İslâm medeniyeti, alemlere rahmet olarak gönderilen İslâm peygamberi Hz.Muhammed (s.a.v.) ile tarih sahnesine taşınan vahiy şekillendirdiği aklın inşa ettiği birmedeniyet tecrübesidir. İmam Hatip Liselerinin 12. sınıflarında okutulan İslâm Kültürve Medeniyeti dersi söz konusu tecrübeyi gelecek nesillere aktarabilmenin bir vesilesiolarak önem arz etmektedir.“İmam Hatip Liselerinde Okutulan İslâm Kültür ve Medeniyeti Dersi ÖğretimProgramının Öğretmen Görüşlerine Göre İncelenmesi” konulu araştırma “karmayöntem” çalışması ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bilimsel yöntemlerle elde edilen bulgular, ilgililiteratürle karşılaştırılarak yorumlanmıştır.Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre; öğretmenlerin %85,71’i İslâm Kültür veMedeniyeti dersi öğretim programını öğrencilerde sağlıklı bir medeniyet tasavvurugeliştirmesi bakımından yetersiz görürken, %85,82’si söz konusu dersin öğretimprogramının yeniden yapılandırılması gerektiğini ifade etmişlerdir. Elde edilen bulgularailişkin çözüm önerileri sonuç ve öneriler bölümde ayrıntılı olarak açıklanmıştır.

The goal of multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) is to select the most appropriate of the alternatives by evaluating many conflicting criteria together. MCDM methods are widely available in the literature and have been used in various energy problems. The key problems studied in electrical power systems in recent years have included voltage instability and voltage collapse. Different flexible alternating current transmission systems (FACTS) equipment has been used for this purpose for decades, increasing voltage stability while enhancing system efficiency, reliability and quality of supply, and offering environmental benefits. Finding the best locations for these devices in terms of voltage stability in actual electrical networks poses a serious problem. Many criteria should be considered when determining the most suitable location for the controller. The aim of this paper is to provide a comparative analysis of MCDM techniques to be used for optimal location of a static VAR compensator (SVC) device in terms of voltage stability. The ideal location can be determined by means of sorting according to priority criteria. The proposed approach was carried out using the Power System Analysis Toolbox (PSAT) in MATLAB in the IEEE 14-bus test system. Using ten different MCDM methods, the most appropriate locations were compared among themselves and a single ranking list was obtained, integrated with the Borda count method, which is a data fusion technique. The application results showed that the methods used are consistent among themselves. It was revealed that the integrated model was an appropriate method that could be used for optimal location selection, providing reliable and satisfactory results to power system planners.

Examensarbetet är skrivit som en fallstudie där syftet är att säkerställa Trollhättan Energi AB:s kunder får en avbrottsfri elleverans under ö-drift samt att företaget kan minska utsläppen av fossilbränslen från en dieselgenerator under ö-drift. Den nya strategin utförs genom att ersätta dieselgeneratorer som används för ö-drift med laddningsbara batterier. Ett problem uppstår idag när Trollhättan Energi AB använder en dieselgenerator som reservkraft i en nätstation där det finns solceller i området som producerar en högre effekt än områdets effektkonsumtion. En sådan överskottseffekt orsakar problem om området ska drivas i en ö-drift då effekten inte kan ta vägen någonstans och som resultat fås ett avbrott på grund av att bakeffektskyddet på dieselgeneratorn löser ut. Ett sätt att lösa denna situation är att använda sig av batterier i ö-nätet som både kan laddas i och laddas ur. För att klara alla möjliga driftsituationer skulle batterikapaciteten behöva vara relativt stor. För att minska behovet av större batterikapacitet, begränsas dock i studien tidsintervallen till när ö-drift ska köras med användning av enbart batteri till mellan soluppgång och solnedgång. Utanför detta tidsintervall antas en vanlig generator med miljöbränsle HVO 100 användas parallellt och därför undersöktes två olika batterikapaciteter som är 245 kWh respektive 490 kWh. Metoden är att hitta en laddningsnivå för