Tema ovog rada je izrada kompletnog 3D modela konjičkog centra u programu Autodesk Maya. 3D modeliranje je proces kreiranja 3D modela kroz manipulaciju poligona u simuliranom 3D prostoru. U radu je opisan programski alata Autodesk Maya i korištenje alata u njemu. Kao praktični dio rada opisan je proces izrade konjičkog centra od modeliranja, teksturiranja, osvjetljenja i renderiranja kao finalni rezultat. The topic od this paper is the creation of a complete 3D model of the horse riding center in the program Autodesk Maya. 3D modeling is the process of creating a 3D model through the manipulation of polygons in a simulated 3D space. The paper describes the Autodesk Maya software and the use of tools in it. As a practical parto f the work, the process of making the horse riding cente is described from modeling, texturing, lightning and rendering as the final result.

Cilj završnog rada biti će kreiranje low poly game ready asseta gdje će se pojasniti brojne teme i osnove 3D modeliranja što obuhvaća samo modeliranje modela, UV mapiranje, baking proces tekstura te teksturiranje modela. Za uspješnu izradu optimiziranog game ready modela bitno je pojasniti i detaljno proći kroz prethodno navedenih tema kako bi se model mogao koristiti u videoigri bez da dolazi do grafičkih greška kod prikazivanja modela i/ili nepotrebnog opterećivanja pogonskoga sklopa igre (engl. game engine). U praktičnom dijelu napravit će se low poly game ready model Thorovog malja zvan Mjolnir te će pokazati znanje korištenja programa Blender, Adobe Photoshop 2020 i Substance Painter. The aim of the final work will be to create a low poly game ready asset where many topics and basics of 3D modeling will be explained, which includes 3D modeling, UV mapping, texture baking and 3D texturing of the model. To successfully create an optimized game ready model, it is important to clarify and go through the above topics so that the model can be used in a video game without any graphic errors in displaying the model and / or unnecessary burdening of the game engine. In the practical part a low poly game ready model of Thor's hammer called Mjolnir will be made and will show the knowledge of using Blender, Adobe Photoshop 2020 and Substance Painter.

Prvi dio ovog rada je teorijski, gdje je opisan glavni procesi za izradu animiranog filma, zatim je opisana povijest 3D animacija i povijest programa Blender, koji je zadužen za 3D modeliranje i animiranje u ovome filmu. Nadalje su spomenuti i ostali programi pomoću kojih je izrađen animirani film, a to su Photoshop, u kojemu je kreiran plakat za sami film te DaVinci Resolve 16 u kojemu je sastavljen cijeli film, dodani zvuk i glazba te efekti. Većina posla odvija se u programu Blender jer tu sama kreacija i modeliranje zahtjeva najviše vremena te nakon toga sama kompozicija scene i animiranje modela i kamere. U drugom dijelu opisan je sami proces izrade animiranog filma, gdje je sve detaljno objašnjeno uz odgovarajuće slike pomoću kojih je sve objedinjeno. Dakle prvi dio se ne dotiće samog filma koji se ovdje izrađuje, nego se sami film opisuje u drugom dijelu rada. First part of my final paper is theoretical, where I have described the main process for creating the animated movie, then I wrote about the history of 3D animations and the history of Blender which is responsible for 3D modeling and animation in this movie. Furthermore I mentioned the other programs with which I created the animated movie and those programs are Photoshop, in which I created the poster for the movie and DaVinci Resolve 16 in which I composed the entire movie, added sounds, music and effects. Most of the work is done in Blender because it's here where the creation and modeling requires the most time and after that the composition of the scene, animation of the model and lastly camera. In the second part I described the process behind creation of the animated movie, where everything is explained in great detail with appropriate images that incorporate everything together. Therefore the first part doesn't include the animated movie that is being made, but the second part of my final paper includes the exlanation of the process.

Fokus završnog rada biti će na izradi optimiziranog game ready asseta gdje će se proći kroz razne podteme i osnove 3D modeliranja, izrade UV mapa, bake procesa i teksturiranja modela. Važno je proći kroz sve navedene aspekte kako bi se mogao izraditi optimizirani game ready asset koji neće naštetiti ili nepotrebno opteretiti game engine. Vidjet će se i pokazati znanja Autodesk Maye 2019, korištenje programa Marmoset Toolbag 3 te jednog od novijih programa pod nazivom Quixel Mixer za teksturiranje modela. U praktičnom dijelu izraditi će se game ready asset u obliku radničkih svjetla te bi se na taj način povezala navedena teorija sa vizualnim primjerom cijelog procesa. Focus of the final paper will be about creating an optimised game ready asset. In order to accomplish that, the basic knowledge of 3D modelling, UV mapping, baking process and texturing will be explained. It is important to go through all the steps mentioned above so an optimized game ready asset could be built, otherwise the game engine could possibly have a hard time of using the object, it could easily drain it's memory and thus make it have bad FPS problems. Through the process, knowledge of Autodesk Maya 2019, Marmoset Toolbag 3 and Quixel Mixer will be shown. In the practical part of the thesis the model itself will be made, step by step, so the theory and practice could be integrated for better understanding of the whole process in question.

