This study proposed the direct extrusion and continuous-shear deformation (DECS) process for the co-extrusion of Mg-AZ31B/Al 6063, aiming to prepare high-plasticity Mg/Al composite sheets. The effect of extrusion temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Mg/Al composite sheet was systematically studied. The results show that Mg/Al composite sheets with no voids or cracks at the interface were successfully prepared by the DECS process. The microstructure of the Mg layer at different extrusion temperatures primarily consists of equiaxed fine grains, with grain sizes of 7.29 μm, 8.98 μm, and 9.88 μm at 330℃, 360℃, and 390℃, respectively. The Mg layer exhibits a typical extrusion texture, with the c-axis of most grains parallel to the transverse direction (TD). With the increase in extrusion temperature, the c-axis of some grains deviates from the TD toward the normal direction (ND). The Al layer mainly consists of elongated deformed grains and fine dynamically recrystallized (DRXed) grains distributed along the extrusion direction (ED). The AZ31 Mg alloy with refined grains maintains the ultimate tensile strength of the Mg/Al composite sheet, while the Al matrix enhances its plasticity. At 330℃, the Mg/Al composite sheet shows an ultimate tensile strength of 244.48 MPa ± 4.35 and an elongation of 39.42% ± 0.06. The influence of the bonding layer thickness on the shear and tensile properties of the composite sheet was studied, revealing that increasing the bonding layer thickness reduces the shear strength of the Mg/Al composite sheet but positively affects its tensile strength. Transforming polyolefin waste into liquid alkanes through tandem cracking‐alkylation reactions catalyzed by Lewis‐acid chlorides offers an efficient route for single‐step plastic upcycling. Lewis acids in dichloromethane establish a polar environment that stabilizes carbenium ion intermediates and catalyzes hydride transfer, enabling breaking of polyethylene C−C bonds and forming C−C bonds in alkylation. Here, we show that efficient and selective deconstruction of low‐density polyethylene (LDPE) to liquid alkanes is achieved with anhydrous aluminum chloride (AlCl3) and gallium chloride (GaCl3). Already at 60 °C, complete LDPE conversion was achieved, while maintaining the selectivity for gasoline‐range liquid alkanes over 70 %. Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a heterogeneous group of hematological malignancies with poor survival, while treatment options for relapsed or refractory (R/R) disease remain quite limited, with a median progression-free survival of only 3–4 months. Notably, the emergence of innovative therapeutic agents and regimens holds promise for durable responses and improved survival for patients with R/R PTCL. We summarize recent advances in the treatment of R/R PTCL from the 2023 ASH Annual Meeting, highlighting novel agents targeting EZH1/2, JAK1, PI3K, KIR3DL2, CD38/CD3xCD28, or CDK9, as well as therapeutic regimens in combination with stem cell transplantation, immunomodulators, epigenetic modifying agents, or CD30/CD16A bispecific antibodies. Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs) are organic‐inorganic hybrid materials with exceptionally customizable composition and properties. MOFs intrinsically possess open metal sites, tunable pore size/shape and an ultra‐large specific surface area, and have obtained significant attention over the past 30 years. Furthermore, through the integration of functional moieties such as, molecules, functional groups, noble metal clusters and nanocrystals or nanoparticles into MOFs, the resulting composites have greatly enriched the physical and chemical properties of pure MOFs, enabling their application in a wider range of fields. Triethylamine (TEA) as an organic base has consistently played a fundamental role in the development of MOFs. In this Concept, the versatility of triethylamine when involved in the synthesis of MOFs is discussed. Four sections are used to elaborate on the role of TEA including: (1) Single crystal synthesis; (2) Size and morphology control; (3) Counterion of MOFs; (4) MOFs composites synthesis. A trade‐off between growth and defence against biotic stresses is common in plants. Fungal endophytes of the genus Epichloë may relieve this trade‐off in their host grasses since they can simultaneously induce plant growth and produce antiherbivore alkaloids that circumvent the need for host defence. The Epichloë ability to decouple the growth‐defence trade‐off was evaluated by subjecting ryegrass with and without Epichloë endophytes to an exogenous treatment with gibberellin (GA) followed by a challenge with Rhopalosiphum padi aphids. In agreement with the endophyte‐mediated trade‐off decoupling hypothesis, the GA‐derived promotion of plant growth increased the susceptibility to aphids in endophyte‐free plants but did not affect the insect resistance in endophyte‐symbiotic plants. In line with the unaltered insect resistance, the GA treatment did not reduce the concentration of Epichloë‐derived alkaloids. The Epichloë mycelial biomass was transiently increased by the GA treatment but at the expense of hyphal integrity. The response of the phyllosphere bacterial microbiota to both GA treatment and Epichloë was also evaluated. Only Epichloë, and not the GA treatment, altered the composition of the phyllosphere microbiota and the abundance of certain bacterial taxa. The assessment of the impact of corrosion defects on the integrity and safe operation of through‐wall pipelines is critical. In this work, a finite element‐based model was developed to study the mechano‐electrochemical (M‐E) effects of external corrosion defects on 10CrMoAl steel pipelines. The effects of parameters such as defect sizes and internal pressures on pipeline conditions are also studied. The results show that increased corrosion depth leads to stress concentration at the center of the defect. The increase in internal pressure causes local plastic deformation and anodic current density concentration at the inner edge of the defect and in the adjacent areas of the defect. M‐E interaction causes the growth of corrosion defects significantly at higher internal pressures. The corrosion defects increase with time. As the pressure increases, the failure pressure of the pipeline gradually decreases. The influence of defect depth on the corrosion rate at the defect is greater than that of defect width. With increasing in internal pressure and corrosion defect size, it will lead to more severe plastic deformation, resulting in accelerated corrosion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

