In order to perform a proper assessment of the environmental risk associated with the technological deployment, a number of issues should be comprehensively evaluated and understood: degree of toxicity caused by nanoparticles (NPs), toxicity mechanisms involved, fate and transport of NPs, impact on microbial communities, and so on. This chapter discusses these features and reviews both methodological approaches and results of related research studies performed in this field. Literature shows a comprehensive set of studies dealing with the investigation of parameters affecting toxicity caused by nanozerovalent iron (nZVI). Increasing NPs dosage seems to be related to an increasing toxic response, unless a high concentration of NPs induces iron aggregation leading to less colloidal stability, higher sedimentation rates, and consequently, milder toxic effects. The classical methodology for environmental risk assessment can be employed, on the basis of a conceptual site model defined and characterized by the sources, pathways, and potential receptors of nZVI.

У статті розглянуто методичні підходи до оцінки ефективності управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю на підприємстві, проаналізовано основні показники, що відображають доцільність здійснення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, систематизовано у вигляді таблиці їх математичне визначення та практичне значення. Визначено за групами показники, що використовуються для оцінки ефективності керування зовнішньоторговельними операціями на підприємстві, а також детально розглянуто показники експорту та імпорту, що є визначальними при визначенні ефективності здійснюваної ЗЕД на будь-якому підприємстві. Запропоновано поєднувати зазначені групи показників для визначення доцільності проведення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності загалом, порівнянні досягнутих результатів із минулими періодами та задля розробки подальших дій у зв’язку з отриманими результатами. Результативність від здійсненняпроведеної оцінки ефективності управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю здебільшого залежить від наведених показників загалом на підприємстві, що у подальшому проявляється у показниках фінансового становища компанії, її платоспроможності тощо. The article considers methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of foreign activity at the company, analyses the main indicators that reflect the feasibility of foreign trade activities systematically in a grid of mathematical definitions and practical. Determined by group indicators used to assess the effectiveness of management of foreign trade operations of the company, as well as detail the performance of exports and imports, which are crucial in determining the efficiency of foreign trade activities carried on any business. A combination of these parameters to determine the feasibility of foreign economic activity generally results achieved compared with previous periods, and to develop further action in connection with the results. В статье рассмотрены методические подходы к оценке эффективности управления внешнеэкономической деятельностью на предприятии, проанализированы основные показатели, отражающие целесообразность осуществления внешнеэкономической деятельности, систематизированы в виде таблицы их математическое определение и практическое значение. Определены по группам показатели, используемые для оценки эффективности управления внешнеторговыми операциями на предприятии, а также подробно рассмотрены показатели экспорта и импорта, которые являются определяющими при определении эффективности осуществляемой ВЭД на любом предприятии. Предложено совмещать указанные группы показателей для определения целесообразности проведения внешнеэкономической деятельности в целом, сопоставлении достигнутых результатов с прошлыми периодами и для разработки дальнейших действий в связи с полученными результатами. Результативность от осуществления проведенной оценки эффективности управления внешнеэкономической деятельности в основном зависит от приведенных показателей в целом на предприятии, что в дальнейшем проявляется в показателях финансового положения компании, ее платежеспособности и т.д.

