エピジェネシスとは、生物はその原基から将来の形に適うよう自らを組織する、と主張する仮説である。本稿の目的は、『純粋理性批判』におけるカントの時間論、および因果性の議論を、「純粋理性のエピジェネシス」（B167）という文言に着目して検討することである。この目的のために、エピジェネシス概念の意義を外的歴史的見地（ガリレオ、ハーヴェイ、エーベルハルト）およびカント自身のテクストから検討する。カントは超越論的哲学においてはエピジェネシスの学説が唯一可能だと断定している。本稿は、カントの時間論をエピジェネシスの観点から論じたあと、悟性の因果推論が決定的な意義を果たしているという観点から、第二類推を一貫して解釈する。このようにして、従来の研究と対照的に、カントの第二類推は、将来と目的合理性に規定されている悟性の本性を記述しており、機械論的な物理学の基礎づけに留まらないことを示す。, Epigenesis is the hypothesis that organisms organize themselves from their primordium to suit future forms. The aim of this paper is to examine Kant's discussion of time and causality in the Critique of Pure Reason, focusing on the phrase “epigenesis of pure reason (B167).” For this purpose, the significance of the concept of epigenesis will be examined from an external historical perspective (Galileo, Harvey, Eberhard) and from the perspective of Kant's own texts. Kant asserts that the doctrine of epigenesis is the only possible in transcendental philosophy. After discussing Kant's theory of time in terms of epigenesis, this paper consistently interprets the second analogy in terms of a causal inference by human understanding. Thus, in contrast to the previous studies, we show that Kant's second analogy describes the nature of human understanding that is defined by the future and means-end rationality, and not just a grounding of mechanics.

It is often said that Newton’s Law II was neglected in 18th century Germany. In fact, also Kant’s law of mechanics lacked Law II. Exactly, however, the theories of laws of motion were so various that we cannot conclude that Law II was nowhere formulated at that time. Especially, many natural philosophers who belong to Newtonian eclectics re-formulated Law II in their own ways. Their explanation of Law II was different from Newtonian mechanics today because they assumed the case where the motion is communicated by the force, which is proportional to “mv” (rather than “ma”), in the collision of two bodies. Given this, to investigate Kant’s theory of mechanics, it is inevitable to consider the textbooks by Newtonian eclectics.

本稿は二部構成で、I. カントと K. ヤスパースのそれぞれの哲学における教育の問題を、子どもの道徳的人格形成という視点から読み解こうとするものである。そのことによって教育における道徳の本質的な意味と、道徳教育における大人（教師）と子ども（生徒）の関係のあり方を検討することが狙いである。第二部に当たる本稿では、ヤスパースの実存哲学において道徳及び教育の問題がどのような意義を担っていたのかを考察する。ヤスパースは実存の哲学者として人間の「交わり」を重視しつつ、カントの「哲学すること」を人間が本来的あり方を目指す「途上にある存在」として理解した。ヤスパースの教育論はカントの問題意識を継承しつつ、教育の本来的な使命を人格形成としての教養のうちに認め、それを「哲学すること」という精神的態度へと捉え直したのである。さらにヤスパースは「哲学すること」を「限界状況」に直面する人間のより根源的な存在様相のあり方へと深め、そこにおける人間の道徳的関係を実存としての「交わり」とそこに根ざす対話のなかに求めたのである。本稿全体の結論としては、カントとヤスパースの道徳教育に関する問題提起には、道徳教育を学校教育の現場で具体的に実現する方法が示唆されていることを指摘した。, In this paper, which is constructed in two parts, the author tried to consider the problem of education in the philosophy of I. Kant and K. Jaspers from the viewpoint of the moral character building of children. By such consideration, the author aimed to clarify the essential meaning of morality in education and then to examine the relationship between adults （teachers） and children （pupils） in moral education.In this part the meaning of moral and education in existential philosophy of Jaspers was considered. Jaspers, who was a philosopher connected with existence, valued “communication” of existential human beings as an ideal way of being, and understood Kant’s “philosophize” as “beingon-the-way” that human beings originally aimed at. The educational theory of Jaspers, inheriting Kant’s awareness of issues, found the essential task of education in character building, and interpreted it as the spiritual attitude of “philosophize”. Moreover, he deepened “philosophize” to the existential mode of more fundamental human beings facing a“ limit situation”, and strove for a moral interpersonal relationship in the “communication” of existences and in the dialogue which was rooted there.In conclusion, it was argued that the thoughts of both philosophers suggested a concrete way of realizing an ideal moral education in the field of school education.