It is a great challenge to integrate incompatible subunits into ordered macroscopic materials with tailored functionalities. Herein, a facile modular assembly strategy is demonstrated to link incompatible colloidal nanocrystals and polymer micelles by using the phenolic resol as the “molecule glue” for the synthesis of nanocrystal‐inserted mesoporous frameworks with diverse functionalities. It is found that the uniform nanocrystals can be inserted into the mesoporous frameworks with outstanding spatial dispersity, even in the case of high incorporation density. This modular assembly route is versatile, a library of nanocrystals with diverse diameters, shapes, and compositions can be integrated into various kinds of mesoporous frameworks (carbon, carbon‐SiO2, and carbon‐TiO2 composites). Unprecedently, this strategy also allows the controllable assembly of two, even three types of nanocrystals within the mesoporous frameworks to achieve multiple functionalities. The as‐prepared nanocomposites can simultaneously exhibit catalytic, magnetic, and adsorption properties independently, and show synergistic effects for tandem catalytic applications. Therefore, we used machine learning (ML) algorithm to develop models to predict frailty risk in the elderly.A prospective cohort study.We collected data on 6997 elderly people from Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Study wave 6–7 surveys (2011–2012, 2014). After the baseline survey in 1998 (wave 1), the project conducted follow‐up surveys (wave 2–8) in 2000–2018. The osteoporotic fractures index was used to assess frailty. Four ML algorithms (random forest [RF], support vector machine, XGBoost and logistic regression [LR]) were used to develop models to identify the risk factors of frailty and predict the risk of frailty. Different ML models were used for the prediction of frailty risk in the elderly and frailty risk was trained on a cohort of 4385 elderly people with frailty (split into a training cohort [75%] and internal validation cohort [25%]). The best‐performing model for each study outcome was tested in an external validation cohort of 6997 elderly people with frailty pooled from the surveys (wave 6–7). Model performance was assessed by receiver operating curve and F2‐score.Among the four ML models, the F2‐score values were similar (0.91 vs. 0.91 vs. 0.88 vs. 0.90), and the area under the curve (AUC) values of RF model was the highest (0.75), followed by LR model (0.74). In the final two models, the AUC values of RF and LR model were similar (0.77 vs. 0.76) and their accuracy was identical (87.4% vs. 87.4%).Our study developed a preliminary prediction model based on two different ML approaches to help predict frailty risk in the elderly.The presented models from this study can be used to inform healthcare providers to predict the frailty probability among older adults and maybe help guide the development of effective frailty risk management interventions.Detecting frailty at an early stage and implementing timely targeted interventions may help to improve the allocation of health care resources and to reduce frailty‐related burden. Aims/Introduction Materials and Methods Results Conclusions Our aim was to investigate the optimal fasting glucose (FPG) range in Chinese older adults with type 2 diabetes, and to clarify whether the optimal range varies according to the control of risk factors.The baseline survey for the cohort study began in 2018, with follow up ending in 2022. Our study enrolled 59,030 older diabetes patients with no history of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Participants were divided into nine groups based on their baseline glycemic status. The association between FPG and the risk of adverse outcomes was mainly estimated by multivariate Cox proportional risk models and restricted spline analysis.During the 4‐year follow‐up period, a total of 5,637 deaths and 4,904 CVD events occurred. The associations of FPG with mortality and CVD events showed J‐shaped curves. Among all‐cause deaths, the hazard ratios for FPG ≤4.50 and >11.50 mmol/L were 1.50 (95% confidence interval [CI] 1.31–1.71) and 1.84 (95% CI 1.67–2.02). Among CVD, the hazard ratios for FPG ≤4.50 and >11.50 mmol/L were 1.31 (95% CI 1.13–1.53) and 1.71 (95% CI 1.54–1.89), respectively. The optimal FPG ranges of all‐cause mortality and CVD were 5.50–7.50 and 4.50–7.50 mmol/L, respectively. For participants with at least two risk factors, the optimal FPG levels were higher than those with fewer risk factors.In older Chinese diabetes patients, the FPG ranges related to the minimum death and CVD event rates were 5.50–7.50 and 4.50–7.50 mmol/L, respectively. In this research, we study certain characteristics of the solution for an equation involving uniformly elliptic nonlocal operator by establishing various maximum principles in bounded and unbounded regions. Additionally, we don't need the conditions that the narrow region principle's bound assumption and decay in the unbounded domain. In order to get the monotonicity of the solution, we use several maximum principles and averaging effects to overcome the challenges that generated by the uniformly elliptic nonlocal operator and fractional‐order variable t$$ t $$. Of course, while investigating the qualitative characteristics of the equation, we also provide some estimates of auxiliary function. Solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) are considered the most efficient technology for the direct conversion of hydrocarbons to electrical energy. Although the commonly used Ni/YSZ cermet materials in SOFCs show excellent electrocatalytic properties in H 2 fuel, they suffer from carbon deposition problem when hydrocarbon fuels are used. In this work, we study the use of Ni 0 · 05 Ru 0.05 -Mo 2 C with a porous nanorod-shaped morphology as an internal reforming catalyst layer for methane-fueled SOFCs to solve the degradation of cell performance due to carbon deposition. The electrochemical performance and coking tolerance of two types of cells with and without the catalyst layer were systematically studied using methane and hydrogen as fuels. With the catalyst layer, the single cell using methane as fuel exhibits an improvement in peak power density by 24%, increasing from 297 to 367 mW cm−2 and there was no diffusion barrier for fuel gases within the cell. Furthermore, the cell can stably run for 100 h in methane at 700 °C. The improvement of electrochemical performance is attributed to the synergistic effect of Ni and Ru sites anchored on the porous Mo 2 C nanorods catalyst based on strong metal-support interactions, promoting the effective catalytic conversion of CH 4 to CO and H 2. The importance of flexible ferromagnetic films in the application of flexible spintronic devices and microwave magnetic devices underscores the necessity for an in‐depth understanding of the dynamic magnetic properties of these films. In particular, it is crucial to comprehend the regulation of the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) frequency of flexible ferromagnetic films. This work outlines the preparation of periodic permalloy microstrip arrays with stripe domain on flexible PET films and applies them to linearly tune the FMR. The high‐frequency optical branch (5.17 GHz) and low‐frequency acoustic branch (2.89 GHz) are observed in the direction perpendicular (x‐direction) and parallel (y‐direction) to the microstrip, respectively. The Young's modulus mismatch between the PET film and permalloy layer leads to the directional distribution of local tension. This results in the enhancement of the Ht (219.4 Oe) required for the in‐plane uniform precession on the PET film, compared to that on the Si substrate (181.6 Oe). By adjusting the width and thickness of the permalloy microstrip, Ht can be adjusted linearly on the PET film. This flexible ferromagnetic film with linear regulation of FMR frequency presents a new option for the future development of flexible microwave detectors and filters. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The inflow of a rotating centrifugal impeller is normally perturbed by an upstream stationary component; therefore, the development of turbulent flow is different from the case with steady and uniform inflow. In this work, we performed a large-eddy simulation on turbulent flow in a centrifugal impeller, considering perturbation from the inflow and emphasizing the development of perturbation and its influence on flow in the impeller. The inflow perturbation is applied for the streamwise (w-) velocity and is time-varying as generated by a random number generator. A normal-distributed pattern of perturbation is always assumed with the intensity of perturbation, defined as the ratio between the perturbation amplitude and the mean velocity, set as fv = 0%, 5%, 10%, and 20%, where fv denotes the perturbation intensity. The inflow perturbation notably affects the passage flow. The velocity fluctuation and secondary flow increase in intensity as the perturbation intensity increases from fv = 0% to 10%, while a further increase to fv = 20% slightly weakens the velocity fluctuation. Although this phenomenon is less obvious in terms of the time-averaged characteristics of velocity, the Reynolds stress terms CtCa and CrCa under time-averaging still reflect a clear variation trend, and the Reynolds stresses are observed significantly on the blade suction surface. Objective : The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to evaluate the short-term and long-term outcomes of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with coronary endarterectomy (CE) versus isolated CABG. Methods : Studies evaluating outcomes of CABG with CE (CE-CABG) were searched from 1 January 2000 to 30 September 2022, on PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane databases. The primary outcome was 30 -days mortality. Secondary outcomes were postoperative myocardial infraction, low output syndrome, cardiac arrhythmia, renal dysfunction, and 5 years survival. Results : A total of 12 observational studies including 114,319 patients assessing CE-CABG (n = 35,174) versus isolated CABG (n = 79,145) were included. Compared to isolated CABG alone, CE-CABG was significantly associated with increased incidences of 30-days mortality (RR, 1.87; 95% CI, 1.73–2.07; p < 0.01), postoperative myocardial infraction (RR, 1.61; 95% CI, 1.26–2.05; p < 0.01), low output syndrome (RR, 1.54; 95% CI, 1.17–2.02; p < 0.01), and renal dysfunction (RR, 1.56; 95% CI, 1.44–1.69; p < 0.01). However, there was no difference in either rate of cardiac arrhythmia (RR, 1.06; 95% CI, 0.97–1.15; p = 0.20) or 5 years survival (RR, 1.05; 95% CI, 0.95–1.16; p = 0.34) between the CE-CABG group and the control group. Subgroup analysis on CE technique showed that CE-CABG was also associated with 30 days mortality in patients undergoing closed CE (RR, 1.49; 95% CI, 1.09–2.03), whereas this association between CE and 30 days mortality was not observed in patients undergoing open CE (RR, 1.76; 95% CI, 0.58–5.32). Background: A few patients with inflammatory myopathy showed anti-mitochondrial antibody (AMA) positivity. This study aimed to report the clinical and pathological findings with vacuoles in 3 cases of such patients. Methods: Three cases with myositis from the Myositis Clinical Database of Peking University First Hospital were identified with AMA positivity. Their clinical records were retrospectively reviewed and the data was extracted. All the 3 cases underwent muscle biopsy. Results: Three middle-aged patients presented with chronic-onset weakness of proximal limbs, marked elevation of creatine kinase, and AMA-positivity. Two of the 3 cases meet the criteria of primary biliary cholangitis. All the 3 cases presented with cardiac involvement and proteinuria. Two cases developed type 2 respiratory failure. MRI of the thigh muscle showed multiple patches of edema bilaterally in both cases, mostly in the adductor magnus. Pathological findings include degeneration of muscle fibers, diffused MHC-I positivity, and complement deposits on cell membranes. Vacuoles without rims of different sizes were discovered under the membrane of the muscle fibers. A few RBFs were discovered in case 1, while a diffused proliferation of endomysium and perimysium was shown in case 2. Conclusions: AMA-positive inflammatory myopathy is a disease that could affect multiple systems. Apart from inflammatory changes, the pathological findings of muscle can also present vacuoles. This research provides the first known solution to the nonlinear Hamiltonian amplitude equation using the combined Bernoulli sub-equation function and trigonometric-quintic-B-spline methods. While previous works have analyzed this model through limited linear approximations, an exact solution accounting for nonlinearity remains lacking. We address this gap by employing innovative techniques to reveal and scrutinize solitary wave solutions, elucidating complex behaviors inaccessible through linear methods. Our findings show the unequivocal effectiveness of our approach, comprising the first successful solution to this equation. Objective To understand the detection of four prohibited veterinary drugs of fresh and live freshwater fish sold in Guangzhou by analyzing the test data from risk monitoring and supervision sampling, so as to provide reference basis for food safety supervision. Methods Through the Guangzhou Food Safety Risk Monitoring system and the Food Safety Supervision and Inspection Public Information report of Guangzhou Market Administration, the test results of fresh water fish samples col-lected from supermarkets, markets, and online e-commerce in Guangzhou from 2017 to 2021 were obtained. The detection of nitrofuran drugs, chloramphenicol, sodium pentachloro phenate, and malachite green drugs were analyzed. Results The total detection rate of banned veterinary drugs in risk monitoring samples was 35.3% (84/238), and that in supervised sampling samples was 3.10% (118/3 806). The banned veterinary drugs with high detection rates of the two data sources were different. The risk monitoring rates of chloramphenicol and sodium pentachloro phenate were 17.23% (41/238) and 17.23% (41/238), respectively, and that of malachite green was 2.18% (83/3 806). The drug detection rate of the samples collected by risk monitoring in the network e-commerce link was Al.50% (19/40), which was the highest among all sampling links. The results of the two data sources showed that the detection rate of banned veterinary drugs in the wholesale market was high: 47.37% (18/38) and 4.13% (5/121), respectively. Conclusion The results of data analysis from the two sources complement each other and jointly reveal the problem of banned veterinary drug residues in fresh freshwater fish sold in Guangzhou from 2017 to 2021. It is suggested that the relevant departments pay more attention to the illegal use of chloramphenicol, sodium pentachloro phenate, and malachite green drugs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Well-balanced and orderly metabolism is a crucial prerequisite for promoting oogenesis. Involvement of single metabolites in oocyte development has been widely reported; however, the comprehensive metabolic framework controlling oocyte maturation is still lacking. In the present study, we employed an integrated temporal metabolomic and transcriptomic method to analyze metabolism in goat oocytes at GV, GVBD, and MII stages (GV, fully-grown immature oocyte; GVBD, stage of meiotic resumption; MII, mature oocyte) during in vitro maturation, revealing the global picture of the metabolic patterns during maturation. In particular, several significantly altered metabolic pathways during goat oocyte meiosis have been identified, including active serine metabolism, increased utilization of tryptophan, and marked accumulation of purine nucleotide. Introduction: The 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has been recognized as the most severe human infectious disease