The study was carried out in the Harran Plain in 2021. Cotton varieties (Candia, Zena, Kaira, Lodos, Livzara, Bomba, Fiona, May-455, Lima, Lazer) preferred by the producers were used as materials in the study. The study was carried out in a randomized block design with 3 replications. In the study, yield per decare (kg da-1), ginning outturn (%), fiber strength (g tex-1), fiber fineness (mic), fiber length (mm), fiber maturity (%), fiber uniformity (%), short fiber index, fıber rupture elongatıon (%), reflectance value (Rd) and yellowness value (b+) were determined by examining. It has been determined that there are significant statistical differences between the cultivars in terms of the characteristics examined. Performance of Fiona and Candia cultivars was found to be superior to other cultivars in terms of yield per decare. In addition, it was concluded that the varieties that perform well in terms of yield can be preferred more in terms of textiles than other varieties that are also superior in terms of fiber quality.

In 2012, significant changes were happened in the administrative structure of Turkey with thelaw numbered 6360. By this law, metropolitan municipality organizations were established in14 provinces with a population of more than 750 thousand. The legal entity of the village andtown municipalities in the metropolitan municipalities was removed, and the villages joinedthe cities, and the town municipalities joined the municipality of the metropolitan area. In theprovinces with Metropolitan Municipality, it is not possible to officially determine the populationof the province and district centers, bucaks, towns, and villages. Thus, this situation has led toconceptual confusion, as well as the names of villages and neighborhoods become ambiguous.This study tries to determine the urban and rural population in Denizli, which was includedin the scope of the metropolitan municipality with the law numbered 6360. Village, town,and city settlements in Denizli were classified according to geographical principles, and therural and urban population for 2021 was determined according to administrative, population,and economic criteria. It has been concluded that 24.3% of the population according to theadministrative criteria, 26.3% of the population according to the population density criterionof the OECD, and 20.5% of the population according to their functions live in rural areas. Theobtained data were interpreted in accordance with geographical principles, spatial analysis wasmade, and transformed into maps and tables., Türkiye’de büyükşehir kanunu; ilk olarak 1984 yılında İstanbul, Ankara ve İzmir’de uygulanmayabaşlanmış, sonraki yıllarda kanunun kapsadığı iller genişletilmiştir. Son olarak 2012 yılında 6360sayılı büyükşehir kanunu ile önemli değişimler yaşanmış, nüfusu 750 bini geçen 14 ilde büyükşehirbelediyesi teşkilatı kurulmuştur. Büyükşehir Belediyesine dönüştürülen illerde yer alan köyve belde belediyelerinin tüzel kişiliği ortadan kaldırılarak köyler mahalleye dönüştürülmüş, beldebelediyeleri belde ismini koruyarak ve tek mahalle olarak bağlı bulundukları ilçenin belediyesinebağlanmıştır. Büyükşehir belediye statüsündeki illerde il ve ilçe merkezlerindeki mahalle ve köyadları birbirine karışmıştır. Bu illerde il ve ilçe merkezi, bucak, belde ve köy nüfuslarını tespit etmekzor olduğu gibi birçok idari sorun ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çalışmada; 6360 sayılı yasa kapsamında büyükşehirbelediyesi statüsüne alınan Denizli ilinde şehir ve kır nüfusu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.Denizli ilinde bulunan köy, kasaba ve şehir yerleşmeleri coğrafi prensiplere göre sınıflandırılarakidari, ekonomik ve nüfus ölçütleri açısından 2021 yılı kır ve şehir nüfusu belirlenmiştir. 6360 sayılıkanuna göre kırsal nüfusun olmadığı Denizli ilinde, idari kritere göre nüfusun %24,3’ü, OECD’ninnüfus yoğunluğu kriterine göre nüfusun %26,3’ü ve fonksiyonlarına göre ise nüfusun %20,5’ininkırsal alanlarda yaşadığı tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler, coğrafi ilkeler doğrultusunda yorumlanarakmekânsal analizi yapılmış, harita ve tablolara dönüştürülmüştür.

