The purpose of slope stability evaluation was that, according to the slope engineering condition and constraints of mining technology, to study the deformation and failure rule of slope occurred by the change of stress field during the open-pit mining. The main research object of the paper was open-pit slope of one iron mine, for the mechanical parameters of the slope, it was obtained by physical experiments, and the numerical simulation method was used for the stability analysis and evaluation of quaternary soil slope angle and final slope angle. And some measures were proposed for slope stability during construction to ensure safety in production. The research of the paper has certain reference significance for optimization calculation of the soil slope stability

This paper firstly introduces the types of architectural space for display. They are usually distinguished by the different nature and characteristics, in order to facilitate the selection and use in the design space. Then, the composition of the indoor space is introduced, which includes the ground, walls and top surface. Finally, the method of architecture space design for the commercial display is presented. According to the size and shape of space, the rational decoration is employed to create the application, the appearance of the indoor environment. The design of indoor ground and wall to set off people, furniture and furnishings background, and the top surface of the differences in the design of indoor space is full of change.

The periodically distributed fracture spacing phenomenon exists in the failure process of the pure bending region of the reinforced concrete beam. A numerical code RFPA3D (3D Realistic Failure Process Analysis) is used to investigate the crack distribution rule of reinforced concrete beam with different shear span ratios. The displacement-controlled loading scheme was used to simulate the complete failure process of reinforced concrete beam. The numerical simulation results were agreed well with the theoretical analysis and experiment observations. The study is focused on the failure process of the reinforced concrete beam and the effects of the shear span ratio on the failure mode.

This paper studied the traditional supervisory control and data acquisition and investigates what is the most important in pipeline gas management system. Then a novel scheme is proposed for remote control interface on pipeline gas providing management. This scheme introduced GPRS and internet network technology to the traditional supervisory control and data acquisition. The details of System topological structure is given and Remote control interface structure are listed. At last, the system performance is analyzed and the results indicate that pipeline gas management system using remote control interface has the excellent protection performance and operability of RCI. It can meet the demand of intelligent home and intelligent building.

This paper mainly focuses on revealing the hydration mechanism of new cementitious material of filling body through its microstructure analysis. According to the SEM samples preparation, analysis of different age of filling body microstructure and XRD diffraction mapping, the results showed that the hydration products were with large amount of ettringite, followed by C-S-H gel, calcium and silica. The main reason of strength increasing was the ettringite morphology and the hydration process. It was obtained that the hydration products of different activators were mainly the influence factor of strength, on basis of analyzing the microstructure of different activator materials.

In order to make sculpture art into the architecture, based on the development of sculpture and architecture, the inner relations of sculpture and architecture was analyzed and compared. Combining with the practical construction scheme design, sculpture art was entered in the process of the interior space and elevation design, so that the architecture absorbed aesthetic elements of sculpture representation, and building forms breakthrough constraints of various kinds of building ontology factors. The results show that the sculpture language is used in architecture, building is more expressive and inclusive, so as to realize the perfect combination of art and practical function. The deconstructive architecture provides plenty of theory and practical basis for the sculpture of building.

Choose data Mining to study the anomaly detection in coal preparation, using ash of raw coal , rapid ash and yields of raw coal which density below 1.45, and ash and actual yields of fine coal in the database as sample attribute of coal production anomaly detection model, based on Box-plot analysis, the evaluating values range of five attribute above are determined. On this condition, by using SVM and KNN, the identification model of anomaly detection in coal preparation is established. The Receiver Operating Characteristic curves analysis result shows judging production target Abnormal Conditions using SVM will be more accurate in coal preparation.

According to the characteristics of lightning electromagnetic pulse (LEMP) in information systems, the new multilayer composite electromagnetic shielding materials are utilized for the effective protection of the lightning hazards. The lightning protection mechanism and the characteristics of the new electromagnetic shielding materials are investigated. The shielding and reflection principle of the new materials are carried out. The electromagnetic shielding tent which is made of such multilayer composite electromagnetic shielding materials are applied in the integrated lightning protection of information systems, which shows such materials are safe, convenient, practical and worthy of widely application.

The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-3Sn-2Ca alloy were investigated. The results indicate that after solutionized at 500 °C for more than 24 h, the morphology of the CaMgSn phase in the alloy changes from the continuous and/or quasi-continuous nets to the particle-like shape. Furthermore, after solutionized at 500 °C for 24 h, for a given aging temperature of 285 °C, with prolonging aging time the matrix hardness of the alloy increases, and attains the maximum at 32 h of aging time and beyond that it decreases. In addition, it is preliminarily inferred that heat treatment would give a beneficial effects on the tensile and creep properties of Mg-3Sn-2Ca alloy due to the modification of the CaMgSn phase.

This paper is presented a new method for stability analysis and stabilization problems of continuous-time T-S fuzzy systems with time-delay. A fuzzy Lyapunov function is introduced to establish some delay-dependent stability criteria. Less conservative results are obtained by considering the additional useful terms when estimating the upper bound of the derivative of function. Then based on parallel distributed compensation, a delay-dependent stabilization condition is derived and the corresponding controller can be obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs).

