This article compares the accuracy of two methods, the Risk of Malignancy Index (RMI) and the Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System (O-RADS), in predicting the malignancy of ovarian masses. The study analyzed data from 453 cases and found that O-RADS, based on the International Ovarian Tumor Analysis (IOTA) ADNEX model, had a better performance than RMI in preoperative assessment.