Ibn Farḥūn, one of the leading scholars of the Maliki school, was born in Medina in the 14th century and lived in the same city throughout his life. He fought against the Shiite-Imamate understanding which was in a politically and religiously dominant position in the city at the time. He also engaged in educational and judiciary activities, and left valuable works behind him. Despite this, very few academic studies have been made about him in Turkey and these studies have not included his works and understanding of fiqh in detail. The aim of this study is to determine the main characteristics of Ibn Farḥūn’s understanding of fiqh based on his works and to reveal his contributions to the Islamic fiqh. The importance of this article whose subject covers Ibn Farḥūn’s life, works and certain evaluations on his understanding of fiqh, is due to his role in strengthening the weakened school in Medina, which is the starting point of the Maliki school, as a scholar with ijtihad competence within the school, and the lasting effects he left in the field of fiqh. Because, among his works, Tabṣirat al-ḥukkām fī uṣūl al-aqḍiya wa manāhij al-aḥkām, which is related to the law of procedures, set an example for the works on the politics of sharia written in a later period, with its content and systematics.According to the method followed in this article and in order to achieve the mentioned objective, we have first determined Ibn Farḥūn’s life and his works by referring to biographical dictionaries (books of ṭabaqāt). In the part where his understanding of fiqh is examined, the focus was made to the author’s own works to reach a conclusion. In addition, references were made to recent studies conducted in Turkey and abroad on the reviewed topics. His understanding of evidence was mentioned first, in order to reflect the author’s understanding of fiqh within the integrity of the methodology of Islamic jurisprudence (uṣūl) and substantial law (furūʾ). To determine the furūʾ side, we analyzed the method he followed in Tabṣirat al-ḥukkām. We have tried to explain his understanding of fiqh and his place in the history of Islamic law through this work which provides clearer data on his understanding of fiqh compared to his other works. In addition to the evidences that are considered valid by other prominent scholars in the Maliki school, Ibn Farḥūn accepted the the murāʿāt al-khilāf which constitutes the weakest one among the other evidences. He also valued the evidence of istiḥsān in the first place, not for its evidentiary value but its prevalence of use, and scholarly argued against those who are against the evidence of istiḥsān. After evaluations regarding his methodological views, we examined his views on substantial law based on his work entitled Tabṣirat al-ḥukkām. According to our findings, it has been observed that the author made preferences among different views, examined and discussed the views he conveyed from other scholars of the school, supported his own views by presenting the views of the authorities of the Maliki school. He even criticized the prominent figures of the Maliki school while examining the views and opinions of the scholars from the other schools.In line with the information given in this article, Ibn Farḥūn proved himself to be an authority figure in Maliki school, with his works and his contributions to the strengthening of the Maliki school in Medina. In fact, his book titled Tabṣirat al-ḥukkām reveals that he was not a muqallid (imitator), but an independent scholar who could analyze and criticize the issues, make choices among the rulings, and was knowledgeable about the views of other schools. In addition, this work, which we took as a basis to determine his views on furūʿ al-fiqh, is the first one of its kind in the Maliki school in terms of its form and content -as far as we can find out. Moreover, this book also pioneered the works on law of procedures that were written after it. The fact that such works were written as part of the Hanafi school literature in the following periods also reveals the extent of the author’s influence. All these can be considered as evidences showing that he was an original scholar who contributed to the science of fiqh in the history of Islamic law., Mâlikî Mezhebi'nin önde gelen fakihlerinden İbn Ferhûn 14. yüzyılda Medine’de doğmuş, orada yaşamış, Medine’de siyasi ve dini olarak hâkim konumda bulunan Şiî-İmâmî anlayışla mücadele etmiş, tedris ve kadılık faaliyetlerinde bulunmuş ve ardında değerli eserler bırakmış bir âlimdir. Buna rağmen ülkemizde hakkında çok az akademik çalışma yapılmış, yapılan çalışmalar da onun eserlerine etraflıca yer verecek ve fıkıh anlayışından söz edecek şekilde değildir. Bu çalışmada, eserlerinden hareketle İbn Ferhûn’un fıkıh düşüncesinin ana hatlarının tespit edilmesi ve onun fıkha yaptığı katkıların ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Konu olarak İbn Ferhûn’un hayatı, eserleri ve fıkıh anlayışına dair bazı tespitleri kapsayan bu makalenin önemi, mezhep içi ictihâd yeterliliğine sahip bir âlimin, Mâlikîliğin çıkış noktası konumundaki Medine’de oldukça zayıflayan mezhebi tekrar güçlendirmede üstlendiği rol ve fıkıh alanında bıraktığı kalıcı etkilerden kaynaklanmaktadır. Çünkü eserleri içinde bulunan yargılama hukukuna ilişkin Tebsıratü’l-hükkâm fî usûli’l-akzıye ve menâhici’l-ahkâm isimli eseri, muhteva ve sistematiği ile sonraki dönemde kaleme alınan siyâset-i şerʿiyye konulu eserlere örnek teşkil etmiştir.Bu makalede takip edilen metot uyarınca, belirtilen amacın gerçekleştirilmesi için öncelikle tabakât türü eserlere müracaat edilerek İbn Ferhûn’un