Abstract

The trajectory of moving objects in large spaces is important, as it enables a range of applications related to security, guidance and so on. Trajectory reconstruction is the process which uses searching algorithms to find a reasonable trajectory. Due to the complexity of indoor environment and the larger area which multi-floor causes, it exits the problem of low searching efficient. To solve the problem, this paper proposes the improved algorithm which combines the Branch and Bound method based on Depth-First-Search(DFS) and Breadth-First-Search(BFS). It helps construct the trajectory quickly on topological map. Experimental results validate the improved algorithm is effective by comparing other algorithms.

269. A PdAg-CeO2 nanocomposite anchored on mesoporous carbon: a highly efficient catalyst for hydrogen production from formic acid at room temperature.

Abstract

The efficient and selective dehydrogenation of formic acid by a robust solid catalyst at room temperature is highly attractive for a fuel cell-based hydrogen economy but still very challenging. Although significant progress has been achieved in the development of heterogeneous catalysts, their catalytic performance remains inadequate. Herein, we report a facile and surfactant-free method for the anchoring of the PdAg-CeO2 nanocomposite (3.6 nm in diameter) onto mesoporous carbon (denoted as PdAg-CeO2/MC). The optimized PdAg-CeO2/MC catalyst exhibited an exceedingly high catalytic activity (turnover frequency, 2272.8 h−1 at 303 K and 5275.5 h−1 at 333 K) with a 100% hydrogen selectivity, among the highest catalytic performances reported to date for all heterogeneous catalysts for formic acid dehydrogenation. Systematic studies indicated that strong synergistic interactions between PdAg-CeO2 nanocomposites and the MC host were realized due to the presence of amorphous CeO2 with abundant oxygen vacancies for coordination; the excellent catalytic results indicated more possibilities for the effective application of formic acid as a promising hydrogen storage material. Abstract

A simple, reliable, and reproducible method for in-vivo on-line separation and determination of levodopa has been based on microdialysis then high-performance liquid chromatography with chemiluminescence detection. The perfusate is perfused at a flow rate of 5 microL min(-1). The concentration of levodopa in the dialysate is determined on line with a chemiluminescence system. The dialysate sample volume is approximately 20 microL. The response of the system is linearly related to the concentration of levodopa in the range 1 x 10(-8) to 1 x 10(-6) g mL(-1) (r2 = 0.9995) with a detection limit (3sigma) of 3 x 10(-9) g mL(-1) and sample throughput of 12 h(-1); RSD is 2.8% (n = 11). The method has been successfully used to study the pharmacokinetics of levodopa in vivo; the values of the pharmacokinetics parameters Cmax, AUC(0-t) and Tmax were 16.60, 20.92 ng mL(-1), and 90 min, respectively.

271. Controlled Synthesis of MOF-Encapsulated NiPt Nanoparticles toward Efficient and Complete Hydrogen Evolution from Hydrazine Borane and Hydrazine

Abstract

The catalytic dehydrogenation of hydrazine borane (N2H4BH3) and hydrous hydrazine (N2H4·H2O) for H2evolution is considered as two of the pivotal reactions for the implementation of the hydrogen-based economy. A reduction rate controlled strategy is successfully applied for the encapsulating of uniform tiny NiPt alloy nanoclusters within the opening porous channels of MOFs in this work. The resultant Ni0.9Pt0.1/MOF core–shell composite with a low Pt content exerted exceedingly high activity and durability for complete H2evolution (100% hydrogen selectivity) from alkaline N2H4BH3and N2H4·H2O solution. The features of small NiPt alloy NPs, strong synergistic effect between NiPt alloy NPs and the MOF, and open pore structure for freely mass transfer made NiPt/MIL-101 an excellent catalyst for highly efficient H2evolution from N2H4BH3or N2H4·H2O.