application/pdf, 哲学用語としての「超越」を古代から現代まで歴史的にたどることで哲学の歴史が鮮やかに見て取れる。大きく分けて三つの超越概念がある。プラトンは感覚的な自然世界のかなたにイデアの世界があると想定した。この形而上学的世界が超越世界だ。プラトンのこのイデア説を引き継いだのがキリスト教の超越神という考えで、ここに神学的超越概念が認められる。近代ではカントが超越論的哲学を唱える。コギトや主観から出発していかにして、心を超越する客観を正確に捉えることができるかが問題になる。ここに認識論的超越概念が見られる。カントはこの問題をコペルニクス的転回で解決し、神学的超越を否定した。ハイデガーは現存在の基本的存在構造としての世界= 内= 存在のうちに超越を見る。現存在は個々の存在者にかかわる前に常にすでに世界に超越している。この世界= 内= 存在こそが超越なのである。彼はこの存在論的超越概念から認識論的超越概念を批判する。

相模原障害者殺傷事件を起こした植松聖被告の裁判において、横浜地方裁判所は死刑判決を下した。この判決に対して、自身も脳性麻痺の障害を持ち、障害者と社会の関わりについて研究している東京大学、熊谷晋一朗准教授は、「生きる価値のある命と価値のない命に線を引くというのが被告の犯行の動機だったことに対して怒りを覚えてきたが、死刑判決は、その被告の命に線を引くもので私にとっては複雑で、葛藤を伴う判決だ」と述べている。彼は「生きる価値のない命はない」ということが分からぬ輩は「生きる価値がない」としてしまう自己矛盾に、「死刑制度」を有する私達の社会自体が、その矛盾に気づかぬままはまり込んでしまっていることを指摘している。加えて、「誰でもよかった」という動機で、死刑該当罪に当たる殺人を実行する犯罪者が珍しくなくなっている不透明性高まる社会の中では、「死刑」という刑罰について再考する必要が出てくるだろう。本論考において、抑止効果による議論も復讐刑としての議論も死刑存置を確立するためには弱くなってきているとしたら、被害者の応報感情を論拠とした存置論の有効性を再検討する。

Early in the Meiji era, Japan emphasized "practical science". As a result, utilitarianism and positivism were regarded as a highly timely and the thinkers of The Meiji 6 Society (Meirokusha) taught them eagerly. They made an effort to allow the Japanese to these academic positions. However, come to the middle of the Meiji era, students started to learn German philosophy and its idealistic and spiritual way of thinking in the University of Tokyo. These new thoughts gradually prevailed among Japanese thinkers. OHNISHI Hajime (1864-1900) is a representative thinker of modern Japanese influenced by German philosophy. He developed his original ethical thought, which taught that the purpose of ethics was to find moral ideals for human beings. As is well known, OHNISHI is considered to be "Japanese Kant". application/pdf, ハイデガーは主著『存在と時間』第四三節で、リアリティーという伝統的な概念に実存論的存在論の立場から独自の解釈を加えている。伝統的なリアリティー概念の代表としてハイデガーが取り上げるのが、カント『純粋理性批判』の「観念論論駁」の議論である。カントは、「われわれの外なる空間における諸対象の現実存在」を疑わしいとするデカルトの懐疑を、たしかに理性的な議論だと認めるが、この懐疑に反論して外界のリアリティーを証明することは十分できるとする。カントによると、一般に変化の認識は持続的なものを根拠にしなくては不可能である。しかるにデカルトが唯一確実だと見なした心は絶えず変転してとどまるものをもたない。変化する心を変化する心として知りうるためには、持続的なもの（実体）が必要だが、その実体は心の外にしかない。それゆえにデカルトが心の存在を認めた瞬間に外界の存在が証明されることになる。さてこの議論の意義をハイデガーは一応認めつつも、その証明の前提となっている認識論的な問題設定（主観客観図式）を批判する。人間は認識する前にすでに世界＝内＝存在している。その前提をカントは問わないと言うのである。

本稿では，まずヤスパースがカント哲学をどのように理解していたかを考察する．その際，主に次の二つの著作を分析する．一つは『大哲人たち第１巻』（1957）の「哲学することを生み続けている創立者たち」という分類の中の「カント」についての論述である．もう一つは，論文「カントの「永遠平和にために」」（1957）である．主にこの二つの著作を分析することを通して，ヤスパースにおけるカント理解について考察する．その内容は，認識解明の構造としての感性と吾性のの関係，二律背反，批判的方法，理念と道徳的行為，思考法の革命と理性の限界，政治的歴史観，永遠平和論である．これらの考察を通して，ヤスパース哲学においてカント哲学がどのように受容され，どのような影響を与えているかを探る．それゆえ本稿の目的は，ヤスパースにおけるカント哲学の理解の仕方を，道徳的行為との関連において明らかにし，それを基にヤスパース哲学におけるカントの影響を探ることにある．

