Pertanian berkelanjutan merupakan komponen penting dalam pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Pengukuran keberlanjutan pertanian mutlak dilakukan untuk lebih memahami kondisi saat ini, mengidentifikasi tren, menetapkan target, memantau kemajuan, dan membandingkan kinerja antar wilayah. Penelitian tentang keberlanjutan pertanian di Indonesia lebih banyak dilakukan pada level usaha tani atau lokal. Indonesia belum memiliki indikator pertanian berkelanjutan yang menjadi tolok ukur penilaian pertanian berkelanjutan pada level regional/provinsi/nasional. Hal ini disebabkan karena begitu kompleksnya penilaian yang perlu dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik untuk penilaian pada level regional dan nasional. Indikator yang dapat diukur mengenai kelestarian lingkungan pertanian, dengan tujuan meminimalkan dampak lingkungan dari pertanian, merupakan alat penting untuk membantu menggerakkan dunia menuju masa depan pangan yang berkelanjutan. Indikator memungkinkan pembuat kebijakan, petani, bisnis, dan masyarakat sipil untuk lebih memahami kondisi saat ini, mengidentifikasi trend, menetapkan target, memantau kemajuan, dan membandingkan kinerja antar wilayah dan negara.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Validitas isi (2) validitas psikometrik dan (3) validitas konstrak asesmen kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran IPA di SMP dengan pemodelan Rasch, serta (4) Mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 September 2021 di MTs NU 01 Kramat. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh lembar jawab siswa MTs NU pada mata pelajaran IPA tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Butir-butir Instrumen asesmen kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran IPA di SMP telah memenuhi (1) validitas isi (2) validitas psikometri dan (3) validitas konstrak menjelaskan: (a) item fit instrumen dinyatakan fit dengan tingkat kesukaran butir berada di interval antara (-3.00) - 3.00, (b) sebanyak 11.95 % respon tidak person fit, (c) dengan scree plot menunjukkan instrumen tes bersifat unidimensi. (4) Prosentase nilai kemampuan berpikir kritis rata-rata peserta tes sebesar 52.6 %. This study aims to determine: (1) content validity (2) psychometric validity and (3) construct validity of critical thinking skills assessment in science learning in junior high school using Rasch modeling, and (4) to describe students' critical thinking skills in science learning in junior high school. This type of research is descriptive exploratory using a quantitative approach. The research was carried out on 9 September 2021 at MTs NU 01 Kramat. The population used is all NU MTs student answer sheets in science subjects for the 2021/2022 academic year. Items The instrument for assessing critical thinking skills in science learning in junior high school has met (1) content validity (2) psychometric validity and (3) construct validity explaining: (a) the item fit of the instrument is declared fit with the item difficulty level being in the interval between ( -3.00) - 3.00, (b) 11.95 % of the responses are not person fit, (c) the scree plot shows that the test instrument is unidimensional. (4) The percentage of the average critical thinking ability of the test takers is 52.6%.

Purpose: Human resource management is part of organizational management that focuses on elements of human resources. In the organization, humans are one of the most important elements in an organization. Based on data in 2021, the performance of employees of PT. Citra Indah Abadi Jaya has decreased even though they have quite a lot of orders. They should have the ability to carry out their duties properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Indah Abadi Jaya. Design/methodology/approach: In this study, the population is all employees at PT. Citra Indah Abadi as many as 40 people and the sample of this study used a saturated sample. Findings: The results showed that leadership has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. Citra Indah Abadi Jaya, apart from that, motivation and work environment variables also have a positive influence on the performance of PT. Citra Indah Eternal Jaya. The Republic of Indonesia (RI) - Papua New Guinea (PNG) is one of the national borders on the island of Papua and is located very strategically from a cultural, social, economic and political perspective. This region is an underdeveloped area with various complexities of problems in it. Nevertheless, in the context of improving people's welfare and maintaining states overeignty. This study aims to analyze strategic variables in the development of the RI-PNG border area with a prospective analysis approach using the MICMAC (Matrix of Cross Impact Analysis) method. The results showed that the key variables that have a strong influence and little dependence on the development of the RI-PNG border area are customary leadership, regulation, border governance, budget support and public infrastructure. These variables are also the driving variables that affect the overall development system.