batterier som anpassar till olika årstider. Eftersom effektförbrukning inte är densamma i juni som i februari är batteriets laddningsnivå olika för de olika månaderna. Resultatet visar att med batterikapacitet 245 kWh måste Trollhättan Energi AB kontakta solcellsägaren under en ö-drift och be denne stänga av elproduktionen för att undvika avbrott. Batterikapaciteten 490 kWh klarar ö-drift inom alla studerade tidsintervaller. Att köpa och underhålla ett 490 kWh batteri kostar utslaget på 15 år ungefär 400 kSEK/år. Det är dyrt och inte lönsamt för att idag lösa problemet med bakeffekt. I framtiden, om batteripriset sänks och antalet solcellsanläggningar ökar, kan det dock bli lönsammare. Det absolut enklaste och billigaste sätt idag är att beordra ägarna av solcellsanläggningar att stänga av produktionen samt därefter köra med dieselgenerator som idag. I Trollhättan ökar antalet solcellsanläggningar och detta gör att det kan bli ett större problem för Trollhättan Energi AB i framtiden. I framtiden om många kunder installerar solceller och ett spontant avbrott inträffar blir det svårare att kontakta alla kunder. This bachelor’s thesis is written as a case study where the intended purpose is to reduce emissions of fossil fuels from a diesel generator and to ensure that Trollhättan Energi AB's customers receive an uninterrupted electricity supply during island operation. This is done by replacing diesel generators with chargeable batteries. The identified problem occurs when Trollhättan Energi AB uses a diesel generator in a substation where solar cells are also connected, and the solar cells produce more power thanthe costumers consume. This surplus power from solar cells will result in a disconnection of the diesel generator due to reverse power protection. The battery capacity would need to be relatively large to cope with all the possible scenarios. For the use of battery only, the study limits the time intervals between sunrise and sunset to reduce the need for larger battery capacity. However, outside this time interval, an ordinary generator with environmental fuel HVO 100 is assumed to be used in parallel and therefore two different battery capacities were examined. Capacity for the batteries are 245 kWh and 490 kWh, respectively. The method is to find a charging level for the batteries that can adapt to different seasons. Since the power consumption is not the same in June as in February, the battery charging level is different for the different months. The results of the study show that with a battery capacity of 245 kWh, Trollhättan Energi AB must contact the solar cell owner during island operation to avoid interruptions. The battery capacity 490 kWh can handle island operation at all time intervals for the risk of back power throughout the year without having to contact the solar cell owner. Buying a 490 kWh battery costs approximately 400 kSEK / year over 15 years. It is expensive and not profitable to solve the problem with the reverse power. In the future, however, if the battery price is lowered and the number of solar cell systems increases, it may become more profitable. The easiest and cheapest solution today is to order the owners of the solar cell systems to switch of the power production and then use a diesel generator, as today. In Trollhättan, the number of solar cell installations is increasing, and this means that in the future it might be a more significant problem for Trollhättan Energi AB. If several customers install solar cells and a spontaneous interruption occurs, it will be more challenging to contact and organize a solar cell switch-off with all costumers. Therefore, buying a battery might be a solution in the future.

