A multi-commodity network flow model for gate allocation was developed, and a mathematical model was established with the objective of minimizing the total aircraft ground operation time. Divided the airport field into zones and established a two-level zonegate allocation strategy to reduce the size of the problem. Set the out-of-gate waiting time to omit the regional capacity related constraint. Based on the traditional particle swarm algorithm, a discrete particle swarm algorithm was designed to solve the model. 240 flights and 109 gates at Urumqi Airport on a certain day were selected for experiment. The experimental results demonstrate that multicommodity network flow model can reduce the computing time by 10.1% and achieve the same accuracy as the classic model in existing studies. The TAAM(total airspace and airport modeller) simulation results show that the gate assignment results of the multi-commodity network flow model can reduce the ground allocation operation time of aircrafts by 7.49% and delay time by 8.87% compared with the current slot assignment plan. The results of the example further show that the key to improving the efficiency of airport ground operation is to balance the arrival and departure taxiing distance of aircrafts, while avoiding a dense distribution of gates. Information exposure is one of the most important daily behaviors for contemporary people. This study examines the influence of information contact strength, channel and mode on the effect of information contact（Guilin destination image evaluation）. The research finds that: （1）the intensity of passive information exposure through network channels positively affects destination image evaluation with intergenerational differences.（2）The intensity of passive information exposure through traditional channels negatively affects destination image evaluation with intergenerational differences.（3） The intensity of active information exposure through both network channels and traditional channels has a positive influence on the evaluation of destination image, with no intergenerational difference.（4）The intensity of on-the-spot experience has a negative influence on the evaluation of destination image, and there is a generational difference. Based on the positive evaluation of the impact of active information exposure methods found in the study, suggestions for innovative destination marketing such as conducting destination-related knowledge quiz tournaments, creating destination fun topics, and conducting destination information puzzle solving are proposed, which could promote proactive destination information exposure to potential visitors. Activin receptor-like kinase 1 (ALK 1) is a type I receptor of the transforming growth factor β (Transforming growth factor β, TGF-β) superfamily. ALK 1 is expressed in many species, and specifically and highly expressed in endothelial cells and tissues with vigorous angiogenesis, and plays an important role in the formation and homeostasis of the blood vessel network. The abnormal expression of ALK 1 gene can cause a variety of diseases including hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). This article aims to explain the ALK 1 signaling pathway, the structure of ALK 1 protein, the function of ALK 1, the diseases caused by ALK 1 abnormalities, and the anti-angiogenic therapy based on ALK 1. 目的 探讨植入起搏感知电极处理埋藏式心律转复除颤器(ICD)除颤电极导线故障的效果.方法 选择3例行ICD植入后发生除颤电极导线故障患者,采用腋静脉穿刺方法额外植入一根新的起搏感知电极进行故障处理(原除颤电极的除颤线圈继续使用).随访36～75个月、平均5年,观察植入起搏感知电极后对心律失常事件识别及治疗的准确性,以及电极导线参数的稳定性.结果 随访期间共正确识别室颤事件20次,均成功进行电击治疗,无误识别及误电击事件再发;除颤电极导线的长期感知、阈值、阻抗及高压阻抗数值均在正常范围内.结论 重置起搏感知电极处理除颤电极导线故障的长期效果较好. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