In order to improve the corrosion resistance and the hardness of the 45 steel, under comparison tests, the electroless Ni-B was prepared on the 45 steel. We made a contrast test to get the optimal formula. The coating under the optimal formula was characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS), metallurgical microscope and salt spray cabinet. The experimental results showed that the electroless Ni-B coating on 45 steel was low boron coating, with high hardness, and the hardness of the coating could catch HV524; the thickness of the coating was 16μm.

In order to improve the surface property of the steel tire mold, carbon steels were processed by electroless Ni-P and Ni-P-PTFE under contrast experiment. The coatings were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coatings were explored by tribometer, salt spray cabinet and advanced electrochemical system. The experimental results showed that the Ni-P coating was amorphous structure, and the Ni-P-PTFE coating was micro-pore structure; The wear resistance of Ni-P-PTFE coating was superior to Ni-P coating; In view of the micro-pore structure, the corrosion resistance of Ni-P-PTFE coating was worse than Ni-P coating, but they were all superior to carbon steels, and the service life of the steel tire mold were improved.

A numerical test code is used to study the matrix-inclusion interfacial debonding for particulate reinforced composites. In our numerical model, It is assumed to be a three-phase composite composed of matrix, particulate and the interfaces between them. The finite element program is employed as the basic stress analysis tool when the elastic damage mechanics is used to describe the constitutive law of meso-level element and the maximum tensile strain criterion and Mohr-Coulomb criterion are utilized as damage threshold. A single inclusion of gradually interfacial debonding and a complex structure with 20 inclusions of the interfacial damage were studied under plane stress conditions. Results of stress distribution and interface debonding type obtained by numerical method agree well with the MARK and ABAQUS. The influence of heterogeneity of the matrix materials on the resulting process and the stress distribution of the failure process are also studied in the paper. It is found that the numerical test code can help to understand the failure mechanism of the model and it is an effective way to investigate the interfacial damage of composite materials. The goal of the present work is to investigate the influence of concrete on failure mode and stress distribution of the reinforced concrete specimens under axial tension by using a numerical test code named Realistic Failure Process Analysis. It can be found that, the periodically distributed fracture spacing phenomenon and tension stiffening phenomenon exist in the failure process of the reinforced concrete structure. Besides, the effect of concrete characteristics on the mechanical behavior and crack spacing of reinforced concrete was also studied in three samples with different concrete strength. The concrete strength value is considered to be an important factor not only to significantly influence the average crack spacing but also to influence the initial peak load of the specimen. In addition, the average fracture spacing is increased and the initial peak load is also increase with the increasing of the concrete strength value, but the mechanical capacities of the concrete has little influence on the ultimate load capacities of the specimen. The HPLC method has been developed for the determination of nine food additives (acesulfame-potassium, benzoic acid, sodium saccharin, sorbic acid, dehydroacetic acid, aspartame, methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben) in condiments. Samples were precipitated , tested by the reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography instrument with photodiode array detector . All the compounds exhibited good linear relationship with the correlation coefficient from 0.9991 to 0.9998. The recoveries were range from 87.1% to 108.5 % with the RSD values from 1.61 % to 5.13 % at the spiked levels from 5 mg/kg to 250 mg/kg. The detection limits of the method were from 0.3 mg/kg to 2.0 mg/kg. It is a convenient, accurate and effective method to determine these additives in condiment.

A numerical test code named RFPA (Realistic Failure Process Analysis) was used to investigate the stress filed transformation process of the reinforced concrete specimen under uniaxial tensile loading. The periodically distributed fracture spacing phenomenon exists in the reinforced concrete structure and the concrete cover thickness was an important factor influence the average crack spacing and crack number. The numerical simulation results show that the stress fields on the concrete between the two adjacent cracks go through a variation process from tensile stress to compressive stress with the increasing of the concrete cover thickness value. It is clear that the stress distribution and fracture spacing were related to the concrete cover thickness under the condition that the materials characteristics were certain (such as concrete and reinforcement materials).In addition, if there was a new crack produced, the location was sure in the middle of the two adjacent cracks since the maximum stress occurred in the middle of the two adjacent cracks. So, it indicates that the concrete cover thickness can influence the average fracture spacing and the crack number in the reinforced concrete prism specimen.

In mining area, the ground surface level is lowered and curved after the claps of cover-layers of coal-seams evacuated regions. The curvature variation of ground surface causes the variation of contact-surface relation between the structure base and the ground foundation. For this research, the position of maximum curvature variation point is predicted. At this position, for the potentially worst case, the contact-length between structure base and ground foundation is calculated. Then, the internal bending moment within the structure base caused by the ground foundation curvature variation is formulated by taking the contact-length as variable. The results show that the base bending moment is a function of fourth power of contact-length. Based on this result, the critical value of contact-length in mining area is established. Hence, the critical contact-length concept can be taken as a measure of curvature variation in mining area.

To protect digital evidence during Computer Forensics, the measure of protection digital evidence was analyzed, and a project of protection digital evidence (Digital Evidence Protection System, called DEPS) was designed. In this paper, the framework and element of DEPS was introduced, and the mechanism of multi-digital-signature and digital time-stamp of DEPS was described.

