Unmanned delivery has been developed rapidly worldwide in recent years. In China, A number of enterprises have carried out fixed-point trial operation for closed parks, tourist attractions and other areas. It is necessary to study and propose a test method for testing the basic performance and safety design of unmanned delivery vehicles. Scenario-based testing method is more efficient than mileage testing. Based on the typical scenarios faced by the unmanned vehicle in the process of driving, this paper studies and proposes eight specific test scenarios for the unmanned delivery vehicle test, and puts forward the criteria for passing the test. This research can help improve the safety of unmanned delivery vehicles in the design and development process.

Tourism has become one of the biggest industries in the world [1]. And island tourism has been a popular travel choice in recent years. As an important island tourism area, Zhoushan has become an important industry for regional economic development due to its unique island customs and cultural charm. In 2021, China has entered the period of the 14th Five Year Plan, which is also a period of solidly promoting common prosperity. Based on the perspective of the strategy of common prosperity, this study investigates Dongji Island in Zhoushan City, analyzes the current situation and problems of its tourism industry development, explores the industrial advantages of Dongji Island, and explores the development path of rural tourism in Dongji Island to promote rural revitalization. Corresponding island common prosperity strategies are proposed from multiple aspects such as improving the industrial chain and “tourism+”, in order to pave the way for industrial prosperity and people’s prosperity to seek benefits from the sea, To achieve common development of rural tourism and rural revitalization in Dongji Island

Although biodiversity and ecosystem functions are strongly shaped by contemporary environments, such as climate and local biotic and abiotic attributes, relatively little is known about how they depend on long-term geological processes. Here, along a 3000-m elevational gradient with tectonic faults on the Tibetan Plateau (that is, Galongla Mountain in Medog County, China), we study the joint effects of geological and contemporary environments on biological communities, such as the diversity and community composition of plants and soil bacteria, and ecosystem functions. We find that these biological communities and ecosystem functions generally show consistent elevational breakpoints at 2000-2800 m, which coincide with Indus-Yalu suture zone fault and are similar to the elevational breakpoints of soil bacteria on another mountain range 1000 km away. Mean annual temperature, soil pH and moisture are the primary contemporary determinants of biodiversity and ecosystem functions, which support previous findings. However, compared with the models excluding geological processes, inclusion of geological effects, such as parent rock and weathering, increases 67.9 and 35.9% of the explained variations in plant and bacterial communities, respectively. Such inclusion increases 27.6% of the explained variations in ecosystem functions. The geological processes thus provide additional links to ecosystem properties, which are prominent but show divergent effects on biodiversity and ecosystem functions: parent rock and weathering exert considerable direct effects on biodiversity, whereas indirectly influence ecosystem functions via interactions with biodiversity and contemporary environments. Thus, the integration of geological processes with environmental gradients could enhance our understanding of biodiversity and, ultimately, ecosystem functioning across different climatic zones.

ObjectiveEstablishment and optimization of arachidonic acid-induced diffuse cerebral thrombosis model in rats.MethodsArachidonic acid was injected into the internal carotid artery to establish a diffuse cerebral thrombosis model in rats, while the sham operation group was set as the control. The model was evaluated by detecting the exudate content of Evans blue (EB) in brain tissue and the pathological damage degree of brain tissue by HE staining.ResultsCompared with the sham operation group, diffuse EB exudation was observed in the injured brain tissue of the model group (P < 0.01), and the exudation was relatively uniform. The HE staining of brain tissue on the side of the injury showed ischemic pathological damage with disorganized cell arrangement, wrinkled nuclei, enlarged cell gaps, increased vacuolated cells, and red striped tubular shape of each individual microvessel. Conclusion Arachidonic acid can successfully induce diffuse cerebral thrombosis model, and the optimized model has better stability and lower mortality.
