Regional poverty is one of the most serious challenges facing the world today. Poverty, antipoverty, and poverty alleviation are the focus of the attention of scholars and the public. This paper takes China's counties as the research unit, selects the influencing factors of poverty from natural and socio-economic factors, establishes an evaluation index system, simulates the natural poverty index and socio-economic poverty eradication index of each county, and clarifies the distribution characteristics of spatial poverty using GIS spatial analysis and BP artificial neural network. The results indicate that natural factors are the main cause of poverty in Chinese counties, with 710 counties having a high natural poverty index, accounting for nearly 30% of the total number of counties in the country. The national county-level natural poverty index shows a clear strip distribution pattern along latitude and longitude, with a strip distribution from north to south and from west to east; socio-economic factors have played a certain role in poverty alleviation, with as many as 1521 counties with low socio-economic poverty alleviation indices, accounting for approximately 64% of the total number of counties in the country. The spatial distribution of the county-level socio-economic poverty alleviation index is relatively fragmented. Through spatial scanning statistics, a total of 44 county poverty pressure index risk clusters reached a statistical significance level, involving 243 counties and districts. In poverty reduction practice, the internal counties and districts of contiguous poverty-stricken areas should strengthen cooperation and exchange. In the process of poverty alleviation and development, targeted poverty alleviation and economic development should be carried out based on the poverty-dominant type and self-development ability of the county, in order to improve efficiency. Regions that are relatively prosperous and have taken the lead in poverty reduction should play a leading and exemplary role in strengthening the radiation power of regional central cities. As the fastest-growing crowdfunding model, equity crowdfunding (ECF) brings high returns and uncertainty. In this context, it is crucial to understand these crowdfunding projects' actual performance. Since ECF is currently in the early stage of integration, there are still a lot of risk issues, such as the uncertainty of equity structure, capital supervision, or project management. Therefore, this paper develops a new profitability indicator, "return on registered capital," to test its impact on the ECF project's actual return. This paper studies which factors affect the financial performance of ECF projects through the traditional statistical model and a deep neural network (DNN) model. There is evidence that return on registered capital affects the actual return of the project. At the same time, the company's operating time and the number of employees had an unexpected effect on project performance. In addition, the recognition accuracy of the DNN model in this study exceeds 97%, which affirms the applicability of the DNN model in the analysis of ECF success factors. This paper also uses tenfold cross-validation to prove that deep learning has certain advantages in this topic's accuracy and generalization error. In this paper, the No. 30201 working face of a specific colliery was determined as the study area in the Yushen mining area, China. The objective of this paper is to determine the optimal position for pressure regulation measures during the final mining stage. A mechanical calculation model for stabilized coal pillar was developed. The analytical solution for the front abutment pressure function was obtained. Limit equilibrium theory and beam theory were employed to compute the critical width value of the stabilized coal pillar. The analysis focused on examining the spatiotemporal relationship between the rotational deformation of the main roof and the stability of the retracement channel. The study utilized numerical simulation to investigate the failure characteristics of the surrounding rock and the stress redistribution in the stabilized coal pillar within the working face. Through comprehensive analysis, a reasonable width of 15 m for the stabilized coal pillar was determined and successfully implemented in field practices. A method of using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to select the stabilized coal pillar width was proposed. The input characteristics of ANN were determined through theoretical analysis. Four models of BP, WOA-BP, PSO-BP, and CPSO-BP were trained. The calculation accuracy of each model is evaluated by three quantitative metrics: MAE, MRE, and RMSE. The MAE value of the CPSOBP model is 0.9489, showing a reduction of 70.87% compared to the BP model, 55.84% compared to the WOA-BP model, and 51.26% compared to the PSOBP model. The MRE value is 0.0559, which is 71.51%, 56.29%, and 53.24% lower than the other models, respectively. The RMSE value is 1.0617, which is 68.92%, 56.13%, and 53.03% lower than other models, respectively. The four models were employed to compute the width of the stabilized coal pillar. The values for the BP, WOA-BP, PSO-BP, and CPSO-BP models were 12.7 m, 16.3 m, 14.1 m, and 15.2 m, respectively, indicating that the CPSO-BP model can effectively determine the width of the stabilized coal pillar. Accurate prediction of regional terrestrial water storage change (TWSA) is of great significance for water resources planning and management, and early warning of extreme climate disasters. Aiming at the problem that the conventional methods on prediction of TWSA time series are difficult to be accurate, the six typical regions are selected in China as examples, including the upper reaches of the Yangtze River (UYR), the southwest region (SWR), the Liaohe River Basin (LRB), the North China Plain (NCP), the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (QTP), and the Pearl River Basin (PRB). The mascon product from GRACE/GRACE-FO provided by CSR is used to extract TWSA time series in six typical areas. The improved Back Propagation (BP) neural network, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) neural network and the latest Bidirectional LSTM (BiLSTM-attention) neural network model based on attention mechanism are proposed to predict and analyze the regional TWSA. In the experiment, the selection of the optimal model parameters such as the number of hidden layer nodes and the number of hidden units of the neural network model is tested and analyzed in detail. Meanwhile, the model prediction results are compared with the traditional least squares method and random forest (RF) prediction method. The root mean square error (RMSE), determination coefficient (R2), Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient (NSE) and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) were used to evaluate the accuracy of the predicted results. The results show that the improved BP, LSTM and Bi-LSTM-attention neural network models all achieve higher prediction accuracy in UYR and SWR areas. RMSE is less than 2.641 cm, R2 is as high as 0.8 or more, NSE is above 0.6, and MAPE is within 0.1. Compared with the least square method, the RMSE of the predicted results from three neural network decreased by 0.998 cm, 0.700 cm and 0.7563 on average, and the R2 increased by 81.75%, 69.89% and 72% on average. Compared with RFML method, the RMSE from three neural network is reduced by 0.601 cm, 0.316 cm and 0.360, and R2 is increased by 38.20%, 24.60% and 27.06% on average. NSE and RMSE are improved to varying degrees in the above regions. It shows that the