Supercritical CO2 extraction technology was overviewed first in this paper. Then the processes of supercritical CO2 extraction were analyzed. After the advantages and disadvantages of various processes were noted, the quick-opening sealing structures at home and abroad for the batch extractor were introduced in this paper. Finally for the thread type quick-opening sealing structure, improvements were made to solve the problems encountered in practical application of the traditional thread type quick-opening sealing structure.

In order to improve the service life of the aluminum tyre mold, AC7A aluminum alloy was processed by electroless Ni-P plating under orthogonal experiment. The coating was characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) ,Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray Diffractometer (XRD).The experimental results showed that the electroless Ni-P coating on aluminum alloy was amorphous structure, with high hardness and good corrosion resistance; the structure became crystal structure after heat treatment, and the hardness of the coating was improved, could catch HV828; the thickness of the coating was 28μm. The results showed that the hardness and thickness of the coating meet the requirement of the AC7A aluminum alloy tyre mold, and the service life of the aluminum tyre mold were improved.

This paper studied the problem of deadlock performance analysis for collaborative design process model based on extended objective Petri Net (OPN). Firstly, the definition of CSCD extended OPN model based on decision rules has been proposed by analyzing the collectivity requirement for the machinery products collaborative design system to be built. Besides, models for the OPN model of process controlling nets and design unit objective class. Then OPN invariant analysis theory has been adopted to analyze the dynamic performance of deadlock to the part design unit by building its object communication net. The dynamic performance of the whole model could be obtained by analyzing the performance of all the design unit object class.

In order to develop low carbon bainitic Cr-B steel, experimental procedures including melting, thermal simulation study and laboratory hot rolling were adopted. The dynamic CCT diagram was established, microstructure and properties of experimental steel were also analyzed. The transformation temperature of experimental steel lies between 650～400°C and final microstructure changes fromquasi-polygonal ferrite, granular bainite to lath bainite as cooling rate increases from 0.2 to 50°C.s-1. The microstructure of steel plates, air cooled or water cooled to 530°C then air cooled, is mainly composed of granular bainite and quasi-polygonal ferrite, and the large size islands in granular bainite are responsible for the low strength and poor toughness. However, steel plate with lath bainite, water cooled to roomtemperature, boasts high yield strength (672MPa) and superior impact toughness (127J at -20°C). Therefore, it is feasible to produce low carbon bainitic Cr-B steel with high strength and good toughness through controlling cooling parameters.

Complex manufacture collaborative design process is a dynamic process with uncertainty, which is a process with multi-task executing in a parallel manner. It has obviously time constraint, which has been few studied up to now. Temporary inference and simulation problem for complex manufacture design process are mainly studied in this paper. Firstly, a Petri net model for collaborative design process is proposed based on time Petri net theory and four temporary inference algorithms of ordering, paralleling, selecting and circling structures in collaborative design process. Secondly, the authors design and develop a visually modeling and simulating circumstance for collaborative design process temporary inference based on time Petri net. Temporary inference for the whole collaborative design process and optimization to design task can be implemented by this simulation software. Finally, collaborative design process for driver of chain-transportation-driven equipment is undertaken to shown the efficiency of the proposed method. Research in this paper affords a determinant principle for time arrangement of collaborative design task and it also affords schema scheduling.

Cement mortar shows piezoresistivity after being mixed with small amount of graphite, thus the resistivity of the material will changed with stress. In this study, specimens embedded double electrodes which made of cement based material with small amount of graphite (3 wt.% of cement) are used in the experiments of one-time loading and cyclic loading, and the relative resistivity are measured by a series connected AC circuit. The results show that the specimens’ piezoresistivity goes down while the stress increases, and different curves of piezoresistivity can be observed in experiments with different loading methods. The relative resistivities of the specimen show a similar change as strain.

The periodically distributed fracture spacing phenomenon exists in the failure process of the reinforced concrete prism under uniaxial tension. In this paper, A numerical code RFPA3D (3D Realistic Failure Process Analysis) is used to simulate the three-dimensional failure process of plain concrete prism specimen and reinforced concrete prism specimen under uniaxial tension. The reinforced concrete is represented by a set of elements with same size and different mechanical properties. They are uniform cubic elements and their mechanical properties, including elastic modulus and peak strength, are distributed through the specimens according to a certain statistical distribution. The elastic modulus and other mechanical properties are weakened gradually when the stresses in the elements meet the specific failure criterion. The displacement-controlled loading scheme is used to simulate the complete failure process of reinforced concrete. The analyses focus on the failure mechanisms of the concrete and reinforcement. The complete process of the fracture for the plain concrete prism and the fracture initiation, infilling and saturation of the reinforced concrete prism is reproduced. It agrees well with the theoretical analysis. Through 3D numerical tests for the specimen, it can be investigated the interaction between the reinforcement and concrete mechanical properties in meso-level and the numerical code is proved to be an effective way to help thoroughly understand the rule of the reinforcement and concrete and also help the design of the structural concrete components and systems.
