In this study, ramie fiber was used as the biomass material to prepare carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). Additionally, the films were prepared by casting method using the ramie-based CMC, and the glycol was added as a plasticizer to overcome the fragility of the films. The films were extensively characterized using FT-IR, XRD, and TG&DSC. Moreover, the physicochemical characteristics and tensile properties of the CMC films were also evaluated. It was demonstrated that the CMC films prepared from ramie fiber with good film performances and better tensile properties which are suitable for packaging applications. This study provides a new way for value-added ramie fiber.

For the short circuit current test requirement of copper platoon at the entrance of a hybrid current-limiting fuse, the magnetic field distribution simulation model of copper platoon in both steady and transient current state were built. The influence of external magnetic field of copper platoon on the sensor measurement accuracy were analyzed in steady and transient state current. COMSOL simulation software was used to find the intersection point of magnetic induction intensity corresponding to steady-state and transient-state current with amplitude of 10 kA to determine the installation position of Hall element. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, the installation position of Hall element was optimized by adding ferromagnetic materials, and the method of the final installation position of Hall element was obtained and verified by experiments. It was indicated that the simulation results was well consistent with the experiment results, which verified the correctness of the finite element model and the feasibility of the design. This design reduces the error of hall current sensor from 37% to 3.5%, which can be used as a reference for the research and development of small DC hybrid fuse.

Continental shale oil to be studied urgently is an important unconventional “source rock oil and gas” and key domain of “exploring petroleum inside source kitchens”. Based on the “source rock oil and gas” theory and the thought of “exploring petroleum inside source kitchens”, this paper established the ”six determination” exploration workflow for continental shale oil (i.e., determining the background, source rock, reservoir, play, resources, and sweet spot), which geological characteristics and exploration workflow are significantly different from conventional hydrocarbon. A case study was conducted by the workflow in the Kong 2 member (Ek2) of the Cangdong sag in the Bohai Bay Basin, China. Semi-deep to deep lacustrine facies belts and many gentle slope structures (belts) were widespread during Kongdian Formation depositing, thus providing favorable conditions for the formation and large-area accumulation of shale oil. Ek2 developed broader-distributed, and thick-bedded dark mudstone and oil shale, which exhibit high TOC, a good kerogen type, and great hydrocarbon-generating potential. Siltstone to fine sandstone and mud to micritic dolomite reservoirs were found within the low-dip slopes and central zone, which are thick, overlapped, abundant high-angle fractures, and exhibit low porosity and ultra-low permeability. Sandstone-type and dolomite-type shale oil of Ek2 characterized source–reservoir integration and five types of sources–reservoir configurations. They mainly overlapped at the front end of the braided river delta in the slope zone and in the sag center, where are superimposed vertically, and are connected horizontally with conventional structural–lithological oil pools in the up-dip slope. The median geological resources of the two classes shale oil were 5.26×108/t, with the remaining resources accounting for 90% of the total and moderate buried depths, thus the exploration potential is great. Several special exploration wells have obtained industrial oil flow. There are two types of sweet spots: low permeability sandstone layers and interbedded layers of oil shale and dolomite. A few favorable sweet spots were identified as targets for subsequent exploration. Then, three aspects of thinking and recommendations to solve the next exploration direction and technical problems were proposed, which will provide important reference and theoretical guidance for the further exploration of the same type of shale system in China and the world.

Abstract Respiratory monitoring plays a pivotal role in health assessment and provides an important application prospect for flexible humidity sensors. However, traditional humidity sensors suffer from a trade-off between deformability, sensitivity, and transparency, and thus the development of high-performance, stretchable, and low-cost humidity sensors is urgently needed as wearable electronics. Here, ultrasensitive, highly deformable, and transparent humidity sensors are fabricated based on cost-effective polyacrylamide-based double network hydrogels. Concomitantly, a general method for preparing hydrogel films with controllable thickness is proposed to boost the sensitivity of hydrogel-based sensors due to the extensively increased specific surface area, which can be applied to different polymer networks and facilitate the development of flexible integrated electronics. In addition, sustainable tapioca rich in hydrophilic polar groups is introduced for the first time as a second cross-linked network, exhibiting excellent water adsorption capacity. Through the synergistic optimization of structure and composition, the obtained hydrogel film exhibits an ultrahigh sensitivity of 13,462.1%/%RH, which is unprecedented. Moreover, the hydrogel film-based sensor exhibits excellent repeatability and the ability to work normally under stretching with even enhanced sensitivity. As a proof of concept, we integrate the stretchable sensor with a specially designed wireless circuit and mask to fabricate a wireless respiratory interruption detection system with Bluetooth transmission, enabling real-time monitoring of human health status. This work provides a general strategy to construct high-performance, stretchable, and miniaturized hydrogel-based sensors as next-generation wearable devices for real-time monitoring of various physiological signals.