improved BP, LSTM and BiLSTM-attention model used can effectively predict TWSA. Accurate prediction of sea level height is critically important for the government in assessing sea level risk in coastal areas. However, due to the nonlinear, time-varying and highly uncertain characteristics of sea level change data, sea level prediction is challenging. To improve the accuracy of sea level prediction, this paper uses a new swarm intelligence algorithm named the sparrow search algorithm (SSA), which can imitate the foraging behavior and antipredation behavior of sparrows, to determine optimal solutions. To avoid the algorithm falling into a local optimal situation, this paper integrates the sine–cosine algorithm and the Cauchy variation strategy into the SSA to obtain an algorithm named the SCSSA. The SCSSA is used to optimize the parameter values of the CNN-BiLSTM (convolutional neural network combined with bidirectional long short-term memory neural network) model; finally, a combined neural network model (named SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM) is proposed. In this paper, the time series data of seven tidal stations located in coastal China are used for experimental analysis. First, the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model is compared with the CNN-BiLSTM model to predict the time series data of SHANWEI Station. With respect to the training and test sets of data, the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model outperforms the other models on all the evaluation metrics. In addition, the remaining six tide station datasets and five neural network models, including the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model, are used to further study the performance of the proposed prediction model. Four evaluation indices including the root mean squared error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) and coefficient of determination (R2) are adopted. For six stations, the RMSE, MAE, MAPE and R2 of SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model are ranged from 20.9217 ~ 27.8427 mm, 9.4770 ~ 17.8603 mm, 0.1322% ~ 0.2482% and 0.9119 ~ 0.9759, respectively. The experimental analysis results show that the SCSSA-CNN-BiLSTM model makes effective predictions at all stations, and the prediction performance is better than that of the other models. Even though the combination of SCSSA algorithm may increase the complexity of the model, indeed the proposed model is a new prediction method with good accuracy and robustness for predicting sea level change. Background: Lung cancer is one of the cancers with the highest mortality rate in China. With the rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology and the research and application of deep learning methods in recent years, deep neural networks based on gene expression have become a hot research direction in lung cancer diagnosis in recent years, which provide an effective way of early diagnosis for lung cancer. Thus, building a deep neural network model is of great significance for the early diagnosis of lung cancer. However, the main challenges in mining gene expression datasets are the curse of dimensionality and imbalanced data. The existing methods proposed by some researchers can't address the problems of high-dimensionality and imbalanced data, because of the overwhelming number of variables measured (genes) versus the small number of samples, which result in poor performance in early diagnosis for lung cancer. Method: Given the disadvantages of gene expression data sets with small datasets, high-dimensionality and imbalanced data, this paper proposes a gene selection method based on KL divergence, which selects some genes with higher KL divergence as model features. Then build a deep neural network model using Focal Loss as loss function, at the same time, we use k-fold cross validation method to verify and select the best model, we set the value of k is five in this paper. Result: The deep learning model method based on KL divergence gene selection proposed in this paper has an AUC of 0.99 on the validation set. The generalization performance of model is high. Conclusion: The deep neural network model based on KL divergence gene selection proposed in this paper is proved to be an accurate and effective method for lung cancer prediction. In recent years, China's economy has been developing rapidly, and people's life and quality of life have been improving; more importantly, people's habits and living habits have also developed from the previous "unhygienic" and "not very careful" to the current "Healthier, more hygienic, greener and more sophisticated" direction. In the process of this development, due to the rapid development of the economy and the industrialization of cities, the incidence of heart disease is also increasing year by year. According to relevant studies, China's urbanization process has been unprecedented, the number of urbanized people in China has exploded in recent years, and the ratio of urban to rural population has increased from about 20 percent to about 75 percent today. The effects of the population and the urbanization of urban architecture are affecting people's physical and mental health, both consciously and unconsciously, causing both positive and negative physical and mental effects on the psychological and physical levels. In this paper, the concept of deep learning is fully utilized to train the CNN neural network model and apply it to the ECG abnormality recognition and prediction examination. In order to fully validate the application and significance of deep learning in ECG abnormality identification and prediction, the whole project was completed through subjective and objective experiments. The experimental results show that, from the subjective aspect, the ECG examination has been accepted by most people for different age groups, and the analysis results of the ECG examination with the deep learning model in this paper are more satisfactory; from the objective aspect, the CNN-ECG abnormality recognition prediction network model trained in this paper has high. The accuracy of the model for ECG abnormality recognition prediction can reach 86% when the learning rate is set to 0.0001 and the batch size is set to 120, and the model can reduce the burden of medical personnel to a certain extent. Analyzing and investigating the impact of implementing an environmental policy mix on carbon emission from private cars and social welfare holds significant reference value. Firstly, based on vehicle trajectory big data, this paper employs reverse geocoding and artificial neural network models to predict carbon emissions from private cars in various provinces and cities in China. Secondly, by simulating different scenarios of carbon tax, carbon trading, and their policy mix, the propensity score matching model is constructed to explore the effects of the policy mix on carbon emission reduction from private cars and social welfare while conducting regional heterogeneity analysis. Finally, policy proposals are proposed to promote carbon emission reduction from private cars and enhance social welfare in China. The results indicate that the environmental policy mix has a significant positive impact on carbon emission reduction from private cars and social welfare. Furthermore, in the regional heterogeneity analysis, the implementation of the policy mix in eastern regions has a significant positive effect on both carbon emission reduction from private cars and social welfare, while in central and western regions, it shows a significant positive impact on social welfare but has no significant effect on carbon emission reduction in