Marianne Weber (1870-1954), a women's movement activist in Imperial Germany, formed her feminist thought in a liberal intellectual environment centering on her husband Max Weber. She learned a great deal about the German idealist, especially I. Kant and J. G. Fichte. This article examines how she considered the construction of female subjectivity under the influence of German idealism. She considered that the Kant's moral and political principles, i.e. the ideas of pure reason, personality, duty, freedom and autonomy, could also apply to women. In this respect she intended to form female subjects within the framework of German liberalism. Furthermore, just like Max Weber and Georg Simmel, Marianne Weber also had a keen interest in the modernization impacted especially women's life, thought and behavior. There was a controversy over the meaning of female cultural ability and the women's movement between Simmel and Marianne Weber. However, since he appreciated female autonomy metaphysically, she could not criticize his `sexual-metaphysics' strongly, which denied the female objective cultural ability. As the reason for it, she could not understand exactly the gender-bias against females inherent in liberalism and Kant's philosophy. However she was also interested in Fichte's philosophy. She were focused on the interpersonal relationship and the relationship between individuals and community in Fichte's philosophy. She also applied these principles to the women's movement and the relationship among women. On that point she found another possibility of female subjectification. This article demonstrates Marianne Weber's political and ethical thought under strong influence of German idealism. Her thought can be described as an expression of strained relations between modern liberalism and feminism.

Freidlich Paulsen is one of the most important German philosophers who influenced the academic level of the world. He had many philosophical achievements through his life. This paper refers to his book called System der Ethik. This book was translated to many languages. Cai Yuan Pei attempted to translate it into Chinese through a Japanese translation, which was translated by Yoshimaru Kanie. The Chinese translation was presented in lecture form by Yang Changji, who had been working in Hunan First Normal university at the moment. The Young Mao Zedong had attended his lectures as a student, and he wrote his annotations beside the text of the book. This paper attempts to analyze his annotation in Chapter 8 in System der Ethik. He could realize the outline of German philosophy and the history of philosophical establishment through reading this book.

What is the connection between Philosophy and Music? Philosophy is the study of reason, and Music is the art of sounds. Music is perceived by the sense of hearing, namely by the sense of humans. In traditional Western philosophy, it tends elevate rationalism and reason over the senses. Therefor Music had not been evaluated positively. However, in the nineteenth century, A. Schopenhauer, who was a German idealist, evaluated Music and suggested a profound relation between Philosophy and Music. Certainly I. Kant, who formulated German idealism, did not evaluate “Music” much, and yet Schopenhauer highly estimated “Music” as an “Objectification of Will” in The World as Will and Representation. A close study of the reason why he came to evaluate “Music” in spite of being a successor to Kantian Philosophy is necessary for our purpose., After this, the connection between Philosophy and Music, especially I. Kant’s and A. Compassion, sympathy, empathy, and pity are not mainstream themes in the history of philosophy, but have been taken up frequently by philosophers. Starting with the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle, Spinoza, Descartes, Hume, Adam Smith, Schopenhauer, and many others have discussed the concept of compassion. More recently, Jacques Derrida and Martha C. Nussbaum, among others, have contemplated it. In reviewing their patterns of thought, one can see that the shift in the concept of compassion is the transition of the answers to the questions "How do we feel compassion for other(s)?" and "Who is/are the other(s) who deserve compassion?” This study explores the development of "sympathetic imagination" in philosophy, how the subject of compassion has expanded, and where the source of compassion is found.

フランクル著『死と愛』は解放された年の1945年から執筆され始め1946年に完成した。それが完成すると次に『夜と霧』が同年の1946年１月には完成した。そしてこの思想劇『ビルケンヴァルトの共時空間』は，『夜と霧』が完成してから９か月後の10月から書き始められその月の内に脱稿され，1948年に完成している。この三つの作品は成立時期からみても思想家フランクルの出発点とも言える「三部作」とみなすべきであろう。本稿では，この思想劇でフランクルが読者に語りたかった宗教的・哲学的思想を解明することを試みる。

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the source of the Japanese concept of Yogo, meaning protection, nursing or protective care, and its pedagogic positioning in Immanuel Kant's "Lecture-notes on Pedagogy". Previous research on Yogo covered European and U.S. pedagogy since Herbart's pedagogical method was introduced to Japan. This paper examined the concept of Yogo shown in Immanuel Kant's "Lecture-notes on Pedagogy"\ before "Herbart's pedagogy". As a result, I found "uncertainty" of words in the original and its translations. However, from the modern viewpoint of Yogo one can assume that multiple synonyms used can be regarded as Yogo. In addition, from "Kant's Pedagogy", it is found that Yogo is human action as education. This study also found that Yogo is connected to discipline, and represents actions that lead to formation of a human being, which is the final goal of education. From the above, I derive the conclusion that Yogo is included in education in "Kant's Pedagogy".

