Hemiplegia, aphasia and cognitive impairment are common consequences of stroke and have direct implications for post-stroke functioning and quality of life. Therefore, it is imperative to reduce the disability rate following stroke by early rehabilitation intervention. This paper reviewed studies on stroke rehabilitation nursing in perspectives of rehabilitation opportunity, psychological care, body position management, motor function rehabilitation exercise, dysphagia nursing and activity of daily living, and provided reference for improving prognosis and quality of life after stroke. Objective To analyze the effect of standard transfer training program combined with motor imagery therapy on the transfer quality and activities of daily living of wheelchair-dependent patients with spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods A total of 35 patients with incomplete SCI were randomly divided into intervention group (17 cases) and control group (18 cases). Both groups were given routine rehabilitation training, while the intervention group was additionally motor imagery therapy and transfer training. Patients in the two groups were tested by Metastasis Assessment Scale (TAI) and SCI Independence Assessment Scale before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the total score of TAI in the intervention group was (7.52±1.15) points, part 1 was (7.84±1.25) points, part 2 was (6.62±1.43) points. And SCI independence assessment Scale score [ (36.35±7.37) points] were significantly higher than those in the control group [ (5.75±1.72), (6.51±2.09), (5.37±2.13), (29.51±8.43) points, respectively], and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The standard transfer training program combined with motor imagery therapy is an effective tool to improve the transfer quality and Activities of daily living in wheelchair-dependent SCI patients. Objective To investigate the mediating effect of daily living ability on the relationship between sleep duration and depression symptoms in the elderly, to provide policy references for the prevention and alleviation of depression symptoms in this population. Methods The study utilized data from 8 240 individuals aged 60 and above from the 2020 CHARLS database. Correlation and regression analyses were conducted to explore the relationships among sleep duration, daily living ability, and depression symptoms in the elderly, with the Bootstrap method employed to test the mediating effects of key variables on daily living ability. Results The positive rate of depression symptoms among the elderly was found to be 40.93%. Sleep duration was positively correlated with daily living ability (r=0.106, P<0.01) and negatively correlated with depression symptoms (r=-0.265, P<0.01). Additionally, daily living ability was negatively correlated with depression symptoms (r=-0.314, P<0.01). The results of the mediating effect analysis indicated that daily living ability significantly mediated the relationship between sleep duration and depression symptoms (effect value = -0.009, Boot 95%CI: -0.014 to -0.004). Conclusion Both sleep duration and daily living ability are influencing factors of depression symptoms in the elderly, with daily living ability playing a partial mediating role between sleep duration and depression symptoms. Relevant health departments and communities should implement targeted intervention measures to mitigate the impact of depression symptoms on the mental health of the elderly population. Objective: To observe the effects of key muscle movement points acupuncture on neuroelectrophysiological indexes, lower limb motor function and daily living ability in patients with spinal cord injury(SCI). Methods: 98 SCI patients who were admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to June 2023 were divided into control group(conventional rehabilitation training and traditional acupuncture treatment, n=49) and study group (conventional rehabilitation training and key muscle movement point acupuncture treatment, n=49) according to the random number table method. The nerve electrophysiological indexes [root mean square (RMS) and median frequency (MF) of rectus femoris and anterior tibial muscle], lower limb motor function [lower limb motor score (LEMS), modified Ashworth scale(MAS)] and activity of daily living[activity of daily living score(MBI)] were compared between two groups. Results: Compared with control group 2 courses after treatment, the MAS score in study group was lower, and the rectus femoris RMS, rectus femoris MF, tibialis anterior RMS, tibialis anterior MF, LEMS score and MBI score were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: Key muscle movement points acupuncture for SCI patients, which can improve neuroelectrophysiological indexes, promote the recovery of lower limb motor function, improve the daily living ability of patients. This