The existing methods for the determination of phosphorus content are unable to regulate the addition of acid and base in the refining process of crude soybean oil through real-time monitoring. Therefore, a novel rapid method for determining the phosphorus content of crude soybean oil based on near-infrared spectroscopy was proposed in this study. It was found that standard normal variate transformation was more effective than two other spectral preprocessing methods evaluated for denoising the spectral data indicative of the phosphorus content in soybean crude oil. The characteristic absorption band of phosphorus was optimized by synergy interval partial least squares (SiPLS). A back propagation (BP) neural network prediction model of the phosphorus content in crude soybean oil was established with learning efficiency of 0.005 and 108 training cycles. The determination coefficient (R2), root mean square error (RMSE) and relative standard deviation (RSD) for the correction set were 0.979 7, 0.859 3 and 1.89%, respectively. The R2, RMSE and RSD for the validation set were 0.978 5, 0.963 8 and 2.15%, respectively. The above results showed that NIR spectroscopy can achieve rapid, accurate and non-destructive detection of the phosphorus content in, and provide a feasible method for the refining of crude soybean oil.

Introduction: The hot water chemical flooding technology effectively improves the fluidity ratio and enhances the horizontal and vertical oil displacement efficiency of the reservoir through the synergistic effect of thermal energy and chemicals, which can further enhance the recovery rate on the basis of throughput thermal recovery.Methods: Based on the geological reservoir parameters of Bohai B oilfield, an oil recovery system evaluation experiment and scheme design study were carried out. Injection parameters such as hot water temperature, chemical agent concentration, and chemical agent dosage that affect the oil recovery effect of hot water chemical flooding were optimized and designed. The development characteristics and effects of two thermal recovery technologies, namely multi thermal fluid throughput and hot water chemical flooding, were compared and analyzed.Results: The results show that with the increase of temperature, the effect of chemical agents on improving the water-oil mobility ratio and reducing the viscosity of crude oil is weakened, and the thermal energy plays a leading role in enhancing oil recovery, but when the temperature is higher than 115°C, the improvement of oil recovery is slowed down, and the comprehensive economic indicators decline rapidly. As the concentration of chemical agent increases, the enhanced oil recovery increases monotonously. When the concentration is 1500 mg/L, the comprehensive economic indicators reach the peak and then decline, indicating that the efficiency of chemical agent decreases. The total amount of chemical agent shall be controlled within 0.25 ~ 0.30 PV. The case calculation shows that hot water chemical flooding can expand the effective radius from 80 m to 400 m, more effectively use the reserves between injection and production wells, increase the oil recovery by 4.8 percentage points, and increase the oil yield by 31.7 m3/t per ton of agent.Discussion: It is suggested that Bohai B Oilfield can adopt hot water chemical flooding after the multiple thermal fluid huff and puff to continuously guarantee the oilfield production.

Introduction: Through the combination of hot water and chemical agent, the low-heat synergistic chemical profile control and flooding technology can not only reduce the risks of sand production and string damage caused by high-temperature thermal recovery technology, but also further improve the recovery factor on the basis of hot water flooding.Methods: Based on laboratory testing, the synergism mechanism of thermal energy and chemical agent is studied.Results: The research results showed that in the near wellbore zone of the injection well, crude oil viscosity reduction mainly relies on thermal energy, and chemical agents assist in improving the water oil mobility ratio and reducing the risk of cross flow. After entering the deep formation, due to the decrease in temperature, the thermal energy effect is weakened, but the chemical agents still aggregate at the oil-water interface and continue to act on heavy oil to reduce viscosity. The higher the temperature, the greater the role of heat energy, and the weaker the role of chemical agents. The higher the injection concentration of chemical agent, the more obvious the leading role of chemistry. Based on the comprehensive evaluation index, the optimized temperature is 80°C and the injection concentration is 1500 mg/L. The scheme study of Bohai L Oilfield shows that compared with cold water flooding, hot water flooding can only improve oil recovery by 1.2 percentage points, and low heat collaborative chemical profile control flooding technology can further improve oil recovery by 4.7 percentage points on the basis of hot water flooding, with obvious oil increase effect.Conclusion: It is suggested that Bohai L Oilfield should apply low-heat coordinated chemical profile control and flooding technology to improve the development effect of the oilfield, and provide new technical ideas for safe and economic development of offshore heavy oil.

