In this work, fabrication and characterization of a nanostructured rare-earth-doped ZnMoO4 will be reported. Photoluminescence properties and quantum efficiency of the rare-earth-doped ZnMoO4 with different dopant concentrations have been investigated. These samples were synthesized by sol-gel method. Lattice structure of the fabricated samples was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD); absorption spectrum was performed on UV-2600 photo spectrometer; PL excitation and emission spectra were recorded by Fluorescence Spectrometers; quantum efficiency was measured by an integrating sphere photoluminescence (PL) system. The results showed that the optimized doping concentration of Eu3+ was around 10 mol% for the highest quantum efficiency at 616 nm emission peak and 465 nm excitation peak. The highest internal quantum efficiency was 91% at low power density excitation (around 50 μW/mm2). Introduction of Mn2+ to Eu3+-doped ZnMoO4 lead to reduced quantum efficiency and electronic lifetime, which can be attributed to defects inside the crystal lattice and energy transfer from Eu3+ to Mn2+ (more non-radiative transition occur).

A novel and high efficient PbO2 electrode has been fabricated in the present study for refractory wastewater treatment. The traditional Ti plate is made into honeycomb by electronic corrosion to be used as electrode basement. The novel surface topography improves the specific surface area of the electrode material and enhances the adhesion of surface coating. SnO2-Sb layer is deposited between basement and PbO2 layer which reduces the thermal stress and improve electrode life. Rare earth element La is doping into PbO2 layer to improve the lattice structure and the catalytic performance. Finally, F ion is adding into the catalytic layer to improve the smoothness of the material surface. Characterized by SEM and XRD, results showed that the electrode prepared has novel surface morphology. Pollutants degradation results and electrode life test showed that the PbO2 electrode investigated in the present study has great advantage compared with traditional electrodes and has good application prospect.

Monodisperse nickel phosphide (Ni5P4) nanoparticles supported on carbon (Ni5P4@C) were in situ synthesized by one step solution-phase route, in which the mixture of trioctyloxide (TOPO) and trioctylphosphine (TOP) was used as solvent, capping agent and phosphor source. Ni5P4nanocrystals were in situ coupled by active carbon simply adding the carbon to the reaction solution. The as-prepared Pt-free Ni5P4 nanocrystals exhibit the enhanced electrocatalytic activity toward hydrogen oxidation reaction (HOR) compared to pure commercial Ni nanoparticles. Therefore, the obtained Ni5P4@C nanocatalyst appears to be promising non precious metal electrocatalysts for HOR.

Analyses of GPS signals by wavelet algorithms and empirical mode decomposition (EMD) have demonstrated the strength of these techniques in discriminating signals from noise. However, the denoising precision seriously affects the final EMD error, especially for signals containing incremental developments in information. We present a new noise filter and trend extraction model based on the orthogonal wavelet transform and EMD. Simulated and real data are used to evaluate the proposed method. The results suggest that: 1) The orthogonal wavelet transform and EMD method can better mitigate the random errors hidden in periodic signals; 2) For signals with a linear trend, the orthogonal wavelet transform filtering method is superior to EMD. We suggest a method of trend extraction by EMD after noise filtering using the wavelet; 3) For signals with a nonlinear trend, theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the new noise filter and trend extraction model is superior to EMD and the simple combination of wavelets with EMD. The proposed approach not only extracts instantaneous features, but also reduces the number of decomposition layers of the signals and the cumulative errors in later decomposition. This method significantly improves the accuracy of the extracted deformation; 4) After mitigating the influence of multipath and other error effects with the new model, we attain millimeter accuracy for the vertical component position in GPS dynamic deformation.

Process capability index (PCI) has been widely applied in manufacturing industry as an effective management tool for quality evaluation and improvement, whose calculation in most existing research work is premised on the assumption that there exists no bias. In this paper, the bias of gauge which exerts an effect on the calculation of PCI is indicated inevitable. The influence on PCI caused by the bias is analyzed by constructing a comparative ratio R between the empirical process capability index and the PCI. A confidence interval estimation method is proposed to solve the underestimation problem of PCI.

