In network security, digital signatures are considered a basic component to developing digital authentication systems. These systems secure Internet transactions such as e-commerce, e-government, ebanking, and so on. Many digital signature schemes have been researched and published for this purpose. In this paper, we propose two new types of collective signature schemes, namely i) the collective signature for several signing groups and ii) the collective signature for several individual signings and several signing groups. And then we used two difficult problems factoring and discrete logarithm to construct these schemes. To create a combination of these two difficult problems we use the prime module p with a special structure: p = 2n +1. Schnorr's digital signature scheme is used to construct related basic schemes such as the single signature scheme, the collective signature scheme, and the group signature scheme. The proposed collective signature schemes are built from these basic schemes. The proposed signature scheme is easy to deploy on existing PKI systems. It can support PKIs in generating and providing a unique public key, a unique digital signature, and a unique digital certificate for a collective of many members. This is essential for many collective transactions on today's Internet.

Purpose: The ubiquitously expressed transmembrane glycoprotein CD47 delivers an anti-phagocytic (do not eat) signal by binding signal-regulatory protein α (SIRPα) on macrophages. CD47 is overexpressed in cancer cells and its expression is associated with poor clinical outcomes. TTI-621 (SIRPαFc) is a fully human recombinant fusion protein that blocks the CD47–SIRPα axis by binding to human CD47 and enhancing phagocytosis of malignant cells. Blockade of this inhibitory axis using TTI-621 has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy to promote tumor cell eradication.Experimental Design: The ability of TTI-621 to promote macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of human tumor cells was assessed using both confocal microscopy and flow cytometry. In vivo antitumor efficacy was evaluated in xenograft and syngeneic models and the role of the Fc region in antitumor activity was evaluated using SIRPαFc constructs with different Fc tails.Results: TTI-621 enhanced macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of both hematologic and solid tumor cells, while sparing normal cells. In vivo, TTI-621 effectively controlled the growth of aggressive AML and B lymphoma xenografts and was efficacious in a syngeneic B lymphoma model. The IgG1 Fc tail of TTI-621 plays a critical role in its antitumor activity, presumably by engaging activating Fcγ receptors on macrophages. Finally, TTI-621 exhibits minimal binding to human erythrocytes, thereby differentiating it from CD47 blocking antibodies.Conclusions: These data indicate that TTI-621 is active across a broad range of human tumors. These results further establish CD47 as a critical regulator of innate immune surveillance and form the basis for clinical development of TTI-621 in multiple oncology indications. Ho Chi Minh was great leader who wholeheartedly devoted himself to the country and the happiness of the people. His lessons and ideas are timeless, as evidenced by the fact that they have been studied continuously by scholars from all over the world. The political communication is just one component of that. Despite the fact that under the presidency of Ho Chi Minh, this concept was most likely still quite vague, the methods that Ho Chi Minh utilized in political communication demonstrated a significant amount of progress. In the following article, we will concentrate on the primary strategies that President Ho Chi Minh utilized in the course of his political communication endeavors. The content of this article is broken up into three sections: the first section introduces some fundamental concepts and rationale; the second part analyzes President Ho Chi Minh's style of political communication; and the third and final section provides some comments and evaluations.

*ABA environments are pockets of morphology that prohibit noncontiguous suppletion, and which show promise to generativists as a diagnostic for the presence of syntactic hierarchical structure. In particular, it identifies Lower Arrernte (Pama-Nyungan) nonsingular pronouns as an AAB-permissive *ABA environment. Morphological contiguity in Lower Arrernte results from the manner in which kintactic features expressing kinship generation and shared patrimoiety must always be bundled together at the same node as co-triggers of suppletion within a realizational morphology. Crucially, this study contradicts earlier accounts of the relevant paradigms in terms of how the categories are ordered by markedness: it argues that the agnatic-harmonic pronouns (i.e., pronouns that refer to groups in which all members belong to the same patrimoiety and even-numbered generations) are the most representationally complex. It emerges that morphological contiguity in Lower Arrernte nonsingulars patterns against the containment relationship observed in comparative suppletion and with the bundling relationship observed in English ablaut.

