本研究の目的は，心理実習における実習生の多職種連携に関する学びの変容過程を明らかにすることであった。通年授業（全30回）の1回目，15回目，30回目の計3回のレポートの特徴語の分析により，連携する人（機関），情報（共有），職種の理解の3点について，学びの変容が見出された。それに伴って，公認心理師の専門性についての言及も増加していた。実習生は他の職種について理解を深めたことで，公認心理師という自職種について，その役割や存在意義について考えるきっかけとなっていたことが示唆された。今後は，「他者を知ることで，自分を知る」機会となる教育プログラムを構築していきたい。The purpose of this study was to clarify the transformation process of trainees’ learning about interprofessional in Practical Training in Psychology. By analyzing the characteristic words in the reports of the first, 15th, and 30th sessions of the fullyear class （30 sessions in total）, transformation process of learning was found in terms of three points: people （institutions）to collaborate with, information（ sharing）, and understanding of professions. Furthermore, there was an increase in references to the professionalism of the Certified Public Psychologist. The results suggest that the trainees deepened their understanding of other professions, which has led them to think about the role and significance of their own profession as the Certified Public Psychologist. It is necessary to construct educational programs that provide opportunities to “Know oneself by Knowing others”.

これまでの先行研究において、高齢者総合的機能評価に基づいてがん治療を行うことで重篤な副作用の発現が減少したという報告等があり、これらの研究成果等を踏まえてA病院で開始された高齢者総合的機能評価に関する実践内容を整理し、公認心理師の役割および今後の多職種連携等の望ましいあり方について考察する。

本科では３年次開講の「心理インターンシップ」とは棲み分けて「心理実習」を4年次に開講することになった。2021年度は事前指導と事後指導の45時間と代替実習を含む見学実習を40時間以上実施することができた。今後は大学院の「心理実践実習」の連携教育を強化し，科学と実践を意識した教育を行っていきたい。In this department, we decided to separate the “Psychology Internship” offered in the third year from the “Practical Training in Psychology” subject offered in the fourth year. We were able to provide more than 45 hours of pre-and post- guidance and more than 40 hours of observation practice, including alternative practice in 2021. We would like to strengthen the educational program in cooperation with the graduate school’s “Advanced Practical Training in Psychology” subject, and provide education with an awareness of science and practice.

医療では傷病などにより心身の状態を著しく崩した者に治療やケアを行うことが多く、危機的状況に陥った者といかに適切に関わり、その者の回復や安寧に繋げていくかが重要な課題となる。Fink,S.L.（1967）の提唱した危機モデルは危機克服のためのプロセスを①衝撃、②防御的退行、③承認、④適応の4つの段階で示した理論であり、かねてよりその有用性などが本邦においても注目されていた。本研究ではここ5年間に本邦で発表された当危機モデルに関する最新の研究を検索し文献考察を行って、当危機モデルの適用性についてなど検討した。その結果、事例研究を中心に看護系の分野で多くの論文が発表されていることが確認され、癌や難病など厳しい病状にある患者やその家族に対し当危機モデルが活用され、適切な介入や有効な支援の実践などに寄与していることが明らかになった。また当危機モデルの用い方は様々であるが、中でも当危機モデルを多職種連携やチーム医療の観点で見ると公認心理師に期待される役割も想定され、プロセスの段階を同定する心理的アセスメントやプロセスの進展を支援する面接の施行などが大切になると考えられた。また公認心理師が当危機モデルの検証や発展のための研究に従事することも意義深いと思われた。

国民の心の健康の保持増進に寄与することが求められる公認心理師には，個人アプローチのみならずグループ・アプローチ，家族アプローチ，コミュニティ・アプローチ等も用いることが必要であろう。しかるに，現在の公認心理師養成では，個人臨床家としての訓練はかなり行われているが，三者以上関係のグループ経験の訓練はあまり行われていない。しかし，公認心理師がどのような立場（個人臨床家，グループ臨床家，家族臨床家，コミュニティ臨床家）で働くとしても，その〈基盤〉として，ある程度のグループ経験が必要である。そこで，何らかのグループ経験を踏まえて，個人臨床家として活躍するとともに、様々な形で，三者以上関係を媒介として活躍している４人の方にその必要性について語ってもらった。

