The paper examines 12104 global publications on digital library research, as covered in Scopus database during 2007-16. Digital library research registered annual average growth rate of 7.83% and averaged 4.40 citations per paper. Digital library research is dominated by top 15 most productive countries accounting for 81.61% global publications share in 10 years during 2007-16. USA accounted for the highest global publications share (26.89%), followed by China (10.42%), etc. Computer Science accounts for the largest publication share (62.48%) in global digital library research, followed by Social Sciences and Engineering (30.86% and 19.75%), Mathematics (15.74%), etc. The top 20 most productive research organizations and productive authors contributed 13.64% and 6.90% global publication share respectively and 15.98% and 10.05% global citation share respectively during 2007-16. The study of the English language has always been a focus of education and teaching in China. The traditional English language teaching model no longer meets the needs of modern education, especially when spoken in English. Spoken English represents the actual effect of English teaching to a certain extent. Good oral English ability reflects one's English level. The traditional oral English teaching mode is only limited to the interactive training of the oral mechanization between the teacher and student, or the non-targeted dialogue training with foreign teachers, which ignores the factors such as environment, language sense and emotion. With the development of information technology, especially the advancement of computer human-computer interaction technology, it is very necessary to fully combine oral English teaching with information technology. This paper proposes a multi-interactive multi-media teaching mode based on computer technology combined with the development of oral English teaching under Chinese characteristics. The model proposed in this paper will combine the first layer of interaction in oral English teaching, that is, classroom and extracurricular teacher-student interaction, life-and-life interaction, and vital interaction and second-level interaction, namely teacher student emotion, context and motivation. During the last two decades, as computer technology has matured and business scenarios have diversified, the scale of application of computer systems in various industries has continued to expand, resulting in a huge increase in industry data. As for the medical industry, huge unstructured data has been accumulated, so exploring how to use medical image data more effectively to efficiently complete diagnosis has an important practical impact. For a long time, China has been striving to promote the process of medical informatization, and the combination of big data and artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies in the medical field has become a hot industry and a new development trend. This paper focuses on cardiovascular diseases and uses relevant deep learning methods to realize automatic analysis and diagnosis of medical images and verify the feasibility of AI-assisted medical treatment. We have tried to achieve a complete diagnosis of cardiovascular medical imaging and localize the vulnerable lesion area. (1) We tested the classical object based on a convolutional neural network and experiment, explored the region segmentation algorithm, and showed its application scenarios in the field of medical imaging. (2) According to the data and task characteristics, we built a network model containing classification nodes and regression nodes. After the multitask joint drill, the effect of diagnosis and detection was also enhanced. In this paper, a weighted loss function mechanism is used to improve the imbalance of data between classes in medical image analysis, and the effect of the model is enhanced. (3) In the actual medical process, many medical images have the label information of high-level categories but lack the label information of low-level lesions. The proposed system exposes the possibility of lesion localization under weakly supervised conditions by taking cardiovascular imaging data to resolve these issues. Experimental results have verified that the proposed deep learning-enabled model has the capacity to resolve the aforementioned issues with minimum possible changes in the underlined infrastructure. In the social life of the information age, the artificial intelligence industry represented by machine deep learning is playing a very important role. This study in combination with the background of the new health reform, in view of the reform of the medical industry, analyzes the connotation of financial wisdom based on the important role of the hospital financial development problems, puts forward the development direction of artificial intelligence hospital financial wisdom development measures, designed to meet the changing external environment demand, reduces human costs, and improves the overall efficiency of hospital financial fund management. Based on the evaluation results, this paper proposes the correct direction for the development of hospital intelligence finance by using the BP neural network model. After the analysis, it is found that the development of artificial intelligence is an important measure to promote the development of hospital intelligent finance. In other words, hospital intelligent financial management is the product of the continuous progress of artificial intelligence technology. Currently, the frequency of landslides is increasing. Scientific monitoring methods are playing an essential role in effectively reducing landslide disasters. This paper proposes a method for identifying the cracks at the trailing edge of a landslide (TEL) based on image processing technology and adopts the custom interval median comparison algorithm (IMCA) to calculate the crack motion parameters. First, we perform a series of processes on the TEL images, including image preprocessing, Otsu's algorithm processing, and Canny edge detection processing, to identify the outline of the TEL. Then, we propose using the azimuth and displacement to characterize the motion of the cracks and using the IMCA to calculate the changes before and after motion of any two groups of cracks. Finally, we design a computer program using a free and open-source widget toolkit (named QT platform) based on the calculation model that corresponds to the proposed method, and we apply the crack monitoring test to a 3D simulation model, a gravel model, a soil model, and a collapsed body of the Panzhihua Airport landslide in southwestern China. From the results, it can be assessed that the method can identify the outline of the TEL and calculate the azimuth and displacement of two crack curves before and after motion. These two parameters can describe the movement of the trailing edge cracks of the monitored landslide. Thus, this method can be used in early warning system for landslide hazards. The application and economic efficiency evaluation mode of traditional composition in the field of modern music cannot meet the needs of various types of music in China, especially