Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old non-atopic woman with allergic contact dermatitis caused by apomorphine hydrochloride. Her life history showed that was a carer of her husband with Parkinson's disease and her hands were moistened on multiple occasions with apomorphine hydrochloride and had experienced one episode of paronychia and nail lesion after using nail varnish. She was advised to avoid contact with the drug and the dermatitis has been resolved.

Abstract: The article presents a case study of an atopic 14-year-old girl with persistent eczematous lesions, primarily on her hands with occasional spread to the face and neck. Patch tests found that she had allergic contact dermatitis caused by cosmetics containing diazolidinyl-urea or imidazolidinyl-urea. The article discovers that the formaldehyde releasers, which have been used as preservatives in cosmetics, can be integrated into water-based cosmetics, toiletries and cold mix formulations.