The basic RTPS implementation for discovery protocol need to waste a lot of memory space and network traffic. SDPBloommake use of Bloom Filter to reduce the memory requirement and network load in thediscovery process,but it can not deal withthe scenarios that many Endpoints with common Topics but with heterogeneous andincompatible QoS settings. To solve the problem,this paper propose a improved discoveryprotocol called SDPBloom_QoS. SDPBloom_QoS give a method that can put QoSinformation into Bloom Filter. Then provide both analytical andexperimental studies. Results show that SDPBloom_QoSis more powerful than SDPBloom.

In order to get a stable heat preserved property of temperature control textile, the sandwich structure of thermochromic phase change nanofibers/ woven composite materials was made by electrospinning, weaving and simple suture. In this material, the thermochromic powder acted as a temperature indicator, lauric acid is selected as phase change material. The morphologies and heat preserved property were characterized by SEM, a digital single lens camera and an increase-decreased temperature system test, respectively. The results showed that such composite materials exhibited an obviously heat preserved property; it took 17mins to decrease the temperature from 50 °C to 30 °C, which was 4 mins longer than the weaves.

The influence of the wind farm is proposed for power system damping characteristics will not greater than the same capacity of synchronous generator's point of view.

Fully homomorphic encryption has long been regarded as cryptography’s prized “holy grail”–extremely useful yet rather elusive. At 2010 van Dijk et al. described a fully homomorphic encryption scheme over theintegers. The main appeal of this scheme is its conceptual simplicity. This simplicity comes at the expense of a public key size inÕ(λ10) which is too large for any practical system. The construction is based on the hardness of the approximate-GCD problem. At 2011 Coron et al. reduced the public key size to about Õ(λ7) by encrypting with a quadratic form in the public key elements, instead of a linear form. This scheme is based on a stronger variant of the approximate-GCD problem. An implementation of the full scheme was obtained with a 802MB public key. At 2012 Coron et al. described a compression technique that reduces the public key size to aboutÕ(λ5). This variant remains semantically secure, but in the random oracle model.A level of efficiency very similar to above scheme was obtained but with a 10.1MB public key instead of a 802MB one.Coron et al. also described a new modulus switching technique for the DGHV scheme that enables to use the new FHE framework without bootstrapping from Brakerski, Gentry and Vaikuntanathan with theDGHV scheme. At present asymptotics of FHE over integers are much better.

In crack image recognition, Donoho’s universal wavelet threshold de-noising method appears "over-kill" phenomenon due to the lack of self-adaptability of threshold value; hence the image may lose its edge details. To handle this problem, the Donoho’s universal threshold and threshold function are improved and an adaptive determination method of threshold coefficient is introduced in this paper. Experimental results shows that the proposed method can effectively remove digital image noise and achieve a better edge protection, higher edge preservation index, better visual effects and higher peak signal-to-noise ratio.

In the paper the models of IG and DFIG have been analyzed, and then the two reactive power compensations SVC and STATCOM have been introduced. Finally, use the simulation software of power system PSCAD to simulate the process of wind power integrating into grid. In the simulation results, it’s obvious that the DFIG has better transient stability than IG; install SVC or STATCOM can improve transient stability of wind farm, but SVC is apt to cause harmonic pollution, and STATCOM can improve transient stability to both kinds of generators.

ReliefF feature selection and LogitBoost ensemble learning method are employed in the data mining procedure of 2126 fetal cardiotocograms (CTGs). Based on 10 critical features selected by ReliefF and the full 21 features, LogitBoost algorithm almost outperforms the other three ensemble learning methods of Stacking, Bagging and AdaBoostM1 in ACC (%) and AUC in classification, and the ACC (%) and AUC of LogitBoost algorithm are achieved to 94.45% and 0.977 based on the critical features from ReliefF.