In this study, we categorize the reasons for job satisfaction among psychological support professionals. We asked 81 clinical psychologists and clinical developmental psychologists about their job satisfaction using a 6-point scale ranging from “very satisfied” to “not satisfied at all,” and asked them to freely explain their reasons. Of the 81 participants, 67 （82.7％） were satisfied with their job and 14 （17.3％） were not satisfied. The reasons for job satisfaction are divided into three categories: “chance to exercise one’s abilities and growth,” “employment environment,” and “human relations.” “Chance to exercise one’s abilities and growth” has four subcategories: “rewarding/achievement,” “self-growth through work,” “sense of achievement at the desired job,” and “utilization of specialized skills.” The second category, “employment environment” has four subcategories: “work-life balance,” “flexible working style,” “salary/welfare,” and “employment status.” The third category, “human relations” has three subcategories: “existence of colleague psychological support professionals,” “good relationships” and “cooperation with other professionals.” The contents of each of these categories reveal much about the characteristics of clinical psychological support professionals.

埼玉県内で急性期医療を担うＺ病院の退院調整状況を踏まえて、在宅・介護連携の課題整理を行う。その結果、地域包括ケアシステムの構築にあたり、各自治体で現在取り組まれている地域ケア会議の充実やACP（アドバンス・ケア・プランニング）の普及啓発の推進が重要であり、また病院内でのACP促進に公認心理師の活躍も期待される。さらに、これらの取組みを地域の特性に合わせて推進していくことが地域共生社会の実現に向けた礎になると思われる。

本研究は，海外の福祉施設体験学習による，教育効果を検証することを目的とした。対人援助職の基盤となる態度やコミュニケーションスキル，社会的視点の醸成に寄与する効果があるのかについて検討を行った。体験学習に参加した12名を対象として，インタビュー調査を行い，SCATによる質的分析を行った。結果，海外で違う文化や国民性を感じるうちに認知的枠組みの見直しが起こり，省察が促進されて，受容的態度やコミュニケーションスキルの向上，社会的視点の獲得につながっていた。さらに，学習や活動へのモチベーションが向上し，精神状態の安定につながるといった，学習のレディネスが高まるという効果が示された。, In this study, we aimed at validating the educational effects by practicing at social welfare facilities abroad. We examined if the practice has effects for attitude, communication skills and fostering social perspective that become the basics of Human service professional. We interviewed the 12 students who participated in the practice in Thailand and tried the qualitative analyses by SCAT. As a result, we learned that they have revised their Cognitive frame while they were learning different culture and national identity, their reflection was developed and it led to the improvement of receptive attitude, better communication skills and the Social perspective. 本研究では，「うまくいっていない面接」のカウンセリング場面を収録した映像教材を作成し，初学者のカウンセリング学習に対する効果を検討することを目的とした．研究参加者に対して，ビデオ視聴の前後において，自由記述形式での質問項目への回答を求め分析を行った．その結果，視聴前群と視聴後群では，記述文字数において差がみられ，記述内容の形式およびテキストマイニングの結果においても，視聴前群では，「カウンセラーが○○を行う」といった形式や，「癒す」「助ける」といった単語が多く見られたのに対して，視聴後群においては，「カウンセラーとクライエントが○○を行う」といった形式や，「態度」「合わせる」といった単語が多くみられた．このような結果は，学習者のクライエント役への同一化から生じた可能性があることから，今後のカウンセラー教育でも映像教材による学習やクライエント体験の重視といった点が重要であることが示唆された．