The Lala copper deposit is a well-known large copper deposit in the southwest China. The structure of the Lala copper mine area is complex. To clarify the structural stage of the mine area can better understand the distribution and evolution of the ore body. After data collection, field survey, data statistics and calculation classification, the structural movement vector in the area is dynamically inverted, and the structural deformation characteristics of the mining area are summarized to infer the relationship between the structure and the mineralization. The structure of the mining area is dominated by directional foliation, bedding ductile sliding structure, translational faults, reverse faults and normal faults. After analysis, it can be divided into six stages, which are mainly affected by NE, SN, EW and NW directions. Among them, the first four stages have important influence on mineralization, especially the ductile shear zone plays a vital role in the mineralization.

Abstract The dynamic response properties of concrete have been of interest during the use of buildings due to seismic, impact, and explosion events. The splitting Hopkinson lever is a classical device for testing the dynamic mechanical properties of materials. In this paper, dynamic splitting tests on concrete were conducted using it, and a time series predictive computational model for the incident, reflected and transmitted pulses of high-strength concrete specimens at high strain rates was developed, and the extension mechanism of splitting tensile cracks in high-strength concrete was detected and analyzed based on the DIC technique. The results show that: the peak strength of C60 specimens and C80 specimens increased by about 60% and 90%, respectively, from 0.05 MPa to 0.09 MPa in impact strength; the triangular damaged area at the end of the contact surface of the specimen and the rod subjected to high impact pressure increased significantly, the dynamic energy dissipation increased, and the damage degree of the specimens increased; under the action of high strain rate, the brittleness of the concrete specimens with higher strength increased, the damage rate The higher strength concrete specimens have increased brittleness, faster damage rate and higher crack extension under high strain rate. The results of the paper can provide important references for the design of buildings under impact loading.

AIM:To observe the clinical effect of ranibizumab combined with 577nm micropulse laser in the treatment of severe diabetic macular edema(DME). METHODS:There were 52 eyes of 52 patients diagnosed with severe DME who admitted to the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from June 2016 to September 2019. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group(26 patients with 26 eyes, treated with ranibizumab combined with 577nm micropulse laser)and the control group(26 patients with 26 eyes, treated with ranibizumab alone). Patients in both groups received intravitreal injection of ranibizumab with “3+PRN” regimen. Followed up at 9mo after treatment to observe the central macular thickness(CMT), the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and the times of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab in the two groups.RESULTS:Compared with before treatment, the CMT and BCVA of the two groups were significantly improved at each time point after treatment(all P0.05). During the follow-up period, the times of vitreous injection of ranibizumabin the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(5.88±1.24 times vs 7.12±1.24 times, P=0.001). CONCLUSION:Both ranibizumab combined with 577nm micropulse laser and ranibizumab alone are effective in reducing edema and improving vision in patients with severe DME, but the combination therapy reduces the times of injection.

ObjectivesAiming at the operation support scheduling of carrier-based aircraft, this paper proposes a scheduling optimization algorithm based on apprenticeship learning which can quickly generate a operation support schedule for a carrier-based aircraft fleet. MethodsUsing the apprenticeship learning method, the executed and unexecuted tasks in expert demonstrations are compared in pairs to construct a sample set, and the support task scheduling classifier is trained based on the deck features of aircraft carrier. On this basis, a support task apprenticeship learning algorithm for a carrier-based aircraft fleet is designed and compared with the traditional genetic algorithm （GA） in terms of solving solution, solving time and resource allocation. ResultsThe results show that the operation support schedule obtained by the apprenticeship scheduling algorithm is equivalent to that by the traditional GA, but the rate of convergence is increased nearly fourfold, and the support resources are more evenly distributed. ConclusionsThe apprenticeship scheduling algorithm proposed in this paper can adequately learn from expert experiences and solve the problem of static single-objective carrier-based aircraft support scheduling. As such, this study provides references for further research in the field of dynamic multi-objective carrier-based aircraft support scheduling.