There have been many solutions proposed to increase the ability to detection of malware in executable files in general and in Portable Executable files in particular. In this paper, we rely on the PE header structure of Portable Executablefiles to propose another approach in using Machine learning to classify these files, as malware files or benign files. Experimental results show that the proposed approach still uses the Random Forest algorithm for the classification problem but the accuracy and execution time are improved compared to some recent publications (accuracy reaches 99.71%). &nbsp

Research results show that in the period 2015-2020, Quang Ninh province always had avian flu epidemics; However, outbreaks only occurred on a small scale in some districts, cities and towns. The epidemic mainly occurred in the Winter - Spring crop with 91.46% of the poultry infected with influenza and 90.71% of the poultry killed and culled due to influenza were recorded in this season; only 8.54% of poultry got sick and 9.81% of poultry died and was destroyed due to flu in the summer-autumn crop; The incidence of avian influenza varies by type of poultry, in which the highest infection rate in chickens is 64.98% and the lowest rate in quail is 2.54%. Every year, flu vaccination results for poultry flocks in Quang Ninh province always reach a high level of over 90%. Monitoring 1,550 poultry after vaccination in 5 districts, cities and towns in Quang Ninh province found that vaccines used to prevent disease are safe for poultry; 95.10% of poultry have no side effects after injection; the rest appeared a few mild reactions, did not have a big impact on the health of poultry.

Key Points Question Can virtual care (VC) be rapidly implemented across a tertiary center during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, and what are service capacity and quality outcomes? Findings This cohort study of 22 085 VC visits at a single cancer center suggests feasibility of an agile service design process for implementation of VC at scale. This approach preserved outpatient caseloads and maintained care quality in all 6 care-quality domains of care quality laid out by the Institute of Medicine while rendering high patient and practitioner satisfaction. Meaning These data support the value proposition of VC to safeguard system capacity, while minimizing the disruption to patient care during a pandemic., Importance The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has burdened health care resources and disrupted care of patients with cancer. Virtual care (VC) represents a potential solution. However, few quantitative data support its rapid implementation and positive associations with service capacity and quality. Objective To examine the outcomes of a cancer center–wide virtual care program in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Design, Setting, and Participants This cohort study applied a hospitalwide agile service design to map gaps and develop a customized digital solution to enable at-scale VC across a publicly funded comprehensive cancer center. Data were collected from a high-volume cancer center in Ontario, Canada, from March 23 to May 22, 2020. Main Outcomes and Measures Outcome measures were care delivery volumes, quality of care, patient and practitioner experiences, and cost savings to patients. Results The VC solution was developed and launched 12 days after the declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic. With a substantial proportion of the population currently hesitant to take the COVID-19 vaccine, it is important that people have access to accurate information. However, there is a large amount of low-credibility information about vaccines spreading on social media. In this paper, we present the CoVaxxy dataset, a growing collection of English-language Twitter posts about COVID-19 vaccines. Using one week of data, we provide statistics regarding the numbers of tweets over time, the hashtags used, and the websites shared. We also illustrate how these data might be utilized by performing an analysis of the prevalence over time of high- and low-credibility sources, topic groups of hashtags, and geographical distributions. Additionally, we develop and present the CoVaxxy dashboard, allowing people to visualize the relationship between COVID-19 vaccine adoption and U.S. geo-located posts in our dataset. This dataset can be used to study the impact of online information on COVID-19 health outcomes (e.g., vaccine uptake) and our dashboard can help with exploration of the data., Comment: 8 pages, 10 figures

Natural language grammar contains pockets of linear morphological contiguity, in which formal identity between non-contiguous categories is either unattested or extremely rare. Also called *ABA domains, the analysis of these etiologically heterogeneous patterns has been a fruitful site of cross-theoretic dis course. Following Caha (2017), surface *ABA distributions may be classified as resulting from one of at least two morphosyntactic decompositions: cumulating and overlapping. The cumulating decomposition characterizes Bobaljik's (2012) com parative suppletion, and describes domains in which the final category of an *ABA domain is the most featurally or representationally complex. In contrast, the over lapping decomposition describes domains in which the medial category is the most complex, which Caha further argues is poorly handled by realizational architectures that assume underspecification. This study reconciles underspecification with the overlapping distribution by means of a requirement of contextual contiguity, in which a Vocabulary entry can only realize a complex feature bundle [X, Y] if and only if there exists another entry that realizes either of the simplex features [X] or [Y].

