.04, and bin 6.01. These regions and linked markers should be the targets for fine mapping, map-based cloning, and marker-assisted selection of flowering time and phosphate utilization efficiency. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
