相较于甘油三酯脂肪酶,偏甘油酯脂肪酶因其独特的底物选择性和催化高效性,逐渐成为相关领域的研究热点。旨在为偏甘油酯脂肪酶在油脂加工、脂质分子的定向合成等领域的研究提供理论和技术参考,并为挖掘新型的偏甘油酯脂肪酶打下基础,首先对偏甘油酯脂肪酶的来源和分类进行介绍,随后阐述了偏甘油酯脂肪酶的结构特征和催化特性,最后对其应用现状进行了总结归纳和展望。偏甘油酯脂肪酶有动物来源、植物来源和微生物来源,分为甘油单酯脂肪酶和甘油单酯-甘油二酯脂肪酶;偏甘油酯脂肪酶有帽区、催化三联体和氧负离子洞穴等结构,具有底物特异性和位置特异性;偏甘油酯脂肪酶在食品、有机合成、医疗等领域有着广泛的应用和独特的发展潜力。Compared with triglyceride lipase, partial glyceride lipase has gradually become a hot research focus in related fields due to its unique substrate selectivity and high catalytic efficiency. In order to provide theoretical and technical references for the research of partial glyceride lipase in the fields of oil processing and directed synthesis of lipids, and lay a foundation for excavating new partial glyceride lipase, firstly, the source and classification of partial glyceride lipase were introduced; subsequently, the structural and catalytic characteristics of partial glyceride lipase were expounded; finally its application status was summarized and prospected. Partial glyceride lipase comes from animal, plant and microbe, and is divided into monoacyglyceride lipase and glycerol mono-and diglyceride lipase. Partial glyceride lipase has structures of a cap region, catalytic triplet, and oxygen anion cave, and it has substrate specificity and site specificity. Partial glyceride lipase has extensive applications and unique development potential in fields such as food, organic synthesis, and medicine.

Focused ion beam (FIB) milling has evolved to be one of the most important Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) site specific sample preparation techniques. However, this technique still poses challenges, such as the structural damage and potential curtaining issues often observed for thin TEM lamella. These artefacts can negatively affect the TEM analysis results. In particular, structures such as internal cracks and pores in FIB prepared TEM samples can often be damaged during sample preparation. This is commonly regarded as an unavoidable problem, even though microstructurally intact thin lamellae TEM samples are widely needed for the investigation of crack tips or pore morphologies in many different materials. This presents a strong driver for the development of innovative methods to overcome damage and curtaining issues during FIB sample preparation. Here we report on a new methodology developed to protect internal cracks and pores from ion beam damage. Our proposed method also mitigates curtaining issues, which often make TEM analysis more difficult. This method uses the FIB to sputter and redeposit material onto the edges of any cracks or pores in order to fill these features in-situ prior to lamella thinning. Case studies showcasing this method are presented, demonstrating the approach on a modular pure iron sample and on a porous laser treated Al/B4C composite sample. Our proposed ‘filling’ method has demonstrated a two key benefits; it preserves the integrity of the edges of any cracks and pores and it reducing curtaining. The results also demonstrate that this technique can be an alternative to conventional Gas Injection System (GIS) deposition for protecting the external top surface.

为解决高酸值废弃油脂脱酸效果不佳的问题,根据生物柴油转酯化反应对原料油的要求,开发了废弃油脂深度脱胶—脱色—双塔串联脱酸工艺。利用化工模拟软件对废弃油脂脱酸系统进行了模拟,建立了脱酸系统流程模拟模块,输出了日处理900 t废弃油脂的脱酸塔和脂肪酸捕集塔的物料平衡表。对脱酸塔和脂肪酸捕集塔的塔直径、填料高度和填料类型进行选型,并进行了水力学校核,将其气相动能因子和运行负荷率控制在合理范围内。将所开发的废弃油脂深度脱胶—脱色—双塔串联脱酸工艺应用于实际大型生产线,长时间运行表明,该工艺可以将废弃油脂含磷量和脂肪酸含量分别降至3 mg/kg和0.3%以下。采用深度脱胶—脱色—双塔串联脱酸工艺处理高酸值废弃油脂,脱酸效果好,处理后的废弃油脂可作为优质的生物柴油原料。 In order to solve the problem of poor deacidification effect of high acid value waste oil, according to the feed requirement of biodiesel transesterfication reaction line, deep degumming-bleaching-two column deacidification in series process for waste oil treatment was developed. Modelling the deacidification system by chemical simulation software, the process simulation module of deacidification system was established and the material balance sheets of waste oil deacidification column and fatty acid scrubbing column for the 900 t/d line were output. In addition, the column diameter, packing height and packing type were carefully sized and rated to control the reasonable gas kinetic energy factor and load rate of the columns. Ultimately, this new developed process was successfully applied on the large production line, after long time running, the phosphorus content and fatty acid content of deacidified oil could be steadily lowered to less than 3 mg/kg and 0.3%, respectively. The deep degumming-bleaching-two column deacidification in series process is used to treat the high acid value waste oil, and the deacidification effect is good. The treated waste oil can be used as the high-quality biodiesel feedstock.