Licensed psychologists were born in early 2019. Because this license is officially given by the government, the power of the license is getting stronger. Licensed psychologists are expected to work in broader working places such as hospitals, schools, companies, etc. From this recent trend, a host of universities and graduate schools have built up their training courses for licensed psychologists. Basically, those who would like to take the national examination for the license need to take training in both universities and graduate schools. Or, they can take the exam by working in determined facilities for two years after completing the course in universities without entering into graduate schools. In this paper, it was discussed how the courses in universities and graduate schools should be in terms of lectures, practical training, and preparation for the exam and job hunting. Even at present, the number of universities and graduate schools to train for licensed psychologists are many. So, unless each university or graduate school plans effective and fascinating training courses for students, they will be naturally selected to disappear. Considering this possibility, the current paper suggested various outstanding characteristics that each training course can include. They are simultaneous underscoring of basic and applied psychology, based on the scientist-practitioner model, cultivation of abilities for efficient human relationships, and building systems for preparing for the exam and job hunting. Certified clinical psychologists have thus far been almost occupying works in medical, educational, and welfare domains. However, from now on, licensed psychologists are predicted to play active parts instead of certified clinical psychologists and other psychologists in all the domains. Finally, it was underscored that psychology is not limited to clinical psychology. Many other domains of psychology are also crucial. In the education of psychology, universities and graduate schools need to be careful of balancing educations in various types of psychology.

本稿は，2019年6月6日に，日本心理臨床学会第38回大会の自主プログラムとして実施された「公認心理師時代におけるグループ・ファシリテーターの養成を考える」の内容をまとめたものである。まずグループ研究会主催の「コ・ファシリテーター方式」（ベテランファシリテーターと研修ファシリテーターが組んでグループを担当する）によるファシリテーター養成の企画に参加した３名のファシリテーター被養成体験者が，どの様なモチベーションで臨んだか，養成はどの様に体験されたか等についてそれぞれ述べている。次にグループ研究会の中堅，ベテランのスタッフがコメントを行っている。各発言からは，今回のファシリテーター養成が非常に有意義であったことが語られている。

児童虐待は著しく増加し深刻な状況にあり，公認心理師を含む多職種のチームアプローチが期待されている。本稿では，それらの連携の基礎となる児童虐待の現状と，リスク要因について概説することを目的とした。平成30年度の全国の児童虐待対応件数は，159,850件であり過去最高であった。また平成29年度の虐待による死亡事例は50例(52人)であり深刻な状況にあった。これまでの調査の結果から，児童虐待の子どものリスク要因は，「激しい泣き」などの育てにくさや，「不登校」や「家出や夜間徘徊」といった非行に関した問題行動がみられた。また養育者のリスク要因としては，養育能力の低さや，社会的な不適応を招く「攻撃性」「衝動性」といった性格的特徴があげられた。このようなことから，公認心理師の相談・援助にあたっては，その症状や問題行動の背景に児童虐待のリスク要因を考慮し，注意を払わなければならないことが示された。, 短報

本稿は，2018年9月1日に，日本心理臨床学会第37回大会の自主プログラムとして実施した「公認心理師に期待されるグループ・アプローチの実践と課題」の内容をまとめたものである。話題提供として，５つの領域（①保健医療／コミュニティ，②福祉／コミュニティ，③教育，④司法・犯罪，⑤産業）でのグループ・アプローチの実践が紹介された。どの領域においても，グループ・アプローチに対する高いニーズと，今後の展開が示された。また，グループ・アプローチの学びは，率直なコミュニケーションの試みの機会となること，そしてメンバーに対する信頼感を育み，集団に対する不安や抵抗感を減ずる体験となること等が経験として語られた。こうした学びは，組織において働く上で非常に重要であるとともに，公認心理師に求められる多職種連携の実現に関わることが指摘された。公認心理師は国民の心の健康の保持増進ということがミッションであることから，グ ループ・アプローチの実施が期待される。公認心理師は，現場のニーズに応えてグループ・アプローチを実践するだけでなく，それぞれの活動に公認心理師が入る意義について，公認心理師一人ひとりが自覚的になり，周囲に承認されるよう努める必要性が課題として示された。

