The current paper aims to examine the impact of outcomes of artificial intelligence such as saving of human capital, the accuracy of work, time efficiency, and work quality on the performance of the pharmacy business in Thailand. The primary data was collected from the managers of pharmacy who deals with machine intelligence in the institutions. PLSSEM was used to analyze the data that are gathered from the respondent through questionnaires. The results indicated that the outcomes of artificial intelligence such as saving of human capital, the accuracy of work, time efficiency and work quality have positive nexus with the performance of the pharmacy business in Thailand. This study also suggested to the regulators that they develop and implement the policies that enhance the quality of the outcomes of artificial intelligence which improved the performance of the pharmacy business. The first objective of the literature is to influence of organizational culture, employee commitment and organization citizen behaviour (OCB) on the human resources management (HRM) practices in the Thailand pharmacies. The second aim is to check the mediating role of perceived organization support (POS) among the link of organizational culture, employee commitment and OCB on the HRM. The data were gather form the HR staff of the Thailand pharmacies that are work at least five year in the organization and PLS-SEM was utilize for the analysis. The results indicated that the organizational culture, employee commitment and OCB has positive association with HRM. The outcome also indicated that POB positively mediates among the link of organizational culture, employee commitment, OCB and HRM. These findings suggested to the rules and regulation making authorities that they develop the regulation for the organizational culture, employee commitment and OCB that enhance performance of HRM practices that ultimately enhance the firm performance. The prime aim of the paper is to investigate the forthcoming revolution of artificial intelligence and its impact on the performance of the pharmacy business in Thailand. The aim of the study also includes the nexus among the factors regarding the revolution of artificial intelligence such as development in system, incentive achievements, innovation and utilization and work designs on firm performance. The data for analysis were gathered from the pharmacy business in Thailand and PLS-SEM was used to test the validity and hypotheses of the study. The outcomes indicated that all the factors regarding the revolution of artificial intelligence such as development in system, incentive achievements, innovation and utilization and work designs, have positive nexus with firm performance. The study gives the guideline to the policymakers that they should enhance their focus on the implementation of artificial intelligence in the organization that improves the performance of the institutions. Better business performance is necessary for the survival of business. It is necessary for the organizations to understand the factors that influence their business operations and adopt the appropriate strategies to enhance their performance and compete with their rivals. Thus, this study aimed to examine the role of HR practices (Selection, Compensation, Training and development) in organizational performance of Thai pharmaceutical firm. This study also envisioned to test the moderating role on the relationship of HR practices with organizational performance of Thai pharmaceutical firm. To test the proposed relationship, the data was collected from the 300 employees of Thai pharmaceutical firm by using survey questionnaire. This study adopted crosssection method for data collection and data was collected in one shot. Collected data was analysed by PLS software for hypotheses testing. Findings of this study revealed that HR practices are crucial for the performance of Thai pharmaceutical firm. Implementation of HR practices significantly could enhance the performance of pharmaceutical firm. Furthermore, study also found significant moderating role job involvement on the association of HR practices with organizational performance of Thai pharmaceutical firm. Findings of current study offer fresh insight on HR practices and firm performance. Findings also provide assistance to policymakers and HR practitioners of pharmaceutical firms in recognising that business success depends on the organization's HR practices and involvement of employees in their jobs. This is acknowledged that intellectual capital is a vital success element in a progressively competitive and universal economy. Intellectual capital is a combination of three type of capital i.e "human capital, structural capital and relational capital". These three capital creates value for the firm and play important role to boost the performance of any firm. This study intended to examine the relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance of pharmaceutical firm in Thailand. For the investigation of proposed associations among the variables, quantitative research approach with cross sectional method was carried out and data was collected by using survey questionnaires. This study found that three types of intellectual capital have significant and positive influence on the performance of Thai pharmaceutical firm. Findings of the study highlights provide guidelines to business owners and managers regarding the management of intellectual capital effectively.