何故に労働の投下が，物件と身体を同質化するのか，またそのことと，身体の法的性質はどのような関係にあるのだろうか。本稿はこの問題の端緒としてロックとカントの所有論と対照する。両者は共に，契約による所有の根拠づけを拒否する点では共通するが，カントはロックの労働所有説を批判し，所有制度の淵源を，領土高権を背景とする土地所有制度に求める。これは所有権のもつ公共性を重視した現実的な思考ではあるものの，この思考は身体と所有との密接な関わりを完全に排除しており，身体と所有にかかわる限界事例に対して無力なものとなっている。そのような観点から，熊野純彦の議論を参照しつつ，所有と身体ないし生命との密接な関連を明らかにし，身体をめぐる法的問題の指針とすることを目的とする。

本翻訳は、ドイツの思想家フリードリッヒ・ゲンツ(1764-1832年)が、カントによってベルリンの雑誌『ベルリン月報(Berlinische Monatsschrift)』の1793年9 月号に発表された論文「それは理論においては正しいかもしれないが、実践については役立たないという決まり文句について(Über den Gemeinspruch: Das mag in der Theorie richtigsein, taugt aber nicht für die Praxis)」を受けて、同じ『ベルリン月報』の1793年12月号に発表した「カント教授の理論と実践の関係についての考察に対する補足(Nachtrag zu dem Räsonnement des Herrn Professor Kant über das Verhaltnis zwischen Theorie und Praxis)」の日本語訳である。この論文においてゲンツはカントの議論に対してその意義を認めつつも、それのみでは多様な政治的現実に対する応用には不十分である点を指摘し、人間性の持つ多様な側面や実際の政治的経験に裏打ちされた議論の重要性を主張している。

本稿の目的はミシェル・フーコーの哲学におけるイマヌエル・カントの批判（概念）の役割を明らかにすることである。従来のフーコー研究ではフーコーとカントの関係はモダンとポスト・モダンの論争の枠組みのなかで論じられてきた。それゆえ、フーコー哲学とカント哲学は対立するものとして捉えられてきた。しかし、2008年に生前未公刊だった『カントの人間学』が出版され、フーコーのカント解釈が明らかになり、フーコーとカントの関係を見直さなければならなくなった。なぜならば、フーコーは『カントの人間学』のなかで、自らがこれから歩む哲学的企図をカント哲学と関係づけながら論じているからである。そこで、本稿はまず『カントの人間学』におけるフーコーのカント解釈を論じる。次に、『臨床医学の誕生』においてフーコーがニーチェの試みを『純粋理性批判』と対比して論じていることに着目し、フーコー哲学におけるニーチェとカントの関係を考察する。最後に、「啓蒙とは何か」のなかでフーコーが自らの探求を批判（概念）と論じていることに依拠しながらフーコーとカント哲学との関係を論じる。

本稿の目的は、「教育的判断力」の理論化に向けた予備的考察を行うことにある。カントの判断力理論をふまえつつ「教育的判断力」論を展開しているものとして、マリアン・ハイトガーの「判断力への問いに関する若干の考察」を取り上げ、分析を行う。ハイトガーは、「教育的判断力について問うことは、教育学における問題のすべてについて考慮することである」と述べている。彼にとって「教育的判断力」とは、「教師に対する要求であり続け」、「教育学的に重要なものとして教育的なものを認識する能力や態勢において現れるもの」を意味している。考察は次の順序で進められる。第Ⅰ章：「教育的判断力」論が主として依拠しているカントの教育論、理論＝実践論、判断力論について、テーマに関するかぎりで整理する。第Ⅱ章：ハイトガーによる「教育的判断力」論の構想と立論を分析する。そこでとくに着目するのは、教育についての普遍的な概念と超越論哲学的意味における拘束性の概念、そしてそれらと教育的判断力との関係である。おわりに：最後にハイトガーの「教育的判断力」論の要点を整理するとともにいくつかの問題点を提示し、今後の課題を提示する。

あることを心から「よい」と思い、それを実現するのに適切で実行可能な手段もわかっているのに、その手段を実行しないということはあるだろうか。「よい」と思っていたものが、そう思えなくなったとか、もっと魅力的な「よい」ものが見つかったとか、手段の適切さを見誤っていたとかの逸脱があれば、それもあるかもしれない。しかしそのような逸脱がなければ、手段を実行しようと「意図」するのが「合理的（理性的）」だとする考え方（A）がある。この考えには、たとえそのような逸脱がなくても、手段を実行する気にならないことがある、とする考え方（B）が対立している。また仮に実現される目的を欲していなくても、行為そのものが「正しい」ということだけで、やろうとすることはありうるとする考え方（C）もある。本稿では（A）と（C）の考えがどうして可能だと言えるのか、その理屈を考えてみたい。