the private car sector. In these experiments, the speech big data analysis technology has achieved remarkable achievements, so it is necessary to combine the speech big data analysis technology with the demand analysis of the tourism industry. The purpose of this paper is to study the effective model of tourism consumer demand prediction using big data analysis. In the process of completing this paper, we consulted a large number of research results of big data analysis technology, tourism-related books, and demand prediction models in HowNet, VIP, and other network databases as well as campus libraries, summarized the related concepts of tourism, and used big data analysis technology to predict the demand of tourism consumers. Understand the needs of tourism consumers on major tourism websites, and extract the indicators that will affect the forecast results of consumer demand, establish a demand forecast model based on the indicators, and analyze its forecast effects through comparative analysis to understand its advantages and disadvantages, in order to establish a tourism demand forecast models providing actionable advice. Through the practical application case of the demand forecasting model, this paper puts forward the development strategy of tourism. The experimental results show that the mean square error of the neural network model is less than 2.5, which is more suitable for predicting the number of tourists, indicating that different models are suitable for predicting different indicators. The main contribution of this research lies in the modeling and analysis of regional tourism characteristics and tourists' willingness, so as to achieve accurate prediction of tourists in scenic spots and formulate targeted plans. Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly, becoming the second largest economy in the world. The state of macroeconomic development has a great influence on the government's policy introduction and the investment decisions of individual institutions. Therefore, forecasting the macroeconomy is of great significance to the country. This paper aims to study the macroeconomic forecasting model system based on digital information and blockchain technology. This paper proposes an artificial neural network prediction algorithm based on digital information and blockchain technology, and the artificial neural network and particle swarm algorithm are combined to become the hybrid artificial neural network algorithm, and the conception of the establishment of the macroeconomic forecast model is proposed. The experimental results of this paper show that according to the prediction results of artificial neural network, the prediction and actual error in 2010 is 0.10, while the new method proposed in this paper predicts the error of 0.056. In 2016, the prediction error based on artificial neural network was 0.14, while the prediction result of the new method proposed in this paper showed an error of 0.008. In each year's economic forecast, the neural network model of the new method proposed in this paper has higher prediction accuracy and smaller error. Early warning and focused regulation of veterinary drug residues in freshwater products can protect human health and stabilize social development. To improve the prediction accuracy, this paper constructs a Transformer-based model for predicting the safety risk level of veterinary drug residues in freshwater products in China to conduct a comprehensive assessment and prediction of the three veterinary drug residues with the maximum detection rate in freshwater products, including florfenicol, enrofloxacin and sulfonamides. Using the national sampling data and consumption data of freshwater products from 2019 to 2021, this paper constructs a self-built dataset, combined with the k-means algorithm, to establish the risk-level space. Finally, based on a Transformer neural network model, the safety risk assessment index is predicted on a self-built dataset, with the corresponding risk level for prediction. In this paper, comparison experiments are conducted on the self-built dataset. The experimental results show that the prediction model proposed in this paper achieves a recall rate of 94.14%, which is significantly better than other neural network models. The model proposed in this paper provides a scientific basis for the government to implement focused regulation, and it also provides technical support for the government's intervention regulation. Based on the integrated model of Super-SBM model, spatial Durbin model (SDM) and Grey neural network model, this paper analyzes the panel data of various provinces in China from multiple angles and dimensions. It was found that there were significant differences in eco-efficiency between organic rice production and conventional rice production. The response of organic rice to climate change, the spatial distribution of ecological and economic benefits and the impact on carbon emission were analyzed. The results showed that organic rice planting not only had higher economic benefits, but also showed a rising trend of ecological benefits and a positive feedback effect. This finding highlights the importance of organic rice farming in reducing carbon emissions. Organic rice farming effectively reduces greenhouse gas emissions, especially carbon dioxide and methane, by improving soil management and reducing the use of fertilizers and pesticides. This has important implications for mitigating climate change and promoting soil health and biodiversity. With the acceleration of urbanization, the increase of organic rice planting area shows the trend of organic rice gradually replacing traditional rice cultivation, further highlighting the potential of organic agriculture in emission reduction, environmental protection and sustainable agricultural production. To this end, it is recommended that the Government implement a diversified support strategy to encourage technological innovation, provide guidance and training, and raise public awareness and demand for organic products. In recent years, with the development of geological prospecting from shallow ore to deep and hidden ore, the difficulty of prospecting is increasing day by day, so the application of computer technology and new methods of geological and mineral exploration is paid more and more attention. The mining and prediction of geological prospecting information based on deep learning have become the frontier field of earth science. However, as a deep artificial intelligence algorithm, deep learning still has many problems to be solved in the big data mining and prediction of geological prospecting, such as the small number of training samples of geological and mineral images, the difficulty of building deep learning network models, and the universal applicability of deep learning models. In this paper, the training samples and convolutional neural network models suitable for geochemical element data mining are constructed to solve the above problems, and the model is successfully applied to the prediction research of gold, silver, lead and zinc polymetallic metallogenic areas in South China. Taking the Pangxidong research area in the west of Guangdong Province as an example, this paper carries out prospecting target prediction research based on a 1:50000 stream sediment survey original data. Firstly, the support vector machine (SVM) model and statistical method were used to determine the ore-related geochemical element assemblage. Secondly, the experimental data of geochemical elements were augmented and a dataset was established. Finally, ResNet-50 neural network model is used for data training and prediction