Simple Summary: Growth traits are important economic traits of broilers. We found the key metabolites that may be related to the body weight of Wumeng black-bone chicken by comparing their serum metabolomics between the high- and low-weight groups. Metabolites with high levels in serum such as riboflavin and 2-isopropylmalic acid may be beneficial to growth performance, and the enrichment of inflammation-related metabolites may be related to low body weight of chickens. Our results can provide a certain reference for the analysis of metabolic mechanism of body-weight formation of chickens. Growth performance is an important economic trait of broilers but the related serum metabolomics remains unclear. In this study, we utilized non-targeted metabolomics using ultra-high-performance liquid phase tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) to establish metabolite profiling in the serum of Chinese Wumeng black-bone chickens. The biomarker metabolites in serum associated with growth performance of chickens were identified by comparing the serum metabolome differences between chickens that significantly differed in their weights at 160 days of age when fed identical diets. A total of 766 metabolites were identified including 13 differential metabolite classes such as lipids and lipid-like molecules, organic acids and their derivatives, and organoheterocyclic compounds. The results of difference analysis using a partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) model indicated that the low-body-weight group could be differentiated based on inflammatory markers including prostaglandin a2, kynurenic acid and fatty acid esters of hydroxy fatty acids (FAHFA), and inflammation-related metabolic pathways including tryptophan and arachidonic acid metabolism. In contrast, the sera of high-body-weight chickens were enriched for riboflavin and 2-isopropylmalic acid and for metabolic pathways including riboflavin metabolism, acetyl group transfer into mitochondria, and the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle. Discontinuous chemical flooding technology of horizontal wells is a long-term development mechanism of horizontal wells established by combining and applying various oil displacement systems in different stages. Discontinuous chemical flooding not only ensures the injection capacity of chemical flooding stage, but also saves the operation cost of chemical flooding, and maximizes the economic benefits of crude oil production while improving the oil recovery. Based on the reservoir physical properties and fluid physical parameters of Bohai B oilfield, the development scheme of discontinuous chemical flooding in horizontal wells is studied on the basis of laboratory experimental evaluation. According to the optimization results of injection parameters, four types of slugs are set, i.e., front slug, main slug, auxiliary slug and secondary slug. A variety of agent systems such as gel, pre crosslinked particles, polymer and acid solution are used. The slug adjustment timing is determined by the monitoring data and the analysis results of production dynamic characteristics. Under the conditions of 0.07 PV/a injection rate and 0.49 PV slug dosage, the recovery efficiency of discontinuous chemical flooding can be improved by 10.4% compared with water flooding. After the implementation of the field, the daily oil production of typical affected wells has shown a significant upward trend, with the peak increase of 135%–151% and the peak decrease of water cut of 15%. After 2 years and 6 months of implementation, chemical flooding has achieved a cumulative increase of 66,000 m3 compared with basic water flooding, with the oil increase accounting for 41% of the output of the whole stage. The effect of water reduction and oil increase is remarkable. The research results show that discontinuous chemical flooding can be popularized and applied in the oil fields developed by horizontal wells, so as to control the rapid rising trend of water cut in the middle and high water cut stage and further improve the oil recovery.

The use of agricultural films, pesticides, and fertilizers has increased in China, leading to the degradation of the agricultural ecological environment. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021, this paper takes agricultural film usage as the threshold variable to study the impact of pesticide and fertilizer usage on agricultural development. The research results show that a single threshold effect of agricultural film usage is significant. When agricultural film usage is both a core and threshold variable, that is lower than the threshold value, every 1% increase in agricultural film usage will reduce agricultural output value by 0.9862%, and the impact is significant. When agricultural film usage crosses the threshold value, every 1% increase in agricultural film usage will increase agricultural output value by 1.1843%, and the impact is significant. When pesticide usage is the core variable, regardless of whether agricultural film usage is below or above the threshold, pesticide usage promotes agricultural development. Its impact is significant. When fertilizer input is a core variable, regardless of whether agricultural film usage is below or above the threshold, the use of fertilizers hinders agricultural development. The impact of fertilizer input on agricultural development is significant. Through empirical testing, this paper explores the deep relationship between agricultural film usage, pesticide usage and fertilizer input on agricultural development. These can effectively allocate agricultural production factors, transform the mode of agricultural economic growth, achieve the coordinated development of the ecological environment and agricultural economy and provide data support for the formulation of agricultural green development policies.
