The article reports on the move of the Children's Investment Fund Management LLP (TCI), activist shareholder in Deutsche Börse AG, to reduce its voting rights in the German stock-exchange operator to less than 1%. It notes that TCI and Atticus Capital LLC previously held about 19% in the German exchange operator. It recalls that TCI and Atticus had ended an agreement reached in September 2008 to work together to pressure the management of Deutsche B&oum;rse to change its business model.
