Aqueous zinc‐ion batteries (AZIBs) are expected to be an attractive alternative in advanced energy storage devices due to large abundance and dependable security. Nevertheless, the undesirable energy density and operating voltage still hinder the development of AZIBs, which is intimately associated with the fundamental properties of the cathode. In this work, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) intercalated Mn0.07VOx (PVP‐MnVO) with a large interlayer spacing of 13.5 Å (against 12.5 Å for MnVO) synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method is adopted for the cathode in AZIBs. The experimental results demonstrate that PVP‐MnVO with expanded interlayer spacing provides beneficial channels for the rapid diffusion of Zn2+, resulting in a high discharge capacity of 402 mAh g−1 at 0.1 A g−1, superior to that of MnVO (275 mAh g−1 at 0.1 A g−1). Meanwhile, the PVP molecule remains in the layer structure as a binder/pillar, which can maintain its structural integrity well during the charging/discharging process. Consequently, PVP‐MnVO cathode exhibits superior rate capability and cycling stability (89% retention after 4300 cycles at 10 A g−1) compared to that of MnVO (≈51% retention over 500 cycles at 2 A g−1). NaVPO4F has garnered significant attention as a promising cathode material for non‐aqueous sodium‐ion batteries due to its high theoretical specific capacity and appropriate potential. However, the dissolution of vanadium component of NaVPO4F in aqueous electrolytes has restricted its application in aqueous sodium‐ion batteries (ASIBs). Herein, we report the use of carbon‐coated NaVPO4F as a cathode material in ASIBs. This cathode material exhibited a discharge capacity of 111 mAh g−1 at 0.5 A g−1 in a concentrated 17 m NaClO4 aqueous solution and demonstrated capacity retention of 74.4 % over 100 cycles. The experimental results confirmed that the carbon coating on NaVPO4F and high‐concentration NaClO4 aqueous electrolyte exhibited positive effects in restraining vanadium dissolution. Additionally, when configuration with NaTi2(PO4)3@C as anode, the full cell exhibited a capacity of 43.9 mAh g−1 with an average operating voltage of 1.2 V at a current density of 0.5 A g−1 in a concentrated 17 m NaClO4 aqueous electrolyte. Background: Depression and anxiety are common symptoms associated with significant morbidity in adolescents. Few studies have explored the relationship between latent profiles of adolescent depression-anxiety symptoms and executive function (EF), which is also a major pediatric public health concern. Methods: The sample included 1,306 participants who were recruited from two schools in Ningxia. The Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children (DSRSC) and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders (SCARED) were used to assess the level of depression-anxiety symptoms in adolescents, and their executive function state was assessed using the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Self-Report version (BRIEF-SR). Latent profile analysis (LPA) was carried out using Mplus 7.0 to explore the most likely number of profiles based on the subscales of DSRSC and SCARED. The relationship between adolescents' executive function and depression-anxiety symptoms were analyzed by multivariable logistic regression, and the odds ratio were used to test the impact of this relationship. Results: The LPA results show that the three-profile model was the best-fitting model for adolescent depression and anxiety symptoms. The proportions of Profile-1 ("Healthy Group"), Profile-2 ("Anxiety Disorder Group"), and Profile-3 ("Depression-Anxiety Disorder Group") were 61.4%, 23.9%, and 14.7%, respectively. Additional analyses using multivariable logistic regression suggested that poor shifting capacity and emotional control were significantly more likely to be classified into the depression and/or anxiety groups, and worse working memory, task completion, and better inhibition were significantly more likely to be classified into the anxiety group. Conclusions: The findings contribute to our understanding of the heterogeneity of adolescents' depression-anxiety symptoms and highlight the important role of executive function in influencing mental health outcomes. These findings will guide the improvement and delivery of interventions for the treatment of anxiety and depression in adolescents, mitigating functional impairments in patients and reducing disease risk. Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a frequently occurring severe disease with high mortality. Cystatin C (Cys-C), as a biomarker of early kidney failure, can be used to detect and prevent acute renal injury. In this paper, a biosensor based on a silicon nanowire field-effect transistor (SiNW FET) was studied for the quantitative detection of Cys-C. Based on the spacer image transfer (SIT) processes and channel doping optimization for higher sensitivity, a wafer-scale, highly controllable SiNW FET was designed and fabricated with a 13.5 nm SiNW. In order to improve the specificity, Cys-C antibodies were modified on the oxide layer of the SiNW surface by oxygen plasma treatment and silanization. Furthermore, a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microchannel was involved in improving the effectiveness and stability of detection. The experimental results show that the SiNW FET sensors realize the lower limit of detection (LOD) of 0.25 ag/mL and have a good linear correlation in the range of Cys-C concentration from 1 ag/mL to 10 pg/mL, exhibiting its great potential in the future real-time application. Improving citizens' water literacy level has gradually become one of the key elements to solve or alleviate water problems, which is of great significance in building a social water security system and promoting the harmonious development of man and nature. A fusion method—grounded systems analysis based on grounded theory and event systems theory is proposed in this study, which is used to explore the representation factors of water literacy and construct the main category chain through reverse tracking interview data and revealing each factor's mechanism. The research results show that: After encoding the original data, the water literacy characterization factor system including 4 main categories, 12 key categories, and 110 conceptualized sentences was obtained. The interaction between water knowledge and other main categories has a positive impact. There is no apparent direct relationship between water skills and water attitude, however, it can affect the implementation of water behavior. Water attitude can positively influence water behavior and has a moderating effect on each main category. Detection of solar-blind ultraviolet (SB-UV) light is important in applications like confidential communication, flame detection, and missile warning system. However, the existing SB-UV photodetectors still show low sensitivities. In this work, we demonstrate the extraordinary SB-UV detection performance of α-In2Se3 phototransistors. Benefiting from the coupled semiconductor and ferroelectricity property, the phototransistor has an ultraweak detectable power of 17.85 fW, an ultrahigh gain of 1.2 × 106, a responsivity of 2.6 × 105 A/W, a detectivity of 1.3 × 1016 Jones and an ultralow noise-equivalent-power of 4.2 × 10−20 W/Hz1/2 for 275 nm light. Its performance exceeds most other UV detectors, even including commercial photomultiplier tubes and avalanche photodiodes. It can be also implemented as an optoelectronic synapse for neuromorphic computing. A 784×300×10 artificial neural network (ANN) based on this optoelectronic synapse is constructed and demonstrated with a high recognition accuracy and good noise-tolerance for the Fashion-MNIST dataset. Neuromorphic computing based on artificial optoelectronic synapses has attracted considerable attention owing to its high time/power efficiency and parallel processing capability. However, existing devices are mainly suitable for only the visible range. Here, high-performance near-infrared optoelectronic memories and synapses were demonstrated using Te/α-In2Se3 heterostructures. Owing to the entangled ferroelectricity-semiconducting properties of α-In2Se3, whose ferroelectric polarizations can be switched by photocarriers that migrated from the Te near-infrared light absorber, the device could be set into a non-volatile high-resistance/low-resistance state through the application of positive gate voltages/near-infrared light pulses. Hence, the device could function as a high-performance photodetector, with a photoresponsive on/off ratio of 5.25 × 104/8.3 × 103 and a specific detectivity of 2.6 × 1011/7.5 × 1010 Jones at 1550/1940 nm. In addition, the device could function as a multi-state optoelectronic synapse with good stability and high linearity; moreover, using the device, we developed an optoelectronic artificial neural network with high recognition accuracies of 100% and 89.9% for a database composed of 64-pixel letters with 10% and 70% noise levels, respectively. Diversified noise sources pose great challenges in the engineering of an ANC (active noise control) system design. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an ANC method based on VMD (variational mode decomposition) and Ensemble Learning. VMD is used to extract IMFs (Intrinsic Model Functions) of different types of noise and obtain the approximate entropy of each IMF. Clustering analysis on the output of VMD is conducted based on the PCA (principal component analysis) dimension reduction method and k-means++ method to get classification results for different noises. On the basis of the clustering results, different GBDT (gradient boosting decision tree) regressors are constructed for different noise types, in order to create a high-performance ANC system for multiple noise sources. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, this paper designed four simulation schemes for the ANC: obstacle-free rectangular enclosed space, rectangular enclosed space with obstacle, obstacle-free trapezoidal enclosed space and trapezoidal enclosed space with obstacle. When machine gun noise is used as an example, noise attenuation by the proposed method in four simulation schemes is −23.27 dB, −21.6 dB, −19.08 dB and −15.48 dB respectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