Abstract Background Acute lung injury (ALI) and its severe form, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), are devastating clinical disorders with high mortality, and for which more effective therapies are urgently needed. FGF1, the prototype member of the FGF family, is shown to exert protective effects against injurious stimuli in multiple disease models. Here we aimed to evaluate whether FGF1 pretreatment is protective against LPS-induced ALI and elucidate the potential underlying mechanisms. Methods For drug-treated groups, C57B/6 mice received a single i.p. injection of FGF1 (1 mg/kg) 1 h before the LPS challenge or not. To induce the ALI model, the mice were treated by intratracheal instillation of LPS (5 mg/kg). Then, histopathological changes in lung tissues were assessed by hematoxylin and eosin staining and transmission electron microscopy. ELISA and qPCR assays were used to detect pro-inflammatory cytokine levels in BALF and lung tissues, respectively. The total number of inflammatory cells (neutrophils and macrophages) in BALF were counted using the Wright-Giemsa method. The expressions of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured using their respective kits. Western blot and immunostaining were used to evaluate the expressions of antioxidants (Nrf-2, HO-1, SOD2, GPX4, and Catalase), as well as the inflammatory and/or apoptosis-related factors (TLR4, NF-κB, and Cleaved- caspase 3). Results FGF1 pretreatment significantly ameliorated the LPS-induced histopathological changes, reduced lung wet/dry ratios, ROS and MDA levels, total BALF protein, inflammatory cell infiltration, proinflammatory cytokine levels, and significantly increased the expression of antioxidant proteins (Nrf-2, HO-1, Catalase, and SOD2). In addition, FGF1 pretreatment significantly reduced the expression of TLR4 and cleaved- caspase 3, inhibited NF-κB activation, and reduced LPS-induced cell apoptosis. Conclusions Altogether, our results suggest that FGF1 pretreatment is protective against LPS-induced ALI through mediating anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, which may be attributed to the downregulation of TLR4 expression and inhibition of NF-κB activation, as well as promotion of antioxidant defenses. Therefore, FGF1 administration may prove beneficial in preventative strategies for ALI/ARDS.

Macrophages are an integral part of the innate immune response in periodontal tissue and play a crucial role in the progression of periodontitis. Here we reported that macrophages also provoke periodontitis-induced gingival destruction through Piezol-mediated collagen degradation. We discovered that the PIEZO1 expression was markedly elevated in patients with periodontitis through transcriptomic profiling. Moreover, Piezo1 promoted macrophage polarization toward the M1 type in response to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and induced production of proinflammatory cytokines, which in turn stimulated production of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) leading to collagen degradation. Our study suggests that Piezol might be a potential therapeutic target for treating periodontitis-induced gingival destruction.

Background: Although circular RNAs (circRNAs) have recently garnered interest as disease markers, they have been relatively poorly studied as a biomarker in colorectal cancer (CRC). In this study, we aimed to screen the exosome-derived circRNAs in CRC and explore their potential as diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers of CRC Methods: Exosomes were extracted from the plasma using a kit and validated by immunoblotting, transmission electron microscopy, and particle size analysis. The microarray datasets were employed to identify differentially-expressed circRNAs from plasma exosomes. Real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR (RT-qPCR) verified the results of the microarray analysis, and Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve revealed the diagnostic ability of a single circRNA. The Starbase combined with microT, miRmap, and RNA22 were used to establish a circRNA-miRNA-mRNA network. Gene ontology, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes, Genomes pathway enrichment analysis, and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis were applied to determine potential functions of the identified mRNAs Results: Comparing the microarray of plasma exosome-derived circRNAs and the microarray downloaded from the GEO database, 15 candidate circRNAs with up-regulated expression were identified. RT-qPCR verified that hsa_circ_0003270 (circGAPVD1) was upregulated in CRC plasma exosomes. ROC analysis showed that circGAPVD1 in plasma exosomes has potential diagnostic value for CRC. The sensitivity and specificity of circGAPVD1 in the diagnosis of CRC were found to be 75.64 and 71.79%, respectively (area under ROC = 0.7662). Furthermore, the lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of patients were positively correlated with high expression of circGAPVD1. Combined with the ENCORI database and GEO datasets, we identified the circGAPVD1-related ceRNA network. The enrichment analysis revealed that key nodes in the ceRNA network participate in many important signaling pathways such as protein post-translational modifications Conclusion: Our results revealed the diagnostic efficiency of circGAPVD1 in plasma exosomes. The highly expressed circGAPVD1 is expected to be a novel diagnostic marker for CRC.