research. The experimental results show that the areas numbered 9, 29, 38, 40, 95, 111, 114, 124, 144 have great metallogenic potential, and this method would be a promising tool for metallogenic prediction. By applying the ResNet-50 neural network in metallogenic prediction, it can provide a new idea for the future exploration of mineral resources. In order to verify the generality of the research method in this paper, we conducted experimental tests on the geochemical dataset of B area, another deposit research area in South China. The results show that 100% of the prediction area obtained by using the proposed method covers the known ore deposit area. Longwall top coal caving technology is one of the main methods of thick coal seam mining in China, and the classification evaluation of top coal cavability in longwall top coal caving working face is of great significance for improving coal recovery. However, the empirical or numerical simulation method currently used to evaluate the top coal cavability has high cost and low-efficiency problems. Therefore, in order to improve the evaluation efficiency and reduce evaluation the cost of top coal cavability, according to the characteristics of classification evaluation of top coal cavability, this paper improved and optimized the fuzzy neural network developed by Nauck and Kruse and establishes the fuzzy neural network prediction model for classification evaluation of top coal cavability. At the same time, in order to ensure that the optimized and improved fuzzy neural network has the ability of global approximation that a neural network should have, its global approximation is verified. Then use the data in the database of published papers from CNKI as sample data to train, verify and test the established fuzzy neural network model. After that, the tested model is applied to the classification evaluation of the top coal cavability in 61,107 longwall top coal caving working face in Liuwan Coal Mine. The final evaluation result is that the top coal cavability grade of the 61,107 longwall top coal caving working face in Liuwan Coal Mine is grade II, consistent with the engineering practice. Some coaches and tennis groups have come up with a number of different teaching styles in order to keep tennis players going. Its main features are as follows: To cultivate students' interest in learning, the sequence of strokes in tennis is used for teaching. Although tennis has no special requirements for the physical condition of the athlete, tennis is a relatively difficult sport to master. What is lacking at present is more effective and simpler teaching methods, so training should be carried out in a targeted manner in the tennis baseline stroke technique. In order to make the tennis baseline stroke teaching more intuitive and easy to learn, this paper applies the neural network learning algorithm to the research and analysis of the tennis baseline stroke technique and proposes the core technology of the tennis baseline stroke technique. On this basis, the key techniques of tennis baseline stroke technique are discussed. Based on this, a basic model based on deep convolutional neural network is proposed. The experimental results show that the forehand scores of the three throwing methods in the experimental group are 6.47 and 7.28, respectively, which is better than the control group. The three throwing methods are self-throwing, close throwing, and long throwing. It shows that the teaching method in this paper can greatly improve the students' tennis baseline hitting skills. By analyzing the current situation of the Internet of Things education platform, including its development and structure, this paper constructs the evaluation model of the combination of long-term memory neural network model and gray model and realizes the evaluation of the teaching effect of the Internet of Things education platform. Performance degradation with intraspeaker variability is a hot topic in speaker recognition. Accuracy dropping over time has become a common and accepted phenomenon in the field of speaker recognition. In China, many people travel between their birthplace and workplaces. Different cultural atmospheres and customs have an effect on the pronunciation of speech. The ongoing work focuses on time-varying and region-changed factors that are caused by population migration. This paper introduces a time-varying and region-changed speech database (TRSD) collected from 55 university students over 3 years. In total, it contains 3795 utterances. To study the impact of the time-varying and region-changed factors on speaker identification and explore hidden factors that may lead to performance degradation, there are also many experimental studies for the database. In the experiments, the changes in characteristic parameters (pitch, intensity, formant and spectrogram) are analyzed and grouped by gender and birthplace. The Gaussian mixture model-universal background model, deep neural network model, i-vector/PLDA and x-vector/PLDA are evaluated on TRSD to provide a reference performance. For the time-varying and region-changed factors, this paper also provided three kinds of corresponding solutions: speaker model adaption, cepstral mean normalization and mel-frequency cepstrum coefficient normalization. Drought is an important meteorological event in China and can cause severe damage to both livelihoods and socio‐ecological systems, but current seasonal prediction skill for drought is far from successful. This study used convolutional neural network (CNN) to build an effective seasonal forecast model for the summer consecutive dry days (CDD) over China. The principal components (PC) of the six leading empirical orthogonal function modes of CDD anomaly were predicted by CNN, using the previous winter precipitation, 2‐m temperature and 500 hPa geopotential height as predictors. These predicted PCs were then projected onto the observed spatial patterns to obtain the final predicted summer CDD anomaly over China. In the independent hindcast period of 2007–2018, the interannual variabilities of first six PCs were significantly predicted by CNN. The spatial patterns of CDD were then skillfully predicted with anomaly correlation coefficient skills generally higher than 0.2. The interannual variability of summer CDD over the middle and lower Yangtze River valley, northwestern China and northern China were significant predicted by our CNN model three months in advance. CNN identified that the previous winter precipitation was the important predictor for PC1–PC3, whereas the previous winter 2‐m temperature and 500 hPa geopotential height were important for the prediction of PC4–PC6. This research provides a new and effective method for the seasonal prediction of summer drought. Plain Language Summary: Drought can cause serious agricultural and ecosystem disasters, so its forecast is valuable for preventing and mitigating related natural disasters and regional socioeconomic sustainability. However, current prediction skill for drought is far from successful since its extreme feature. At present, in the vast majority of coal mine production processes in China, the degree of hydrogeological exploration often lags behind geological exploration. The main difficulty in evaluating the water richness of coal seam top and bottom water-bearing beds is that the existing evaluation methods often rely on less hydrogeological investigation data. How to utilize the abundant geological exploration data in the mining area to appraise the water-rich distribution of sandstone aquifers is a feasible and challenging methodology. At present, some experts and scholars have tried to use