Streptomyces antibiotic regulatory proteins (SARPs) are well characterized as transcriptional activators for secondary metabolites in Streptomyces species. Streptomyces rochei 7434AN4 harbors 15 SARP genes, among which 3 were located on a giant linear plasmid pSLA2-L and others were on the chromosome. Some SARP genes were cloned into an integrative thiostrepton-inducible vector pIJ8600, and their recombinants were cultivated. The recombinant of SARP gene, SRO_3163, accumulated a UV-active compound YM3163-A, which was not detected in the parent strain and other SARP recombinants. Its molecular formula was established to be C8H11NO. Extensive NMR analysis revealed that YM3163-A is a novel enamide, 2-(cyclohex-2-en-1-ylidene)acetamide, and its structure was confirmed by chemical synthesis including Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reaction and ammonolysis.

SMARTPHONE is considered a device that helps in everyday life, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the smartphones that have the largest market share in Indonesia is Oppo, but amid the sharp increase in smartphone online sales, Oppo's online sales are not showing an increase. Even though currently, there are various types of online shopping destinations, one of which is the marketplace, which provides shopping convenience and complete information about products. This is expected to form a good shopping experience and product knowledge to reduce consumer risk perceptions about creating online purchase intentions, so the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product knowledge and shopping experience on purchase intention with risk perception as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative. Respondents are residents of Surabaya who have made purchases at Shopee. The sample used was 110 people. The withdrawal used the snowball sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire, then the data obtained were processed by PLS-SEM. The results show that product knowledge contributes to purchase intention. The shopping experience does not contribute to purchase intentions. Product knowledge and shopping experience contribute to risk perception. Meanwhile, the indirect relationship shows that risk perception is proven to mediate the relationship between product knowledge and shopping experience variables with purchase intention.

Perkembangan bank syariah beberapa tahun terakhir lebih pesat dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional. Jika dilihat dari sejarah lahirnya lembaga keuangan, bank konvensional lahir lebih dahulu dibandingkan dengan bank syariah, mengingat bank konvensional merupakan lembaga keuangan peninggalan Belanda yang menerapkan sistem kredit dalam hal tersebut berbeda dengan bank syariah yang menerapkan sistem bagi hasil. Hal tersebut merupakan tantangan bagi bank syariah agar lebih berhati-hati dalam menyalurkan dana kepada nasabah. Namun dalam perjalanannya kehadiran bank syariah lebih diterima oleh masyarakat dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional Hal ini merupakan tamparan bagi bank konvensional untuk memperbaiki konsep serta aturan dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagai intermediasi dana kepada nasabah. Berdasarkan permasalahandiatas maka peneliti mengkaji implementasi hak tanggungan pada perbankan syariah dalam mewujudkan kepastian hukum (studi kasus terhadap putusan pengadilan agama tanjungkarang nomor : 1407/pdt.g/2016/pa.tnk). Abstract The development of Islamic banks in recent years is faster than conventional banks. If viewed from the history of the birth of financial institutions, conventional banks were born earlier than Islamic banks, considering that conventional banks are financial institutions inherited from the Netherlands that apply a credit system in this case, it is different from Islamic banks that apply a profit-sharing system. This is a challenge for Islamic banks to be more careful in channeling funds to customers. However, in its journey, the presence of Islamic banks is more accepted by the public compared to conventional banks. This is a slap in the face for conventional banks to improve the concepts and rules in carrying out their functions as intermediary funds to customers. Based on the problems above, the researcher examines the implementation of mortgage rights in Islamic banking in realizing legal certainty (case study of the decision of the Tanjungkarang religious court number: 1407/pdt.g/2016/pa.tnk). The type of research used is normative with a statutory approach. The results of the study are that mortgage is one of the concepts of guarantee in the practice of muamalah which is not prohibited by religion, as has been explained in the Koran that all muamalah activities as long as there are no rules that prohibit it are permissible to do. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Ngaju Dayak Hadat Law regulates the application of tahiu promise pangawin to the Ngaju Dayak indigenous people. The method that the author uses is a normative research method with a library study approach, using primary and secondary legal materials such as 96 articles of Damai Tumbang Anoi, the book of Panaturan, marriage agreements, legal books and legal research results. The daily traffic congestion faced by residents who live in the Greater Jakarta area has popularized the Jabodetabek Electric Train (KRL) as a mode of transportation for commuters to work and school. However, satisfactory service has not matched the increasing number of KRL users. Therefore, this study aims to develop a sustainability policy for urban rail services in Indonesia as an alternative strategy to overcome KRL service problems, such as overcapacity and inconvenience. The Multipol method is used to develop KRL service sustainability policies. Multipol is a multi-criteria decision-making method through the opinion of transportation experts. This study found that controlling the spread of COVID in the KRL is one of the priorities that must be implemented to ensure the continuity of the train. Then, the safety and security of the KRL are among the most critical policies determining the sustainability of urban railways in Indonesia. Therefore, safety and security can be improved by developing the competence of railway personnel through training, and protection, guaranteeing the rights of persons with disabilities and building safe and secure transfer spaces for onward journeys. The Ministry of Transportation and Indonesian commuter rail companies must improve supervision, assessment, and sanctions to meet service standards.