Guqin music. Based on this, this paper studies the big data simulation model of Guqin sound synthesis and plucking based on computer composition technology. The computer composition technology uses the discrete dynamic modeling technology of complex system to complete the computer simulation of Guqin sound through the analysis of the correlation between Guqin music data and realizes the storage and analysis of the generated Guqin sound data. In addition, the technology can analyze the data information of composition mode in the piano sound plucking simulation model with the classical Guqin music data stored in the cloud system over the years and then feed it back to relevant professionals for verification. The experimental results show that the Guqin sound simulation model can efficiently compare and analyze the melody and other data of classical Guqin sound with the simulated Guqin sound and can realize secondary data mining. In educational practice, the use of computer technology has increasingly become an inseparable part of teaching students in numerous ways across the world. The COVID-19 global pandemic accelerated this dramatically, with online teaching environments becoming the sole way for students to access education for extended periods of time. This shift to online teaching also required that teachers learn new skills and deal with new challenges. With the continuous advancement of the CAFTA strategy, the relationship between China and ASEAN countries have gradually strengthened, and the trade exchanges between the two sides have developed rapidly, thereby promoting the economic growth of ASEAN countries in the region. This paper uses differences-in-differences method and HS-6 customs statistical code to study the development of China-ASEAN high-tech industries from 1998 to 2017. It turns out that the establishment of the CAFTA has played a positive role in promoting the development of high-tech industries in ASEAN countries. The specific performance is that China and ASEAN countries have closer trade exchanges, and the trade in computer communication technology and electronic technology has become the fastest developing foreign trade sector. In this paper, we design and analyze an intelligent system that automatically predicts the agricultural land features for irrigation purpose. Initially, the dataset is collected and preprocessed using normalization. The features are extracted using principal component analysis (PCA). For automatic prediction by the equipment, we propose heterogeneous fuzzy-based artificial neural network (HF-ANN) with genetic quantum spider monkey optimization (GQ-SMO) algorithm. Physical exercise has become increasingly popular in China in recent years, and the number of individuals participating in physical activities is growing year after year. Therefore, they are facing the problem of a serious shortage of sports resources, especially in the central and western regions where a complete physical education teaching system has not been established yet. The introduction of sports digital training alleviates this problem to a great extent. This approach uses advanced computer technology for digital training, collects people's sports information, and formulates suitable sports programs for different groups. The system can collect people's action videos at the same time by two cameras, analyze the athletes' actions from the side and face by using the software, and compare the professional athletes' actions with the collected video action for in-depth analysis. The sports digital training system proposed in this study focuses on collecting the bottom visual information of sports. The visual information in the middle and low levels is mainly used to describe the content of video segments, i.e., key primitives, including motion trajectory, motion action, and tracking motion, and establishes a sports digital training system based on the bottom visual information. This article creates a new contribution index system of Hi-Tech zones and expands it to 8 aspects: economical scale, spatial scale, and oriented economy, force of economic growth, fiscal feedback, human capital, industrial development and technological progress. Research on artificial intelligence for brain injury is currently a prominent area of scientific research. A significant amount of related literature has been accumulated in this field. This study aims to identify hotspots and clarify research resources by conducting literature metrology visualization analysis, providing valuable ideas and references for related fields. The research object of this paper consists of 3000 articles cited in the core database of Web of Science from 1998 to 2023. These articles are visualized and analyzed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace. The bibliometric analysis reveals a continuous increase in the number of articles published on this topic, particularly since 2016, indicating significant growth. The United States stands out as the leading country in artificial intelligence for brain injury, followed by China, which tends to catch up. The core research institutions are primarily universities in developed countries, but there is a lack of cooperation and communication between research groups. With the development of computer technology, the research in this field has shown strong wave characteristics, experiencing the early stage of applied research based on expert systems, the middle stage of prediction research based on machine learning, and the current phase of diversified research focused on deep learning. INTRODUCTION: With the development of digital technology and computer technology, the theory of digital economy has also had far-reaching development, but at present, the digital economy is still not able to clearly define whether the digital economy is good or bad for the high-quality development of China's economy. Therefore, it is necessary to research the spillover effect of the digital economy and the high-quality development of the economy with the help of embedded system technology. OBJECTIVES: To solve the issue of the poor coupling between the digital economy and high-quality development, to raise the degree of China's digital economic development, to improve the high energy consumption in the course of China's economic high-quality development, and to improve the application level of system technology in the study of China's economic development. METHODS: The digital economy model is established using the entropy weight method; its efficiency is evaluated using embedded system technology; the spillover effect analysis of high-quality development is then conducted using the digital economy index; and lastly, the overall assessment of the spillover effect is conducted using the comprehensive evaluation results of the entropy weight method. RESULTS: Embedded system technology has a noticeable promotion effect on the development of the digital economy; although the development of the digital economy and economic high-quality development are poorly coupled, their promotion effect is more significant; embedded system technology can indirectly promote the development of