pandemic in the past century. To enhance our ability to control potential infectious diseases in the future, this study simulated the influence of nucleic acid testing on the transmission of COVID-19 across varied scenarios. Additionally, it assessed the demand for nucleic acid testing under different circumstances, aiming to furnish a decision-making foundation for the implementation of nucleic acid screening measures, the provision of emergency materials, and the allocation of human resources. Methods: Considering the transmission dynamics of COVID-19 and the preventive measures implemented by countries, we explored three distinct levels of epidemic intensity: community transmission, outbreak, and sporadic cases. Integrating the theory of scenario analysis, we formulated six hypothetical epidemic scenarios, each corresponding to possible occurrences during different phases of the pandemic. We developed an improved SEIR model, validated its accuracy using real-world data, and conducted a comprehensive analysis and prediction of COVID-19 infections under these six scenarios. Simultaneously, we assessed the testing resource requirements associated with each scenario. Results: We compared the predicted number of infections simulated by the modified SEIR model with the actual reported cases in Israel to validate the model. The root mean square error (RMSE) was 350.09, and the R-squared (R2) was 0.99, indicating a well-fitted model. Scenario 4 demonstrated the most effective prevention and control outcomes. Strengthening non-pharmaceutical interventions and increasing nucleic acid testing frequency, even under low testing capacity, resulted in a delayed epidemic peak by 78 days. The proportion of undetected cases decreased from 77.83% to 31.21%, and the overall testing demand significantly decreased, meeting maximum demand even with low testing capacity. The initiation of testing influenced case detection probability. Under high testing capacity, increasing testing frequency elevated the detection rate from 36.40% to 77.83%. Nucleic acid screening proved effective in reducing the demand for testing resources under diverse epidemic prevention and control strategies. While effective interventions and nucleic acid screening measures substantially diminished the demand for testing-related resources, varying degrees of insufficient testing capacity may still persist. Conclusions: The nucleic acid detection strategy proves effective in promptly identifying and isolating infected individuals, thereby mitigating the infection peak and extending the time to peak. In situations with constrained testing capacity, implementing more stringent measures can notably decrease the number of infections and alleviate resource demands. The improved SEIR model demonstrates proficiency in predicting both reported and unreported cases, offering valuable insights for future infection risk assessments. Anomaly detection of multivariate time series plays a growingly crucial role in intelligent operation and maintenance. Most existing anomaly detection models tend to focus on extracting temporal information while essentially ignoring the relationships among multiple sensors. Graph neural networks simulate multivariate inter-series relationships but suffer from the independent updating of graph structure from data. To overcome such limitation, we present a graph attention network-based model to learn the sensors relationships. It is equipped with a sustainable updating similarity-constrained graph structure learning method and a time series encoder. The graph learning method performs continuous updating of the graph structure. The encoder generates augmented and representative views along the temporal dimension. Our proposed model not only efficiently learns sensor relationships but also improves the ability of anomaly detection. Experiments are performed on publicly benchmark datasets, including SWaT, WADI, and HAI, with F1 scores of 92.98%, 91.19%, and 87.12%, respectively. High entropy materials are becoming more and more popular in energy storage field of supercapacitors because of their unique structure and modulated functional characteristics, but their low conductivity and instability of electrode structure limit their further electrochemical performance. In this paper, we use polyethylene glycol (PEG) with different molecular weights to modify the surface morphology of the high entropy oxides (FeCoCrMnNi) 3 O 4 in an attempt to improve their supercapacitors performance. The PEG was used as a pore-making agent to prepare porous high entropy oxides powder with a large specific surface area of 92.7559 m2 g−1, providing more active sites and ion transport channels. A high specific capacitance of 204 F g−1 at 0.5 A g−1 and good cycle performance of 60.4 % capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles were obtained. Besides, an asymmetric device with improved energy density of 53 W h kg−1 and the power density of 400.8 W kg−1 were reached via the designed microstructure of the high entropy oxide electrode. Microalloying is an effective method to improve the mechanical properties of 6063 Al–Mg–Si alloy. Here, in this work, the effects of trace Cu (0.14 wt.%) and Cr (0.10 wt.%.) additions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6063 Al–Mg–Si alloy were studied. The results show that the additions of two elements can cause significant age-hardening effects, and the yield and tensile strengths of the alloys are significantly increased after T6 heat treatment. Further, it is found that the Cu and Cr additions show different strengthening mechanisms in the alloy. Cu addition leads to a finer and denser distribution of the main strengthening phases in the peak aging of the alloy, as well as a large number density of the precipitated phases, resulting in an increase in the dislocation density of the alloy during strain and hindering the dislocation movement. However, Cr addition acts as an inhibitor of grain growth and results in grain refinement, which also increases the hindrance of dislocation movement during the plastic deformation of the alloy, resulting in an increase in the dislocation density, thereby strengthening the alloy. In order to improve the mechanical properties of ductile iron, different contents of SiO2 particles are added into ductile iron in the casting process. The microstructure and mechanical properties of ductile iron are studied. It is found that SiO2 particles can promote the heterogeneous nucleation of austenite, which can indirectly promote the nucleation of graphite, ferrite and cementite. SiO2 particles can also inhibit the growth of austenite, which can further refine ferrite and cementite during the phase transformation. Finally, the average grain size of ferrite decreased to 27.95 μm and the interlamellar spacing of pearlite decreased to 211 nm in sample 0.5S. A large number of granular pearlite appeared in sample 0.75S. The above changes of microstructure affect together the properties of ductile iron, so that the strength, plasticity and toughness were enhanced simultaneously. Ductile iron has the best tensile strength (495 MPa), elongation (26.1%) and impact absorbed energy (22.06 J) with a SiO2 content of 0.75 wt%. With the increase of SiO2 content, the cleavage steps on the tensile and impact fracture surfaces decreased gradually and more and more dimples appeared, which proved that cleavage fracture gradually transformed into ductile fracture. Optimized fertilizer use improves crop yield and mitigates environmental pollution