Öğretmenlerin mobbing algıları ve bu algılarının kişisel değişkenlere durumunun araştırıldığı bu çalışma betimsel tarama modelinde ve nicel çalışma olarak yapılmıştır. 2023 yılı bahar döneminde Denizli ili genelinde ilk ve ortaokullarda çalışan 508 öğretmene kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemiyle çevrimiçi form ile ulaşılarak veriler toplanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı yedili likert tipinde Laleoğlu ve Özmete (2013) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan Mobbing Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin mobbing algılarının en yüksek düzeyde iş arkadaşlarının arkalarından konuştuğu olmuştur. En düşük düzey ise cinsel tacize maruz kalmadadır. Öğretmenlerin mobbing algılarının çok düşük ve düşük düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin mobbing algıları demografik özelliklerine göre medeni durum, yönetici cinsiyeti ve çalışılan okul türüne göre farklılık göstermez iken cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi ve kıdeme göre anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. Öğretmenlerin mobbing konusunda duyarlıklarının arttırılması için çalışmalar yapılması önerilmiştir

In this paper, the concept of deferred statistical convergence is generalized to general metric spaces, and some inclusion relations between deferred strong Ces\`{a}ro summability and deferred statistical convergence are given in general metric spaces.

In the paper [B. de Malafosse and V. Rakočević, Linear Algebra Appl. 420, no. 2-3, (2007), 377--387], authors defined the concept of (λ,A)-statistical convergence. In this paper, the concept of (λ,A)-statistical convergence is generalized to (λ,A)-statistical convergence of order α. Also, we introduce the concept of strong (V,λ,A)-convergence of order α and give some inclusion relations between the concepts of (λ,A)-statistical convergence of order α and strong (V,λ,A)-convergence of order α.

The main purpose of this paper is to introduce the concept of strongly ideal lacunary quasi-Cauchyness of order (α, β) of sequences of real numbers. Strongly ideal lacunary ward continuity of order (α, β) is also investigated. Interesting results are obtained.

Danışman: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Nursel Aydıntuğ, İnsanın yaratılışıyla birlikte çatışma olgusu da oluşmuştur. Çatışma sadece insanlar arasında değil tüm canlılar arasında az ya da çok kendini göstermektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık sektöründe çalışan bireylerin çatışma çözme tarzları ve liderlerini algılama biçimleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemi İstanbul Kamu Hastaneler Birliği Genel Sekreterliği’nde çalışan, yaş aralığı 21-53 olan, 46’sı erkek (%38), 75’i kadın (%62) olmak üzere toplam 121 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Katılımcılara, Kozan ve Ergin (1999) tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan Çatışma Yönetimi Tarzları Anketi (ÇYTA) ve Tengilimoğlu (2005) tarafından Türkçe’ ye çevrilen Liderlik Davranış Ölçeği (LDÖ) uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, çalışılan bölümlere göre katılımcıların lider algılarının ve çatışma çözme tarzlarının farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığının değerlendirilmesi için ANOVA testi uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca, katılımcıların lider algılamalarıyla çatışma çözme tarzları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi için Pearson Korelasyon yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, İdari ve Mali Hizmetler Başkanlığı’nda çalışan katılımcıların lider algılamalarıyla çatışma çözme tarzları arasında anlamlı bir farkın olmadığı bulunmuştur. Tıbbi Hizmetler Başkanlığı’nda çalışan katılımcıların tümleştiren ve ödün veren çatışma çözme tarzlarına göre, Tıbbi Hizmetler bölümü lehine anlamlı bir fark yarattıkları saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, eğitim düzeyi arttıkça yöneticilerin çatışma çözme tarzı açısından ödün veren tarzda bir eğilim gösterdikleri tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, lideri algılama biçiminin kişilerin çatışma çözme tarzını belirleme üzerinde bir etkisinin olmadığı, çalışanların kendi bireysel özelliklerine göre çatışma çözme tarzını belirlediği görülmektedir., With the creation of mankind, conflict also came into being. Conflict appears more or less among all living things, not only among people. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the conflict-resolution styles and the ways in which leaders perceive leaders in the health sector. The sample of the study consists of a total of 121 persons working in Istanbul Public Hospitals Union General Secretariat, with age range 21-53, 46 men (38 %) and 75 women (62 %). Participants were provided with the Leadership Behavior Questionnaire (LDL) translated into Turkish by Conflict Management Style Survey (ÇYTA) and Tengilimoğlu (2005), adapted by Kozan and Ergin (1999). In this study, an ANOVA test was conducted to assess participants' perceptions of differentiated conflict resolution styles according to the studied departments. In addition, the Pearson Correlation method was used to examine the relationship between participants' perception of leadership and conflict resolution styles. As a result of the analyzes made, participants in the Administrative and Financial Services Department found no significant difference between their perception of leadership and conflict resolution styles. Participants working in the Directorate of Medical Services have found that they have made a significant difference in favor of the Department of Medical Services, according to their compromising and compromising style of conflict resolution. Also, as the level of education increases, it has been found that managers tend to compromise in terms of conflict resolution style. According to the findings, it is seen that the way of leader perception does not have an effect on determining the conflict resolution style of the people, and the employees determine the conflict resolution according to their individual characteristics.

The aim of this paper is to introduce and examine the concept of lacunary statistical boundedness of order and give the relations between statistical boundedness and lacunary statistical boundedness of order.