This coexistence is developed in terms of ceramic production as well as in ritual customs. This ongoing contact and the craft collaboration, recently recognized on a site which was previously characterized by a strong dichotomy between Greek and indigenous components, have to be explored under different prisms in order to reflect the terms of interaction. The aim of this work, along with a historiographical and critical review of the previous researches, is to produce innovative study protocols , including the study of both the artefacts and the production features thanks to an interdisciplinary approach: traditional typo-chronology, archaeometric analysis of materials and structures, ethno-archaeological contributions...; L'Incoronata est un site majeur de l'âge du Fer méditerranéen, caractérisé au VII e s. av. Psychological and mental illnesses such as depression affect every year a larger amount of people, warning the World Health Organization (WHO) that during the following years they will become the type of disease that affects a larger number of individuals. Specifically, teenagers represent one of the main risk groups and are probably the ones more susceptible to suffer this kind of distress. However, the Secondary Education centers in Spain continue to ignore this fact and do not offer their students a psychological and emotional formation that allows them to avoid this type of diseases or a real support to overcome them. Indeed, the effects of this situation are observable both in the personal an in the academic field, what arises the need of incorporating to our Compulsory Secondary Education classrooms a set of tools that foster the students’ emotional and psychological education. Focusing this topic on the field of foreign language teaching, surveys such as the Eurobarometer and the Centro de Investigaciones Sociológicas (CIS) barometer point out that the Spanish are at the bottom of European ranking in terms of English proficiency level. In fact, the reasons behind this poor performance have both a psychological origin – lack of motivation and confidence – and a methodological origin, as a significant part of our teachers continue to utilize obsolete and ineffective methods when teaching a foreign language. Therefore, it is required an approach that fosters not only the students’ emotional education, but also a better and more effective acquisition of the foreign language. The article considers the methods of estimation of innovative activity of the enterprise. Revealed advantages and disadvantages of the proposed techniques in various publications, devoted to the innovative development. Analysis of the works of domestic and foreign authors showed that the existing methods do not provide an adequate assessment of innovative activity of the enterprise. Asked to enter the integral indicator of innovative activity, which is the criterion of the dynamism of innovative activity of the enterprise, as measured by the speed and volume creation, promotion and use of innovations in economic activity of the enterprise. The proposed system of estimation of innovative activity of the enterprise is based on the following indicators: the ratio of personnel development, the growth rate of financial assets directed on conducting innovative activity of the enterprise, the coefficient for mastering new technologies, the growth rate of intellectual property. The assessment matrix integral indicator of innovative activity of the enterprise reflects the relationship of the indicators of innovative potential and innovative activity and includes a group of indicators, which allows the estimation of innovative activity of enterprises in various spheres of business: technological, organizational, marketing. The main advantages of the developed technique of estimation of level of innovative development of the enterprises of the meat industry is: an assessment of the level in dynamics; complex research of a level of innovation development; the possibility of comparison of actual values with the values of the indicators, assessments United experts. A feature of the proposed method is not only able to measure the level of innovation development in General, but diagnosis of individual factors. This allows you to determine which factors-the Torah must be activated to display the meat industry to a higher level of innovation development.

The article examines the scientific and methodological apparatus assessment, built on the basis of the categories of «effectiveness» and «optimality», will allow, on the one hand, to establish the efficiency of functioning of associations in prior periods, on the other - to identify the parameters conditioning condition and results of integrated production in the future. Taking into account the results of these studies, we developed a methodology of integrated assessment of efficiency of functioning of the agro-industrial units. Its essence consists in the determination of the integral coefficient of efficiency on the basis of two complementary groups of settings: performance, expressed in the system of relative indicators, and optimality, the quantitative characteristics of which used the limit values. As the distinctive features of the proposed methodology, determining its scientific novelty and practical significance, it should be noted: enabling the assessment of the effectiveness in using existing and advanced involved in production resources; the use of a unified system of criteria and performance measures and to determine the level of optimality of meat production, built in accordance with the sequence of stages of the reproduction process; universality settlement mechanism, used for the analysis of efficiency of managing the links of the production chain (agriculture, processing, trade) and overall integration. The technique involves the execution of the aggregate calculation and analytical operations, grouped by us in the framework of interrelated stages. The result can be identified priority directions of development of the Association, the necessity to optimize the composition of participants and proportions of the process chain, development and implementation of innovative programs, development of new technologies and management methods.

The article is a continuation of previous works devoted to clarifying issues related to the methodology of property research, the development of theoretical and methodological basis of practical implementation of the transformation of property during the deep transformation of the Ukrainian state in the transition society and economy to a post-industrial stage of development. The results of the author’s research institute a property system as a common resource system, its convergent mechanisms in conjunction with the system functioning capital at the national and world economy. Creating a single management mechanism system of capital is associated with the functioning of the institutions and mechanisms of its management, according to the author’s developed concept of “the system of property as common resource system (SPCRS)”. Basing on the current research the capital structure of the system capital is found out, the view on inclusion in the system of institutional capital is grounded and the own position on the concept “institutional capital” is provided. Convergent SPCRS, if this concept is perceived as the basis of strategies development and, therefore, if there is implementation of these mechanisms at the national, regional and global levels, is able to organize collaboration of capital systems, capitals of a particular country, region and the world. The article was written as part of the state order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation “Development of professional standard of specialists in rehabilitation work in the social sphere”. It substantiates the need for the development of this document. On the example of Australia, UK, USA, Germany, Israel, we show the formation of rehabilitation as an independent type of professional activity, reveal mechanisms for its institutionalization and improvement. We present several tendencies of rehabilitation service formation in Russia. We substantiate the holistic, interdisciplinary and intersectorial approach to rehabilitation. We show the significance of the proposed professional standard for the institutionalization of the rehabilitation in our country. We formulate the main aim of the new type of professional activity. We describe the requirements for the qualification of an expert, the possibilities to achieve them, the necessary competences, as well as the possible places of work within the framework of departmental and interdepartmental models of service organization.