The Rheic Ocean is the most significant Paleozoic ocean that detached peri-Gondwana terranes from the northern Gondwana margin throughout the closure of the Iapetus Ocean. The suture of the Rheic Ocean spreads from Mexico to the Middle East, and the timing of its final closure is well-documented by the rocks formed in the Variscan-Alleghanian-Ouachita orogeny which led to the formation of the supercontinent Pangaea. However, as robust paleomagnetic and quantitative data are mostly lacking, the onset and evolution of the subduction of the Rheic Ocean are highly speculative, and they require further confirmation. Recently, the well-preserved metagranitoids along the western Sakarya Zone (SZ) in Anatolia have been identified, and they provide new data that improve our knowledge on the evolution of the Early Paleozoic Rheic Ocean along the northern Gondwana. Here, we present new geochronological, in situ zircon Hf isotope, and whole-rock geochemical analyses of these metagranitoids from the western SZ to enhance our understanding of the subduction processes of the Rheic Ocean. IA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating demonstrated that the Boziiyuk and Borcak metagranitoids from the western SZ were emplaced during the Silurian to Early Devonian (431 +/- 2.7 to 403 +/- 3.5 Ma). The both granitoids have medium- to high-K. calc-alkaline magmatic character, and exhibit peraluminous to slightly metaluminous geochemical signature. They show a typical arc pattern in terms of trace elements and have a uniform, moderate negative epsilon(Hf) (t) of -3.2 to -9.7, with Mesoproterozoic Hf depleted mantle model ages (T-DM1 = 12 to 1.4 Ga). The geochemical and isotopic characteristics are not consistent with those of depleted mantle melts and melts derived from the crustal rocks in an intracontinental environment. Instead, the parental magma is likely generated from the partial melting of a homogeneous and enriched mantle wedge source. We propose that the Silurian to Early Devonian arc-related magmatism is associated with a northward subduction episode of the Rheic Oceanic lithosphere beneath the peri-Gondwana terranes. Hence, we consider that the opening of Paleotethys Ocean formed in a back-arc basin of subduction in Andean style to the north rather than a continental rift to the south in response to south-directed and short-lived supra-subduction zone (SSZ)-type subduction during the Silurian to Early Devonian. Andesite, basalt and their pyroclastic deposits arewidespread around Tepeköy. The volcanic rocks are predominantly andesitic andrarely basaltic in composition. Alteration developed near around volcaniceruption center and along the fault zones. Quartz, sericite, chlorite, epidoteand carbonate minerals are the dominant alteration minerals. Based on the results of geochemical analysis (XRF and ICP-MS), the volcanicrocks outcropping in the region have medium- to high-K calc-alkalinecharacter. The mass and net mass change calculations indicate that 25.2 %volume increase in the altered zones mainly due to addition ofK (9,93 g), P (0,46 g), Mg (16,74 g), Al, S, small amount of Si (5,89 g), andore-forming elements. The presence of silicification, kaolinization and sulfate minerals such as alunite-jarosite in theextremely altered fault and fracture zones indicates that a hydrothermal systemworks in the region. Also, Ba, Sr, Pb, Biand As enrichments in the extremely altered zones support the existence of the hydrothermal system. The system has ledto the formation of clay beds, which can have economic potential due to intensehydrothermal alteration occurring in pyroclastic deposits., Tepeköycivarında andezit, bazalt ve bunların piroklastik çökelleri yaygın olarakgözlenir. Kuvars, serizit, klorit, kaolen, jarosit,alunit, natroalunit, hematit ve limonit mineralleri yaygın olan alterasyon mineralleridir.Jeokimyasal analiz ( XRF ve ICP-MS) sonuçlarına göre, bölgede yüzeyleyenvolkanik kayaçlar orta-yüksek potasyum içerikli olup, kalk-alkalenkarakterlidirler. Kütle ve net kütle değişim hesapları, başlıca K (9,93 g), P(0,46 g), Mg (16,74 g), kısmen Al, S az miktarda Si (5,89 g) ve cevheroluşturan elementlerin ilavesine bağlı olarak yan kayaçlarda % 25.20’lık netbir kütle artışını göstermiştir. Fay ve kırık zonlarında aşırı derecedekaolenleşme, silisleşme, alunit/jarosit gibi sülfat minerallerinin varlığıbölgede hidrotermal bir sistemin çalıştığını işaret etmektedir. Ayrıca, Ba, Sr,Pb, Bi ve As gibi metallerin aşırı altere zonlarda zenginleşmiş olmaları,hidrotermal bir sistemin varlığını destekler niteliktedir. Diğer yandan sistem,bölgede kalitesini olumsuz yönde etkileyen yüksek silis, hematit-limonit gibidemir mineralleri ve jarosit-alunit gibi sülfat mineralleri içermelerine karşınekonomik potansiyele sahip olabilecek kil yataklarının oluşumunu sağlamıştır.