Summary: Stroke is a leading cause of adult disability worldwide, and better drugs are needed to promote functional recovery after stroke. Growing evidence suggests the critical role of network excitability during the repair phase for stroke recovery. Here, we show that β-hydroxybutyrate (β-HB), an essential ketone body (KB) component, is positively correlated with improved outcomes in patients with stroke and promotes functional recovery in rodents with stroke during the repair phase. These beneficial effects of β-HB depend on HDAC2/HDAC3-GABA transporter 1 (GAT-1) signaling-mediated enhancement of excitability and phasic GABA inhibition in the peri-infarct cortex and structural and functional plasticity in the ipsilateral cortex, the contralateral cortex, and the corticospinal tract. Together with available clinical approaches to elevate KB levels, our results offer a clinically translatable means to promote stroke recovery. Furthermore, GAT-1 can serve as a pharmacological target for developing drugs to promote functional recovery after stroke.

Daily streamflow forecasting is a major determinant of ecological processes in running waters, healthy stream ecology and surrounding environment, and accurate streamflow forecasting provides a powerful foundation for ecological assessment, management, and decision-making. Recently, data-driven models for different flow regimes have shown excellent potential in streamflow forecasting. However, the boundaries between different flow regimes were selected arbitrarily without considering the changes in boundaries that often occur over time in the real world. Therefore, in this paper, an integrated modelling approach that couples a dynamic classification method with a long short-term memory networks (LSTM) model without data transformation (the DC-LSTM model) and an LSTM with Box-Cox data transformation (the DC-B-LSTM model) is developed to improve the performance of streamflow forecasting considering different flow regimes. The boundaries of dynamic classification are dynamic changing interval values of related hydrological variables improved from traditional classification method just using static single-variable threshold, so dynamic classification can more fully explore the relationship and information of hydrological data. The performance of both the DC-LSTM and DC-B-LSTM models is compared to that of the LSTM model without data classification (the traditional LSTM model) and with data classification using a traditional static method (the C-LSTM model) based on data from 8 stations within 4 river basins in different climate regions in the United States. The results show that both the DC-LSTM and DC-B-LSTM models out-perform the traditional LSTM models (with or without static data classification) for all river basins considered. Furthermore, the DC-B-LSTM model displays better performance than the DC-LSTM model in arid areas.

Abstract Stretchable, self‐healing, and breathable skin‐biomimetic‐sensing iontronics play an important role in human physiological signal monitoring and human–computer interaction. However, previous studies have focused on the mimicking of skin tactile sensing (pressure, strain, and temperature), and the development of more functionalities is necessary. To this end, a superior humidity‐sensitive ionic skin is developed based on a self‐healing, stretchable, breathable, and biocompatible polyvinyl alcohol–cellulose nanofibers organohydrogel film, showing a pronounced thickness‐dependent humidity‐sensing performance. The as‐prepared 62.47‐μm‐thick organohydrogel film exhibits a high response (25,000%) to 98% RH, excellent repeatability, and long‐term stability (120 days). Moreover, this ionic skin has excellent resistance to large mechanical deformation and damage, and the worn‐out material can still retain its humidity‐sensing capabilities after self‐repair. Humidity‐sensing mechanism studies show that the induced response is mainly related to the increase of proton mobility and interfacial charge transport efficiency after water adsorption. The superior humidity responsiveness is attributed to the reduced thickness and the increased specific surface area of the organohydrogel film, allowing real‐time recording of physiological signals. Notably, by combining with a self‐designed printed circuit board, a continuous and wireless respiration monitoring system is developed, presenting its great potential in wearable and biomedical electronics.

BackgroundAtrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common cardiac arrhythmia and significantly increases the risk of stroke and heart failure (HF), contributing to a higher mortality rate. Increasing age is a major risk factor for AF; however, the mechanisms of how aging contributes to the occurrence and progression of AF remain unclear. This study conducted weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) to identify key modules and hub genes and determine their potential associations with aging-related AF.Materials and methodsWGCNA was performed using the AF dataset GSE2240 obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus, which contained data from atrial myocardium in cardiac patients with permanent AF or sinus rhythm (SR). Hub genes were identified in clinical samples. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses were also performed.ResultsGreen and pink were the most critical modules associated with AF, from which nine hub genes, PTGDS, COLQ, ASTN2, VASH1, RCAN1, AMIGO2, RBP1, MFAP4, and ALDH1A1, were hypothesized to play key roles in the AF pathophysiology in elderly and seven of them have high diagnostic value. Functional enrichment analysis demonstrated that the green module was associated with the calcium, cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPAR) signaling pathways, and the pink module may be associated with the transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β) signaling pathway in myocardial fibrosis.ConclusionWe identified nine genes that may play crucial roles in the pathophysiological mechanism of aging-related AF, among which six genes were associated with AF for the first time. This study provided novel insights into the impact of aging on the occurrence and progression of AF, and identified biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets for AF.