multivariate factor analysis to solve the problem of water-richness evaluation, and they have achieved certain results, but there are some shortcomings: (1) The prediction results are mostly qualitative estimations of the water-richness grade, and there is a lack of quantitative analysis of the units-inflow; and (2) at present, the more advanced prediction methods, such as the back propagation (BP) neural network model, have the disadvantages of low accuracy, requiring many iterations, and slow convergence speed. Therefore, with geological exploration data of the 1503E working face of the Yili No.1 coal mine as the basis., this paper uses grey correlation analysis to screen out the factor indexes suitable for the evaluation of the water richness of a weakly cemented sandstone aquifer, and it combines principal component analysis (PCA) with a BP neural network. At present, the process of security issuance in China has changed from examination and approval system to approval system. With the increasing stock that enters the capital market through the IPO, establishing an effective financial risk monitoring and control system of listed companies has great practical significance and application value. In the perspective of big data, this paper constructs a new practical financial early warning integration model. A total of 32,283 financial statements of 3,025 listed companies are collected from 2000 to 2017. First, this paper collected and built a financial crisis prediction database: a total of 32,283 financial statements of 3,025 listed companies occurred from year 2000 to 2017 and corresponding financial indicators including 6 primary indicators and 25 secondary indicators are collected. Next, the financial crisis model based on financial indicators is proposed and trained by the classic machine learning method such as random forest and gradient boosting decision tree. And then, through natural language processing and deep learning technology, this paper also builds a financial crisis prediction model based on financial statement text. Finally, an ensemble model is proposed and its performances are evaluated; the results indicate that the proposed ensemble model performed the best and significantly outperforms other benchmark methods for financial crisis prediction and identification, indicating that it can be employed as an intelligent identification system to enhance identification accuracy for early warning and identification of financial crisis of listed companies in China stock marketing. China has always attached great importance to food security issues; especially in today's changeable world, it is particularly important to build a feasible and accurate food security early warning system. According to the influencing factors in food security, this paper uses the PCA method and the AHP method to construct a food security early warning index system that includes 4 secondary indicators and 13 tertiary indicators of total security, trade security, ecological security, and food security. There are four security levels of no warning, light warning, moderate warning, and heavy warning, and finally the comprehensive evaluation of food security from 2000 to 2019 and the specific early warning levels of various indicators are obtained. This paper constructs a food security evaluation system from the perspective of data, breaks through the limitations of existing research, and improves the completeness of food security early warning indicators. Because the BP neural network is a multilayer feedforward neural network with strong adaptability, it is one of the most widely used and successful neural network models at present. With the downward pressure of China's economy and the impact of the epidemic, the accumulated market risk has increased the liquidity pressure of the banking industry, and the mismatch between deposit maturity and loan maturity is the main cause for the increase of liquidity risk. The twenty-first century is the era of rapid and in-depth development of data management technology. The explosive growth of massive financial data makes the information data related to the liquidity risk of commercial banks present the characteristics of complexity, diversity, and heterogeneity. The traditional risk early warning model cannot deal with the influence between a large number of influencing factors and the nonlinear factors of commercial bank liquidity risk. Based on this transformation, the circular neural network model is introduced into the field of liquidity risk early warning of commercial banks from the perspective of the mismatch risk of financing maturity of commercial banks, and the driving factors and risk warning signs of liquidity risk of commercial banks are further analyzed from the institutional level, policy level, industry level, and micro commercial bank level. This paper uses network crawler technology, text analysis, and grounded analysis technology to intelligently identify the liquidity risk of commercial banks and establishes an early warning index system based on the influencing factors of commercial banks and internal liquidity risk. Also, it constructs an intelligent early warning model of commercial bank liquidity risk based on deep learning and uses the data of commercial banks from 2000 to 2020 for early warning. With the rapid development of entrepreneurship loans in China, the construction of a credit evaluation system of risk loans has become an important financial safeguard measure. This paper mainly studies the following three aspects. Firstly, in view of the subjective factors in the approval process of venture loans, based on the credit evaluation system of commercial banks and the data characteristics of venture loans, a credit evaluation system based on venture loans is constructed. Secondly, the randomized uniform design method is used to improve the population initialization method to realize the uniform distribution of the individual population. Finally, aiming at the problem of low efficiency of venture loan audit, this paper proposes an optimized BP neural network to evaluate the venture loan. Especially, through data processing, a credit index system is constructed, and then the optimized BP neural network model is determined in parameters. The model contains 15 input nodes, 1 hidden layer, and 2 output layers. Finally, the simulation shows that the optimized BP neural network model has obvious advantages in the loan evaluation. Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that poses a serious threat to the health of the population in China, and TB outbreaks in universities have aroused great concern in society. Psychological emotions have a large impact on the academic lives of university students, and nowadays it is not only labour-intensive but also slow to monitor and analyse and deal with the psychology of university students' daily lives in a uniform manner. If psychological problems are not detected and given feedback in a timely manner, they can have a series of negative effects on the individual university student. In this paper, we apply the Bi-LSTM model and the CNN model neural network algorithm to learn the text data, and finally have 95.55% and 90.03% accuracy in the sentiment analysis experiment, respectively, which provides a feasible solution to solve the batch rapid analysis of the psychological changes reflected in the daily text of university students. In this paper, a novel ANN flood forecasting model is proposed. The ANN model is combined with traditional hydrological concepts and methods, taking the initial Antecedent Precipitation Index (API), rainfall, upstream inflow and initial flow at the forecast river