article summarizes the nursing practice of balanced cupping method based on the theory of Du Meridian-regulating in relieving clinical symptoms of a patient after stroke. On the basis of routine nursing care, the balanced cupping method based on the theory of Du Meridian-regulating was used to select cupping methods such as foot sun bladder meridian flash cupping, Du meridian moving cupping, and specific acupoint retention cupping. Combined with changes in cupping time, speed, negative pressure inside the cupping, and manual coordination, different degrees of stimulation are caused, thereby achieving the effect of tonifying deficiency, reducing excess and regulating the Du meridian, improving post-stroke symptoms and improving patient's quality of life. Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine package therapy on limb function and daily living ability in patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 112 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected, and they were randomly divided into the conventional group (conventional western medicine treatment) and the combined group (conventional western medicine treatment + traditional Chinese massage + package) by the random number table method. The clinical efficacy, muscle tension (improved Ashworth grade standard), motor function (Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale), balance ability (Berg balance scale), daily living ability (Barthel index) changes of the two groups were compared. Results The efficacy of the combined group (91.07%) was higher than that of the conventional group (73.21%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).After treatment, the modified Ashworth-grade of patients in the combined group was better than the conventional group, and the Fugl-Meyer motor function, Berg balance rating scale scores and Barthel index scores after treatment were higher than those in the conventional group points, the differences were statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine package therapy in patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke can significantly improve the curative effect, restore limb motor function and balance ability, relieve muscle tension, and improve daily living ability. 目的寻找与创伤性颅脑损伤（TBI）预后相关的急性期特征。方法回顾性分析354名TBI患者的人口学、急性期和慢性期特征，使用传统的基于关联分析和预测模型的策略以及一种基于特征解构的创新的研究策略，识别与预后指标-慢性期日常生活能力（ADL）受损相关的急性期特征。特征解构策略通过使用LASSO构建基于其他非ADL的慢性期指标预测ADL的模型，找到解释TBI人群ADL的关键慢性期特征维度，再分析与这些特征维度显著相关的人口学、急性期变量。结果特征解构策略将ADL在TBI人群中解构为“受伤后脑萎缩”“自知力受损程度”“四肢乏力”等慢性期特征维度，同时首次揭示了急性期特征与具体慢性期损伤特征的联系，如TBI患者昏迷时间长和GCS评分低时，慢性期“近记忆受损”的风险最大［scaled coma time OR95%CI = 94.288 （35.095， 273.231）； scaled GCS OR95%CI = 0.068 （0.030， 0.147）］；TBI患者有脑积水时，慢性期“自知力受损”和“定向力障碍”的风险最大［insight impairment OR95%CI = 6.760 （3.653，12.855）； disorientation OR95%CI = 6.538 （3.530， 12.490）］。所有策略均表明ADL受损最大的急性期风险因素为昏迷时间长、GCS评分低和有脑积水。结论本研究提出了一种新的建立TBI急性期特征和预后间关联的研究策略，识别了与预后指标ADL相关的人口学和急性期特征。

Objective To analyze the longitudinal mediating effect of autonomic nervous dysfunction between rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD) and activities of daily living (ADL) in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) and its changing trend with time. Methods The data of 410 patients with PD were included in Parkinson's Progressive Marker Program (PPMI) database. RBD, autonomic nervous dysfunction, and ADL were assessed by rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder screening questionnaire (RBDSQ), the scales for outcomes in Parkinson's disease-autonomic (SCOPA-AUT), and unified Parkinson's disease rating scale II (UPDRS II). The latent variable growth curve mediation model was constructed with RBD as independent variable, autonomic nervous dysfunction as mediating variable and ADL as dependent variable. The parameters were estimated by holographic maximum likelihood estimation, the mediating effect was tested by nonparametric percentile Bootstrap method for deviation correction, and the fitting degree of the model was evaluated by Chi-Square, the Tucker Lewis Index (TLI), and Comparative Fit Index (CFI). Results Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation among RBD, autonomic nervous dysfunction, and ADL at six follow-up visits (P<0.01). The results of latent variable growth curve mediation model showed that the total effect of the intercept of rapid eye movement sleep disorder → the intercept of ADL was significant (β=0.427, 95%CI: 0.310-0.534), the indirect effect of the intercept of rapid eye movement sleep disorder → the intercept of autonomic nervous dysfunction → the intercept of ADL was significant (β=0.231, 95%CI: 0.158-0.324), and the direct effect of the intercept of rapid eye movement sleep disorder → the intercept of ADL score was significant (β=0.196, 95%CI: 0.045-0.331). The indirect effect of slope of rapid eye movement sleep disorder → slope of autonomic dysfunction → slope of ADL was significant (β=0.272, 95%CI: 0.112-0.509), while the total effect of slope of rapid eye movement sleep disorder → slope of ADL was not significant (β=0.030, 95%CI: -0.189 to 0.270). The direct effect of slope of REM sleep disorder → the slope of ADL was not significant (β=-0.242, 95%CI: -0.515 to 0.016). Conclusion There is a significant longitudinal mediating effect of autonomic nervous dysfunction between RBD and ADL in patients with PD. The symptoms of RBD affect the activities of daily living through the aggravation of autonomic nervous dysfunction symptoms. Therefore, in the early stage of PD, effective prevention and intervention measures can be taken to improve the level of daily living of patients with PD. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 研究运动想象-动觉治疗对缺血性卒中患者偏瘫侧手功能的康复效果，探索对缺血性卒中患者有效的手功能训练方法。 方法 前瞻性入组2021年1月-2022年1月在首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院康复科住院及门诊诊疗的发病1个月内的缺血性卒中患者，将患者随机分为研究组（运动想象-动觉治疗组）和对照组（常规康复组）。研究组每日分别进行1次运动想象-动觉治疗和1次常规康复，治疗时间均为30 min，每周5 d，持续4周。对照组每日进行2次常规康复，每次治疗时间为30 min，每周5 d，持续4周。在治疗前对患者采用MoCA评定认知功能，采用混乱运动想象评估（chaotic motor imagery assessment battery，CMIA）和运动觉及视觉想象问卷（kinesthetic and visual imagery questionnaire，KVIQ）评定患者的运动想象能力，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depression scale，HAMD）评定患者是否存在抑郁。在治疗前、治疗4周后对患者进行Fugl-Meyer运动量表上肢部分（Fugl-Meyer assessment-upper extremity，FMA-UE）、Wolf上肢运动量表（Wolf motor function test，WMFT）、手臂动作调查测试（action research arm test，ARAT）进行手运动功能评定，采用日常生活能力（activity of daily living，ADL）量表评定日常生活能力，比较患者治疗前后上述指标的差异。 结果 研究共入组67例患者，对照组33例，脱落1例，研究组34例，脱落3例。两组基线数据差异无统计学意义。在治疗4周后，研究组的FMA-UE量表[50（40～58）分 vs. 37（24～56）分，P=0.017]、WMFT量表评分等级[53（41～64）分 vs. 42（32～57）分，P=0.013]、ARAT量表[45（35～50）分 vs. 35（16～48）分，P=0.005]、ADL量表[80（70～85）分 vs. 65（60～85）分，P=0.008]均高于对照组，但WMFT上肢运动量表中的作业时间差异无统计学意义。 结论 运动想象-动觉疗法与常规康复相比，可明显改善缺血性卒中患者偏瘫侧的手功能及日常生活能力。 Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy of kinesthetic motor imagery therapy in the recovery of hand function in stroke patients with upper-limb hemiparesis. Methods This study prospectively enrolled the patients with ischemic stroke within one month of onset who were treated in Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and Outpatient Department of Rehabilitation of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022. The patients were randomly divided into observation group (Kinesthetic motor imagery group) and control group (routine rehabilitation group). The observation group received kinesthetic motor imagery therapy based on routine rehabilitation once a day, 30 minutes each time, 5 days a week and for 4 weeks. The control group received routine rehabilitation twice a day, 30 minutes each time, 5 days a week and for 4 weeks. Before treatment, MoCA scale was used to assess cognitive function, chaotic motor imagery assessment battery (CMIA) and kinesthetic and visual imagery questionnaire (KVIQ) were used to assess motor imagery ability, and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) was used to assess depression state. Before treatment and at one month of treatment, Fugl-Meyer assessment-upper extremity (WMFT), Wolf motor function test (FAM-UE) and action research arm test (ARAT) were used to assess hand function, activity of daily living (ADL) scale was used to assess daily living ability. The differences of the above indexes between the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results A total of 67 patients were enrolled in the final analysis, with 33 patients in control group and 34 patients in observation group. There were no statistical differences in the baseline data between the two groups. At one month of treatment, the scores of FMA-UE [50 (40-58) vs. 37 (24-56), P=0.017], WMFT [53 (41-64) vs. 42 (32-57), P=0.013], ARAT [45 (35-50) vs. 35(16-48), P=0.005], ADL [80 (70-85) vs. 65 (60-85), P=0.008] were higher in observation group than those in control group. However, there was no statistical difference in WMFT operation time between the two groups. Conclusions Compared with conventional rehabilitation, kinesthetic motor imagery therapy can significantly improve the recovery of hemiplegic hand function and daily living activities ability of stroke patients.