Araştırmanın amacı futbolcuların öz-yeterlik ve sargınlık algıları arasında (cinsiyet, meslek, medeni durum, yaş ve eğitim düzeyi vb.) kişisel niteliklerine göre anlamlı farklılık olup olmadığını ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın örneklemini Ankara'daki profesyonel erkek ve kadın futbol takımları sporcuları oluşturmaktadır. 10 Erkek 5 Kadın futbol takımından toplamda 354 sporcuya uygulanan araştırmaya 128 kadın futbolcu ve 226 erkek futbolcu katılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan sporcuların büyük çoğunluğu 19-23 yaş aralığındadır. Araştırmaya katılan sporcuların geneli (309 kişi) bekar sporculardır. Eğitim durumlarına ilişkin elde edilen verilere göre genel çoğunluk ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim seviyesindedir (254 kişi). Araştırmaya katılan sporcuların mesleki dağılımına göre genelinin öğrenci veya işsiz sporculardan oluşmaktadır (271 kişi). Araştırmada Hatem ÖCEL ve Orhan AYDIN (2006) tarafından geliştirilen ''Grup Sargınlığı Ölçeği'' ile Ayşin Yeşilay, Ralf Shcwarzer ve Matthias Jerusalem (1995) tarafından geliştirilen ''General Self-Efficacy Scale'' (Genelleştirilmiş Özyetki Beklentisi Ölçeği) kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler normal dağılım göstermediğinden nonparametrik test olan Man Whitney U ve Kruskall Wallis test istatistiklerinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre `Grup Sargınlığı ve Öz yeterlik` algısına ilişkin cinsiyet değişkenine göre anlamlı olarak farklılaşmaktadır. Erkek katılımcıların (X=2,26) kadın katılımcılara göre (X=2,08) daha yüksek `Grup Sargınlığı` puanı aldığı görülmektedir. Yine Erkek katılımcıların (X=2,14), kadın katılımcılara göre (X=1,96) daha yüksek `Öz-Yeterlik` puanı aldığı görülmektir. Medeni durum değişkenine göre `Grup Sargınlığı` ve `Öz-Yeterlik` algısında anlamlı bir fark tespit edilememiştir. Yaş değişkenine göre `Grup Sargınlığı` puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Çoklu karşılaştırma testi sonucunda 15-18 yaş grubunun 19 ve üzeri yaş grubundan daha yüksek puan aldığı görülmüştür. Eğitim durumları değişkenine göre `Grup Sargınlığı ve Öz-yeterlik` ölçek puanları arasında anlamlı bir fark tespit edilememiştir. Quantitative tests for the detection of hepatitis C virus ribonucleic acid (HCV-RNA) levels and HCV core antigen have been mainly used for the management of patients with HCV infection. The aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation between HCV core antigen and HCV RNA levels in patients reactive for anti-HCV antibodies. Three hundred and twenty-five anti-HCV reactive sera samples were included in the study. HCV core antigen and HCV RNA levels were determined using the Architect HCV Ag test and Abbott RealTimeTM HCV RNA test (RT-PCR), respectively. The correlation coefficient between the levels of HCV core antigen and HCV RNA test results was calculated using Spearman’s rank test, and linear regression analysis was applied. One hundred and sixteen of the 325 samples were detected positive by both methods. Three additional samples by RT-PCR, and 4 samples by Architect HCV Ag, the negative samples were found positive by the other method. All of these contradictory results were obtained from the low level HCV RNA or HCV core antigen including samples. Magnetite-ulvöspinel and ilmenite-hematite solid solution intergrowths from the high-K calc-alkaline Dölek and Sarıçiçek plutons, Eastern Turkey, were investigated using microprobe analyses. Compositions of twenty-eight samples from the host rocks and their enclaves in the plutons were used to estimate the oxygen fugacity and temperature. The ilmenite and ulvöspinel component exsolves out along certain preferred crystallographic planes in the titanomagnetite of the host rocks, while they are always absent in those of the mafic microgranular enclaves. The titanomagnetite and ilmenite show variations as Mt98-70Usp02-30 and Ilm99-65Hm01-35 in composition, respectively. Estimations of oxygen fugacity and temperature using the titanomagnetite-ilmenite thermometry/oxygen barometry range from logfO2 of -15.30 to -20.48 in host rocks, logfO2 of -15.39 to -20.80 in the mafic microgranular enclaves and 617±6 to 758±23 °C in host rocks, 622±6 to 735±24 °C in the mafic microgranular enclaves, possibly indicating crystallisation temperature. Applying magnetite-ilmenite thermometry/oxygen barometry to the granitoid rocks also involves microprobe analyses of ilmenite lamellae in titanomagnetite and this method yielded mean temperatures of 679±18 °C. The specific forms and chemical properties of Fe-Ti oxides, and similarities in crystallization temperature and oxygen fugacity of the host rocks and the mafic microgranular enclaves (MME) obtained from the Fe-Ti oxide pairs imply that thermal equilibrium probably occurred between two contrasted magmas, which mixed in various proportions so that possibly a felsic and a more mafic magma interaction occurred in a convectively dynamic magma chamber during crystallization of the plutons. Probably, underplating may be responsible for genesis of the hybrid plutons. Thus, for mixing of coeval magmas derived from a lithospheric upper mantle (mafic end-member) and lower crust (felsic end-member), a thermal anomaly should be supplied. Upwelling of hot asthenospheric material results in thermal perturbation and melting of lithospheric mantle. Intrusion of hot lithospheric mantle-derived mafic magma then induced lower crustal melting, producing felsic melt. Mixing of the lower crust-derived melt and lithospheric mantle-derived magma formed the hybrid plutons. This process requires a post-collisional extensional tectonic setting during the Eocene in the Eastern Pontides.