公認心理師法が２０１７年に施行され，翌年には第１回目の試験が実施された。公認心理師の仕事は，医療保健から産業労働まで広範囲にわたる。その中で本論文は，公認心理師のスクールカウンセラー（SC）としての学校での仕事に焦点を当てる。現時点では，SCは主に臨床心理士によって担当されているが，公認心理師も，法が学校での仕事を規定している以上SCとして学校教育に参入することが期待される。SCとしての公認心理師は，子どもの健康や適応のための治療的な仕事のみならず，予防的な仕事も求められる。本論文では最初に，予防教育が学校教員（主として担任教員）とともにどのように遂行されるのかが詳述される。本論文で対象にする予防教育は，ユニバーサルならびに選択的予防の特徴を持ち，クラス全体の成員を対象にして実施される。そしてその教育は，科学的根拠をもち，子どもたちの参加意欲を高めるのに十分な魅力があるものとなる。この場合，SCはクラスの中の子どもたちの様子を観察し，プログラム実施者に予防教育実施への助言とトレーニングを提供する必要がある。次にSCは，通常のクラスには発達障害やパーソナリティ上の歪みをもった支援を必要とする子どもたちが在籍していることを考慮する必要がある。また，クラスの中には学級崩壊を起こしている状態にあるものもあり，それが予防教育の実施を妨げていることもしばしば確認される。SCは，そのような学級崩壊をもたらす中核的な子どもに対処し，アセスメント，カウンセリング，コンサルテーション等を通して対応する力が求められる。現在，SCは週一回の学校勤務が主流であり，また学校での予防教育の実施を十分に行える状況ではない。学校におけるSCの仕事には限界が多数存在している現状を認識し，SCとしての公認心理師は学校での仕事と環境を改善して行く必要がある。, The law for certified psychologists was put into force in 2017, and thereafter the first examination was conducted in 2018. The work by certified psychologists includes those in various domains from medicine to industry. The current paper focused on their work at schools as school counselors (SCs). At present, SCs were taken in charge mostly by certified clinical psychologists, but certified psychologists will be also expected to be SCs so long as the law prescribes the work at schools for certified psychologists. For certified psychologists as SCs, not only remedial activities but prevention ones for children's health and adjustments are required as their main work at schools. In this paper, first, it is depicted how prevention education can be implemented in homeroom classes with school teachers (in most cases, homeroom teachers). Such prevention education is characterized by including universal and selective prevention, targeting the whole class members. Also, it should be evidence-based and attractive enough to keep children's motivation to participate in. In this case, SCs need to observe the class and to provide advices and trainings to program practitioners. Second, SCs need to consider that a few children who need special education dew to developmental disabilities and distortions in personalities are enrolled in ordinary classes. It is often observed that some classes are in disruptive conditions, which prevents from implementing prevention education. SCs need to treat the core children leading to such disruptive conditions, in which SCs' abilities to deal with their maladaptive status through assessment, counseling to the children, consultation with school personnel, and so on are required. At present, SCs usually work only one day per week, which suggests that they are not in conditions enough to conduct or teach prevention education at schools. Admitting that many limitations on SCs' work at schools exist, certified counselors as SCs need to continue to improve their work and environments at schools.

様々な紆余曲折を経て，わが国の心理職初の国家資格が誕生した。一般的には，国家資格が出来たことによって，心理職の雇用はより安定したものとなり，今後の社会の中での活躍がますます期待されると肯定的にとらえられているであろう。しかし実際は，大学や大学院における養成カリキュラムの問題，試験制度の問題，経過措置の問題など，様々な課題を抱えたままのスタートであり，今後数年間は混乱が続くと予想される。本稿では，これまでの民間資格である臨床心理士と初の国家資格である公認心理師は何が違うのか，そしてどのような共通課題があるのかをまとめ，今後の心理専門職の取り組むべき課題について論じたい。, Article, 【特集／Special contribution】社会から求められる公認心理師像