This article summarized the moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) enema and related nursing measures for a patient with acute intestinal obstruction. The nursing goals were clarified based on the nursing assessment on illness condition and clinical symptoms of the patient. Guided by theory of syndrome differentiation, the moxibustion combined with TCM enema was carried out, in combination with routine care, to relieve the clinical symptoms of intestinal obstruction and pain of patient. Objective To explore the application value of nutrition intervention combined with resistance exercise in senile sarcopenia, and to provide evidence for clinical intervention programs. Methods From August 2020 to May 2022，purposive sampling was used to select 50 patients with sarcopenia admitted to the Geriatrics Department of the Second People's Hospital of Kunming as the research subject. According to the order of the medical record number, they were divided into observation group and control groupwith 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine diet, rehabilitation exercise and nursing, and the observation group received nutritional intervention combined with resistance exercise as well as the treatment of control group. Patients in both groups were treated for 2 months, and serum albumin (ALB)，hemoglobin (Hb) and vitamin D(VD) levels were measured before and after intervention. Patient Generated-Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA） was used to evaluate the nutritional levels of patients before and after intervention. The modified Barthel index was used to evaluate daily living ability before and after intervention. Results Hb, ALB and VD in observation group were higher than those in control group, PG-SGA score was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The daily living ability of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05). Conclusion Nutritional intervention combined with antiresistance exercise can quickly restore the nutritional level of senile patients with sarcopenia and improve their daily living ability. Background The improvement of social function in patients with schizophrenia is an important part of their rehabilitation, and peer support services, as a rehabilitation method, may be of great significance to improve the social function of patients with schizophrenia. Objective To explore the influence of peer support service on the daily living ability and social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia, and to provide references for promoting the rehabilitation of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were hospitalized in The Third People's Hospital of Tianshui from January 1 to December 31，2020 and met the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases，10th edition(ICD-10) were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the control group and the study group with 50 cases each by random number table method. Patients in both groups received routine treatment and nursing care, on this basis, the study group received peer support service once or twice a week for 12 weeks, and the control group received the same peer support service at the end of the study. Before and at the 1st, 2nd，4th, 8th and 12th week of the treatment, Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL) and Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS) were used to evaluate the activities of daily living and social function of the two groups. Results The ADL scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at the 8th week and 12th week of the treatment( t=-2. 420, -2. 814，P<0. 05 or 0. 01). The SDSS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at the 8th week an 12th week of the treatment(t=-2. 057, -2. 322，P<0. 05). Objective To explore the innovative application of the "Ten Teachers Management" service model in medical and elderly care institutions. Methods A total of 200 elderly patients in the nursing center of the hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects. 100 elderly patients aged from January to August 2021 were divided into the control group, which was managed by the combination of conventional medical and elderly care services; 100 elderly patients aged from September 2021 to April 2022 were divided into the observation group, and the "ten Teacher management" service mode management. The psychological status, satisfaction, daily life ability and loneliness of the two groups were observed. Results After 7 months of management, the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale, the Hamilton Depression Scale, and the simplified version of the UCLA Loneliness Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The living ability was better than that of the control group, and the satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). 目的 分析卒中后偏瘫患者的膈肌功能，并探讨其与卒中病程以及吞咽、呼吸、运动、平衡功能和日常生活能力的相关性。 方法 本研究为前瞻性研究，连续纳入首次卒中后单侧偏瘫的患者，记录患者的一般资料，洼田饮水试验、主观呼吸功能障碍程度量表、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表（Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale，FMA）、Berg平衡量表（Berg balance scale，BBS）、改良Barthel指数（modified Barthel index，mBI）。采用超声测定膈肌功能，包括平静呼吸时的膈肌活动度以及用力呼吸状态下的膈肌活动度和膈肌增厚率。比较整体和不同瘫痪侧患者偏瘫侧和健侧的膈肌功能，分别比较左侧偏瘫和右侧偏瘫患侧的膈肌功能和健侧的膈肌功能。分析瘫痪侧的膈肌功能与病程、洼田饮水试验、主呼吸功能障碍程度量表、FMA、BBS、mBI等指标的相关性 结果 研究共纳入45例卒中患者，其中左侧偏瘫27例（60.00%），右侧偏瘫18例（40.00%）。在整体患者中，用力呼吸状态下，偏瘫侧膈肌活动度（31.69±15.18 mm vs. 40.24±14.66 mm，P＜0.001）及膈肌增厚率（34.99%±23.70% vs. 48.13%±21.98%，P＜0.001）低于健侧。用力呼吸状态下，左侧偏瘫患者的偏瘫侧膈肌活动度（30.13±12.64 mm vs. 44.10±12.95 mm，P＜0.001）和膈肌增厚率（41.20%±23.42% vs. 54.63%±21.08%，P =0.004）较健侧低；右侧偏瘫患者的偏瘫侧膈肌增厚率（25.67%±21.47% vs. 38.37%±20.07%，P =0.005）较健侧低。