associated with crop production. Fertilizer and plant density are core strategies to ensure food security and cope with climate change. However, little is known about the long-term interactive effect of reduced nitrogen (N) and increased density on yield and C (Carbon) balance. In this study, field experiments were conducted in a double-cropping rice region to evaluate long-term effects on yield and carbon footprint (CF) by crop-based and soil-based methods. Treatments were set for 10% reduction in N coupling with conventional density (N1D1), 20% higher density (N1D2), 40% higher density (N1D3), and 20% reduction in N coupling with conventional density (N2D1), 20% higher density (N2D2), and 40% higher density (N2D3), with the prevailing practices as control, conventional plant density, and fertilizer dose. Results showed that the yield continued to increase with increasing density; under the same density, reducing N by 10% is more beneficial for yield improvement and for CH4 emission reduction. Compared with CK, reducing N application by 10% generally increased the annual yields by 7.34–23.25% on average, and reduced CH4 emissions by 16.19–22.11%, resulting in a reduced crop-based carbon footprint of 22.24–26.82%, and a reduced soil-based carbon footprint of 22.08–32.85%. While reducing N application by 20% increased the annual yields by 5.00–20.19% and reduced the CH4 emission by 1.66–4.93%, it reduced crop-based carbon footprints by 1.81–10.05% and reduced soil-based carbon footprints by 7.22–19.86%. As density increased, the crop-based CF decreased, whereas the soil-based CF increased. Overall, the highest yield and the lowest soil-based CF and unit yield CF (CFy) were observed in N1D3. Helium optically pumped sensor is widely used in the application for the detection of weak magnetic fields, and the cell is the core component of that, which needs an external excitation signal to ignite and maintain its luminosity, and its luminosity affects the sensitivity performance of the sensor. To improve the performance of the cell and reduce the power consumption of the system, which is the largest power consumption component in the sensor, this study presents the design of a driver circuit for a helium cell based on a high-voltage pulse source and high-frequency excitation source and uses a T-type impedance matching circuit to realize the efficient transmission of energy. The experimental results demonstrate that the driver circuit can effectively light up the helium cell, in which the pulse voltage of the high-voltage excitation is more than 1.0 kV, the output power of the high-frequency excitation signal is in the range of 0–6 W, and it is easy to adjust the output power of the high-frequency excitation signal to optimize the sensitivity of the sensor with an the optimal power density of 1.1 W/cm2 and a sensitivity of 29.4 pT/Hz1/2 is obtained. Optimizing the width of the coal pillar between two fully mechanized faces in a mine is essential for safety and efficiency. Field monitoring of the face deformation and safe abutment pressure distribution of coal pillar was conducted. Analyzing the observational data, the variation of coal pillar abutment pressure and the distribution law of plastic zone at different depths the change rate of coal pillar abutment pressure under dynamic pressure, and the evolution law of the safety section coal pillar loose ring were obtained. When the monitoring point is 40 m from the face, the deformation rate of the No. 4 coal seam haulage gate sharply increases because of the lead pressure. When the face is recovered to 0 m from the measuring point, the convergence of the sides and the roof convergence increase, and the tape is transported along the haulage gate. When the auxiliary headgate monitoring point is about – 30 m from the mining face, the deformation rate increases sharply under the influence of lead pressure. When it is – 100 m away from the face, the deformation gradually becomes stabilized. Before the measuring point is 50 m from the face, the abutment pressure reaches its peak value, and the coal enters the plastic zone (found to be at 4.5 m). The impact range of lead abutment pressure extends about 50 m in front of the face. The roof weighting step is 19 m, and the impact range is about 22 m with the face. Moreover, the monitoring data show that the width of the plastic zone of the section coal pillar is 4.0 m, and the optimal coal pillar width between the two fully mechanized faces is 18 m. Repetitive transients are a key symptom for the occurrence of incipient fault of rolling element bearings. Therefore, an optimal wavelet filtering method is developed by maximizing the L-kurtosis through the genetic algorithm to extract the weak repetitive transients buried in the heavy noise and disturbed by the outliers. First, the capability of L-kurtosis for characterizing the impulsiveness and cyclostationary of repetitive transients is numerically studied at different degrees of noise. Then, the center frequency and band width of morlet wave filter are adaptively determined by the genetic algorithm and the maximization of L-kurtosis. Finally, both simulation and experiments are performed to validate the efficacy of the proposed method. Ultra-low emission (ULE) technology retrofits significantly impact the particulate-bound mercury (Hg) emissions from coal-fired power plants (CFPPs); however, the distribution and bioavailability of Hg in size-fractioned particulate matter (PM) around the ULE-retrofitted CFPPs are less understood. Here, total Hg and its chemical speciation in TSP (total suspended particles), PM 10 (aerodynamic particle diameter ≤ 10 µm) and PM 2.5 (aerodynamic particle diameter ≤ 2.5 µm) around a ULE-retrofitted CFPP in Guizhou Province were quantified. Atmospheric PM 2.5 concentration was higher around this ULE-retrofitted CFPP than that in the intra-regional urban cities, and it had higher mass Hg concentration than other size-fractioned PM. Total Hg concentrations in PM had multifarious sources including CFPP, vehicle exhaust and biomass combustion, while they were significantly higher in autumn and winter than those in other seasons (P < 0.05). Regardless of particulate size, atmospheric PM-bound Hg had lower residual fractions (< 21%) while higher HCl-soluble fractions (> 40%). Mass concentrations of exchangeable, HCl-soluble, elemental, and residual Hg in PM 2.5 were higher than those in other size-fractioned PM, and were markedly elevated in autumn and winter (P < 0.05). In PM 2.5 , HCl-soluble Hg presented a significantly positive relationship with elemental Hg (P < 0.05), while residual Hg showed the significantly positive relationships with HCl-soluble Hg and elemental Hg (P < 0.01). Overall, these results suggested that atmospheric PM-bound Hg around the ULE-retrofitted CFPP tends to accumulate in finer PM, and has higher bioavailable fractions, while has potential transformation between chemical speciation. The conventional Archie formula struggles with the interpretation of water saturation from resistivity well log data due to the increasing complexity of exploration targets. This challenge has prompted researchers to explore alternative physical parameters, such as acoustic characteristics, for breakthroughs. Clarifying the influencing factors of porous media acoustic characteristics is one of the most important approaches to help understanding the mechanism of acoustic characteristics of carbonate reservoirs. The article uses digital rock technology to characterize the pore structure, quantitatively