Introduction: As retinoblastoma is a rare pediatric cancer (1/17,000 live births) with little evidence to justify treatment choices, we built a cloud-based retinoblastoma-specific electronic health record database for point-of-care data to support clinical and research collaboration and provide a quantitative analysis of prescribed treatments. Methods: Disease-specific Electronic Patient Illustrated Clinical Timeline (DEPICT HEALTH) is online, cloud-based, interactive, with point-of-care timelines and corresponding retinal/tumor drawings, with standardized scoring of tumor number, size, and locations. Results: DEPICT HEALTH records are contributed by the entire care team and used in quantitative treatment analyses. DEPICT HEALTH effectively communicates disease and treatment information to the patients’ circle of care and their parents, independent of language. The Retinoblastoma Activity Index (RAI) quantifies the active tumor (colored yellow) by counting the yellow pixels in the DEPICT HEALTH digital drawings. The drawings represent tumor at every encounter based on the collective opinion of the care team, and the RAI will quantitate tumor response to treatment. Two clinical trials were initiated using DEPICT HEALTH and RAI for eligibility and short- and long-term outcomes. Conclusion: Using RAI to score tumor response provides RECIST (response evaluation criteria in solid tumors) for retinoblastoma research, a standard of measurement that has never before been available. Machine learning methods will ultimately analyze point-of-care data to predict patient outcomes and assist with clinical decision making. Morphological contiguity domains are pockets of natural language grammar wherein formal irregularity in one component predicts co-irregularity in a related, and often more marked, component. At the surface level, they foreclose certain allomorphic and/or distributional possibilities, producing so-called *ABA effects. Contiguity phenomena have been documented in the study of comparatives, case, pronouns, tense/aspect, inter multa alia. To this expanding list, this study adds kinship. It shall be shown that nonsingular pronouns in Lower Arrernte exemplify an apparent *ABA allomorphy-constraining distribution in which the agnate-disharmonic and non-agnate forms must co-supplete. An implementation using toy features demonstrates that the emergence of at least some *ABA patterns may be artifactual of how a paradigm is set up, and that Lower Arrernte nonsingulars do not instantiate Bobaljik (2012)'s containment hypothesis. These results are consonant with a picture of contiguity effects as a group of etiologically and derivationally heterogeneous phenomena, instead of an unambiguous diagnostic for syntactic hierarchical structure.

Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) are heterogeneous and can adopt a spectrum of activation states between pro-inflammatory and pro-tumorigenic in response to the microenvironment. We have previously shown that TTI-621, a soluble SIRPαFc fusion protein that blocks the CD47 "do-not-eat" signal, promotes tumor cell phagocytosis by IFN-γ-primed macrophages. To assess the impact of CD47 blockade on diverse types of macrophages that are found within the tumor microenvironment, six different polarized human macrophage subsets (M(-), M(IFN-γ), M(IFN-γ+LPS), M(IL-4), M(HAGG+IL-1β), M(IL-10 + TGFβ)) with distinct cell surface markers and cytokine profiles were generated. Blockade of CD47 using TTI-621 significantly increased phagocytosis of lymphoma cells by all macrophage subsets, with M(IFN-γ), M(IFN-γ+LPS) and M(IL-10 + TGFβ) macrophages having the highest phagocytic response. TTI-621-mediated phagocytosis involves macrophage expression of both the low- and high-affinity Fcγ receptors II (CD32) and I (CD64), respectively. Moreover, macrophages with lower phagocytic capabilities (M(-), M(IL-4), M(HAGG+IL-1β)) could readily be re-polarized into highly phagocytic macrophages using various cytokines or TLR agonists. In line with the in vitro study, we further demonstrate that TTI-621 can trigger phagocytosis of tumor cells by diverse subsets of isolated mouse TAMs ex vivo. These data suggest that TTI-621 may be efficacious in triggering the destruction of cancer cells by a diverse population of TAMs found in vivo and support possible combination approaches to augment the activity of CD47 blockade.

Vietnamese produce 20 tons net wrapper daily, such as Vissan company produces 4 tons/day to satisfy the domestic market demand. Net wrapper product is liked specially. Nowadays, net wrapper is still made by a handicraft, therefore, the productivity is low, it has irregular vein and insanitary. In order to replace for handle movement in the handicraft of method by using machine movement process the kinetics simulation and motion of net wrapper are one of the great important process. In this paper we have described a kinetics shaped veins of net wrapper by the combined effects of the curved motion with rotated motion. This method allows the surmounted defect of handicraft and improving the capacity and quality of net wrapper, specially there is specifications supporting for process the designing. In this paper we have introduced the new kinetics method by means of applications of machine movement process that could replace for handle movement in net wrapper production process. This new solution will enhance quality and quantity of the net wrapper, working conditions and the hygiene conditions in net wrapper production process. There are many methods to approach the kinetics shaped veins. In this paper, we have introduced the method that has determined the shaped veins of the net wrapper by combining effects of the curved motion of the piston with rotated motions of the trays and the other is the rotated motion of structure piston with rotated motions of the trays. This combination of motions not only defect of handicraft but also improve the density of net wrapper and these have guaranteed the technical standards of the net wrapper…Before using the parameters to serve for machine design, the kinetics shaped veins process was simulated and chosen the geometry parameters and the best kinetics for the design prosess.