用力呼吸状态下，右侧偏瘫患者的偏瘫侧膈肌增厚率低于左侧偏瘫患者（P =0.029）。右侧偏瘫患者的健侧膈肌活动度（P =0.028）及膈肌增厚率低于左侧偏瘫患者（P =0.012）。卒中患者平静呼吸状态下，偏瘫侧膈肌活动度与FMA（r =0.362，P =0.015）呈正相关；用力呼吸状态下，偏瘫侧膈肌活动度与洼田饮水试验（r =0.298，P =0.047）、主观呼吸功能障碍程度量表（r =0.437，P =0.003）、FMA（r =0.330，P =0.027）、BBS（r =0.370，P =0.012）、mBI（r =0.321，P =0.031）呈正相关，偏瘫侧膈肌增厚率与病程（r =-0.298，P =0.047）呈负相关。 结论 卒中后偏瘫侧膈肌功能较健侧下降，右侧偏瘫患者双侧膈肌功能较左侧偏瘫患者更差。卒中患者膈肌功能与病程呈负相关，与吞咽功能、呼吸功能、肢体运动功能、平衡能力及日常生活能力呈正相关。 Objective To analyze the changes of diaphragm function with the correlation of diaphragm function with stroke duration, swallowing function, respiratory function, extremity motor function, balance function and daily living ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods This prospective study enrolled the consecutive patients and unilateral hemiplegia after first stroke. The following data were recorded, including general demographic information, water swallow test (WST) score, subjective respiratory dysfunction scale, Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment (FMA) scale, Berg balance scale (BBS), modified Barthel index (mBI). Diaphragmatic function was measured by ultrasound, including diaphragmatic mobility and during quiet and deep breathing and diaphragm thickening fraction (DTF). The diaphragm function of the hemiplegia and healthy sides among the total patients and different unilateral hemiplegia patients, and between right and left hemiplegia patients were compared. The correlation of diaphragm function of the hemiplegia side with stroke duration, WST score, subjective respiratory dysfunction scale, FMA, BBS, and mBI were analyzed. This paper observed the effect of wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine in nursing of a patient with bone arthralgia. After a comprehensive nursing evaluation and diagnosis, the wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine was carried out under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, and nursing interventions such as basic care, dietary management, psychological care and functional exercise were enhanced during the hospitalization. The Numerical Rating Scale score on pain decreased and Barthel index score increased after treatment, indicating the efficacy of wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine in relieving pain and improving the quality of life in the patient with bone arthralgia. 目的 观察早期静脉溶栓联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效. 方法 急性 缺血性脑卒中患者90例, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各45例. 对照组在早期静脉溶栓治疗基础上, 给予依达拉奉注 射液治疗; 观察组在早期静脉溶栓治疗基础上, 给予依达拉奉右莰醇注射液治疗. 两组均治疗14 d. 分别于治疗前 及治疗后3, 7, 14d采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表 (NIHSS) 评分评价神经功能; 分别于治疗前及治疗后14 d检 测血清一氧化氮 (NO), 内皮素 1 (ET-1), 基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP) 2, MMP-9; 分别于治疗前及治疗后 90 d 采用改良 Rankin量表 (mRS) 评价预后, 采用Barthel指数评价日常生活能力. 随访90 d观察颅内出血, 症状性颅内出血, 90 d 内死亡, 药物不良反应等不良事件发生情况. 结果 观察组治疗后3, 7, 14 d NIHSS评分低于对照组 (P均<0. 05). 观察组血清 ET-1, MMP-2, MMP-9 水平及 mRS 评分低于对照组, 血清 NO 水平和 Barthel 指数高于对照组 (P 均 <0. 05). 观察组治疗期间发生胃肠道不良反应2例, 对照组发生胃肠道不良反应2例, 皮疹1例, 随访90 d两组均未 出现颅内出血, 症状性颅内出血, 死亡, 两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义. 结论 早期静脉溶栓联合依达拉 奉右莰醇注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中可保护患者神经功能, 改善血管内皮功能, 减轻脑组织炎症损伤, 有利于患 者日常生活能力的早期恢复, 改善短期预后, 效果优于常规依达拉奉注射液, 且治疗安全性较好. This paper reviewed the effect observation and nursing measures of Tongbi exercise in relief of rheumatoid arthritis pain in a patient. The Tongbi exercise was carried out under the guidance of basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and its procedure and precautions were highlighted. Other nursing interventions included guidance for daily living, TCM diet therapy, emotional care. Tongbi exercise is potentially effective to promote blood circulation, dredge collaterals, relieve pain and improving joint function. This paper summarized the nursing measures for a rheumatoid arthritis patient treated by wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine. Key issues of nursing included preparation of Chinese herbal medicine and wax, procedure and cautions of wax therapy, life care, dietary intervention, psychological intervention. The wax therapy was conducted based on the syndrome differentiation and prescription selection, and coordinate nursing interventions were carried out to relieve patient’s pain and improve the activity of daily. The wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine has advantages of easy-to-use, few adverse reactions, low cost and high acceptance among patients. This paper summarized the nursing measures for a case of gout treated by auricular acupoints sticking-pressing therapy. Key issues of nursing included living care, dietary instruction, psychological intervention, procedure and cautions of auricular acupoints sticking-pressing therapy. Based on the scientific evaluation and acupoints selection by syndrome differentiation, targeted nursing interventions are effective to reduce the pain and improve the quality of life in patients with gout. Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment rubbing on in the treatment of hypermyotonia after cerebral infarction. Methods Totally 92 patients with hypermyotonia after cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into control group (n = 46) and treatment group (n = 46). Both groups were treated with basic medical treatment, acupuncture and moxibustion, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and other routine treatment for cerebral infarction, and the treatment group was treated with TCM ointment rubbing in addition to the comprehensive treatment. The two groups were treated for 2 months, and the modified Ashworth Scale of Muscle Spasticity (MMAS), NIHSS, Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and Barthel Activity of Daily Living Scale (BI) were compared before and after treatment and between the two groups. Results The score of NIHSS decreased in both treatment group and control group after intervention (P＜0. 05), and score of NIHSS in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). Patients in the treatment group had a lower degree of MMAS compared with those in the control group after intervention(P＜0. 05). The scores of FMA and BI increased in both treatment group and control group after intervention (P＜0. 05), and scores of FMA and BI in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion TCM ointment rubbing is potentially effective to relieve the hypermyotonia of patients with cerebral infarction, improve limb function, and improve the activity of daily living. Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of five elements health exercise on improving the ability of daily living and cognitive function in elderly inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 and met the diagnostic criteria of International Classification of Diseases, tenth edition (ICD-10) were enrolled in this study, and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group， with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received routine drug treatment, psychiatric nursing care and rehabilitation treatment, and the study group received five elements health exercise on this basis. The ability of daily living and cognitive function of patients were assessed using Barthel Index (BI) and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) before intervention，6 months and 1 year after intervention. Additionally, the Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE) was adopted to evaluate the changes of patients' behavior and condition before and after 1-year intervention. Results At 6 months and 1 year of intervention，study group scored higher on BI (F=2. 876，3. 240，P<0. 05 or 0. 01) and MMSE (F=4. 742，7. 902，P<0. 01) than control group, with statistically significant differences. After 1 year of intervention, the scores of each factor and total score of NOSIE in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=0. 173~2. 463，P<0. 05) . Conclusion On the basis of routine drug therapy and routine nursing care, the implementation of five elements health exercise may improve the ability of daily living and cognitive function of elderly inpatients with schizophrenia. Objective To exploring the effect of family multi-mode rehabilitation exercise on non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease patients. Methods Totally 80 Parkinson's disease patients were recruited as the research objects. According to whether to conduct family multi-mode rehabilitation exercise guidance, the patients were divided into control group (n=32) and study group(n=48). All patients were given conventional intervention treatment, and those in the study group were given family multi-modal rehabilitation exercise guidance. The non-motor symptoms, cognitive ability and ability of daily living of the two groups were evaluated. Results The score of non-motor symptoms questionnaire (NMS-Quest) was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and was lower in the study group than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). The score of mini-mental state examination(MMSE) was increased in both two groups after intervention, and was higher in the study group than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). The score of Activity of Daily Living (ADL) was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and was lower in the study group than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Family multi-mode rehabilitation exercise can significantly improve patients' non-motor symptoms and mental state, and improve patients' ability of daily living, which is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice. 