identify fractures and pore structures in carbonate rocks, and establish digital models. Through conventional acoustic testing, the pressure wave (P-wave) and shear wave (S-wave) velocities of rock samples at different water saturations are obtained, and the dynamic elastic modulus is calculated. A finite element calculation model is established using the digital rock computational model to provide a basis for fluid saturation calculation methods. Based on real digital rock models, different combinations of virtual fractures are constructed, and factors affecting acoustic parameters are analyzed. The study finds that as porosity increases, the velocity difference between porous cores and fractured cores also increases. These findings provide important technical support and a theoretical basis for interpreting acoustic well logging data and evaluating carbonate reservoirs with different pore and fracture types. Known as thin residually connected incidence geometry, hypertopes extend the framework of abstract polytopes, and can be built from Coxeter groups (not necessarily with linear diagrams). A regular hypertope is a flag-transitive hypertope. In this paper, we present infinite families of regular hypertopes of ranks 5, 6 and 7, in terms of a certain group covering approach (analogous to a method introduced by Conder and the author in an earlier paper on abstract chiral polytopes, but with wider adaptation). Although the illustrative examples within these families are derived from Coxeter groups exhibiting Y-shaped diagrams, this approach is applicable to obtaining regular hypertopes from Coxeter groups with other diagrams, such that the size of the family members grows linearly with entries of their types. Industrial policy, as one of the most potent weapons employed by governments, is recommended to adhere to the principles of high relatedness and high economic complexity, which can minimize risks and maximize returns. However, this approach may not be optimal in developing countries with poor industrial bases, limited innovative capabilities and weak institutional frameworks. Based on relatedness and economic complexity, this study illustrates the evolution paths of industrial policy in China and identifies underlying influencing factors deciding the patterns of policymaking. Different from developed countries, it takes several steps for developing countries to reach the final target, the smart specialization approach, instead of one‐step jumping. Moreover, industrial policy is not always the panacea, and the effects of industrial policy vary depending on local contexts. Objective: To determine the association between the preoperative Bioenergetic Health Index (BHI) of platelets and the occurrence of postoperative delirium (POD) in elderly patients. Methods: Elderly patients scheduled for major abdominal surgery under general anesthesia were included. The presence of POD was assessed within the 3 days after surgery. Seahorse XF analysis and transmission electron microscopy were utilized to evaluate the mitochondrial metabolism and morphology of platelets. Results: A total of 20 out of 162 participants developed POD. Participants with POD showed lower preoperative Mini‐Mental State Examination scores and total protein levels, fewer educational years, longer surgery duration, higher mean platelet volume, and lower platelet BHI compared with those without POD. Damaged mitochondria with swollen appearance and distorted cristae was detected in platelets from participants with POD. Preoperative platelet BHI was independently associated with the occurrence of POD after adjusting for age, education, preoperative Mini‐Mental State Examination score, preoperative mean platelet volume and total protein levels, surgical type and duration, and lymphocyte counts on the first postoperative day (OR 0.11, 95% CI 0.03–0.37, p < 0.001). The areas under the receiver operating curves for predicting POD were 0.83 (95% CI 0.76–0.88) for platelet BHI. It showed a sensitivity of 85.00% and specificity of 73.24%, with an optimal cutoff value of 1.61. Using a serial combination (mean platelet volume followed by BHI) yielded a sensitivity of 80.00% and specificity of 82.39%. Interpretation: Preoperative platelet BHI was independently associated with the occurrence of POD in elderly patients and has the potential as a screening biomarker for POD risk. Immunohistochemical analysis of platelet-derived growth factor receptor-α (PDGFR-α) was performed on human skin wounds obtained from forensic autopsy cases. Thirty human skin wounds were collected at different post-infliction intervals as follows: Group I, 4 h to 3 days (n = 16); Group II, 4 to 7 days (n = 7); Group III, 9 to 10 days (n = 3); and Group IV, 14 to 20 days (n = 4). Immunopositive reactions for PDGFR-α were not observed in the uninjured human skin specimens. In a semi-quantitative morphometrical analysis, the number of PDGFR-α-positive cells was observed increased in Group II, with the average number of PDGFR-α-positive cells being the highest in Group II. Additionally, in Group II, all specimens showed PDGFR-α-positive cells, with an average number of > 200 cells in five fields of view, suggesting a wound age of 4 to 7 days. A total of 45 participants from four studies investigating the symbolic gestural training effects on PWA and outcome measures of spoken naming were included.The meta-analysis showed a medium overall effect of symbolic gestural training on enhancing recovery of spoken naming in PWA. Subgroup analysis also revealed that the training effect was more remarkable in the gesture + verbal training paradigm than in the gesture-only training paradigm. However, the differences in the training effects between short and long duration, and training supplied with and without feedback, were nonsignificant.This study illustrates the current state of the literature on symbolic gestural training in PWA, and serves as a reference for clinicians, patients, and health policy-makers regarding the application of symbolic gestural training in clinical or rehabilitation programs. This paper investigates the nonlinear bifurcation and chaos characteristics of piezoelectric composite lattice sandwich plates at 1:3 internal resonance. The nonlinear vibration partial differential equation is first discretized to become an ordinary differential equation by applying the Galerkin method. The main resonance modulation equations and the parametric resonance for the external excitation frequency that is close to the system's second-order modal frequency are then obtained by using the multiscale method. The Newton–Raphson method is subsequently applied to obtain the bifurcation diagram of the steady-state equilibrium of modulation equation with varying system parameters. The equilibrium stability is finally analyzed. We confirm the existence of static bifurcation such as saddle-node bifurcation, pitchfork bifurcation, and Hopf dynamic bifurcation. A detailed analysis is also conducted on the complex nonlinear jump phenomenon caused by the presence of multiple nonlinear steady-state solution regions. In the dynamic Hopf bifurcation interval, the fourth-order Runge–Kutta method is used to continue to track the dynamic periodic solution of the modulation equation in Cartesian coordinates. Nevertheless, numerous aptamer‐based probes usually offer only a single function, limiting their capacity to meet the diverse requirements of multi‐faceted sensing systems. Here, we introduced supersandwich DNA probes (SSW‐DNA), designed and modified