目前,众多寄生性杜鹃里,大杜鹃(Cuculus canorus)的宿主种类最多,白鹡鸰(Motacilla alba)作为其中的宿主之一,尚未发现其寄生巢、卵的相关数据。2019—2021年,通过在贵州六枝地区搜索并记录白鹡鸰巢的方法,收集白鹡鸰相关数据,以了解白鹡鸰巢址情况及基础繁殖参数,并于2020年6月16日在白鹡鸰巢中首次发现大杜鹃的寄生卵。通过模型卵识别实验,检测白鹡鸰卵识别能力,拒绝率较高,表明白鹡鸰可能已具备识别并拒绝外来卵的能力。对大杜鹃寄生巢及卵的记录,补充了大杜鹃—白鹡鸰寄生系统中寄生卵相关数据的空缺,初步了解该寄生系统中大杜鹃卵的模拟程度。

建立了基质固相分散萃取-气相色谱/质谱法测定土壤中13种多溴联苯醚的分析方法.对固相分散剂种类、样品与分散剂用量比例、洗脱溶剂及用量进行了选择和优化.最佳前处理条件为:2 g样品与4 g酸性硅胶固相分散剂研磨10 min,混合物装入预先填好4 g无水硫酸钠和4 g酸性硅胶的玻璃柱中,以50 mL正己烷/二氯甲烷(v:v= 1:1)混合液洗脱并浓缩至0.5 mL,进GC-MS分析.13种多溴联苯醚在2~200 ng • g-1内呈良好的线性关系(R2>0.992).平均加标回收率在81%~103%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于15% (n = 3),方法检出限为75~950 pg • g-1,可以满足土壤中痕量多溴联苯醚残留分析的要求.

10. CuMn2O4@GA 复合材料的合成与 CO 转化.

- Abstract
Catalytic oxidation has been widely used in CO elimination. A single-dispersed porous microsphere catalyst CuMn2O4 and its graphene composite material CuMn2O4@GA are synthesized. The material structure is characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and other methods. The results show that the hydrothermal method is an ideal method for the synthesis of graphene composite. The structure of CuMn2O4@GA is stable and uniform, and the catalyst particles are fully dispersed in the aerogel. Catalytic performance test shows that the adsorption and the conversion behavior of CO on the surface of CuMn2O4 is closely related to its morphology. Benefiting from the low-density network structure of CuMn2O4@GA, complete conversion of CO is achieved at a high gas flow of 60000 mL/(g(cat)·h) and 128 ℃. The water of the inlet gas has no significant effect on the catalytic activity of CuMn2O4@GA. Multiple repeated activation and use test show that CuMn2O4@GA has good structural integrity and excellent economy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The interface modification of electrochemical sensors is an important way to improve their detection performance. Among them, enhancing the biocompatibility and electrical conductivity of the electrochemical sensing interface is a major challenge for the development of electrochemical sensors. In this work, the surface of glassy carbon electrode is functionalized based on WS2@Au quantum dots (WS2@Au QDs)prepared by in situ one-step reduction, which is used to immobilize oxidoreductase, thus realizing the construction of high-performance biosensors. By virtue of the excellent biocompatibility and electrical conductivity of WS2@Au QDs, the WS2@Au QDs can effectively protect the catalytic activity of GOx and promote the direct electron transfer between GOx and the electrode, and the electron transfer rate constant reaches 2. 25 s −1. Based on the good electrocatalytic effect of the sensor on glucose, the method has been successfully applied to the detection of glucose, with a linear range of 5~50 μmol/L and a detection limit of 1. 5 μmol/L, and the sensor shows good selectivity, reproducibility and stability. These results suggest that the WS2@Au QDs has potential important application prospects in the interface modification of biosensors, which lays a good research foundation for the construction of high-performance biosensors. - Abstract
[Purpose/Significance] For rural areas, which are in a relatively information disadvantage, information can directly affect the probability of success of entrepreneurs, and it is important to clarify the characteristics and status of rural entrepreneurial youth's information needs to promote rural youth entrepreneurship development and rural revitalization. [Methods/Process] In this paper, we found through interviews and questionnaire research that the intensity of information needs of rural entrepreneurial youth in the field of entrepreneurship is influenced by factors such as age, income level, and industry characteristics. [Conclusions/Results] There are still more people in the group of rural entrepreneurial youth who have a lower level of understanding of entrepreneurial information, a lower level of information need satisfaction, and a lower level of recognition of public information services. In order to better mobilize the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of rural entrepreneurial youth and improve their success rate, the government and social forces should be given full play to promote the relevance, applicability and modern means of rural information services to promote the development of rural youth entrepreneurship. In order to optimize the optimum technological conditions for the simultaneous extraction of ferulic acid and ligustilide, the extraction process of ferulic acid and ligustilide from A. sinensis were optimized by ultrasonic assisted response surface. Taking the comprehensive score of ferulic acid and ligustilide content as the evaluation index and the ethanol concentration, extraction time and liquid-to-solid ratio were selected as the three main factors, and the contents of ferulic acid and ligustilide in A. sinensis were determined by 1H-qNMR. Single factor screening combined with Box-Behnken central combination design test was used to optimize the parameters of extraction process. The single-factor screening results showed that a high comprehensive score was obtained under the three conditions of 80% ethanol concentration, liquid-to-solid ratio was 12 mL·g-1, or 30 min extraction duration. Based on this, the Behnken center combination design test was designed and implemented. The results showed that the influence degree of each experimental factor on the comprehensive score was the ethanol concentration, the liquid-to-solid ratio was the second, and the extraction time was the least. The best optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration was 80.87%, liquid-to-solid ratio was 13.04 mL·g-1, extraction duration was 30.14 min. The verification test results were consistent with the predicted values. The quantitative resonance peaks of pyrazine, ferulic acid and ligustilide were δ 8.66 ppm, δ 6.37-6.35 ppm and δ 5.55-5.53 ppm, respectively, using DMSO-d6 as solvent and pyrazine as internal standard substance by 1H-qNMR. The precision, stability, repeatability and recovery of the method were good, and the limits of quantification and detection were low, which can meet the needs of practical analysis and testing. To sum up, the optimization method of response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process, the experimental results were accurate and reliable, good reproducibility, and suitable for the simultaneous extraction of ferulic acid and ligustilide in A. sinensis. The 1H-qNMR method had the advantages of simple operation, fast analysis speed and strong specificity, and could be used for the simultaneous determination of ferulic acid and ligustilide in A. sinensis [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