U ovom završnom radu opisuje se proces izrade low poly 3D modela tenka T-90 sa PBR teksturama. U teoretskom će dijelu završnog rada biti opisana sva stručna terminologija, programi u kojima je 3D model izrađen i teksturiran te alati i modifikatori potrebni za izradu 3D modela. Praktični dio završnog rada opisivat će izradu high poly modela, preobrazbu modela iz high poly u low poly, izradu i primjenjivanje tekstura i na kraju render gotovog 3D modela. This paper describes the process of creating a low poly 3D model of T-90 tank with PBR tekstures. Theoretical part of this paper deals with technical terminology, software used to create and texture the 3D model as well as tools and modifiers requiered for creating the 3D model. Practical part of the paper describes the process of creating a high poly model, turning a high poly model into a low poly model, process of creating and applying the textures and finally rendering the final 3D model.

U ovom završnom radu obrađuje se tema vizualizacije jedne slike pomoću 3D modeliranja. U teorijskom dijelu prolazi se kroz 3D modeliranje te samu primjenu 3D-a u arhitekturi. Naravno, pojašnjava se opis rada te sučelje u programu „Rhino 6“. Obuhvaća modeliranje, teksturiranje i renderiranje te alate koji se najčešće primjenjuju. Cilj ovog rada je svakako da se dočara model u što realnijem izgledu te da može poslužiti kao 3D prikaz kuće koja će se graditi. U praktičnom djelu prolazi se kroz izradu modela kuće pomoću programa „Rhino 6“, jednostavnost korištenja tekstura unutar programa te na samom kraju opisati i proces renderiranja. The theme in this final work project is the visualization of one picture with help of 3D modeling. In the theoretical part, we go through 3D modeling and the application of 3D in architecture. Of course, the mode of operation and interface of the program "Rhino 6" is also being explained. It includes modeling, texturing, rendering, and most often used tools. The main goal of this project is to present the model in the most realistic way possible and to serve as a 3D representation of the house to be built. In the practical part, while using the "Rhino 6" program we go through creating a model of the house, simplicity when using textures and rendering process.

Tema ovog završnog rada je izrada kompleksnije 3D scene, no prilagođene za izvršavanje renderiranja i animiranja. 3D modeli izrađeni su u programu za 3D modeliranje i animaciju, Blender-u. Danas je 3D modeliranje i animacija prisutna kod izrade raznih multimedijskih sadržaja. Cilj istraživanja, odnosno izrade ovog završnog rada, je upoznavanje s osnovama 3D modeliranja i oblikovanja te izrade animacija u 3D programu kao i primjena stečenih znanja na izradu konkretnog projekta. Za potrebe izrade 3D modela potrebno je poznavati sve dijelove objekata koji se modeliraju i način slaganja tih dijelova na scenu, kako bi se dobila dobra 3D scena jednog interijera u kojoj veliki značaj ima osvjetljenje. Nakon izrade 3D modela, koje uključuje modeliranje objekta i teksturiranje izvršilo se renderiranje. Tijekom cijelog završnog rada koristi se kao primjer zasebni projekt 3D scene izrađene u Blender-u, kao ideja autora da izradi interijer dviju prostorija jednog kafića. The topic of this final paper is making of complex 3D scene, but adjusted for rendering and animating. 3D models are made in the 3D modeling and animating software called Blender. Today, 3D modeling and animating is present in the making of various multimedia contents. The goal of the research or the making of this final paper is introduction to the basics of 3D modeling and design as well as making of the animations in 3D software and applying the acquired knowledge to the design of a specific project. In order to create a 3D model, you need to know all the parts of the objects being modeled as well as putting those parts together on the scene so you can get good 3D scene of interior in which lighting plays the big part. After creating a 3D model that includes object modeling and texturing, rendering is finished. Throughout the whole final work, a separate 3D scene project created in Blender is used as an example, as an idea of the author to create the interior of the café.