This experiment uses a whole year price for ten type's mobile phone .The price data is extracted from http://www.jd.com/. The whole year data is used as the original data to improve Least Squares Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM) model based on the training step. By researching this forecasting method, the experiments are carried out under different training steps, different types cell phones depending on the accuracy rata. With the growth of the training step, the precision of the LS-SVM model cuts down obviously. The research can help consumers obtain the better purchase decision-making when they buy cell phones, provide cell-phone distributors with certain reference.

Potassium permanganate was selected as oxidant to treat cashmere fiber. Through fuzz mathematics method, the optimum treating condition of cashmere for potassium permanganate was got: temperature 50°C, time 20min, potassium permanganate 3g/L, pH 3; Through the fiber whiteness based on test result, optimum reduction conditions after potassium permanganate treatment was as following: Temperature 45°C, time 10min, sodium sulfite 30g/L, HAc 2%. Through test of felting, tensile property, compression property, it is obtained that potassium permanganate was suitable to oxidizing cashmere. After cashmere fibers were treated in optimum conditions, the strength of processing cashmere fiber decreases slightly, and the elongation and 15 second elasticity of compression recovery rate increases certainly.

This paper through analysis the relationship between angle of voltage and current, proposes a new distance protection scheme based on double side electric parameters. This method can directly locate the fault accurately. It can regardless the influence of series compensation installation location and MOV non-linear, and it can overcomes the overreach problem for external faults. So greatly improves the reliability of series compensated line distance protection. The simulating results show the validity and adaptability of the protection principle proposed.

Mulberry raw silk is composed of sericin and fibroin and must be soaked before it is reeled. In this paper, the effect of soaking temperature and soaking time in clean water on mechanical properties and appearance of mulberry silk is studied. When soaking time is 40 min and soaking temperature is 55 °C, the resulting silk can satisfied with further operation.

Classification of cases has been widely applied in medicine, and it is helpful to disease diagnosis to a great extent. At present, the classification of medical cases is performed by physicians subjectively based on clinical theory and knowledge, which may hinder the diagnosis and treatment in some extent. In this paper, a hybrid classification approach (HCA) is proposed for medical data, it consists of two parts, including feature selection and classification. In feature selection, critical features are selected from the original features through linear correlation. Based on the selected features, cases are classified by C5.0 decision tree. And the proposed approach is evaluated through four medical datasets of diabetes, cardiac Single Proton Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) images, lung cancer, and hepatitis survival for demonstration. On the four datasets, HCA shows a better construction for obviously higher classification accuracies, and it also outperforms some typical integrated classification methods.

With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production in China, the industrial waste water and city wastewater discharged to water environment are increasing. Anaerobic biological treatment is a low-cost wastewater treatment technology and is also a combined technology of the wastewater treatment and energy recovery, it can be used as a core part of energy production and environmental protection system, its product can be actively used to result economic value. After in-depth and systematically study the mechanism and mass transfer theory of anaerobic biological treatment technology, this paper designs anaerobic reactor of high efficiency in mass transfer, namely the anaerobic baffled - elastic packing biofilm reactor.

Tetrahydropalmatine in overall yield of 18% was synthesized from alkaloids in Coptids Rhizoma with the similar structure of isoquinoline by a three-step reaction of alkaloids preparation, demethylation or demethylene-dioxy, deoxidation, methylation and so on. The structure was confirmed by 1H-NMR IR and ESI-MS.

In this study, capabilities of zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films in sensing and actuating were investigated using micromachined micro-cantilevers. A heterogeneous piezoelectric cantilever was modeled to study its response under voltage and/or external mechanical loading. A ZnO thin-film micro-cantilever was designed based on the developed theoretical model. Simulated tip deflections of the micro-cantilever were on the nanometer level under typical electrical and mechanical input. A prototype was fabricated with microfabrication techniques. The ZnO thin film was sputtered at room temperature and demonstrated good compatibility with common chemicals and processes in micromachining. The fabricated micro-cantilever was experimentally characterized for its actuating and sensing performance. For actuator characterization tip deflection of the micro-cantilever was detected by a laser Doppler vibrometer, while for sensor characterization the micro-cantilever was calibrated as an acceleration sensor using a reference accelerometer. The experimental resonant frequency, actuating and sensing sensitivities agreed well the design specifications.