Закладаючи цю концепцію в основу реформування соціальної системи, можна отримати інструмент інтенсивного формування самоврядного устрою, що втілює в життя деліберативну модель демократії і менеджменту та наближає суспільство до ноосферної стадії розвитку., The article is a continuation of previous works devoted to clarifying issues which are related to the methodology of property research, the development of theoretical and methodological basis for practical implementation of transformation of the system of property under the modern conditions of Ukrainian economy’s change. The processes of creating social-oriented market economy and increasing informatization of management should be determined by internal logic of the system of property. The author considers the formation of algorithms of property system reform based on scientifically grounded socio-economic concept to be the key problem. Explaining the concept of "the system of property – common resource system," the author demonstrates its fundamental theoretical basis – methodological institutionalism. Also the author gives practical examples of its display in the works by famous scientists and in real functioning of alternative social systems. Under the conditions of transformation crisis in Ukraine and the urgent need for large-scale reforms in all spheres of public life, to ensure the stability of social system and progressive movement in the direction of development the concept of "SP - CRS", which is society consolidating idea, can be offered. Laying this concept as a basis for reformation of social system, one can obtain a tool for intensive formation of self-management, which implements deliberative model of the democracy and management and brings the society closer to noosphere stage.

Ichthyoarchaeology is a vital discipline for understanding human adaptation to the aquatic environments of the past; consequently, research in this area has been essential to address critical questions in the archaeology of the Americas. In many influential works in anthropological archaeology (Murdock, 1969; Kelly, 1995; Binford, 2001), fishing, which occurs across a huge diversity of environments and stems from both a natural and social context, basically encompasses foraging activities in aquatic environments. However, this ignores the technological abilities, seascape knowledge and socio-political organization that fishing requires; and the challenges and affordances that significantly differ in the hunting of mammals and birds in aquatic ecosystems. Характеризуются основные методологические подходы к исследованию этой взаимосвязи. Доказывается, что образовательные общности являются центральным элементом системы образования. Показывается существо нелинейной динамики этих общностей, выявляются ее виды. Методологические подходы раскрываются через их основные принципы. The article examines the relationship between the concepts of «educational community», «nonlinear dynamic», and «megalopolis». The author describes the basic methodological approaches to the study of this relationship. It is proved, that the educational communities shape the core of the education system. The essence of nonlinear dynamic of these communities is shown. Methodological approaches are revealed through their basic principles. У статті обґрунтувано сутність проблеми становлення розвивального середовища в системі початкової освіти України в історико-педагогічному аспекті. Виокремлено методологічні підходи її дослідження: середовищний, системний, особистісно-діяльнісний та соціокультурологічний. У дослідженні середовищний підхід розглядається на двох рівнях його функціонування: макрорівні, тобто створення позитивного розвивального освітнього середовища початкової школи, та мікрорівні – особистісна активність учня щодо використання потенційних можливостей для свого розвитку та вдосконалення цього середовища. Системний підхід використовується для структурно-змістового аналізу розвивального освітнього середовища початкової школи як цілісної педагогічної системи з ретельним урахуванням взаємодії між її складовими компонентами. Особистісно-діяльнісний підхід розглядається як єдність особистісного та діяльнісного аспектів у розвитку молодшого школяра. Учень як суб’єкт навчально-виховного процесу зазнає якісних змін через відповідну діяльність і завдяки позитивному впливу проектованого розвивального освітнього середовища. Соціокультурологічний – ґрунтується на використанні елементів загальнолюдської та національної культури у розвитку особистості молодшого школяра, тобто передбачає інтегрування педагогіки та соціокультури. In the article the essence of the problem of educational environment formation in Ukrainian elementary educational system in historical and pedagogic aspect was grounded. Methodological approaches to its research were distinguished: environmental, system, personal-active and socio-cultural. In this research the environmental approach is regarded on two levels of its functioning: macro level, i.e. formation of positive developmental educational environment in elementary school, and micro level – pupil’s personal active use of potential capabilities for his or her own development and improvement of this environment. The system approach is used for structural and semantic analysis of the developmental educational environment in elementary school as an integral educational system with careful consideration of cooperation between its components. The personal active approach is considered as a union of personal and active aspects of pupils of primary school age. A pupil as a subject of educational-upbringing process undergoes qualitative changes due to appropriate activity and thanks to positive influence of the projected developmental educational environment. The socio-cultural one is based upon implementation of elements of general human and national culture in the development of young pupil’s personality, i.e. it foresees integration of pedagogy and social culture.