BackgroundRenal ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) is an inevitable occurrence during kidney transplantation. Mitophagy, ferroptosis, and the associated immune microenvironment (IME) have been shown to play important roles in renal IRI. However, the role of mitophagy-associated IME genes in IRI remains unclear. In this study, we aimed to construct a prediction model of IRI prognosis based on mitophagy-associated IME genes.MethodThe specific biological characteristics of the mitophagy-associated IME gene signature were comprehensively analyzed using public databases such as GEO, Pathway Unification, and FerrDb. Correlations between the expression of prognostic genes and immune-related genes and IRI prognosis were determined by Cox regression, LASSO analysis, and Pearson’s correlation. Molecular validation was performed using human kidney 2 (HK2) cells and culture supernatant as well as the serum and kidney tissues of mice after renal IRI. Gene expression was measured by PCR, and inflammatory cell infiltration was examined by ELISA and mass cytometry. Renal tissue damage was characterized using renal tissue homogenate and tissue sections.ResultsThe expression of the mitophagy-associated IME gene signature was significantly correlated with IRI prognosis. Excessive mitophagy and extensive immune infiltration were the primary factors affecting IRI. In particular, FUNDC1, SQSTM1, UBB, UBC, KLF2, CDKN1A, and GDF15 were the key influencing factors. In addition, B cells, neutrophils, T cells, and M1 macrophages were the key immune cells present in the IME after IRI. A prediction model for IRI prognosis was constructed based on the key factors associated with the mitophagy IME. Validation experiments in cells and mice indicated that the prediction model was reliable and applicable.ConclusionWe clarified the relationship between the mitophagy-related IME and IRI. The IRI prognostic prediction model based on the mitophagy-associated IME gene signature provides novel insights on the prognosis and treatment of renal IRI.

Abstract Antibody‐based therapies could be led astray when target receptors are expressed on nontarget sites, and the on‐target toxicity poses critical challenges to clinical applications. Here, a biomimetic indirect active targeting (INTACT) strategy is proposed based on receptor expression disparities between nontarget sites and the targets. By prebinding the antibodies using cell membrane vesicles with appropriate receptor expressions, the INTACT strategy could filter out the interactions on nontarget sites due to their inferior receptor expression, whereas ensure on‐demand release at the targets by competitive binding. The strategy is verified on CD47 antibody, realizing drastic alleviation of its clinically concerned hematotoxicity on a series of animal models including humanized patient‐derived xenograft platforms, accompanied by preferable therapeutic effects. Furthermore, the INTACT strategy proves extensive applicability for various systems including antibody, antibody–drug conjugate, and targeted delivery systems, providing a potential platform refining the specificity for frontier antibody‐related therapies.

Purpose: Our aim is to build and validate a clinical-radiomic model for non-invasive liver steatosis prediction based on non-contrast computed tomography (CT).Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 342 patients with suspected NAFLD diagnoses between January 2019 and July 2020 who underwent non-contrast CT and liver biopsy. Radiomics features from hepatic and splenic regions-of-interests (ROIs) were extracted based on abdominal non-contrast CT imaging. The radiomics signature was constructed based on reproducible features by adopting the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression. Then, multivariate logistic regression analysis was applied to develop a combined clinical-radiomic nomogram integrating radiomics signature with several independent clinical predictors in a training cohort of 124 patients between January 2019 and December 2019. The performance of models was determined by the area under the receiver operating characteristic curves and calibration curves. We conducted an internal validation during 103 consecutive patients between January 2020 and July 2020.Results: The radiomics signature was composed of four steatosis-related features and positively correlated with pathologic liver steatosis grade (p < 0.01). In both subgroups (Group One, none vs. steatosis; Group Two, none/mild vs. moderate/severe steatosis), the clinical-radiomic model performed best within the validation cohort with an AUC of 0.734 and 0.930, respectively. The calibration curve confirmed the concordance of excellent models.Conclusion: We developed a robust clinical-radiomic model for accurate liver steatosis stage prediction in a non-invasive way, which may improve the clinical decision-making ability.

Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is good for impact protection and energy absorption, and belongs to rate sensitive-dependent materials. This study aimed to investigate the influence of increased strain rate and the presence of entrapped air on the enhancement of foam material strength. The compression deformation behavior of EVA foams containing a microporous structure was extensively investigated over different strain rates of 0.0017/s, 0.033/s, and 0.17/s, where each test was conducted at a constant compression velocity. A one-dimensional dynamic constitutive model was established to describe the large deformation response of EVA to different strain rates. The model included two components, the material action part and the air pressure part. Quasi-static and dynamic compression tests were used to determine the constitutive relations of three parameters, a1, a2, and the leaking rate δ·. The samples with EVA foams at different strain rates were fitted using ORIGIN software, and the constitutive model parameters were obtained. It was found that the ratio of the air leaking rate to the strain rate gradually decreases, causing air within the EVA to be trapped in the cells rather than escaping in a timely manner with increasing strain rates.

Aimed at the optimization design of the parameters of the commutation circuit of a hybrid DC-current-limiting circuit breaker (HDCCLCB), a parameter selection model considering the short-time withstand of the thyristor and the volume of the commutation circuit is proposed by simplifying the object, and the commutation circuit parameters were preliminarily obtained. In order to verify the correctness of the method of selecting the commutation circuit parameters, the circuit simulation model of the HDCCLCB was built. The experimental platform was built, and the breaking experiment was completed under the fault condition with the current rising rate of 20 A/μs. The correctness of the simulation model and parameter design method was verified by comparing the circuit model simulation results with the experimental results. In order to further optimize the parameters of the commutation circuit, a mathematical model for optimization design was established. Taking the maximum critical breakdown voltage under unit capacitance energy as the objective function, the arcing time before commutating and the current-limiting inductance and capacitance are enumerated to obtain the optimized commutation circuit parameters. By comparing this result with the result of the preliminary design, the objective function is improved by 20.7%, laying a solid foundation for further research and the development of current-limiting circuit breakers for medium-voltage DC systems.

An understanding of its energy structure and developmental trajectories would assist in enabling the design of suitable decarbonizing pathways and how to fit into the national 30–60 agenda. Drawing from endogenous growth theory and time series analysis, our study employs comparative functions and scenario assessments to predict the changes in the key economic indicators, such as GDP, industrial structure shifts, population, and urbanization rates, during the low-carbon transition. We further show energy structure patterns and intensity trends using regression-modeling and data-fitting methods. Based on our analyses, we project that by 2035, Yunnan’s GDP will grow to CNY 5.4761 trillion, with secondary and tertiary industries contributing 88.8%. The population is estimated to grow to 52.08 million with an urbanization rate of 70%. Moreover, fossil fuel energy consumption is forecasted to diminish to 38.7%, and energy consumption intensity is projected to be reduced to 0.38 tons of standard coal per CNY 10,000. If these metrics follow the inherent endogenous growth trend, Yunnan’s emissions are forecasted to peak at around 220 million tons of CO2 by 2030. These findings not only provide a data foundation for Yunnan’s low-carbon development goals but also illuminate pathways for regions rich in renewable resources to transition towards sustainable growth, emphasizing the harmony between advancement and environmental stewardship.

This paper presents the results of a test of epoxy anticorrosion coating repair. Two strategies of coating repair were studied, respectively: partial repair and integral repair. The gloss loss rate, color difference and rust area rate of the repair coating were measured. The anticorrosion performance of repair coatings under different repair methods was compared. Based on the results of the coating repair test, the repair criteria for coatings were defined, and the repair strategy for epoxy anticorrosive coatings on steel structure was proposed. The results show that Marathon 500 super abrasion resistant epoxy paint (M500) and Jotamastic 90 GF low surface treatment epoxy abrasion resistant glass flake paint (J90GF) are suitable for partial repair of epoxy anticorrosive coatings on steel structures, and that Jotamastic 90 low surface treatment epoxy abrasion resistant coating (J90) and Marathon 500 super abrasion resistant epoxy paint (M500) are suitable for integral repair of epoxy anticorrosive coatings on steel structures.