— High economic growth is not always followed by equitable development in a region. This study aims to see the effect of economic growth, investment, and economic agglomeration on regional development inequality in West Java Province. Timeseries data regression analysis West Java Province in the period of 2004–2018 to estimate the effect of economic growth, investment and economic agglomeration on regional development inequality. The results obtained are that economic growth has a significant positive effect on development inequality, amd economic agglomeration has a positive effect on regional development but not significant, while investment has a significant negative effect on development inequality in Java. Ciletuh in Sukabumi area was inaugurated as a Global Geopark by UNESCO in 2017, and has many potential natural resources such as Palangpang Beach as a leading tourism area of Ciletuh Geopark. Palangpang Beach in Ciletuh Bay is also an estuary area used by fishermen to collect fish in Fish Auction (TPI). Fishermen on Palangpang Beach are categorized as small fishermen according to the size of the capture fishery units, which results in the fishermen on Palangpang Beach prefer to take part in tourist activities by chartering boats for tourists to increase their income. The objectives of the study were to investigate the impact of Geopark establishment on fishermen’s livelihood and to establish ecotourism development strategies in supporting the sustainable livelihood. The method used for sustainable livelihood analysis was descriptive analysis. The results showed that increased sustainable livelihood assets of fishermen were found in human capital, social capital, physical capital, and economic and financial capital, while natural capital assets declined. The Geopark Ciletuh development strategy to improve the sustainable livelihood can be performed through the fishermen involvement in capture fishery and Geopark tourism management such as by becoming a tour guide, a fishing trainer, an educator who educates on fishing weather in fisheries, a mangrove planter, and a coral reef educator. The use of fossil energy in Indonesia shown an increasing trend in all sectors every year[1]. Petroleum is still ranked the highest, ie 51.66%. Natural gas occupying the second level, ie 28.57%. The rest of the energy is supplied by 15.34% oil and 4.43% renewable energy. Besides this, the dominance of fossil fuel use give a major impact on air quality[2]. Emissions from fossil fuel burning add 6.3 GtC/year (compared to a stock of fossil fuels of 16,000 Gt C) while another 2.3 Gt C/year is reabsorbed into the ocean[3]. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the use of renewable resources to generate environmentally friendly electricity. One of the energy resource that can developed is ocean current energy. In 2009 in the Strait of Nusa Penida has been conducted a ocean current pilot project that have been successfully (technically) obtained a "proven design”. Energy utilization of ocean current in the Nusa Penida Strait is merely for lighting public facilities. The presence of power plant have given light to 25 street lamps that installed in Toyopakeh village. This study aimed to (1) identify benefit which Toyopakeh village community perceived, (2) analyze the opportunity and estimate the value of willingness to pay (WTP) community of Toyopakeh village for management of power plant. The economic and sosiocultural benefit perceived by Toyopakeh village community in the night are increasing works effectively for seaweed strappers, stalls can opened over night, easier to moored jukung and speedboat, ship monitoring, load and unloading, fishing, and ashes disposal. Citizens with high or low income had similar opportunity readiness. Citizens with high education had opportunity WTP 1.291 point more than not ready to pay. Based on Turnbull estimator distribution, the mean WTP value was at 7 894.695 IDR (0.56 US $) and 10 641.891 (0.76 US $) range.