目的探究血管性痴呆(VD)患者血清可溶性凋亡相关因子(sFas),可溶性凋亡相关因子配体(sFasL) 与病情程度的相关性,并评价二者对预后的预测价值。方法选取 76 例 VD 患者,于入院后次日采集空腹外周静 脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清sFas､sFasL水平,并计算(Fas/FasL比值;采用简易智能状态量表(MMSE)评 估痴呆程度,分为轻､中、重度;采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估神经功能缺损程度,分为正常及轻、 中､重度:采用 Pearson 相关分析血清sFassFast, Fans/sFasL 5 MMSE,NIHSS 评分的相关性。治疗3个月后,采用 日常生活能力(ADL)量表评估患者预后,分为I,III级。比较不同预后患者的血清sFassFasL,Fas/sFasL;采用 多元线性回归分析血清sFas, FasL､sFits/sFasL与预后的关系;采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清sFas. sFasL､sFas/sFasL对II级预后的预测效能。结果 痴呆重度,神经功能缺损重度患者的血清sFas､sFasL水平均高 于中度和轻度患者,sFas/sFasL均低于中度和轻度患者;痴呆中度､神经功能缺损中度患者的血清sFas､sFasL水平 均高于轻度患者,Fas/sFasL低于轻度患者(P均<005)。血清-Fas、sFasL 与 MMSE评分呈负相关(r分别为 -0.768,-0.860,P均<0.05),与NIHSS 评分呈正相关(r分别为0.6530. 723,P均<0.05); Fas/sFasL与MMSE 评分呈正相关(r=0.685,P<0.05),与 NIHSS 评分呈负相关(r=-0.625,P<0.05)。预后I级患者血清sFas FasL 高于1级和II级患者,II级患者高于上级患者;预后旧级患者-Fas/sFasL 低于1级和II级患者, II级患者低 于I级患者(P均<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,血清sFas､sFasL, Fax/sFasL 是 VID 预后的影响因素(P均< 0.01) ROC曲线分析显示,血清FlassFasLsFas/sFasL联合预测 VD 患者II级预后的 AUC 为0.876, 预测敏感 度､特异度分别为81.25% 86.67%,高于sFas, FasL,Fas/sFasL单独指标的预测效能。结论血清-Fas､sFast、 sFas/sFasL水平变化幅度与 VND 患者病情程度密切相关,三者是VD 预后的影响因素,联合检测可預測 VD 患者的 预后程度。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的: 本次研究主要针对早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中患者的临床治疗效果进行分析. 方法: 挑选本院 2020年1月至2021年8月接诊的64例急性脑中风患者开展本次研究, 依据随机分组的方式将其分成观察组与对照组, 每 组个各 36 名患者, 对照组患者开展常规的康复治疗模式, 观察组的32名患者在对照组治疗模式的根本上开展早期康复 治疗模式, 最后对比不一样治疗模式的临床实际效果. 结论: 针对急性脑卒中患者来讲, 早期康复应依据患者的具体 情况, 挑选有效的形式、提高康复的高效率, 加速患者康复速率, 非常值得临床医学营销推广. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective　To explore the effect of individualized cardiac rehabilitation exercise program extended in stages on cardiac function and daily living ability in patients with hypertension and heart failure. Methods　Sixty patients with heart failure were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine anti-heart failure treatment and routine care. The intervention group carried out personalized cardiac rehabilitation based on the control group exercise before the intervention and 6 months after the intervention to evaluate the cardiac function， daily life ability and rehospitalization rate of the two groups of patients. Results　After 6 months of the intervention， the 6MWT distance of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）；Before the intervention， the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）；the intervention group within 6 months was significantly lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion　The personalized cardiac rehabilitation exercise program extended in stages can significantly improve the cardiac function and exercise tolerance of patients with heart failure and hypertension and improve the daily life ability of patients. Objective To investigate the characteristics of Wallerian degeneration in different parts of cerebral infarction and its effect on neurological function. Methods A total of 185 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into three groups according to the infarct location: group A (51 cases) with endothelial and subcortical infarcts within the anterior circulation, group B (78 cases) with infarction in the semioval center, paraventricular and basal ganglia within the anterior circulation, and group C (56 cases) with infarction in corpus callosum, thalamus, brainstem and cerebellum within the posterior circulation. MRI was performed within 7 days, 3 months, 9 months and 24 months after the onset of the disease. The incidence of Wallerian degeneration in different time points was counted. Fugl-Meyer motor function scale (FMA) and activities of daily living scale (ADL) were used to evaluate motor function and activities of daily living within 14 days, 3 months, 9 months and 24 months after onset. The changes of FMA and ADL scores were compared at onset and 24 months after onset. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the differences of FMA and ADL scores and baseline characteristics. Results At 3, 9 and 24 months after cerebral infarction, the incidence of Wallerian degeneration was significantly higher in group A and group B than that in group C (all P＜0.01). The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that gender and Wallerian degeneration time were the influencing factors of FMA score changes after 24 months (all P＜0.05). The FMA score of male patients decreased by 2.230 points more than that of female patients after 24 months, and the decrease range of FMA of patients with Wallerian degeneration at 3 months, 9 months and 24 months were 15.571, 12.970 and 9.620 points respectively. At the same time, the time of Wallerian degeneration was the influencing factor of ADL score changes in patients after 24 months (all P＜0.05). The ADL increased range of patients with Wallerian degeneration at 3 months, 9 months and 24 months