Clinopyroxene phenocrysts and microphenocrysts in different series of the Neogene alkaline volcanic rocks from the eastern Pontides (NE Turkey) record various stages in the crystallization conditions and evolution history of the alkaline melt as well as its origin. Crystal chemical studies reveal that the clinopyroxenes in each rock series show strong textural and compositional similarities, which all reflect a common petrogenetic affinity. Bu çalışmada, 380 ve 154 kV'luk 66 baralı örnek bir şebeke üzerinde açık kaynak kod kullanılarak ve gerçek sistem değerleriyle yapılan güç akış analizi sonuçlarının coğrafi bilgi sistemlerinde kullanılması gösterilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalar, görselleştirmede ArcGIS, güç akışı için MATLAB'ın PSAT (Power System Analysis Toolbox) yazılımı ve PowerWorld simülasyon programı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bara gerilim ve açı değerleri, hat ve bara yüklenme durumları düzey haritasıyla gösterilmiş, yeni hat veya bara eklenmesi gibi durumlarda sistemde ne gibi değişikliklerin olacağı görselleştirilmiş, mevcut sistemin 10 yıl sonrası için öngörülerde bulunulmuş, CBS'nin özellikleri de kullanılarak aynı anda iki farklı elektriksel büyüklüğün görüntülenmesi sağlanmış ve sonuçların hem analiz hem görselleştirme yapabilen gelişmiş lisanslı yazılımlarla yakın olduğu görülmüştür. In this study, the application of the power flow analysis for a sample network of 380 and 154 kV with 66 buses by using an open-source code and performed with actual system values in the geographical information systems has been shown. Studies were realized by using ArcGIS for visualization, MATLAB's PSAT (Power System Analysis Toolbox) software and PowerWorld simulation program for power flow analysis. The voltage and phase angle values, line and bus status have been indicated with contours and in cases where new lines and buses are added, the possible changes in the system have been visualized and the status of the current system 10 years later predicted; also by using the GIS properties, displaying two different electrical parameters at the same time is ensured and it has been seen that results are very close to original licensed software, performing both the analysis and visualization. 93

Bu araştırma İ.Ü.Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fak. Kulak Burun Boğaz A.B.D de Koklear İmplantasyon yapılan çocuklarda işitme yetisini kazanan hastalarda davranış değişikliklerinin incelenmesi amacı ile planlanmıştır. Araştırma grubunu, oluşturan Mart 2012 ? Aralık 2012 tarihleri arasında İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Kulak Burun Boğaz Anabilim Dalı?nda Koklear İmplant yapılan 4-18 yaş arası 30 hasta basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmiştir. Vakaların seçiminde cinsiyet ve sosyal seviye farkı gözetilmemiştir. Hasta seçiminde; Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi Kulak Burun Boğaz Anabilim Dalı Odyoloji Merkezinde en az 3 ay ve üzeri takip edilmeleri kriterleri göz önünde bulundurulmuştur. Çalışmaya katılacak hastalar ve yakınları yapılacak araştırma hakkında bilgilendirilmiştir. Ebeveynler operasyon öncesi ve sonrası verdiğimiz CBCL formlarını elden doldurmuşlardır. Bilgi teknolojilerinin yaygınlaşması ve bu teknolojilerin ülkelerin kritik altyapılarında kullanılmasıyla birlikte bu altyapılara yönelik kişisel ve devlet destekli siber saldırılar artmıştır. Bu çalışmada söz konusu siber saldırılar ile etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu konuya doğrudan bağlı olarak, tezde, siber tehditlerin virus benzeri kötücül yazılımlardan silaha evrimi örnekleri ile incelenmiştir. Bunlara ek olarak, tez çalışması