Aiming at the fact that the low concentration sewage in small cities, this paper presents Two-phase Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (TAABR) for living wastewater treatment, importantly, it designs and researches Two-phase Anaerobic Baffled Reactor and its advantages, designs a trial project according to the characteristics of the reactor equip. The experiment uses the method that by shortening HRT to raise the load to start and analyses the operating results during startup as follows: 1. 53 days later anaerobic reactor start-up successes.2. When the load is 0.5kgCOD/m3.d, the removal rate of COD is more than 80%. 3. PH value is not the main limiting factors during start up in the reactor and there is basically no danger of excessive acidification.

The article established electrospun nanofibers as extraction medium to enrich and purify salidroside and detected the content changes by high performance liquid chromatography. 4 g polystyrene was dissolved in 20 mL butanone for spinning. The electrospun nanofibers was processed and loaded into solid extraction column. 3 mL sample was injected and eluted by 10 mL methanol at the speed of 2 mL/min, collecting the elution for the HPLC analysis. The results show that the relative content of solidroside increased from 24% to 55% and the extraction recovery was above 92%. The method is simple and convenient. It can replace traditional solid phase extraction to enrich solidroside.

This paper presented Low investment and low running cost Two-phase Anaerobic Baffle Treatment Craft for living wastewater treatment, it designed Two-phase anaerobic reactor and carried out a successful launch and Experiment research. The results are as follows: 1. The experiment uses the start method that by shortening HRT to raise the load, after 53 days completes experiment start.2. By the analysis of HRT to the system effect, suggest that the best HRT is 6 h when the craft processes sewage. 3. The system clean rates of the total nitrogen and total phosphoric are respectively 21.05% and 20.1%.4. The temperature has an influence on clean effect of the system, when the temperature descends from 20 °C to 10 °C, system clean rate of average COD descends from 87.1% to 52.4%. 5. Reactor VFA and PH measurement results express that the craft could circulate stably and efficiently.

The influence factors of temperature, volume load and different effects on the TAABR running process running were studied to obtain the optimum operation conditions. The results are as follows: 1. The experiment uses the start method that by shortening HRT to raise the load, after 53 days completes ABR start.2. Suggest the best HRT is 6 h when the craft processes sewage. 3. The temperature has an influence on clean effect of the system, when the temperature descends from 20 °C to 10 °C, system clean rate of average COD descends from 87.1% to 52.4%. 4. TN, TP and COD concentrations of the effluent all reach the level of the national standards for the discharge of GB18918-2002.

In order to analyze the mechanical properties of Carbon/epoxy facings-Aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure, we simulated panels of different layers and core thickness using ABAQUS finite element analysis program. And three-point bending tests and shear tests were made on the same panels using electronic universal testing machine. In addition, we also made the same three-point bending tests on steel tubes to get a comparison with honeycomb sandwich panels. It could be seen that, the simulated results were basically identified with experimental results. The results indicated that core thickness played an important role in the panels’ bulking modulus, and number of carbon fiber layers decided the shear strength. As a whole, honeycomb sandwich structure was suitable for use in the car body with good mechanical properties under premise of lighter.

With crystalline silicon solar battery industry is developing rapidly, there are scientific significance and application value for guiding the industrial production using analysis of the electrical properties of crystalline silicon solar battery. This paper studies that the main parameters of monocrystalline crystal silicon solar battery: the junction depth and superficial concentrations influence on electrical characteristics of monocrystalline silicon solar battery. The result shows that for maximum efficiency, it is bound to get the largest possible open circuit voltage, short circuit current and fill factor of the product, therefore, it is necessary to control the junction depth and doping parameters. If the junction depth is constant, with the increased superficial doping concentration of monocrystalline silicon solar battery, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery increases slowly at first and then rapidly decreases, and the deeper the junction depth is, the more obvious trend of the photoelectric conversion efficiency is. If the superficial doping concentration is constant, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the battery is increased with the reductive junction depth of surface of monocrystalline silicon solar battery.