were 14.323, 11.969 and 8.574 respectively. Conclusion Patients with anterior circulation infarction are more prone to Wallerian degeneration, and the earlier it occurs, the more obvious the effect on neuromotor function and daily life. Objective To evaluate the impact of computer-assisted cognitive training (CACT) on the ability of daily living in stroke patients. Methods Computer search of PubMed, Cochrane Library, Medline, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, China Knowledge Network, China Biomedical Database, Weipu and other databases, collected from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2019 on CACT patients with stroke A clinical randomized controlled trial (RCT) study on the impact of activities of daily living. The control group used conventional rehabilitation measures, and the intervention group was combined with CACT on the basis of the control group. RevMan5.3 software was used for meta-analysis. Results 11 RCT articles were finally included, involving 523 subjects. The meta-analysis results showed that the modified Barthel index rating scale, functional independence rating scale and Barthel index rating scale scores of the intervention group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Objective To provide ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis (OP) by analyzing the general situation of hospitalization of OP patients in different disciplines, drug treatment, and activities of daily living (ADL). Methods A total of 1667 patients with primary diagnosis and secondary diagnosis of OP were collected from the homepage of our hospital. According to the number of patients admitted, the top 5 departments were divided into 5 groups. Groups 1, 3, and 5 were internal medicine groups, and groups 2 and 4 were surgical groups. The general situation, drug treatment, and the difference of ADL scores from admission to discharge were statistically analyzed. Results There were more female OP patients than male OP patients treated in different departments. The age and length of hospitalization in the orthopedics group were higher than those in the internal medicine group (P<0. 05), suggesting that with the increase of age, the number of fracture patients increased, and aging was positively correlated with the incidence of fracture. The main diagnosis rate of OP was 8% only, and it was normally concurrent with other diagnosis. The rate of anti-OP drug use in the orthopedic group was low, but the rate in the internal medicine group was high. There was difference between the groups (P<0. 05), but it had not reached the standard according to the guidelines. The changes in ADL between the groups before and after hospitalization were related to the department where they were and whether they were operated (P<0. 001). Conclusion The diagnosis rate of OP is low, and is mostly with coexisting disease diagnosis. The treatment method are not standardized and the treatment focus is different in different clinical departments. The patients admitted in orthopedics are old and have a long hospital stay. The medical intervention in the internal medicine group is predominant, but it is still not. All the doctors do not pay enough attention to basic drug treatment. Objective To explore and analyze the influence of preoperative multidisciplinary centralized case discussion mode on the basic stress indicators and agitation in patients for glioma surgery. Method Eighty-eight patients with glioma admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from May 2016 to May 2019 were enrolled in a randomized digital table. Each group received 44 patients. The control group received routine preoperative intervention. On the basis of the control group, the intervention under the preoperative multidisciplinary centralized case discussion mode was constructed and compared. The perioperative basic stress index, visual analog scale (VAS), Ricker sedation-agitation scale (SAS) and Bachelor index (B) were compared I between the two groups. Results The levels of CRP and IL-6 in the T2 and T2 time points were lower than those in the T0 time points. The levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group at T1 and T2 were significantly lower than those in the T1 and T2 time points of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the SAS score was lower in the observation group and the VAS score was lower. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the BI scores were higher than those before the intervention. The scores of the BI scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The construction and application of multi-disciplinary centralized case discussion mode intervention can ensure that the basic stress index of patients for glioma surgery is maintained at a more stable level, reduce agitation and pain, and promote the improvement of daily living ability after the surgery.