kapsamında bu tehditlere karşı alınabilecek tedbirler de ele alınmıştır. Yaygın bir önlem olan kötücül yazılım karşıtı uygulamaların kullanımı bu kapsamda değerlendirilmiştir. Bilgi güvenliğine yönelik ulusal ve uluslararası standartlar, A.B. ve A.B.D. ile bazı ülkelerin stratejileri ve Türkiye'de siber güvenlik konusunda alınan tedbirlerin neler olduğu da araştırılmıştır.Dokuzuncu Kalkınma Planında Türkiye'nin bilgi toplumu olması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmada bu hedefe güvenli bir şekilde ulaşılabilmesi için yapılması gerekenler araştırılmıştır. Bu bilgilerin ışığında, ulusal siber güvenliğin sağlanmasında, kamusal kurumların yanında eğitimli vatandaş ve firmalar ile işbirliğinin gerektiği değerlendirilmiştir. Cyber attacks supported by individuals and states are increased by the prevalence of information technologies and usage of these technologies at the critical infrastructure of the states. In this study, these cyber attacks and associated impacts are researched. In connection with this issue, evolution of cyber threats from malware such as viruses to weapons is studied by examples. In addition, within this thesis, precautions against these threats are mentioned. Usage of anti-malware applications as prevalent precautions is assessed within this context. National and international standards of information security, information security strategies of EU, USA and some other countries and precautions for cyber security of Turkey are studied.In the 9th Development Plan of Turkey, building information society is targeted. In this thesis, requirements to reach this target securely are researched. Under this information, it is considered that educated citizens and companies along with public institutions should cooperate to provide a nationwide cyber security. Consequently, it is defended that government should play an affective role to protect, educate, and guide governmental and private companies and citizens about cyber security. ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Değirmendere Vadisi (Trabzon-Esiroğlu, KD-Türkiye) Üst Kretase ve (?) Neojen Volkanitlerinin mineralojik, kimyasal ve petrolojik özellikleri incelenmiş, gelişim süreçlerinde etkili olan magmatik olaylar modellenmiş ve kökenleri tartışılmıştır. Mineral ve kayaç kimyası verilerine göre, Üst Kretase yaşlı toleyitik-kalkalkali volkanitler ada yayı ürünleri olup, bazaltik ve andezitik kayaçlardan oluşur. Ana mineral olarak plajiyoklas (Anı.90), klinopiroksen (Wo39^3En46^7Fsn_i4) ve Fe-Ti-oksit (Mt46-9iUsp9. 54) içeren bu volkanitlerin ortalama kristallerime derinliği 8.4±3.2 km, kristallenme basıncı 3.1±1.2 kbar ve kristal içi dengelenme sıcaklığı 868±16 °C'dir. Buna karşın, Neojen yaşlı alkali-şoşonitik Trabzon Volkanitleri çarpışma sonrası yay özelliği gösteren bazanit, tefrit ve tefritik fonolitlerden (I. grup) ve alkali bazalt, trakibazalt, trakiandezit, trakit ve riyolitten (II. grup) oluşan iki farklılaşmış seriden meydana gelmektedir. Bu volkanitlerin ana mineralleri klinopiroksen (W047.51En31-43Fs6.22), plajiyoklas (An^-goAb^^Ori-ig), K- feldispat (Anı.ıgAb2^30rı 9.97) ve feldispatoidlerdir (sodalit, kankrinit-vişnevit ve lösit). Bu minerallere yer yer olivin (F077-91), biyotit (Mg# = 0.69-0.84), amfibol (Mg#=0.65-0.75), Fe-Ti-oksit (Mt67-94Usp33^) ve apatit eşlik eder. Jeotermobarometre sonuçlarma göre, Neojen volkanitlerinin ortalama kristallerime derinliği 4.1±2.2 km, kristallenme basmcı 1.5±0.8 kbar ve kristal içi dengelenme sıcaklığı 935±9 °C'dir. Farklılaşma modellemelerine göre, Üst Kretase volkanitlerinin gelişiminde Kpir + Pl ± Fe-Ti 'ayrunlaşmasmın' baskın olduğu, buna karşın Neojen volkanitlerinin I. grup serisinde