In this paper a specific circumstance is designed, in which two types of detectors are used for concentration of benzene vapor and result shows that two instruments gives the similar rule; Furthermore, absorption performance of three absorbers for benzene is studied by gravimetric method, then influence of enviroment temperature and gas-flow rate on absorption performance of optimal absorber for benzene are investigated and results show that such influence is clear.

Based on the possible leak place on the tank of organic solvent, author had developed three equipments of stopping tank from leaking on the pipeline wall, breaking off between the pipelines or pipeline joint breaking off from tank wholly，which can be stopped tank from leaking as quickly, reliably, conveniently as possible. After simulation test of pressure, three equipments of stopping tank from leaking performed very well, and subjected to atmospheric pressure tank of organic solvent, as a result, these equipments can be used to deal with leaking for solvent tank at emergency case.

Based on short of effective disposal measure for organic solvent leakage, this paper developed a kind of styrene-divinybenzene copolymer that can absorb massive organic solvent such as benzene on the water, and it contains a great deal of benzene ring, has good hydrophobic and lipophilic property, what’s more, it has lower density than water and thus floating on the water before and after adsorption, easily separating from water, so it is a kind of perfect adsorption material of organic solvent like benzene at leakage case on the river. Besides, this paper discussed synthesis temperature, feeding proportion and water containing, obtaining optimal synthesis conditions, so max. adsorption amount for benzene on the water can be reached 25mg/l at this optimal conditions.

In this paper, we design a super-stable optical interferometer with multi-pass. By using single photon to estimate an unknown phase, our scheme enables considerable high precision and it can beat the standard quantum limit.

We propose a scheme for realizing quantum three-qubit phase gate operation, in a three-mode cavity where the large detuned cavity-mode fields interact with the four-level artificial atom of an rf-SQUID in tripod-type configuration. In this scheme, the two lowest levels of the artificial atom represent the two logical states of the target qubit and two cavity-mode states are the control qubits, while the third cavity-mode field serves the gate manipulation. Since only the metastable lower levels are involved in the gate operations, the gate is insensitive to the decay rates of the artificial atom, which makes this scheme advantageous and it is important in view of decoherence.

A mixed control mode is developed to model the ledge growth of pro-eutectoid ferrite, considering coupled effects of migration of austenite/ferrite interface and carbon diffusion in austenite. Carbon concentration of austenite at the austenite/ferrite interface increases from the bulk carbon concentration to a steady level, which is lower than that in local equilibrium, during the ferrite growth process. Correspondingly, ferrite grows rapidly at the beginning since all the driving force of ferrite transformation is dissipated on the interface migration. In the later stage of isothermal transformation, the growth rate of ferrite decreases towards a steady level since a part of driving force is dissipated on carbon diffusion in austenite. The effect of interface migration on ferrite growth rate by changing the interface mobility is emphatically discussed. In the case of the low interface mobility, the growth rate of ferrite is very small while the growth is dominated by the carbon diffusion ability in the case of large interface mobility. When a medium interface mobility is obtained, the growth rate of ferrite may reach a maximum value, which exceed the limitation of diffusion control and interface control modes. After comparing the modeled growth rate of ferrite with the experimental data of 0.11-0.49 wt% C alloy at 973-1113 K, the pre-expontential factor (M0) of interface mobility is estimated within the range of 0.1-1 mol m J-1s-1, around the value 0.5 mol m J-1s-1theoretically estimated.

