In order to improve the operating efficiency of the cross-aisles shuttle truck system and the responsiveness to the disturbance of the return task, this paper first proposes a dynamic task scheduling process for the shuttle truck, using an event trigger mechanism. Each time a warehouse return task is generated, the corresponding scheduling optimization algorithm is triggered according to the current task combination mode to re-optimize the task sequence. Secondly, a task sequencing model is established under three combined task modes: full outbound / full return tasks, task mode with in-transit return tasks under the compound operation mode, task mode without in-transit return tasks under the compound operation mode. A fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm scheduling algorithm with elite strategy for compound operation mode is proposed. Finally, MATLAB was used to compile the simulation experiment system. The simulation analysis results show that the method can effectively improve the system’s operating efficiency, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheduling method.

In this work, ultrafast carrier dynamics of mechanically exfoliated 1T-TiSe2 flakes from the high-quality single crystals with self-intercalated Ti atoms are investigated by femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy. The observed coherent acoustic and optical phonon oscillations after ultrafast photoexcitation reveal the strong electron–phonon coupling in 1T-TiSe2. The ultrafast carrier dynamics probed in both visible and mid-infrared regions indicate that some photogenerated carriers localize near the intercalated Ti atoms and form small polarons rapidly within several picoseconds after photoexcitation due to the strong and short-range electron–phonon coupling. The formation of polarons leads to a reduction of carrier mobility and a long-time relaxation process of photoexcited carriers for several nanoseconds. The formation and dissociation rates of the photoinduced polarons are dependent on both the pump fluence and the thickness of TiSe2 sample. This work offers new insights into the photogenerated carrier dynamics of 1T-TiSe2, and emphasizes the effects of intercalated atoms on the electron and lattice dynamics after photoexcitation. To explore the inhibitory effect and mechanism of theaflavin (TF1), human hepatoma carcinoma Bel-7402 cells were treated with different concentrations of TF1. Cell viability was detected by CCK8 and cell proliferation was detected by colony formation assay. Cell migration was detected by cell wound healing experiment and transwell chamber assay. Cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. Apoptosis-related proteins (Bax, Bcl-2, PARP), migration related proteins (E-cad, N-cad, Vimentin, MMP9) and signaling pathway related proteins (TGF-β, Smad3, p-smad3) were detected by western blot. The results show that different concentrations of TF1 could inhibit the proliferation and migration of Bel-7402 cells and promote their apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner. The higher the dose, the stronger the inhibition effect (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the expression levels of Bax and E-cad proteins in the experimental group were higher, while the expression levels of Bcl-2, PARP, N-cad, Vimentin, MMP9, TGF-β, Smad3 and p-smad3 were lower (P<0.05). In conclusion, TF1 could inhibit the proliferation and migration of Bel-7402 cells and promote their apoptosis through TGF-β signaling pathway. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With AS/RS corbel shelf as research object, the orthogonal experiment was designed, which is composed of 21 groups of schemes and 3 kinds of load conditions. By using the Rack Computer-Aided FEA System based on SAP84, this paper presents the effects of grounding back-stayed and the ground floor height of back-stayed on the strength, rigidity and stability of corbel shelf under normal load, horizontal load in X direction and horizontal load in Y direction. The results show that in all conditions, grounding back-stayed improves the strength and stability of column, and the strength and stability of corbel shelf will be enhanced with the decrease of the ground floor height of back-stayed. This research provides a theoretical basis for the analysis and design of corbel shelf.
