Tabari whose contribution to exegesis is highly valuable is same time the owner of the book titled tarih al-Rusul wa'l-Muluk. He studied in this work the history of the humanity from the creation of the world up to his time. He sometimes referred The Quranic verses. So these verses had been mentioned according to their relation with time and place. This provided their understanding in better way. This paper is concerned with Dâbbe in Qur'an. First, the paper investigates the lexical sense of Dâbbe and then tries to examine its usage and sense in Quranic verses. After that, the paper treats especially the word Dâbbe in Surah An-Naml of Qur'an (27/82) which is, according to the sources, one of the signs of The Judgement Day. One of the essential aspects of the Qur'anic recitation is the observance of the proper pronounciation of the letters and words of the Qur'an. Similary, the tune adopted by the reader for the Qur'anic recitation is also very important. This tone should reflect the Qur' anic inimitability during the recitation process. This, however, depends on the reciters' knowledge of the Qur'anic language together with his or her artistic performance in conveying the messages of the Qur'an. In this article it will be dealt whit 'life' of human and its real qualities that differs it from life of animals in the Quran's perspective. To accomplish this aim, it will be mentioned the source and principles of life in the philosophical and religious thoughts and certain understandings of life in the history of thought. After that, ?life' will be searched as a concept and reality. It will be took up also spirit and soul (nafs) and relationship of life with them in the semantic field of the Quran to indicate understanding of human and his reality of life according to the Quran.
