- Abstract
GPR88 is an orphan receptor of the Class A rhodopsin family, belonging to the G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) family. Existing studies have shown that it is involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases, and at the same time as a potential therapeutic target has aroused widespread interest of researchers.