U radu su opisane različite tehnike 3D modeliranja i teksturiranja koje se koriste kod izrade računalnih igara. Tehnike modeliranja: 3D skeniranje, modeliranje bazirano na slici, digitalno oblikovanje skulptura, proceduralno modeliranje, box/subdivision modeliranje, te edge modeliranje. Tehnike koje se koriste kod teksturiranja: teksturalno mapiranje, teksturalni blending, decals, modular level dizajn, virtualno teksturiranje i proceduralno teksturiranje. U praktičnom dijelu rada je prikazan proceduralan način izrade terena. Za to je korišten program World Machine. Za izradu cijelog krajolika je korišteno programsko okruženje za izradu računalnih igara Unreal Engine. This thesis describes various 3D modeling and texturing techniques, that are used in video game creation. Modeling techniques: 3D scanning, image-based modeling, digital sculpting, procedural modeling, box/subdivision modeling, and edge modeling. Techniques used in texturing: textural mapping, textural blending, decals, modular level design, virtual texturing, and procedural texturing. The practical part of the thesis shows the procedural method of terrain design. For this the World Machine software was used. The game engine used for creation of the entire landscape was Unreal Engine.

Teksturiranje je naziv za proces dodavanja informacija kako bi se dobila jedinstvena karakterna posebnost modela, drugim riječima to je primjenjivanje 2D slike, teksture, na površinu 3D modela. Tradicionalni tijek rada stvaranja tekstura zamijenio je novi tijek koji omogućuje bojanje tekstura unutar 3D prostora, umjesto 2D. Trenutno jedan od vodećih programa za teksturiranje u industriji igara je Substance Painter. Substance Painter je softver razvijen za izradu PBR tekstura za profesionalce i entuzijaste, omogućuje simultano bojanje na svim mogućim kanalima tekstura u stvarnom vremenu direktno na 3D model ili 2D prikaz UV mapa unutra programa. U radu je opisan programski alat Substance Painter počevši od korisničkog sučelja, alata, kreiranja novog materijala sve do izvoza tekstura i renderiranja unutar integriranog rendera Iray. Za praktični dio opisan je način izrade materijala za odabranu scenu te prikazan krajnji rezultat dobiven renderiranjem unutar SPa. Texturing is term used to describe process of adding information to get a unique character of model, in other words it is applying a 2D image, texture, on the surface of a 3D model. The traditional workflow of creating texture has replaced a new workflow that allows painting within 3D space, instead of 2D. Currently, one of the leading texturing software in the game industry is Substance Painter. Substance Painter is a software developed for creating PBR textures for professionals and enthusiasts, allowing simultaneous painting on all possible texture channels in real time directly onto a 3D model or 2D view of UV maps within the program. This documented workflow includes a brief introduction to the program and project creation, setting up project and the process of creating textures for individual texture sets. As an end result, renders of a created scene rendered within integrated Iray are shown.

Proces 3D modeliranja temelji se na stvaranju 3D prikaza bilo koje površine ili objekta manipuliranjem poligona, rubova i točaka u simuliranom 3D prostoru. To se može obaviti ručno pomoću posebnih 3D programa koji korisnicima omogućuju stvaranje i upravljanje poligonalnim objektima. Jedan od tih programa je Autodesk Maya koji je ujedno i jedan od najčešćih alata za 3D modeliranje. Ovim radom prikazat će se postupak modeliranja učionice K29, njeno teksturiranje te izrada, odnosno stvaranje mogućnosti kretanja kroz učionicu. Također uz to se u radu definiraju i opisuju svi programi i alati koji su se koristili u izradi samog projekta, kao i svi osnovni pojmovi koji su se koristili u programima, njihovi osnovni dijelovi, zahtjevi, povijest i slično. Za modeliranje koristio se programski alat Autodesk Maya, a u praktičnom dijelu opisan je cjelokupni postupak izrade učionice. Nadalje, provelo se teksturiranje u programu Substance Painter gdje su se ujedno dodavali i razni materijali (drvo, metal itd.), dok se izrada samog prostora učionice izvršila u programu Unity u kojem se također dodala svjetlost ali i izrada scene. The 3D modeling process is based on the creation of 3D points of view of an arbitrary surface or an object by manipulating polygons, edges and points in a simulated 3D space. This can be done manually, with special 3D programs that allow users to create and manage polygonal objects. One of these programs is Autodesk Maya, which is also one of the most used 3D modeling tools. This work shows the modeling of the K29-classroom, Texturing and creation, which is creating the opportunity to go to class. In addition, all the programs used in the design of projects and tools, as well as all the basic terms used in the programs, their basic parts, their needs, their history, etc. are defined in the document and described. The modeling tool used was the Autodesk Maya software tool. In the practical part, the whole process of the class was described. In addition, in which structuring was added under the program "Substance painter", various materials (wood, metal, etc.), while the production of the same class in the program of the unit was carried out.