The rapid development of Internet is pushing the e-Business to go to the front stage. Online authentication involves much more than the obvious identification and validation problem. We present here a comprehensive framework for online authentication which has several important practical benefits. Our distributed E-Business authentication scheme based on conic curve is proposed. This scheme is composed of three parts, constructing license and validating license. Because the security of license is determined by private key, not the arithmetic itself, user can not construct new license by given license and the public key as long as the private key is not leaked. Since encoding and decoding over conic are easily implement on conic curves, it has enabled our scheme to greatly enhance efficiency. We also analysis its security. The entire process guarantees the security and reliability.

Based on an analytical one-dimensional model, austenite growth into pearlite lamella and the corresponding phase evolution during isothermal reverse transformation to austenite at 1000-1183 K in Fe-C fully pearlitic steels containing 0.6-1.0 mass% C (in the austenite single phase field of Fe-C phase diagram) were simulated. It was found that the rate of austenite growth into ferrite increases faster with increasing reversion temperature than into cementite. Three types of phase evolution dependent on reversion temperature and carbon content were classified: 1) cementite rather than ferrite disappears first; 2) ferrite and cementite simultaneously disappear; 3) ferrite rather than cementite disappears first. The type of phase evolution in a hypoeutectoid steel heated above its Ae3temperature possibly changes in the order of 1), 2) and 3) as the reversion temperature increases. For eutectoid and hypereutectoid steels, the phase evolution during isothermal reversion always obeys the type 3).

Based on practical production technology, using some methods like segregation index analysis, the research is focused on the relationship between the maximum segregation index of carbon, phosphorus, sulfur in superwide slab and rolling reduction, reduction ratio, reduction rate of superwide slab caster. During the process of soft reduction, the theory that the minimum of the maximum segregation index corresponds to the technological parameters like optimal rolling reduction, optimal reduction ratio, optimal reduction rate of the superwide slab caster can be provided as a theoretical basis for the production of superwide slab.

The hydroxyl in polysaccharide and flavones that extracted from Artemisia argyi can absorb onto the surface of silver nanoparticles and prevent aggregation from nanoparticles. The stable nano-silver solution was got. The preparation of Nano-silver Artemisia Argyi by Artemisia Argyi extract in alkaline and acidic environment was investigated, and the antibacterial property of fabric finished by the nano-silver Artemisia Argyi was analyzed. The experimental results show that the silver nanoparticles prepared in alkaline environment has small size with the minimum 12nm and uniform dispersion. The fabric finished by Nano-silver Artemisia Argyi exhibited strong antibacterial activity against E.coli and S.aureus, the sterilized rate was over 99.9%. The fabric has excellent antibacterial washability too.

The article selected 55 typical dress fabrics to study the sharp style of half-circle skirt. The skirts were simulated by using 3D virtual try-on tool. With emphasis on objective evaluation parameters of half-circle skirt sharp style selection and application of factor analysis, cluster analysis to establish appropriate evaluation system, providing a basis for half-circle skirt fabric selection.

Performance evaluation techniques of manufacturing systems are powerful decision support tools especially at system design stage. In this paper, an approximate technique based on decomposition method is proposed for performance evaluation of serial homogeneous transfer lines with unreliable machines and finite transfer-delay buffers. The characteristic of transfer-delay buffers means that it takes some transit time to transfer the parts through buffers, which increases the complexity of transfer lines. In order to address the problem, we firstly transform the initial transfer line into an equivalent transfer line, a serial non-homogeneous transfer line with unreliable machines and finite buffers. Then another transformation which replaces the equivalent line by an approximate homogeneous line is introduced. Finally, decomposition method is used to deal with the approximate model. The accuracy and efficiency of the method are validated by simulation results.

A detailed analysis by thermogravimetric analysis was carried out on multiwalled carbon nanotubes after air and acid treatment. When MWCNTs are treated in air at 300 oC for 2 h and then refluxed with 6 mol/L HCl solution, the weight percent of residual iron is near zero. The result can also be verified by the contrast of SEM photographs of untreated and treated MWCNTs.