Bioresorbable vascular scaffolds have been recently introduced as a novel paradigm for coronary artery disease treatment allowing temporary vessel support and drug delivery without indefinite coronary caging, potentially reducing the long-term limitation of metallic stents. The scientific community has rapidly embraced this concept and bioresorbable devices have been introduced in clinical practice. However, despite the fact that bifurcation lesions represent a large and challenging subset in the field of interventional cardiology, this subgroup of lesions have been avoided in the initial experience with bioresorbable scaffolds and clear recommendations on methodological approaches are lacking. In the present report, we describe the various techniques for bifurcation treatment with bioresorbable scaffolds and the theoretical advantages and disadvantages of this technology in different scenarios, with a glimpse to challenging subsets and possible complications. Therefore, we aim to provide experience based insights and practical guidance for bioresorbable scaffold implantation in bifurcation lesions. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

This article presents some analytical axes and methodological approaches for examining processes of indigenous heritage construction; namely, of memories, knowledges, practices and cultural goods from sectors that have been constructed like otherness and subalternized. In recent years, nation-states and international organizations have created heritage policies under a larger paradigm of "cultural diversity". This paper aims to critically discuss "heritage" as both a process and as a political practice. As such, this is less a normative analysis than an exploration of the ways in which different sectors engage with heritage, and the relationships, subjectivities, affects, political struggles, types of knowledge, and visions and divisions of the social world that such dynamics generate. By examining how certain classifications and expressions of "the past" and "indigenous culture" are able to be constructed as heritage in present-day Argentina, and by looking at the different levels of dialogue and dispute initiated by indigenous populations in hegemonic processes, this paper seeks to rethink how we analyze the "geographies of imagination and management" of "ethnic diversity" in heritage processes and the construction of memory and its variable joints by these sectors. У статті систематизовано основні проблеми під час підбору персоналу за суб’єктами процесу працевлаштування, удосконалено класифікацію методичних підходів до підбору персоналу на основі розширення класифікаційних ознак та виокремлення ознаки «за призначенням», визначено напрямки формалізації методичних підходів до підбору персоналу на біржах праці. В статье систематизированы основные проблемы при подборе персонала по субъектам процесса трудоустройства, усовершенствована классификация методических подходов к подбору персонала на основе расширения классификационных признаков и выделения признака «по назначению», определены направления формализации методических подходов к подбору персонала на биржах труда. The purpose of the article is to improve and formalize methodological approaches to staff recruitment at labour markets.

Map development for ecologically vulnerable zones and regions of water areas and shorelines with priority protection against spills of oil and oil products is important because of (1) the population’s concern about the growing technological load on nature, and (2) the need to comply with the existing state legislation. At present there is no general methodology for development of vulnerability maps in Russian Federation. The integral maps to be used in prevention and control of oil spills should represent data about ecological vulnerability to oil of both coastal and water ecosystems and information about legally protected objects, zones and regions. A set of maps showing absolute and relative integral vulnerability of particular water areas allows analyzing spatial-temporal dynamics of this indicator. The most vulnerable areas (regions) of the water area could be selected, as well as the most dangerous seasons. Recommendations are elaborated in order to organize the most effective protection of the environment against any possible emergency spills of oil and oil products.

This article is a prelude to other articles in this issue that provide multiple interpretations of the Rwandan genocide of 1994. The article explores how history, travel writing, autobiographical accounts, media and philosophical perspectives can draw attention to the many ways in which the Rwandan genocide can be understood. While this interdisciplinary methodological approach may not claim to be exhaustive, it teases out some important works written so far on the subject matter of Rwandan genocide. Historical accounts provide insights into factors responsible for the genocide, while the genre of travel writing uses journalistic perspectives based on eye-witness accounts. Media perspectives use concepts of framing and salience in reporting the genocide while the autobiographical approach focuses on experiences of individuals who bore the brunt of genocide. Each of these approaches attempts to provide solutions to the methodological problems in analysing the Rwandan genocide.
