'Yishu 1' was developed by systematic selection from a native variety 'Ganma 2', and approved for the national non- staple crop varieties registration in 2021, with registration number [GPD potato (2021) 510084]. It is a medium maturating potato variety and used for fresh consumption. It has round tuber shape, yellow skin and yellow flesh, medium depth eyes, and 73.70% marketable tuber rate. The dry matter, starch, protein, vitamin C, and reducing sugar content is 17.12%, 10.03%, 2.26%, 19.30 mg/100 g and 0.09%, respectively. The two- year average yield in regional trials was 1 394 kg/667m², which was 11.43% higher than that of the control 'Mira' (1 251 kg/667m²). This variety is moderately resistant to late blight and viral diseases. It is suitable for planting in spring and winter in flatland and middle or low mountain areas of Sichuan Province in subtropical ecological region. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The ice layer of the Yellow River during the ice flood season is thick and difficult to perforate, the super-high-speed metal jet or high-speed explosively formed projectile (penetrator) formed by the energy-gathering effect of the explosive has a good ability to penetrate the ice layer. Using Ansys/ Lsdyna-3D finite element numerical analysis software to study the process of penetration of the ice layer by the jet formed at 60°, 90°, 120° cone angles of copper, aluminum, and Teflon, which shows that the jet of Teflon liner has the strongest perforation ability, while the kinetic energy of the jet formed by copper liner attenuates is the slowest during the penetration process. To solve the problem of communication abnormality due to electromagnetic interference during loading test of new energy prototype, the data transmission signal was measured, and the working principle of motor drive system was investigated. The Fourier expression was used to analyze the harmonic signals from inverters operating in three-phase load balancing and unbalanced states.The measurement and analysis results show that the second harmonic and the higher harmonic generated by high-speed switching action of inverter under load imbalance are coupled to the acquisition chip through the voltage sampling line, which causes the differential signal drive anomalies, destroys the communication link signal integrity and results in communication failure.Through optimization measures of optimizing the filter and perfecting the shielding layer, the influence of interference signal on transmission link is suppressed, and the communication is ensured normally. In China，the incidence of diabetes mellitus (DM) is increasing each year，with a trend of incident age getting younger， especially type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) which is related to metabolic disorders and obesity． Diabetic osteoporosis (DOP) has been the concern of scholars，but its pathogenesis is still unclear． Anti-osteoporosis treatment is the main treatment method ，while early monitoring，early detection and early intervention cannot be achieved for the time being． Studies have found that PPAR alpha has differential expression in the bone marrow of diabetic rats，the expression level of PPAR alpha and DOP are inextricably linked， and the mechanism may be related to oxidative stress，insulin resistance (IR) or PI3K /Akt and NF-kB signaling pathways． This article aimed to review the progress of research on PPAR alpha and bone metabolism in T2DM patients． [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
