The article discusses the factors that ensure the appropriate level. It was determined that physical capacity is the maximum mechanical work that a person is able to perform. Assessment of a person's physical capacity is necessary for solving a wide range of practical problems: determining the state of health, the results of sports training, and others. It has been proven that physical performance depends on many factors: body composition and anthropometric indicators, muscle strength and endurance, the state of the musculoskeletal system, functional and endocrine systems. Factors such as energy potential, completeness of its use and cost-effectiveness of movements are also important. It has been established that work capacity is ensured by both aerobic and anaerobic processes of energy generation, and according to the preference of one of them, aerobic physical work capacity, anaerobic and mixed are distinguished. Despite the fact that the indicators of physical development of student youth show positive dynamics, the general state of health of modern youth is deteriorating, which negatively affects their physical and mental capacity. The most acute social problem in Ukraine is the deterioration of the health of children and youth. Negative factors that reduce the level of health are improper nutrition, hypokinesia, psycho-emotional overstrain, and bad habits. Effective means of improving not only physical, but also emotional health of a person include aqua fitness. Nowadays, there is no doubt about the possibility of a positive effect of physical exercises in water on the state of physical and mental health, improving the activity of the cardiovascular, respiratory, and hormonal systems and developing the physical qualities of a person. В статті розглянуто фактори, які забезпечують належний рівень. Визначено, що фізична працездатність - це той максимум механічної роботи, який спроможна виконати людина. Оцінка фізичної працездатності людини необхідна для вирішення широкого кола практичних задач: визначення стану здоров'я, результатів спортивного тренування і інших. Доведено, що фізична працездатність залежить від багатьох факторів: складу тіла і антропометричних показників, сили і витривалості м'язів, стану опорно-рухового апарату функціональних і ендокринних систем. Важливими є також такі фактори, як енергетичний потенціал, повнота його використання і економічність рухів. Встановлено, що працездатність забезпечується як аеробними, так і анаеробними процесами енергоутворення і за перевагою одного з них розрізняють аеробну фізичну працездатність, анаеробну і змішану.

The article analyzes the factors affecting the effectiveness of the training process in football. It has been proven that improving the management of the training process based on the generalization and analysis of the structure of the competitive activity of football players and the general laws of the formation of sportsmanship is one of the promising scientific directions in the field of sports training methods in football. The peculiarities of the preparatory period of young football players at the stage of sports improvement and the structure and sequence of the distribution of training in the preparatory period have been determined. The training content of young football players in the preparatory period using the related training method has been developed. This issue is reflected in more detail in the works of foreign researchers of recent years, which are based on the practical experience of football team coaches using the technology of planning training loads, aimed primarily at developing physical qualities and improving the technical and tactical skills of football players. In domestic science, as well as in foreign science, the strategy for organizing the training process in football is determined by the dynamics of the development of preparedness of young football players and the specifics of the competition calendar. The short duration of the preparatory period imposes special requirements on the training process, consisting in the need for quick recovery and long-term improvement of physical qualities and technical and tactical abilities at a high level before the start of the competitive period. В статті здійснено аналіз факторів, що впливають на ефективність тренувального процесу у футболі. Доведено, що удосконалення управління тренувальним процесом на основі узагальнення та аналізу структури змагальної діяльності футболістів та загальних закономірностей становлення спортивної майстерності є одним із перспективних наукових напрямів у галузі методики спортивного тренування у футболі. Визначено особливості підготовчого періоду юних футболістів на етапі спортивного вдосконалення та структуру і послідовність розподілу тренувань у підготовчому періоді. Розроблено зміст тренувань юних футболістів у підготовчому періоді з використанням пов'язаного методу тренування.

Виявлено, що наскільки успішно вирішується питання морфофункціонального розвитку та рухової підготовки студентів, настільки залежать фізичний стан та успіхи у подальшій ігровій діяльності. Встановлено, що поряд із навчанням техніки і тактики ця гра має широкі можливості для підвищення морфофункціональних можливостей студентської молоді. У результаті довгострокової адаптації до фізичних навантажень у процесі занять футболом в організму спортсменів виявляються специфічні функціональні зміни, що підкріплюються морфологічною та функціональною перебудовами у системах організму. It is established that along with learning techniques and tactics, this game has ample opportunities to increase the morphofunctional capabilities of student youth. As a result of long-term adaptation to physical activity in the process of playing football in the body of athletes are specific functional changes, supported by morphological and functional changes in body systems. Improving the morpho-functional capabilities of students in the process of sectional football lessons is provided by directly influencing the development of general endurance, as this motor quality characterizes the functional state of the body and is most related to health indicators. The predominant use of special physical exercises aimed at improving the functionality of the circulatory and respiratory systems, conducting outdoor activities, high emotionality and variability of content to some extent increased the effectiveness of pedagogical tasks. At the same time, it is especially important to ensure constant and timely control over the effects of physical activity on the body of those involved. The issue of improving the health orientation of school physical education requires the search for improvement of the content and direction of physical exercises. It is known that the main form of physical education at school is a lesson in physical education. However, their number does not provide the necessary for the developing organism, the amount of motor activity and does not form in students a stable need for regular exercise.