hayatı ve eserlerine ilişkin bilgilere yer verildi. Fıkıh anlayışından söz edilen kısımda müellifin kendi eserleri merkeze alınarak neticeye ulaşılmaya çalışıldı. İncelemeye konu edilen başlıklarla ilgili yakın dönemde yurt içi ve yurt dışında yapılmış çalışmalara da atıfta bulunuldu. Usûl ve fürû bütünlüğü içerisinde müellifin fıkıh anlayışını yansıtmak için önce onun delil anlayışına, fürû tarafını tespit etmek için de Tebsıratü’l-hükkâm’da takip ettiği yönteme değinildi. Böylelikle diğer eserlerine kıyâsla onun fıkıh anlayışına ilişkin açık veriler sunan bu eseri üzerinden fıkıh anlayışı ve İslâm hukuk tarihindeki yeri belirlenmeye çalışıldı. İbn Ferhûn, Mâlikî mezhebinde öne çıkmış diğer âlimler gibi mezhepte muteber sayılan delilleri kabul etmekle birlikte mezhebin delilleri arasında en zayıfı sayılan murâât-ı hilâfı da kabul etmiştir. Delil değeri bakımından değil de kullanım yaygınlığı yönüyle ilk sırada değerlendirdiği istihsân deliline karşı duruş sergileyenlerin iddialarına da ilmî düzlemde cevaplar vermiştir.Müellifin usûl anlayışından sonra Tebsıratü’l-hükkâm adlı eseri esas alınarak fürû yönüne ilişkin bazı tespitlere yer verilmiştir. Bu tespitler çerçevesinde müellif, farklı görüşler arasında tercihte bulunmuş, mezhep bilginlerinden aktardığı görüşleri inceleme ve tartışmaya tabi tutmuş, mesele hakkında verdiği hükmü mezhepte otorite isimlerin görüşleriyle desteklemiştir. Yine Mâlikî mezhebinin dışında diğer mezhep bilginlerinin görüşlerine başvurmuş ve mezhepte öne çıkmış âlimlere yönelik eleştirilerde bulunmuştur.Makalede yer verilen bilgiler doğrultusunda İbn Ferhûn, yazdığı eserler ve Medine’de Mâlikîliğin yeniden güçlenmesine yaptığı katkılar ile mezhepte otorite bir isim olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Nitekim Tebsıratü’l-hükkâm, onun mukallid değil, bilakis meseleleri tahlil ve tenkide tabi tutabilecek, hükümler arasında tercihler yapabilecek ilmî bir düzeye sahip, diğer mezheplerin görüşleri hakkında da yetkinliği olan bir âlim olduğunu açık bir şekilde göstermektedir. Ayrıca furû-ı fıkha dair görüşlerini tespit için esas aldığımız bu eser, şekil ve muhteva yönüyle -tespit edebildiğimiz kadarıyla- Mâlikî mezhebinde ilk olma özelliğine sahiptir. Keza bu eser, kendisinden sonra kaleme alınan yargılama hukukuna ilişkin eserlere de öncülük etmiştir. Bu eserlerin kendisinden sonraki süreçte Hanefî mezhebi literatüründe yer bulması da müellifin etkinliğinin boyutlarını göz önüne sermektedir. Bütün bunlar, onun İslâm hukuk tarihi içerisinde fıkıh ilmine katkıda bulunmuş özgün bir âlim olduğunu gösteren deliller olarak değerlendirilebilir.

Bu araştırmada teknoloji entegrasyonu eğitiminin coğrafya öğretmenlerinin teknoloji kabul ve öz-yeterlik algısı üzerine etkisini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaca yönelik “Coğrafya Eğitimine Teknoloji Entegre Edilmiş Etkinlik Tasarlama ve Uygulama” başlıklı eğitim programı geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen programda 2’si arazi çalışması 11’i tasarım ve uygulama çalışması olmak üzere toplam 13 etkinlik yer almaktadır. Araştırma karma yönteme göre desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu amaçlı örneklem tekniğine göre belirlenen 29 coğrafya öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veriler “Öğretmenler İçin Teknoloji Kabul Ölçeği”, “Teknoloji Entegrasyonuna Yönelik Öz-yeterlik Algısı Ölçeği”, öğretmen görüşleri anket formu ve görüşme formu ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde tek yönlü varyans analizi ve betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda uygulanan eğitim programının coğrafya öğretmenlerinin teknoloji entegrasyonu öz-yeterlik algılarını anlamlı ve olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın nitel verileri de bu sonucu destekler niteliktedir., In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of technology integration training on geography teachers’ perceptions of technology acceptance and self-efficacy. In this sense, a training program entitled “Designing and Implementing Technology Integrated Activities into Geography Education” was developed. 13 activities, 2 of which were field studies and 11 were design and implementation were included in the program. The research was designed according to the mixed research method. The study group was composed of 29 geography teachers selected according to the purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained with “Technology Acceptance Measure for Teachers”, “Technology Integration Self-Efficacy Perception Scale”, teachers’ opinions questionnaire form and interview form in the research. In the analysis of the data, one-way analysis of variance and descriptive analysis technique were used. As a result of the research, it was determined that the training program affected geography teachers’ perceptions of technology integration self-efficacy significantly and positively. The qualitative data of the research also support the result.

Fractional calculus and applications have application areas in many different fields such as physics, chemistry, and engineering as well as mathematics. The application of arithmetic carried out in classical analysis in fractional analysis is very important in terms of obtaining more realistic results in the solution of many problems. In this study, we prove an identity involving generalized fractional integrals by using differentiable functions. By utilizing this identity, we obtain several Simpson’s type inequalities for the functions whose derivatives in absolute value are convex. Finally, we present some new results as the special cases of our main results.