Program kredit tebu rakyat melalui kemitraan terutama upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi tebu dengan penyediaan kredit untuk sarana produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keuntungan pro-duksi tebu rakyat dengan bantuan kredit dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keun-tungan produksi tebu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data selama satu musim tanam 2013/2014. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive, dengan kriteria (1) petani tebu rakyat yang memperoleh kredit KKP-E; (2) luasan lahan >1,0 ha dan jumlah sampel ditentukan secara quota sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Kuesi-oner terstruktur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data produksi dan pendapatan petani, didukung dengan data sekunder. Statistik deskriptif seperti rata-rata, standar deviasi, nilai minimum, dan maksimum diguna-kan dalam analisis data. Analisis benefit dan cost digunakan untuk menghitung keuntungan, sementara ana-lisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan per hektar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan rata-rata per hektar sebesar Rp12.400.000,00. This research is aimed to determine the farmers’ profit of one hectare sugarcane production and to explain factors that affect the profit. This study used data of 2013/2014 sugarcane planting season. Samplings were taken purposively with criteria: (1) the farmers received KKP-E credit scheme, (2) the land ownership was >1.0 ha, and the number of samples were determined using quota sampling for 30 farmers. Structured questioners were used to collect data on production and income of the farmers, which were also supported by secondary data. Description statistics such as means, standard deviation, minimum, and maximum values were used for data analyses. Benefit and cost analysis were used to calculate the profits, while the multiple linear regression analysis is used to identify the factors that affect the profit per hectare. The results showed that favorable circumstances with the average profit per hectare were Rp12,400,000.00. Kebutuhan akan energi khususnya listrik di Indonesia diperkirakan akan meningkat setiap tahunnya. Supplyuntuk energi listrik tersebut mayoritas bersumber dari pembangkit listrik berbahan baku fosil (batubara, diesel, dan gas). Ketergantungan akan energi fosil akan menjadi permasalahan karenacadangan bahan baku yang dimilki sangat terbatas jumlahnya dan akan habis dalam jangka waktu tertentu serta menghasilkan emisi/ dampak negatif bagi lingkungan. Ancaman kelangkaan energi fosil akan berimplikasi pada peningkatan harga energi itu sendiri. Di sisi lain Indonesia memiliki potensi yang besar dalam energi terbarukan seperti panas bumi, namun sampai saat ini tingkat pemanfaatannya masih sangat kecil.Perlu adanya suatu kebijakan yang memperhitungkan berbagai aspek seperti ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan dalam rangka mengembangkan energi listrik untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan dimasa mendatang.Hasil perhitungan untuk analisis kebijakan yang dilakukan menghasilkan kesimpulan pembangkit yang memiliki nilai tertinggi untuk memenuhi kriteria ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan adalah jenis pembangkit listrik tenaga panas bumi. Panas bumi memiliki keunggulan dari sisi ketersedian bahan baku, penyerapan tenag kerja, dan rendahnya tingkat emisi per output listrikyang dihasilkan jika dibandingkan dengan pembangkit listrik yang lainnya.

Nearly the end of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) era, it emerges some ideas to refined international agreed development goals. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has been one of the ideas. In this study, sustainable development is defined as the balance of economic, social and environmental development. The achievement of sustainable development is measured by using two different approaches, partial and composite indicators. Composite index calculation using seven phases starting from the theoretical framework to disseminate.Partial development indicator describes progress in economic and social dimensions. However, the progress in these areas a proximally puts some pressure on the environment. Sustainable Development Index (IPB), which is a composite of GDP, HDI and IKLH (Environmental Quality Index) also delivers the same message. By selecting a balance scenario as the chosen one among all development dimensions, it started that the sustainable development in Indonesia has just reached about two-thirds of the maximum target. The hight progress achieved in both economic and social development has finally to be corrected by degradation in environment.