Організація фізкультурно-спортивної діяльності студентів у процесі занять дзюдо. В статті проаналізовано особливості організації фізкультурно-спортивної діяльності студентської молоді під час занять з дзюдо. Розкрито стан фізкультурно-спортивної діяльності в умовах дистанційного навчання під час пандемії корона вірусу. Визначено, заняття з дзюдо користуються найбільшою популярністю серед студентства, що значно підвищує їх рівень мотивації до занять фізичними вправами. Виявлено, що оптимізація фізкультурно-спортивної діяльності позитивно впливає на покращення психофізичного стану та рівень здоров’я тих, хто займається. Встановлено, що необхідність організації фізкультурно-спортивної діяльності студентів у процесі занять дзюдо зумовлена не лише запитами та правами особистості школярів, віковими особливостями їх розвитку, умовами життєдіяльності, що постійно змінюються, а й соціальним замовленням суспільства на формування здорового покоління. The article analyzes the features of the organization of physical culture and sports activities of student youth during judo classes. The state of physical culture and sports activities in the conditions of distance learning during the coronary virus pandemic is revealed. It is determined that judo classes are the most popular among students, which significantly increases their level of motivation to exercise. It was found that the optimization of physical culture and sports has a positive effect on improving the mental and physical condition and health of those involved. It is established that the need to organize physical culture and sports activities of students in the process of judo is due not only to the demands and rights of students, age, developmental conditions, constantly changing, but also the social order of society to form a healthy generation. However, the development of these innovative processes is constrained due to insufficient software and methodological support for new forms of physical education, as existing sports training programs for children and adolescents are focused on the preparation of sports reserves and are not designed for mass use in secondary school. Introduction. This article examines the modern educational approach in the field of liberal arts and practical finance, democratisation of the decision-making system in educational institutions through the active engagement of students on the example of US schools and universities. This approach is based on initiative, or participatory budgeting, i.e. students are involved in the process of allocation of budgetary funds of schools and universities. Such participatory practice has educational and administrative objectives, as it serves to improve the quality management in educational institutions through the involvement of students in major decisions. Taking into account the fact that students are the key beneficiaries of the education system, their opinions lead to increased efficiency in educational institutions. Aim. On the basis of real cases, the current research is aimed to identify and describe participatory techniques that can integrate the teaching of theoretical knowledge in the field of civil society with the formation of practical skills in this area. Methodology and research methods. Desk research method of analysing primary and secondary sources (websites of educational institutions, academic publications, and articles in the media) and the field sociological method of expert interviews were used. Expert interviews with representatives of schools and universities, teachers, officers from educational institutions, consultants from the Participatory Budgeting Project, the leading consulting organisation in North America were conducted. Results. The results of the study reveal several participatory techniques for students’ engagement in the allocation of budgetary funds of schools and universities that are applied in New York and Arizona. The identified and described technologies of participation contribute to the formation of students’ knowledge of socio-economic disciplines, practical finance and civics, project management skills, as well as an increase in civic engagement. Scientific novelty. The present study expands the ideas about how to improve the process of teaching social and economic disciplines at schools and universities, practical finance and project management. The method of improving the efficiency of educational institutions through democratic practices is identified. Practical significance. In the future, the proposed approach can be applied in Russian educational institutions. Введение. В статье анализируется современный образовательный подход в сфере обществоведения и практических финансов, демократизации системы принятия решений в учреждениях образования через активное вовлечение учащихся на примере школ и университетов США. В основе такого подхода лежит инициативное, или партисипаторное, бюджетирование - то есть вовлечение самих учащихся в распределение части бюджета школы или вуза. Эта партисипаторная практика преследует с одной стороны образовательные цели, а с другой стороны административные, поскольку помогает улучшить качество управления учреждением образования через вовлечение учащихся в принятие ключевых решений. Учёт мнений конечных бенефициаров работы системы образования в лице самих учащихся помогает повысить эффективность работы образовательного учреждения. Цель. Выявление и методологическое описание партисипаторных методик на примере реальных кейсов, которые могут интегрировать обучение теоретическим знаниям в сфере гражданского общества и формирование практических навыков в этой сфере. Методология и методики исследования. В работе были использованы кабинетный метод анализа первичных и вторичных источников (сайты учреждений образования, академические публикации, статьи в СМИ) и полевой социологический метод экспертных интервью. В ходе исследования были проведены экспертные интервью с учащимися, представителями ряда школ и университетов, преподавателями, гражданскими активистами, сотрудниками администраций учреждений образования, а также экспертами Participatory Budgeting Project, ведущей консалтинговой организации в Северной Америке в исследуемой сфере. Результаты. Результаты исследования раскрывают несколько партисипаторных методик вовлечения учащихся в распределение бюджетных средств школ и университетов, которые применяются в образовательных учреждениях Нью-Йорка и Аризоны. Выявленные и описанные технологии участия способствуют формированию у учащихся знаний по социально-экономическим дисциплинам, практическим финансам и граждановедению, навыков проектного менеджмента, а также повышению гражданской активности. Научная новизна. Исследование позволило расширить представления о путях совершенствования преподавания социально-экономических дисциплин и формирования активной гражданской позиции учащихся через проектную деятельность по вовлечению в расходование части бюджета учебного заведения. Выявлен метод повышения эффективности образовательных учреждений через демократические практики. Практическая значимость. Выявленный подход может быть применен в российских образовательных организациях.
