El presente artículo científico muestra de forma gradual las metodologías empleadas por el estudiante de la Especialización en Gerencia Integral de Proyectos para la identificación de un problema o necesidad en su sitio de trabajo. También refleja como esté, mediante la aplicación de algunas técnicas contenidas en el PMBOK y/o los conocimientos adquiridos en las diferentes asignaturas impartidas en el programa, formula un proyecto que pueda atender la necesidad y/o problema identificado. Unidad Administrativa Especial Migración Colombia The present scientific article shows gradually the methodologies employed by the student of the specialization in Integral management of projects for the identification of a problem or necessity in his work place. It also reflects as it is, through the application of some techniques contained in the PMBOK and/or the knowledge acquired in the different subjects taught in the program, formulates a project that can meet the need and/or problem identified.

El presente trabajo genera una metodología aplicando Gerencia de proyectos y siguiendo los lineamientos del PMI, se trata de generar una base de datos de proveedores que es usada para hacer los análisis de presupuestos en las licitaciones, logrando así evitar mayor duración de actividades, errores en los presupuestos y disminución de presentación de ofertas. La metodología define primero un alcance, la creación de la EDT con sus respectivas actividades, los tiempos de asignación para cada actividad, la asignación de costos según los salarios de la empresa y la actividad, obtenido un flujo grama donde se observa en orden las actividades con sus respectivos entregables y responsables. La duración fue de 47 días hábiles para el proyecto, la metodología fue implementada creando la base de datos, el tiempo de estudio del presupuesto se redujo en un 70%. The present work generates a methodology applying Project Management and following the guidelines of the PMI, it is to generate a database of suppliers that is used to make the budget analysis in the tenders, thus avoiding a longer duration of activities, errors in Budgets and declining bid submission. The methodology first defines a scope, the creation of the WBS with their respective activities, the allocation times for each activity, the allocation of costs according to the salaries of the company and the activity, obtained a grass flow where it is observed in order the activities with their respective deliverables and responsible. El presente documento consiste en generar una herramienta a los profesionales que se desenvuelven en la UAERMV – “Unidad Administrativa Especial de Rehabilitación y Mantenimiento Vial”, realizando procesos de contratación pública bajo la modalidad de Licitación Pública, siendo una herramienta que tiene como finalidad orientar la elaboración de los estudios precontractuales que se deben implementar desde el momento que se identifique la necesidad y se encuentre reflejada en el POAI – “Plan Operativo Anual de Inversiones” pasando por la selección y evaluación del proveedor, hasta la adjudicación, suscripción del contrato y archivo del mismo. Por lo tanto la elaboración de esta metodología está basada en lineamientos del Projec Management Institute (PMI), buscando así evitar malas prácticas en la elaboración y desarrollo del proceso de contratación. Este procedimiento inicia desde la identificación de las falencias que existen con el actual, siguiendo así con la elaboración de un procedimiento según metodología PMI definiendo alcance, identificando las principales actividades con sus entregables, tiempos y precedencias, obteniendo de esta forma la estructura de desglose de trabajo EDT, ruta crítica, costos estimados y flujograma del procedimiento. The present document pretend generated a tool for the professionals who work in UAERMV - "Special Administrative Unit for Rehabilitation and Road Maintenance", carrying out public procurement processes under the Public Bidding mode, being a tool that has the purpose of guiding the preparation of the pre-contractual studies to be implemented since the moment the needed is identified and it has being reflected in the POAI - "Annual Operational Plan of Investments", through the selection and evaluation of the suppliers, to the adjudication, the sign of the contract and its respective file. Therefore, the elaboration of this methodology is based on guidelines of the Project Management Institute (PMI), seeking to avoid bad practices in the development and development of the hiring process. This procedure starts from the identification of the shortcomings that exist with the current one, following with the elaboration of a procedure according to PMI methodology defining scope, identifying the main activities with their deliverables, times and precedences, obtaining in this way the structure of disaggregation of EDT work, critical path, estimated costs and flow of the procedure.