Kpir (% 13-36) + Foid (% 1-11) + Fe-Ti oksit (% 2-5) + Ap (% 0.5-2.5), II. grubunda ise K-feld (% 6-44) + Kpir (% 4-26) + Pl (% 3-22) + Bio (% 1-8) + Fe-Ti oksit (% 0.5-4.5) + Ap (% 0.5-2) 'ayrımlaşmalarının' etkili olduğu ve bunun yanında, kabuksal kirlenmenin (± magma karışımı) de önem kazandığı belirlenmiştir. Jeokimyasal veriler, Üst Kretase volkanftlerinin ana magmasının yitim ilişkili zenginleşmiş ütosferik bir kaynaktan itibaren orta derecedeki (% 15-20) bir kısmî ergimeyle oluştuğunu göstermiştir. Hidane is a concept that includes care, protection and education of a child and childlike people. Hidane is a term which is peculiar to islamic law. It can be definited as the protection and wardship of a child in civized law. During marriage the care and protection of a child is done in the family atmospher. In separatenesses like death, divorce, etc. care and protection of a child comes us as a problem. In this sitvation Hidane contains the solution of this problem. The Right of Hidane, is a right that belongs to all members who are relatively close to the child. Precipally; child's Hidane belongs to mather and child's wardships belongs to father. Hidane Right is a right that has been given by lawmaker.If the child is abandoned, no body can give up this right. In this situation we meet to the duty dimension of Hidane. The judgement can apply some sanctions to the parents in order to perform this duty. Hidane continues until the child can be self contained and can eat, drik, wear, etc. by him self. The child is delivered to his trustee after the end of this period.

Milliyetçilik tarihî açısından en önemli dönem ise, şüphesiz XIX. yüzyıldır. Bu yüzyılda insanlık siyasî, askerî, İktisadî ve diğer toplumsal alanlarda çok büyük gelişmeler kaydetmiştir. Kaydedilen bu gelişmelerden biri de milletlerin uyanması ve milliyetçilik fikirlerinin yayılmasıdır. Bu dönemde başlayan toplumsal fikir ve olaylar çok büyük bir hızla XX. yüzyıla taşınmış ve XX. yüzyıldaki gelişmelerin temelini oluşturmuştur. Bugünkü modern anlamda XIX. yüzyılda başlayıp XX. yüzyılda yaygınlaşanve dünyanın siyasî olarak yeniden şekillenmesinde etkili olan milliyetçiliği ele almadan önce kısaca milleti tarif etmekte yarar vardır.

ÖZET Bu çalışma, Gümüşhane'nin güneybatısın'da (Karamustafa-Hasköy) yer alan damar tipi barit yataklarının mineralojisini ve kökenini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. İnceleme alanındaki stratigrafik dizilim, tabanda Permo-Karbonifer yaşlı granitoyidik kayaçlarla başlar. Liyas yaşlı volkano-tortul seri bu temel üzerine aşınma uyumsuzluğu ile gelir ve Dogger-Malm yaşlı kireçtaşlan tarafından uyumlu olarak üstlenir. Üst kretase yaşlı volkanit ara katkılı fliş, kireçtaşlanm uyumsuz olarak örter. Bütün bu birimlerin üzerine Eosen yaşlı andezit ve piroklastlan gelmektedir. Alüvyonlar ve yamaç döküntüleri en genç birimleri oluşturur. İnceleme alanındaki barit cevherleşmeleri tamamen kırık tektoniği ile kontrollü damarcık veya damarlar şeklinde monzogranit ve volkano-tortul birimlerin içinde ya da bu iki birimin dokanağında yer alır. X-Ray Floresans Spektrometre (XRF) analiz sonuçlarına göre baritlerin SrO değerleri % 0.9-1.7 ve BaO değerleri % 40-66 arasında değişmektedir. Sıvı kapanım çalışmaları sonucunda barit kristalleri içerisinde tespit edilen birincil ve ikincil kapanmaların homojenleşme sıcaklıkları 170-220 °C arasında yoğunlaşmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, inceleme alanındaki cevherleşmelri oluşturan Ba'lu çözeltilerin kaynağı muhtemelen Liyas yaşlı volkanizmadır. Ayrıca monzogranit çatlaklarında dolaşan çözeltilerin sözkonusu yankayacı (özellikle içerisinde Ba'ca zengin olduğu bilinen feldspat