Abstract

A novel plant tissue-based chemiluminescence (CL) biosensor for glycolic acid combined with flow injection analysis is proposed in this paper. The spinach tissue acts as the molecular recognition element Glycolic acid is oxidized by oxygen under the catalysis of glycolate oxidase in the tissue column to produce hydrogen peroxide, which can react with luminol in the presence of peroxidase of spinach tissue to generate a CL signal. The CL emission intensity was linear with glycolic acid concentration in the range of 4 x [10.sup.-3]-4 x [10.sup.-6] mol/Land the detection limit was 1.3 x [10.sup.-6] mol/L. The biosensor was stable for about 3 weeks. A complete analysis, including sampling and washing, could be performed in 1.5 rain with a relative standard deviation of 1.7%.

Abstract

At present RFID indoor positioning data visualization methods are simple and the visual effect is not ideal. To solve this problem, a method is put forward, which can make RFID indoor localization algorithms implement in a geographic information system. By overlaying the CAD floor plan with the outdoor maps, every indoor space positioning result has a unique geographic coordinate. To combine RFID indoor positioning technology with the real geographic environment information, the calculating coordinates are visualizing displayed by using the geographic information system. Real-time targets positioning and the visualization display of RFID indoor positioning data are realized through building the RFID indoor positioning system which is based on spatial geographic coordinates. System test results indicate that this technology can achieve ideal indoor positioning data visualization effect under well indoor positioning precision.

Abstract

Ammonia borane (denoted as AB, NH3BH3) and hydrazine borane (denoted as HB, N2H4BH3), having hydrogen content as high as 19.6 wt% and 15.4 wt%, respectively, have been considered as promising hydrogen storage materials. Particularly, the AB and HB hydrolytic dehydrogenation system can ideally release 7.8 wt% and 12.2 wt% hydrogen of the starting materials, respectively, showing their high potential for chemical hydrogen storage. A variety of nanocatalysts have been prepared for catalytic dehydrogenation from aqueous or methanolic solution of AB and HB. In this review, we survey the research progresses in nanocatalysts for hydrogen generation from the hydrolysis or methanolysis of NH3BH3 and N2H4BH3.

Abstract

A flow-through optosensor for phenylalanine and tyrosine is described in this paper. The sensor is developed in conjunction with a flow-injection analysis system and uses immobilized β-cyclodextrin as the sensing agent. The analytical performance characteristics of the proposed sensor for analysis of very low levels of phenylalanine and tyrosine were as follows: the detection limits for phenylalanine and tyrosine were 0.20 μg ml−1 and 8.9 ng ml−1, respectively. The observed relative standard deviations were 1.03% for 50 μg ml−1 of phenylalanine (n = 7) and 3.6% for 0.1 μg ml−1 of tyrosine (n = 7), respectively.

Persistent developmental stuttering (PDS) may occur in adults. Reports of the surgical management of PDS are limited. Here we present the case of a 28-year-old man who had had PDS since the age of 7 years, was diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder at the age of 24 years, and had physical concomitants. He underwent a bilateral anterior capsulotomy 4 years after the diagnosis. Over one year of follow-up, his physical concomitants resolved, and significant improvements in his psychiatric disorders and PDS were observed. 292. A rapid and high-throughput method for the determination of serum uric acid based on microarray technology and nanomaterial.

Abstract

Serum uric acid (SUA) is a new therapeutic target for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). In this study, we introduced a chemiluminescence (CL) method combined with microarray technology and a simple fabrication procedure to obtain a highly sensitive SUA probe based on a mesoporous metal oxide nanomaterial. The high-throughput method was based on the generation of H2O2 from SUA by immobilized uricase and its measurement by a CL reaction catalyzed by mesoporous metal oxide nanomaterials. The CL probe was designed for SUA The linear range of the uric acid concentration was 0.6-9 μM and the detection limit was 0.1 μM. In comparison with the other SUA detection techniques, this method has the advantages of a low detection limit, high sensitivity and simplicity.