Objective: To investigate the risk factors for delayed healing of peptic ulcer in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB), so as to provide evidences for clinical treatment. Methods: A total of consecutive 138 hospitalized patients with UGIB due to peptic ulcer from January 2012 to December 2021 were enrolled. The healing rate of peptic ulcer was determined under reexamination of gastroscopy after 1 week of treatment. The related indice were analyze with univariate analysis to determine possible influencing factors for peptic ulcer, including gender, age, body mass index (BMI), diabetes, history of taking steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), smoking, drinking, Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection, hemoglobin, serum albumin, ulcer location or Logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the independent risk factors. Results: Univariate analysis showed that age, levels of serum albumin, Forrest classification, the location and size of ulcers were associated with delayed healing of ulcers in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding (P

We report the selective growth of α-Al2O3 nanowires and nanobelts via a catalyst-free chemical vapor deposition process under ambient pressure. By controlling the flow rates of the carrier gas, high-yield production of uniform alumina nanowires with diameter distribution (100 nm-200 nm) was achieved at a high growth rate over 200 μm/hour. Alumina nanobelts with variable width were also synthesized by modulating the carrier gas purge process. Further, the effects of temperatures and carrier gas flow rates on the growth of alumina nanostructures were also investigated. Oxygen partial pressure and supersaturation level of the aluminum suboxide are thought to be important factors in the formation process of the alumina nanowires or nanobelts. In order to improve the overall performance of diesel particulate filter (DPF) in the soot capture process, a multi-objective optimization model is developed based on the objective functions of maximum pressure drop and initial filtration efficiency. Firstly, the sensitivity analysis of the structural parameters of DPF are performed. Then the response surface model based on Box-Behnken is constructed, and diagnostic analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA) are carried out for each response. Finally, the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II) is used to obtain the Pareto optimal solution. The research results show that the sensitivity of filter diameter to maximum pressure drop and initial filtration efficiency is higher than other parameters. The multi-objective optimization results are verified by GT-SUITE software, and the maximum relative errors of maximum pressure drop and initial filtration efficiency between the simulation and optimization results are 1.41% and 3.28%, respectively. Compared with the original performance, the initial filtration efficiency of DPF is improved by 16.42%. The optimized DPF pressure drop decreased by 15% and 36.33% at the beginning and end of the filtration period, respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to improve the accuracy of automatic visual inspection of photoelectric products,a kind of prototype of 4SPS/S spherical parallel mechanism (PM) adjustment platform with redundant driving branches is developed. The redundant 4SPS/S PM is of three-rotational degrees of freedom(DOF)around the center of the platform and used for obtaining the image information of the inspected parts from arbitrary angle. Firstly,the kinematics model of the PM is established, and the forward and inverse kinematics equations and Jacobian matrix are derived. Moreover,the singularity is discussed based on Jacobian matrix in terms of rank deficiency, and it is also proved that the redundant drive branch chain can eliminate the singularity in the mechanism. Based on non-redundant decomposition of Jacobian matrix,an evaluation index of force transmissibility suitable for redundantly PM is proposed. Secondly,the influence of the spherical joints layout on kinematical performance of the PM is analyzed,and a set of layout of the spherical joints with large attitude space and good dexterity is obtained. Further,the prototype of spherical parallel detection platform is designed and manufactured. Finally,the distribution of posture space, dexterity and force transfer performance of the prototype in posture space is analyzed and drawn. The results show that the prototype has large rotation space, no internal singularity, high dexterity and force transfer performance, and uniform distribution,which can meet the detection process requirements of photoelectric product.

To investigate the effect of graded care on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGH) treated with gastroscopy. A total of 60 patients with UGH underwent gastroscopy in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 30 cases each. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group combined the graded care on this basis. The SAS, SDS, BRS, SF-36 scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Before treatment, the scores of SAS, SDS, BRS and SF-36 were compared between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). (P<0.05); SF-36 score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Graded care has a significant effect on gastroscope treatment of UGH patients, which can effectively alleviate negative emotions, improve patients' quality of life and care satisfaction, and is worthy of application. The two-DOF controllable close-chain linkage mechanism system is investigated in this paper. Based on the air-gap field of the non-uniform airspace of motors caused by the eccentricity of rotor, the electromechanical coupling relation in the real running state of motors is analyzed. The electromechanical coupling dynamic model of the system is established by means of the finite element method. The dynamic equation constitutes the basis on which the combination resonance characteristics of the system caused by electromagnetic parameter excitations of the two motors are analyzed by the multiple scales method. The first-order stationary solution is obtained under that condition, and the stability conditions of the stationary solution are also given. Finally, an experiment is presented. Results indicate that it is feasible and beneficial to explain some unexpected strong vibration phenomena in the high-speed operation of such multi-DOF controllable close-chain linkage mechanism using nonlinear combination resonance theories.