El presente trabajo genera una metodología aplicando Gerencia de proyectos y siguiendo los lineamientos del PMI, se trata de generar un Plan de control y Seguimiento de los materiales que se usan en los proyectos de construcción de Grandes superficies, logrando así evitar los desperdicios, malos usos y finalmente evitando sobrecostos al contratista o empresario que esté a cargo de la construcción. La metodología muestra como primera parte un alcance, con la EDT dividida en varios paquetes de trabajo, los tiempos de asignación para cada actividad, y la asignación de costos según la tabla salarial de la empresa involucrada en el estudio. Luego se llega a la solución e implementación de la metodología por medio de un flujo grama para poder mostrar el orden de las actividades con sus respectivos entregables y responsables. Posteriormente se hace una prueba piloto, la cual demuestra la efectividad del modelo conforme a sus costos y cuanto valdría implementar esta metodología para un proyecto de 600 días The present work generates a methodology applying Project management and following the limits of the PMI, there is a question to generate a Plan of control and Follow-up of the materials that are used in the projects of construction of Big surfaces, managing this way to avoid the wastes, bad uses and finally avoiding extra charges to the contractor or businessman who is at the expense of the construction. La problemática global sobre el deterioro del medio ambiente y la destrucción del hombre de los recursos ha incrementado el afán del ser humano de corregir el rumbo, aun así las medidas tomadas en el ámbito general no son suficientes, y cada vez vemos mayor escasez de los recursos es por esto que es importante implementar nuevas alternativas para los consumos de estos recursos, hoy en día el agua es tal vez el recurso natural que diariamente más utilizamos y por esto mismo debemos tomar medidas sobre el uso e indagar en nuevas maneras de utilizar el agua que el medio ambiente nos suministra, es por esto que en este artículo daremos una propuesta de cómo usar todo el potencial natural para optimizar el uso de agua en un conjunto residencial y a su vez generar ahorros importantes de recursos físicos y financieros . La necesidad de que esta solución se enfoque a los parámetros del pmbok es la misma de cualquier proyecto de enfocar las actividades al objetivo, reducir sobrecosto, dar un beneficio al trabajo que se va a realizar que en este caso es ambiental y financiero y establecer las pautas claras para llevar un control de la secuencia en la implementación de este sistema de recolección. El presente trabajo trata y muestra la formulación de un proyecto de generación de 20 MW para alimentación de un pad (Grupo de pozos para inyección de agua) de inyección de agua para campo petrolero bajo metodologías de pmi, en las cuales incluye diversas fases de desarrollo de proyectos. El documento presenta, el desarrollo paso a paso, de los elementos a realizar al interior del proyecto y los contenidos que permiten ejecutar el objetivo general mediante los pasos de alcance, tiempo y costo del proyecto. Así mismo dentro del proyecto se define la EDT como parte de la estructura del trabajo a realizar y la estructura organizacional con la cual se va a ejecutar el proyecto, lo cual nos ofrece una visión de las actividades y recursos principales del proyecto. A través de la formulación del proyecto, se logró obtener un esqueleto de trabajo para la ejecución del proyecto de generación, contemplando cada una de las fases principales del proyecto y reconociendo la segregación de dos procesos importantes, uno de los cuales pertenece a la fase de construcción de la planta y el otro perteneciente a la fase de operación del mismo. The paper presents the development step by step, to make the elements within the project and content that accomplishes the overall objective through the steps of scope, time and cost of the project. Likewise within the project WBS is defined as part of the structure of the research and the organizational structure, which will implement the project, which offers an overview of the activities and main resources of the project. Through project formulation, they management to obtain a skeleton of work for the implementation of project generation, contemplating each of the major phases of the project and recognizing the segregation of two important processes, one of which belongs to the stage Construction of the plant and the other belonging to the operating phase.