section as input of model, and flood flow forecast of the next time steps as output of the model. The distributed rainfall is realized as the input of the model. The simulation is processed by dividing the watershed into several rainfall-runoff processing units. Two hidden layers are used in the ANN, and the topology of ANN is optimized by connecting the hidden layer neurons only with the input which has physical conceptual causes. The topological structure of the proposed ANN model and its information transmission process are more consistent with the physical conception of rainfall-runoff, and the weight parameters of the model are reduced. The arithmetic moving-average algorithm is added to the output of the model to simulate the pondage action of the watershed. Satisfactory results have been achieved in the Mozitan and Xianghongdian reservoirs in the upper reaches of Pi river in Huaihe Basin, and the Fengman reservoir in the upper reach of Second Songhua river in Songhua basin in China. Background: With the character of high incidence, high prevalence and high mortality, stroke has brought a heavy burden to families and society in China. In 2009, the Ministry of Health of China launched the China national stroke screening and intervention program, which screens stroke and its risk factors and conducts high-risk population interventions for people aged above 40 years old all over China. In this program, stroke risk factors include hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, smoking, lack of exercise, apparently overweight and family history of stroke. People with more than two risk factors or history of stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA) are considered as high-risk. However, it is impossible for this criterion to classify stroke risk levels for people with unknown values in fields of risk factors. The missing of stroke risk levels results in reduced efficiency of stroke interventions and inaccuracies in statistical results at the national level. In this paper, we use 2017 national stroke screening data to develop stroke risk classification models based on machine learning algorithms to improve the classification efficiency.Method: Firstly, we construct training set and test sets and process the imbalance training set based on oversampling and undersampling method. Then, we develop logistic regression model, Naïve Bayesian model, Bayesian network model, decision tree model, neural network model, random forest model, bagged decision tree model, voting model and boosting model with decision trees to classify stroke risk levels.Result: The recall of the boosting model with decision trees is the highest (99.94%), and the precision of the model based on the random forest is highest (97.33%). Using the random forest model (recall: 98.44%), the recall will be increased by about 2.8% compared with the method currently used, and several thousands more people with high risk of stroke can be identified each year.Conclusion: Models developed in this paper can improve the current screening method in the way that it can avoid the impact of unknown values, and avoid unnecessary rescreening and intervention expenditures. China contributed nearly one-fifth of the world maize production over the past few years. Mapping the distributions of maize cropland in China is crucial to ensure global food security. Nonetheless, 10 m maize cropland maps in China are still unavailable, restricting the promotion of sustainable agriculture. In this paper, we collect numerous samples to produce annual 10-m maize cropland maps in China from 2017 to 2021 with a machine learning based classification framework. To overcome the temporal variations of plants, the proposed framework takes Sentinel-2 sequence images as input and utilizes deep neural networks and random forest as classifiers to map maize in a zone-specific way. The generated maps have an overall accuracy (OA) spanning from 0.87 to 0.95 and the maize-cultivated areas estimated by the maps are highly consistent with the records in statistical yearbooks (R2 varying from 0.83 to 0.95). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first annual 10-m maize maps across China, which largely facilitates the sustainable agriculture development in China dominated by smallholder farmlands. The advancement of artificial intelligence technology and the advancement of language teaching and learning techniques have ushered in a new era of language learning and teaching. Deep learning technology makes it possible to solve this problem. Speech recognition and assessment technology are at the heart of language learning, and speech recognition technology is the foundation. Because of the complex changes in speech pronunciation, a large amount of speech signal data, the high dimension of speech characteristic parameters, and a large amount of speech recognition and evaluation computation, the large volume of speech signal processing requires higher requirements of hardware and software resources and algorithms. However, traditional speech recognition algorithms, such as dynamic time-warped algorithms, hidden Markov models, and artificial neural networks, have their advantages and disadvantages. They have encountered unprecedented bottlenecks, so it is difficult to improve their accuracy and speed. To solve these problems, this paper focuses on evaluating the multimedia teaching effect of college English. A multilevel residual convolutional neural network algorithm for oral English pronunciation recognition is proposed based on a deep convolutional neural network. The experiments show that our algorithm can assist learners in identifying inconsistencies between their pronunciation and standard pronunciation and correcting pronunciation errors, resulting in improved oral English learning performance. Congestion pricing has been unquestionably recognized as an efficient strategy for managing traffic demand following the successful introduction of such schemes in a number of cities. However, the lack of political and public acceptance can be blamed for the nonexecution of congestion pricing projects in numerous cities around the world. This paper sheds light on the impacts of congestion pricing and the factors influencing its public acceptance. Our research was aimed to answer the following questions: (ⅰ) What are the factors that can influence public acceptance of congestion pricing? (ⅱ) What are the impacts of implementing a congestion pricing scheme? (ⅲ) How can we overcome the barriers that currently stand in the way of public acceptance of congestion pricing? To answer these questions, we developed a case study combining stated preference and revealed preference data collected in Nanjing, China. The study analyzes the acceptance of congestion pricing and the factors influencing it, such as socioeconomics, the perceived impact, fairness and public transit-related factors. We compare logistic regression and artificial neural network models to gain a deeper knowledge of the important factors and investigate the respondents' attitudes. The results revealed that the perceived impacts on congestion, the environment, trips to the city center, revenue allocation, public transportation price satisfaction, annual income, fairness, car ownership and travel frequency, along with the efficiency and capacity of public transport systems, need to be included when evaluating individuals' acceptance of congestion pricing. Among these, the perceived impacts on congestion and the environment, fairness and revenue allocation to public transportation are the most significant factors. Moreover, we offer further qualitative insight into the individual, economic