minerallerini) etkileyerek, baryumca zenginleştiği ve barit cevherleşmelerine sebepp olduğu söylenebilir. SUMMARY MINERALOGICAL AND GENETICAL INVESTIGATION OF BARITE DEPOSITS AROUND THE KARAMUSTAFA AND HASKÖY AREAS. This syudy aims at determining the mineralogy and genesis of the vein type barite deposits located to the southwest of Gümüşhane. The basement in the area is made up of Permian-Carboniferous aged granitoid rocks which are disconformably overlain by volcano-sedimentary series of Liassic age. Conformably overlying these are the limestone of Dogger-Malm which are followed with an angular unconformity by the Upper Cretaceous flysh intercalated with volcanics. All these lithologies are intruded by the Eocene aged andesitic lavas and pyroclastics. The youngest units are alluvium and slope debris of Quaternary age. The barite deposits are structurally controlled and occur as veins and veinlets within the granitoids and volcano-sedimentary series or along their contacts. According to the XRF analyses, the barite contains 0.9-1.7% SrO and 40-66% BaO. Fluid inclusion studies have been carried out on primary and secondary inclusions in the barite crystals. These inclusions have homogenization temperatures between 170 to 220 °C. As a result, it may be concluded that hydrothermal solutions responsible for Ba deposition is associated with the volcanics of Liassic age. The hydrothermal fluids which gave rise to barite deposition may also have been more enriched in Ba through dissolving it from feldspar of the monzogranite while passing through its fractures. ÖZET Bu çalışma Nisan 1991_Mart 1992 tarihleri arasında Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Mikrobiyoloji Anabilim Dalında yapılmıştır. Gastroenteroloji Merkezine mide yakınması nedeniyle başvuran hastalar arasından yapılan klinik, radyolojik ve Endoskopik muayeneler sonucu antral kronik gastrit tanısı konmuş 52 kadın 52 erkek toplam 104 hasta seçilerek çalış maya alındı. Her hastadan en az iki adet olmak üzere mide antral mukoza biyopsi örneği alındı. Bir biyopsi örneği patoloji laboratuvarına iletilerek histopatolojik tanısı konuldu. Bir biyopsi örneğide mikrobiyolojik tetkikler için kullanıldı. Biyopsi örneğinden direkt sürüntü hazırlanıp Gram boya ile boyandı, daha sonra biyopsi örneği Helicobacter pylori açısından kültür edildi. Kültür vasatı olarak Antibiotikli Brain-Heart infüzyonagar kullanılıp mikrooerof ilik ortam da enkübe edilerek üreme kontrol edildi. Ortalama 5. günde oluşan 1 mm çapında, transporan `S` tipinde koloniler şüpheli koloni olarak izole edilerek Helicobacter pylori' ye özgü biyoşimik test sonuçları verip vermediği kontrol edildi. 104 hasta arasından rastgele seçilen 42 hastanın serumu Anabilim Dalımızda ELISA cihazı olmadığından bilimsel ilişki içinde bulunduğumuz Brüksel Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Mikrobiyoloji Anabilim Dalında yapıldı (imkanlarımızın azlığı nedeniyle 42 serum örneği gönderildi), standart Roche kitleri kullanılarak Helicobacter pylori 'ye karşı antikorlar arandı (Ek 1). 10 4 hastanın 80 (%76.92) inde direkt sürüntünün Gram boyanmasıyla, 56 (%53.80)sında kültür sonucu Helicobacter-46- pylori varlığı gösterildi. Serolojik olarak çalışılan 42 has tanın 34 (%84.95) ünde Helicobacter pylori antikorları be lirlendi bu 42 kişilik grubun 31 (%73.80) inde Gram boyama ile, 25 (%59.52) inde kültür sonucu Helicobacter pylori saptandı. Kronik gastritin şiddeti arttıkça Helicobacter pylorinin direkt sürüntüde görülebilmesi ve kültürde üremesi artmıştır bu artış istatistiksel yönden ileri derecede anlamlı bulundu (p0.05). Bu çalışma Helicobacter pylori ile gastritis arasında kuvvetli bir ilişkinin olduğunu göstermiştir. 60
