Twelve novel 7-diethylaminocoumarin-based 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives were synthesized via iodine-mediated oxidative cyclisation and confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The result of these derivatives' activities inhibiting acetylcholinesterase in vitro showed that 4 g and 4i had moderate inhibitory activities with 69.19% and 65.06%, respectively. The preliminary structure-activity relationships revealed that introduction of halogen atom on the para-position of phenyl of 7-diethylaminocoumarin-based 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives could enhance their activities. Two new compounds, philippin (1) and 3β,9α,14α-trihydroxy-(22E,24R)-ergost-22-en-7-one (2), were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma philippii. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of the spectroscopic technologies, including 1D and 2D NMR as well as MS. Eight tetranortriterpenoids (1–8) and two sesquiterpenoids (9 and 10) including two new compounds, cineracipadesin G (1) and 1β-hydroperoxy-6α-hydroxy-eudesm-4(15)-ene (9), were isolated from the EtOAc extract of branches of Cipadessa cinerascens. Twelve lanostane triterpenoids (1–12) including a new one 16α,26-dihydroxylanosta-8,24-dien-3-one (1) were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma hainanense. The structure of the new compound was elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR and MS spectroscopic analyses. All isolates were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against human tumor cell lines K-562, SMMC-7721, and SGC-7901 and five compounds (1, 2, 5,7, and 9) showed definite cytotoxicities against K-562 cell line. A new diterpene, named yucalexin P-23 (1), together with three known compounds, yucalexin P-15 (2), protocatechuic acid (3), and catalpinic acid (4), was isolated from the stems of Manihot esculenta. A new drimane sesquiterpenoid glycoside, named 7-drimen-3β,11-diol 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, was isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the seeds of Antiaris toxicaria (Pers.) Lesch. Daphnauranins A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), two sesquiterpenoids were isolated from the roots of Daphne aurantiaca Diels. One is an unprecedented 5/7 oxacycloheptane ring system, the other is a sesquiterpene-lignan complex. Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic methods including MS and NMR. Their absolute configurations were further confirmed by the quantum ECD calculations. Nine lanostanoids, together with nine known ones, were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the fruiting bodies of the mushroom Haddowia longipes . Their structures were elucidated as 11-oxo-ganoderiol D, lanosta-8-en-7,11-dioxo-3β-acetyloxy-24,25,26-trihydroxy, lanosta-8-en-7-oxo-3β-acetyloxy-11β,24,25,26-tetrahydroxy, lanosta-7,9(11)-dien-3β-acetyloxy-24,25,26-trihydroxy, lanosta-7,9(11)-dien-3β-acetyloxy-24,26-dihydroxy-25-methoxy, 11-oxo-lucidadiol, 11β-hydroxy-lucidadiol, lucidone H and lanosta-7,9(11),24 E -trien-3β-acetyloxy-26,27-dihydroxy by analysing their 1D/2D NMR and MS spectra.