and social impacts of congestion pricing. Code-switching is the choice of a language, a variant of using multiple languages in the same conversation. Broadly speaking, code-switching refers to adjusting one's language style, appearance, behavior, and expression in order to improve the comfort of others in exchange for fair treatment, quality service, and employment opportunities. "Besieged City" is considered a masterpiece of 20th-century China. From the data point of view, this work has a total of 110 code shifts, but there are many studies on this language phenomenon, but none of them involve the perspective of register. However, language translation research based on register theory is of great significance. It is generally believed that the human brain's thinking is divided into three basic ways: abstract (logical) thinking, image (intuitive) thinking, and inspiration (awareness) thinking. Artificial neural networks are the second way to simulate human thinking. Therefore, this paper proposes research on cognitive feature extraction of pun code-switching based on a neural network optimization algorithm. It mainly introduces code-switching under cognitive language and also briefly analyzes code-switching and speech feature extraction and uses a neural network optimization algorithm to conduct an in-depth analysis of code-switching. Finally, in the experimental part, the experimental analysis of the famous novel "Besieged City" is carried out, the application of 89 language code-switching in the text is deeply analyzed, and the data analysis of its three variables is carried out from the perspective of register. The experimental results show that: in novels, there are two types of code-switching: preparation and improvisation. 24 code-switches are prepared, accounting for 26.9%, and 10 code-switches are improvisation, accounting for 8.9%. Intelligent forecasting of economic indexes has been an important demand for sustainable management of smart cities. Existing methods for this purpose were mostly established upon the basis of economic mechanism. Econometric models are the most general technical means in this area. However, in era of digital economy, increasing amount of big data has brought great change to traditional production. It is becoming more difficult for conventional technological forecasting methods to deal with multi-dimensional economic indexes. To deal with such challenge, this paper introduces the artificial intelligence algorithms to implement automatic information processing, and proposes a deep neural network-based intelligent forecasting method for multi-dimensional economic indexes in smart cities. Specifically, a deep neural network with three-layer structure is developed as the backbone methodology. For empirical analysis, the real-world data from "Chengdu–Chongqing Economic Circle" in China from 2012 to 2022 are selected as the main simulation scenario. Four major indexes are selected as the main research object: gross product (GDP), per capita GDP, GDP growth rate and the proportion of tertiary industry in GDP. The experimental results show that the proposal can well deal with such forecasting problem from a data-driven perspective, with a proper forecasting effect on historical data. In this study, a bibliometric analysis technique is used for performance analysis and science mapping of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in streamflow research. This paper examines the current trends in the literature using the Scopus database over the last 37 years. RStudio Bibliometrix software was used to analyse the titles, keywords, abstracts, and full texts of 3000 publications to identify trends in AI models, publication types, journals, citations, authors, countries, and regions. The highest frequency AI-related keyword is "artificial neural networks," which was used in a total of 25587 times. The most common publication type, at 82.1%, is journal articles, and the highest rate of country production is 25% for China. In 2014, the relevant research data from the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Land and Resources showed that the total exceedance rate of soil heavy metal pollution in China had reached 16.1%, and in the construction of ecological civilization in the 13th Five-Year Plan, China has made the prevention and control of soil heavy metal pollution as the focus of prevention and control. Therefore, in this paper, four neural optimization network models, that is, radial basis neural network (RBFNN), generalized regression neural network (GRNN), wavelet neural network (WNN), and fuzzy neural network (FNN), are simulated and created to measure and correlate the soil heavy metal content in a city in northwest China and a city in central China from the actual situation in China. The simulations were conducted. Finally, by analyzing the comparison of predicted and true values of these four models on the test data of two sets of experimental data, the distribution of predicted differences to true values, and the calculation results of three error indicators, we found that WNN has the best prediction performance when using RBFNN, GRNN, WNN, and FNN for soil heavy metal content prediction. In this paper, a prediction model of information service talent demand is established by using gray system theory. In order to further improve the performance of the automatic grammar error detection system, a new Chinese grammar recognition and correction model is proposed in this paper. Based on the transformer attention mechanism, the bias matrix of Gaussian distribution is added to improve the attention of the model to local text and strengthen the information extraction of wrong words and surrounding words in the wrong text. In addition, the ON_LSTM model is used to extract grammatical information from the special grammatical structure of error text. The experimental results show that the two methods can effectively improve the accuracy and recall rate, and the fused model achieves the highest F1 value. Based on the development background of the interweaving and integration of computer technology and Internet technology, China's artificial intelligence industry is quietly rising. In the social life of the information age, the artificial intelligence industry represented by machine deep learning is playing a very important role. This study in combination with the background of the new health reform, in view of the reform of the medical industry, analyzes the connotation of financial wisdom based on the important role of the hospital financial development problems, puts forward the development direction of artificial intelligence hospital financial wisdom development measures, designed to meet the changing external environment demand, reduces human costs, and improves the overall efficiency of hospital financial fund management. Based on the evaluation results, this paper proposes the correct direction for the development of hospital intelligence finance by using the BP neural network model. After the analysis, it is found that the development of artificial intelligence is an important measure to promote the development of hospital intelligent finance. In other words, hospital intelligent financial management is the product of the continuous progress of artificial intelligence technology. At the present stage, the intelligent financial management problems of hospitals are mainly as follows: (1) lack of financial informatization, (2) lack of perfect financial risk early warning system, and (3) the phenomenon of "information island" in the financial system. After analyzing the above problems, the research believes that the development of