on the outer surface of nanochannels with hydrophobic inner walls, enabling dual functionality: qualitative detection for on‐site analysis and quantitative detection for precise analysis. The fragmented DNAs resulting from the target recognition, are subsequently identified through lateral flow assays, enabling robust on‐site qualitative detection of microcystin‐LR with an impressively low limit of detection (LOD) at 0.01 μg/L. Meanwhile, the nanochannels enable highly sensitive quantification of microcystin‐LR through the current analysis, achieving an exceptionally low LOD at 2.5×10−7 μg/L, with a broad dynamic range spanning from 1×10−6 to 1×102 μg/L. Furthermore, the process of target recognition introduces just a single potential error propagation, which reduces the overall risk of errors during the entire qualitative and quantitative detection process. AbstractObjectiveMethodsResultsConclusionAsthma and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) often occur simultaneously, with GERD being a comorbidity of asthma. This study aimed to explore the biological markers related to asthma and GERD by bioinformatics analysis.Initially, gene expression datasets for asthma and GERD were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus database, and subsequent differential expression analysis yielded 620 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) for asthma and 2367 DEGs for GERD. The intersection of these two gene sets yielded a total of 84 DEGs. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses revealed that these genes may be involved in steroid hormone secretion and cellular stress response. Five hub genes (PTGDR2, CPA3, FCER1A, TPSAB1, and IL1RL1) were identified by a protein–protein interaction (PPI) network analysis and topological algorithm.Enrichment analysis results indicated that hub genes may be involved in hormone secretion and disease development, particularly in regulating the renin–angiotensin system and systemic arterial blood pressure. PTGDR2, CPA3, TPSAB1, and IL1RL1 were upregulated in both asthma and GERD patient groups, while FCER1A was upregulated in asthma patients but downregulated in GERD patients. Through drug prediction, 22 drugs targeting hub genes PTGDR2, FCER1A, and TPSAB1 were identified. Meanwhile, the nanochannels enable highly sensitive quantification of microcystin‐LR through the current analysis, achieving an exceptionally low LOD at 2.5×10−7 μg/L, with a broad dynamic range spanning from 1×10−6 to 1×102 μg/L. Furthermore, the process of target recognition introduces just a single potential error propagation, which reduces the overall risk of errors during the entire qualitative and quantitative detection process. Exploring the complex relationship between population change and surface urban heat island (SUHI) effect has important practical significance for the ecological transformation development of shrinking cities in the context of the prevalence of urban shrinkage and the global climate change. This paper compares the population change and SUHI effect between population shrinking region (Northeast Region, NR) and population growing region (Yangtze River Delta, YRD) in China, and explores their differences in driving mechanisms, using GIS spatial analysis and Geodetector model. Our results indicated that there are significant differences in population changes and SUHI intensity between these two regions. About 72.22% of the cities in the NR were shrinking, while their SUHI intensities increased by an average of 1.69°C. On the contrary, the urban population in the YRD shows a linear growth trend, while their SUHI intensities decreased by 0.11°C on average. The results of bivariate Moran's I index also indicated that the spatial correlation between the urban population changes and the SUHI intensity changes are not significant in the above regions. Furthermore, there are significant differences in the primary drivers of SUHI variations between these two regions. In the NR, underlying surface changes, including the changes of green coverage and built-up areas, are the most important driving factors. However, atmospheric environment changes, such as carbon dioxide emission and sulfur dioxide emission, are the key drivers in the YRD. Eltrombopag was approved as a first‐line treatment for patients older than 2 years old with severe aplastic anemia (SAA). However, data on eltrombopag in children with different types of aplastic anemia (AA), especially non‐severe AA (NSAA), are limited. We performed a prospective, single‐arm, and observational study to investigate eltrombopag's efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics in children with NSAA, SAA, and very severe AA (VSAA). The efficacy and safety were assessed every 3 months. The population pharmacokinetic (PPK) model was used to depict the pharmacokinetic profile of eltrombopag. Twenty‐three AA children with an average age of 7.9 (range of 3.0–14.0) years were enrolled. The response (complete and partial response) rate was 12.5%, 50.0%, and 100.0% after 3, 6, and 12 months in patients with NSAA. For patients with SAA and VSAA, these response rates were 46.7%, 61.5%, and 87.5%. Hepatotoxicity occurred in one patient. Fifty‐three blood samples were used to build the PPK model. Body weight was the only covariate for apparent clearance (CL/F) and volume of distribution. The allele‐T carrier of adenosine triphosphate‐binding cassette transporter G2 was found to increase eltrombopag's clearance. However, when normalized by weight, the clearance between the wild‐type and variant showed no statistical difference. In patients with response, children with NSAA exhibited lower area under the curve from time zero to infinity, higher CL/F, and higher weight‐adjusted CL/F than those with SAA or VSAA. Ex vivo red blood cell (RBC) production generates unsatisfactory erythroid cells. A deep exploration into terminally differentiated cells is required to understand the impairments for RBC generation and the underlying mechanisms. Here, we mapped an atlas of terminally differentiated cells from umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells (UCBMN) and pluripotent stem cells (PSC) and observed their dynamic regulation of erythropoiesis at single‐cell resolution. Interestingly, we detected a few progenitor cells and non‐erythroid cells from both origins. In PSC‐derived erythropoiesis (PSCE), the expression of haemoglobin switch regulators (BCL11A and ZBTB7A) were significantly absent, which could be the restraint for its adult globin expression. We also found that PSCE were less active in stress erythropoiesis than in UCBMN‐derived erythropoiesis (UCBE), and explored an agonist of stress erythropoiesis gene, TRIB3, could enhance the expression of adult globin in PSCE. Compared with UCBE, there was a lower expression of epigenetic‐related proteins (e.g., CASPASE 3 and UBE2O) and transcription factors (e.g., FOXO3 and TAL1) in PSCE, which might restrict PSCE's enucleation. Moreover, we characterized a subpopulation with high proliferation capacity marked by CD99high in colony‐forming unit‐erythroid cells. Inhibition of CD99 reduced the proliferation of PSC‐derived cells and facilitated erythroid maturation. Furthermore, CD99–CD99 mediated the interaction between macrophages and erythroid cells, illustrating a mechanism by which macrophages participate in erythropoiesis. Unlike their eruptive counterparts, plutonic rocks often experience post-cumulus evolution prior to their final solidification. These processes have the potential to exert