Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá právní úpravou exekučního řízení v České republice po přijetí zákona č. 120/2001, exekučního řádu. Důraz klade především na jednotlivé fáze exekučního řízení, které autor přehledně popisuje a analyzuje. Druhou část práce tvoří popis dvou způsobů provedení exekuce a to prodejem nemovitosti a prodejem podniku, což jsou zřejmě nejsložitější, ale zároveň nejvýnosnější způsoby uspokojení oprávněných. V prakticky orientované části autor práce sleduje vývoj nařízených exekucí v době ekonomické krize. Nejprve je ekonomická krize, její vznik, příčiny a důsledky stručně charakterizována. Cílem práce je ověření hypotézy, že se počet exekucí v důsledku ekonomické krize zvýšil., This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Execution by sale of real estate and corporation (undertaking) in connection with the economical crisis. In the first part the author generally describes the execution procedure under the Execution Act (Act n. 120/2001 Coll.). In the second part the author focuses on two special forms of execution procedure - sale of real estate and sale of corporation (undertaking) as these forms have the most important role in the forced execution of obligations between legal persons. Cílem této práce je analyzovat pomocí vybraných parametrů skutečnou připravenost České republiky na vstup do Evropské měnové unie. The theoretical part of this work defines each of the Maastricht's criteria of convergence and evaluates the stage of their current execution in the Czech republic. It also deals with the real economic convergence process. The analytical part describes the problems of increasing public debt and the prediction of development of the global economic crisis. Furthermore, it analyses the influence of the currency Euro on the inflation and describes the risks and benefits for the Czech republic from being a part of the ERM II exchange rate mechanism. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou komercializace bytových domů. Teoretická část představuje problematiku hospodářských cyklů ve spojení s ekonomickou krizí. Součástí teoretické práce je také developerská oblast a s tím spojené financování a marketing developerských projektů, což je aplikováno také následně v praktické části na konkrétním developerském rezidenčním projektu. Mimo již zmíněnou aplikaci teoretických znalostí z první části práce je také vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření mezi developery, které je podkladem pro analýzu možnosti efektivní komercializace rezidenčních developerských projektů v postkrizovém období v různých stádiích hospodářského cyklu., This thesis deals with the issue of commercialization of residential buildings. The theoretical part introduces the idea of the business cycle and its relation to economic crises. The theoretical part of this thesis also deals with the area of development and related financing and marketing development projects, which is applied subsequently to the practical part for the particular developer's residential project. In addition to the application of this theoretical knowledge is the analysis of a questionnaire survey among residential developers, which is the basis for analyzing the possibility of effective commercialization of residential development projects in the post-crisis period at different stages of the business cycle.

The aim is to analyze the evolution of prices of public construction investment during the crisis and before. In the practical part is the analysis based on the development of individual contracts, development of price indices RTS company and changes in the volume of public construction contracts.

Tato část pojednává o marketingu jako takovém a nastiňuje proces strategického marketingového plánování. V druhé, praktické části práce, jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány v praxi. Je zde analyzováno současné tržní postavení a marketingová strategie podniku. Na základě této analýzy a teoretických poznatků doporučuji vhodná opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení konkurenční pozice společnosti na trhu., The thesis deals with analysis of marketing strategy of Mod Desing s.r.o. The first part of the thesis is based on theoretical grounds. This part deals with the marketing in general and outlines the process of the strategic marketing planning. In the second, practical part of the thesis the theoretical knowledge is applied practically. There is the current market position analysis and the company´s marketing strategy. Based on this analysis and theoretical findings, the suitable measures to improve the competitive position of the company are recommended.

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku HARTMANN – RICO a.s. v letech 2008–2011 a 2017–2020, ve kterých byl český trh ovlivněn ekonomickou krizí v prvním období a počátkem krize koronavirové v období druhém. Hodnocení je provedeno na základě metody finanční analýzy, jejíž vybrané ukazatele jsou popsány v teoretické části a následně aplikovány v části praktické. Získaná zjištění jsou využita v poslední části k určení vlastních návrhů řešení problémových částí podniku., The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of financial health of company HARTMANN – RICO a.s. in years 2008–2011 and 2017–2020, in which the Czech market was influenced by the economic crisis in the first period and the corona crisis in the second period. The evaluation is performed on the basis of the methods of financial analysis, whose selected indicators are described in the theoretical part and subsequently applied in the practical part. The findings are used in the last part to determine their own solutions to problematic parts of the company.

Práce je zaměřena na kritickou analýzu jednotlivých protikrizových opatření, která by měla oživit hospodářství v České republice v době globální ekonomické krize. V práci jsou tato přijatá opatření rozebrána teoreticky, tedy především jaký mají smysl, jaké jsou jejich očekávané výstupy a jak pravděpodobně ovlivní jednotlivé mikroekonomické subjekty. Autor se v práci zaměřuje i na nepřijatá, diskutovaná protikrizová opatření a k nim přidává i vlastní návrhy, jimiž chce eliminovat negativní dopady krize na ekonomiku České republiky., The thesis is focused on critical analyse of each anti-crisis measures, which should regenerate the economy in the Czech Republic during the global economic crisis. All accepted measures are in the thesis analysed - primarily their purpose, expected results and the probable influence on single microeconomic subject. Author is also focused on the nonaccepted, discussed anti-crisis measures and he adds his own suggestions, which should eliminate the adverse effects of crisis on the Czech economy.