hospital intelligent finance based on artificial intelligence needs to solve the above thorny problems, so as to improve the outcome of hospital intelligent finance development. Satellite-based precipitation products (SPPs) provide valuable precipitation information for various applications. Their performance, however, varies significantly from region to region due to various data sources and production processes. This paper aims to evaluate four selected SPPs (Precipitation Estimation from Remotely Sensed Information using Artificial Neural Networks Climate Data Record (PERSIANN-CDR), Multi-Source Weighted-Ensemble Precipitation (MSWEP), Gauge-adjusted Global Satellite Mapping of Precipitation (GSMAP-gauge), and Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM)) over mainland China from 2016 to 2019. Both conventional statistical indicators (e.g., correlation coefficients (CC), root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), relative bias (RB), and Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE)) and categorical indicators (probability of detection (POD), probability of true detection (POTD), false-alarm rate (FAR), and critical success index (CSI)) are used for quantitative analysis. The results show that: (1) GSMAP-gauge and GPM perform best in reproducing the spatial distribution pattern of precipitation over mainland China, whereas SPPs generally underestimate summer precipitation with a high frequency of no-rain cases. (2) MSWEP has the best capability for recording precipitation events, although some parts of northern China exhibit abnormal overestimations for winter precipitation. (3) All SPPs, especially the PERSIANN-CDR, significantly underestimate the precipitation in the mountainous areas of southwestern China. (4) The GSMAP-gauge and GPM outperformed the other two of the four SPPs, in terms of the probability density function of daily precipitation for cases (PDFc) and the probability density function of daily precipitation for volume (PDFv). Generally, PERSIANN-CDR shows the poorest performance when compared to the other three products. We can only continue to promote the rapid development of university teaching in China by putting in place a solid management system. It is the foundation of college students' IPE in this era of rapid information technology development to accurately adapt to and understand the actual problems and requirements of IPE proposed by the development of the times and innovate and develop accordingly. Deep learning (DL) is a sophisticated machine learning algorithm that outperforms previous technologies in speech and image recognition. In this paper, DLNN (deep learning neural network) technology is applied to IPE evaluation and a set of university-specific IPE evaluation index systems is developed. The BPNN (BP Neural Network) evaluation model is used to train and study a specific amount of teaching quality data in the MATLAB simulation tool. On the prediction of IPE evaluation, the BPNN algorithm has a prediction error of about 0.050.4 according to the findings. At present, the classification method used in image colour element analysis in China is still based on subjective visual evaluation. Because the evaluation process will inevitably be disturbed by human factors, it will not only have low efficiency but also produce large errors. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes an image colour data element analysis model based on depth neural network. Firstly, intelligent analysis of image colour data elements based on tensorflow is constructed, and the isomerized tensorflow framework is designed with the idea of Docker cluster to improve the efficiency of image element analysis. Secondly, considering the time error and spatial error diffusion model in the process of image analysis, the quantization modified error diffusion model is replaced by the original model for more accurate colour management. Image colour management is an important link in the process of image reproduction; the rotating principal component analysis method is used to correct and analyze the image colour error. Finally, using the properties of transfer learning and convolution neural network, an image colour element analysis model based on depth neural network is established. Large-scale image data is collected, and the effectiveness and reliability of the algorithm are verified from different angles. The results show that the new image colour analysis method can not only reveal the true colour components of the target image; furthermore, the real colour component of the target image also has high spectral data reconstruction accuracy, and the analysis results have strong adaptability. The goal of reaching the peak of carbon in the construction industry is urgent. However, the research on the feasibility of realizing this goal and the implementation of relevant policies in China is relatively superficial. In view of the historical data of energy consumption and building CO2 emission from 1995 to 2019, this paper establishes a BP neural network model for predicting building CO2 emissions. Moreover, the influencing factors, such as population, GDP, and total construction output, are introduced as the parameters in the model. Through the scenario analysis method explores the practical path to accomplish the peak of building CO2 emissions. When using traditional prediction methods to predict building carbon emissions, the long prediction cycle will increase the possibility of significant errors. Therefore, this paper constructs the calculation model of building carbon emission and forecasts the future carbon emission value through the BP neural network to avoid the error caused by the nonlinear relationship between influencing factors and predicted value. It will effectively predict the feasibility of the carbon peak and the carbon-neutral target set by government, and provide a useful predictive tool for adjusting the new energy structure and formulating related emission reduction policies. The construction of intelligent teaching is one of the important parts in the field of education informatization, and it is also an active field. The research in this area is beneficial to China's growth of information education. Online education has progressed significantly in the context of the intelligent Internet of Things. The focus of this paper is on violin online education. In the course of the research, it was discovered that violin teachers have little control over their students' after-school practice results, and that parents of violin students have little time to supervise their children's practice at any given moment. To solve this problem, the mixed speech composed of speech and violin accompaniment is selected as the research object. Audio signal analysis and neural network algorithm are used for analysis and research. The time domain and frequency domain characteristics of various audio signals are analyzed, including sparsity of speech signals and repeatability of music signals. The logarithmic power spectrum of audio signal is selected as the characteristic parameter, the sample is preprocessed and the feature is extracted, and the sound source separation model based on deep neural network is realized. The PESQ index was used to evaluate the separation results after using the audio source separation model to separate the mixed speech consisted of speech and violin accompaniment. By comparing the PESQ evaluation results of 40, 50 and 60 iterations, the model converges when the number of iterations is 50. The comparison between the model and L-MMSE algorithm shows that the performance of the model is better in speech source separation.