significant control on the distributions of elements and their isotopic compositions of plutonic rocks. However, our understanding in these effects remains limited, particularly for metal stable isotopes. Here, we carried out high-precision δ65Cu measurements for a suite of primitive to evolved cumulates from the Kane area, 23oN of Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Most mid-ocean ridge basalts (MORBs) exhibit uniformly bulk silicate Earth (BSE)-like δ65Cu of + 0.09 ± 0.08 ‰, indicating limited Cu isotopic fractionation in crustal magma reservoirs prior to melt extraction. However, our new Cu isotopic data on these cumulates show that large Cu isotopic variations (δ65Cu = -0.6 ‰ to + 0.9 ‰) occur in variably evolved cumulates (MgO/total FeO < 3.0), while the most primitive cumulates (MgO/total FeO > 3.0) exhibit BSE-like δ65Cu (+0.06 ± 0.06 ‰). Petrological and geochemical observations indicate limited hydrothermal effects on Kane cumulate Cu isotopes. Modeling results indicate that the variable δ65Cu in Kane cumulates are unlikely to result from magmatic processes during the cumulus stage. Instead, the large Cu isotopic variation in Kane cumulates requires post-cumulus melt evolution involving fractionation between sulfide and intercumulus melts at relatively low temperatures. Textures and mineral chemistry indicate pervasive post-cumulus modifications of Kane cumulates by porous melt flow. Thermodynamic calculations indicate that intercumulus melts persist at temperatures even to 200 °C lower than the initial liquidus temperatures. Our data indicate that lower temperatures in the post-cumulus melt evolution and lower sulfide Ni contents result in lower sulfide-silicate melt Cu isotope fractionation factor (α sulfide-melt), then causing greater Cu isotopic variations in cumulates. We suggest that post-cumulus melt evolution reconcile both the Cu depletion and large Cu isotope fractionation in oceanic cumulates that are unexpected by a simple process of crystal accumulation from MORBs. This study highlights the essential role of post-cumulus evolution in controlling metal budget and their stable isotope fractionation during intra-crustal differentiation, which might also be applied to island arc and continental settings. Explainable recommendation is important but not yet explored in Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). Recently, knowledge graph (KG) has achieved great success in explainable recommendations. However, the e-learning scenario has some unique constraints, such as learners' knowledge structure and course prerequisite requirements, leading the existing KG-based recommendation methods to work poorly in MOOCs. To address these issues, we propose a novel explainable recommendation model, namely Knowledge-aware Reasoning with self-supervised Reinforcement Learning (KRRL). Specifically, to enhance the semantic representation and relation in the KG, a multi-level representation learning method enriches the perceptual information of semantic interactions. Afterward, a self-supervised reinforcement learning method effectively guides the path reasoning over the KG, to match the unique constraints in the e-learning scenario. We evaluate the KRRL model on two real-world MOOCs datasets. Multimodal remote sensing data classification can enhance a model's ability to distinguish land features through multimodal data fusion. In this context, how to help models understand the relationship between multimodal data and target tasks has become the focus of researchers. Inspired by the human feedback learning mechanism, causal reasoning mechanism, and knowledge induction mechanism, this paper integrates causal learning, reinforcement learning, and meta learning into a unified remote sensing data classification framework and proposes causal meta-reinforcement learning (CMRL). First, based on the feedback learning mechanism, we overcame the limitations of traditional implicit optimization of fusion features and customized a reinforcement learning environment for multimodal remote sensing data classification tasks. Through feedback interactive learning between agents and the environment, we helped the agents understand the complex relationships between multimodal data and labels, thereby achieving full mining of multimodal complementary information.Second, based on the causal inference mechanism, we designed causal distribution prediction actions, classification rewards, and causal intervention rewards, capturing pure causal factors in multimodal data and preventing false statistical associations between non-causal factors and class labels. Finally, based on the knowledge induction mechanism, we designed a bi-layer optimization mechanism based on meta-learning. By constructing a meta training task and meta validation task simulation model in the generalization scenario of unseen data, we helped the model induce cross-task shared knowledge, thereby improving its generalization ability for unseen multimodal data. The experimental results on multiple sets of multimodal datasets showed that the proposed method achieved state-of-the-art performance in multimodal remote sensing data classification tasks. In contrast with the well‐established C(sp2)−SCF3 cross‐coupling to forge the Ar−SCF3 bond, the corresponding enantioselective coupling of readily available alkyl electrophiles to forge chiral C(sp3)−SCF3 bond has remained largely unexplored. We herein disclose a copper‐catalyzed enantioselective radical C(sp3)−SCF3 coupling of a range of secondary/tertiary benzyl radicals with the easily available (Me4N)SCF3 reagent. The key to the success lies in the utilization of chiral phosphino‐oxazoline‐derived anionic N,N,P‐ligands through tuning electronic and steric effects for the simultaneous control of the reaction initiation and enantioselectivity. This strategy can successfully realize two types of asymmetric radical reactions, including enantioconvergent C(sp3)−SCF3 cross‐coupling of racemic benzyl halides and three‐component 1,2‐carbotrifluoromethylthiolation of arylated alkenes under mild reaction conditions. It therefore provides a highly flexible platform for the rapid assembly of an array of enantioenriched SCF3‐containing molecules of interest in organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry. The present study sought to develop a cardiac troponin I (cTnI) detection system based on background fluorescence quenching of internal filtration effect (IFE) and study the influence of IFE on the sensitivity of cTnI detection. Three nanogold materials were synthesized as fluorescence quenchers, and rhodamine 6 G (R6G) and Cy5 were used as fluorescence probes. Six experimental systems were established to detect cTnI in negative serum test solutions and clinical serum samples. The sensitivity of each system was compared to explore the contribution of IFE to the detection sensitivity of cTnI. When applied to negative serum test solutions, the R6G-nanogold material I system exhibited a superior detection effect for cTnI, with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.15 ng ml−1. When applied to clinical serum samples, the Cy5-nanogold material Ⅲ system yielded a better detection effect for cTnI, with the lowest concentration of cTnI detected at 2 ng ml−1. The first and second internal filtering effects in the proposed system can be achieved simultaneously, effectively avoiding light absorption interference from clinical serum samples and enhancing the sensitivity of the background fluorescence quenching detection of cTnI.