economic high-quality development through the digital economy. As with other jurisdictions, China has introduced a range of newer technologies into its justice sector to promote greater access to justice, improve judicial transparency and to promote just outcomes for disputing parties with legal issues. Chinese courts' practice of embracing technology is unique as an overarching approach has been adopted by the central government to build the 'smart court' system across the entirety of its courts. Arguably, the smart court system, which relies on computer technologies that enable big data use, blockchain formation and advisory and determinative forms of artificial legal intelligence, has, to a certain degree, promoted easier access to justice, enabled faster dispute resolution, saved costs by moving judicial process online and ensured that judgments can be enforced. On the other hand, however, there are concerns relating to the use of some technologies that include the use of automated judgments, digital divide issues, judicial independence, as well as issues linked to privacy and data protection. This article concludes that some caution should be exercised in developing the 'smart court' system, primarily in relation to the oversight and introduction of more disruptive technologies to ensure that cheap and quick dispute resolution can be achieved without detrimental impacts on justice. OBJECTIVES: To improve the level of China's Internet of Things and cloud computing technology-based opera elements into vocal singing teaching practice; to solve the current problem of China's traditional culture not being integrated into verbal singing teaching; to promote the development of China's opera industry, the modernization of oral singing teaching, and to enhance the relevance of the Internet and economic development. METHODS: In the study, firstly, the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing technology are used for the establishment of the evaluation model; secondly, the feasibility of integrating opera elements into vocal singing teaching is analyzed through theoretical discussions; lastly, through the analysis of the model of the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing, the feasibility of integrating opera elements into vocal singing teaching is illustrated by the analysis of the model of the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing, and how the Internet of Things and cloud computing can assist opera elements to be integrated into vocal singing teaching. The rapid development of computer technologies has given rise to the increase of open source web-based map services such as OpenStreetMap, a global vector data created by volunteers for free use. There is a concern about the quality and usability of the OpenStreetMap data because the volunteers that contribute the data generally lack the sufficient cartographic training. This paper focuses on the data quality analysis method for OpenStreetMap. A model for usability evaluation has been proposed. A benchmark between OpenStreetMap data and the1:10 000 topographic data in some areas of China has been done to verify the proposed model, and the method proves to be effective. With rising wages and increasing maturity of computer technology, computer use in the workplace is becoming increasingly common. Based on data from an urban labor survey, 58 percent of urban workers used computers at work in 2016. Using computer price and density as instrumental variables, we identify the estimation bias from the simultaneous determination of computer use and its productivity effect. We further identify the productivity effect based on computer use frequency. Since 2007, China's economic growth has slowed down. China's economic growth rate is declining. Demand stimulus is ineffective. Therefore, it emphasizes the important role of technology transfer and independent innovation. The main socio-economic incentives for technology transfer and independent innovation today are the development of electronic technology, computer technology, and communication technology. Monitoring systems are more and more widely used in related fields. The processing of data sources is to meet the needs of real-time data collection and monitoring. The following conclusions are drawn through theoretical analysis and empirical research. The spatial technology transfer coefficients in the eastern, central, and western regions are positive, reaching 0.2129, 0.1639, and 0.2829, respectively, passing the 10%, 1%, and 5% significance tests, respectively. This shows that the regional independent innovation potential can also support the improvement of the independent innovation potential of regions with similar economic and social conditions. Industrial transfer can not only improve the independent innovation potential of the region but also increase the independent innovation potential of neighboring regions and regions with similar economic and social conditions due to the spatial effect. The impact of industrial transfer on the capability of independent innovation varies from region to region. The role of industrial spillover effects in the eastern region in enhancing the capability of independent innovation is greater than that in the western region. In order to adapt to the healthy development of China's road network and the prosperity of the rural economy, rural roads are facing the need to continue to promote the construction of roads that reach deeper nodes. It is urgent to conduct in-depth and systematic research on the planning methods of China's rural networked roads. A road network model oriented to rural road network planning is proposed. First, the traffic demand is predicted, and then remote sensing technology and computer technology are used to evaluate the technical performance of the rural road network. The experimental results show that the comprehensive evaluation index value is 0.8 by combining the weight of each index, and the planning scheme is comprehensively evaluated. With the boost of online reviews, a large quantity of consumers' opinions on certain products and services are generated and spread over the internet, thus techniques of sentiment classification for online reviews rise in response to the requirement of retrieving valuable information. This paper is mainly focused on improving sentiment classification of Chinese online reviews through analysing and improving each step in supervised machine learning. At first, adjectives, adverbs, and verbs are selected as the initial text features. Then, three statistic methods (DF, IG and CHI) are utilised to extract features. At last, a Boolean method is applied to set weight to features and a support vector machine (SVM) is employed as the classifier. Several comparative experiments have been conducted on reviews of two domains: mobile phone (product) reviews and hotel (service) reviews. The experimental results indicate that part of speech (POS), the number of features, evaluation domain, feature extraction algorithm and kernel function of SVM have great influences on sentiment classification, while the number of training corpora has a little impact.
