Scientific evaluation of the transportation infrastructure development level of the planning area in the territorial spatial planning is of practical significance to improve the planning science. Using low-cost open data and starting from the essence of transportation, an evaluation model consisting of four factors was constructed to conduct a comprehensive transportation advantage study in the land spatial planning of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan. The results show that the use of open data can reduce the difficulty of model application and improve the precision and reliability of evaluation. The evaluation shows that the degree of comprehensive transportation superiority of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture coincides with the characteristics of its natural geospatial distribution, and it is obviously distributed in the form of a “ belt”, so the degree of advantage of the Lancang River belt should be given priority to be improved in the future. Based on the data analysis, it is beneficial to “shape by flow” in the layout. The analysis shows that the lack of fast road system is the biggest short board on the transportation supply side of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. In the urban network, its advantage in external transportation in Tibet and Sichuan is weak, and the channel construction needs to be strengthened urgently. The research can provide reference value for digital intelligence to realize the integrated development of transportation system and “three living spaces” and to apply the theory of comprehensive transportation superiority in territorial spatial planning at prefecture and city level. Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of conventional compound fertilizer and controlled-release fertilizer with different formulas on soil fertility, wheat（Zhenmai 12） yield and its constituent factors, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving soil fertility and grain yield in Taizhou region. Results showed that both conventional compound fertilizer and controlled-release fertilizer could increase the content of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium, and the controlled-release fertilizer（28-15-6） was the best. Fertilization could promote the growth and development of wheat, increase the number of effective ears, grains per ear and 1 000 grain weight, and increase the yield of wheat by 72.3%-89.0%. At the same time, the effect of controlled release fertilizer was better than that of compound fertilizer. To sum up, it was recommended to apply controlled release fertilizer（28-15-6） once for wheat in Xinghua area, with a dosage of 525 kg/hm². [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

观察促红细胞生成素（EPO）对血液透析尿毒症患者肾性贫血及心脏结构和功能的影响。 方法选取198例血液透析伴肾性贫血的尿毒症患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组各99例。实验 组采用血液透析+ 皮下注射EPO治疗，对照组采用血液透析+ 口服多糖铁治疗，均治疗3个月。抗贫血治疗前后取 外周静脉血，采用全血细胞分析仪检测红细胞（RBC）、血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞压积（HCT），电化学发光法检测血清铁 蛋白（SF），超声检测心腔测量值及心功能参数，记录治疗期间的不良反应。结果治疗前，两组外周血RBC、Hb、 HCT及SF水平差异无统计学意义；治疗后，两组各指标均高于治疗前，且实验组RBC、Hb、HCT水平高于对照组而 SF水平低于对照组（P 均<0. 05）。治疗前，两组各心腔测量值差异均无统计学意义；治疗后，两组各心腔测量值均大 于治疗前，且实验组小于对照组（P 均<0. 05）。两组治疗前后及治疗后组间心功能参数比较，差异均无统计学意义。 实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P<0. 05）。结论EPO可改善血液透析尿毒症患者肾性贫血，减少不良反应发 生，延缓心脏结构改变进程。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Clinical decision support system (CDSS) and multidisciplinary team (MDT) are important measures to improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare service. This article reviews and analyzes the current status of the development of CDSS and MDT in China and foreign countries and summarizes their features and shortcomings, and with the background of the new era of “medical big data resources” and “big data technology”, this article looks into the future of developing an intelligentized diagnostic and therapeutic mode (a combination of CDSS and MDT) for hepatobiliary tumors suitable for the national conditions of China. [Objective] This study was carried out to explore the dynamic regulation of nutrient accumulation and distribution of the aboveground in Pennisetum sp. across all growth stages,and thereby promote the efficient development and utilization of this nutritional re­source. [Method] To do this, the content and transport of dry matter, crude protein (CP) , organic carbon (C) and total nitrogen (N) in the stems, leaves,and whole plant were studied in the Pennisetum sp. Changes in nutrient contents and transport were compared between the seedling, early growth stage,medium-term growth stage,and later Growth Stage of the plant’s life cycle to provide a reference for the study of its nutritive value across growth stages. [Result]The results showed that dry matter accumulation dynamics in a single plant followed a slow- fast pattern among the different growth stages,while the content of crude protein and total nitrogen a high-low pattern. [Conclusion] As an animal forage Pennisetum sp. is suitable for harvesting twice per growing season, at 20 weeks after planting and the end of the growing sea­son. As an edible mushroom culture medium, it is suitable for harvesting once, at the end of growing season. The traditional positioning system can not accurately determine the location of indoor targets because of its small number. A new indoor positioning system is designed. The hardware and software parts of the system are designed respectively. The hardware of the system is composed together of power,the tracking collector, the processor, the touch screen display and the alarm; the circuit connection is divided into series and parallel connection, the hardware control network is the internet of things, and the software flow is written based on the neural network algorithm.Through information collection, information processing and tracking, central system analysis, position determination, position tracking and results displaying, the work is completed. The traditional parking lot can not meet the increasing parking demand of private cars and electric bicycles. In order to improve the utilization rate of ground parking area, a low-cost modular automatic parking system with horizontal transverse movement is designed. According to a certain number of modular plane parking spaces, the whole device is embedded in the ground track, the vehicle is parked on the modular car carrying board, and the vehicle carrying plate moves along the track to form the vehicle entry and exit channel. The system takes STM32F103 as the main control chip, and can get the running status of the device by retrieving the value of each control object while the system is running, so as to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring. The system can solve all kinds of parking or pick-up problems in one click, and can configure parking scale according to actual needs. Oil tea (Camellia oleifera) is the important oiltree in our country with the vastest area of distribution and the most products in the genus of Camellia. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the important distribution area of oil tea, abounds in oil tea germplasm resources. In order to evaluate genetic variation of germplasm resources of oil tea in Guan-gxi for germplasm conservation and cultivar selection, 10 SSR primer pairs were screened and evaluated in the present study, then genetic diversity of 97 representive germplasm resources of oil tea in Guangxi was analysed based on the polymorphic SSR markers. The findings indicated as follows:Firstly, of the ten developed SSR primer pairs, seven codo-minant primer pairs could produced stable amplicons, and another two primers could produce unstable amplicons; the remaining one yielded no band on the gel. Secondly, a total of 33 alleles were detected among 97 oil tea germplasm re-sources using seven codominant SSRs, and the number of alleles was from three to six with an average of 4.714 3 for ev-ery pair of primers;the number of effective allele ranged from 2.084 2 to 4.314 8 with an average of 2.828 8, and the gene diversity was from 0.520 2 to 0.768 2 with an average of 0.628 1. Thirdly, almost loci out of Hardy-Weinberg equi-librium meant genetic structure in the population, the ranges of observed and expected heterozygosity were 0. 413 0-0.670 1 and 0.523 3-0.772 4, with the averages of 0.569 8 and 0.631 6. Finally, the range of genetic distances among germplasm resources was 0.05-0.791 7, with an average of 0.354 5. The cluster analysis based on UPGMA method re-vealed that the germplasm resources from the same places could not cluster in the same branch, on the other hand, the germplasm resources in one branch came from several places. The foregoing results reveavled that the developed SSRs of oil tea were suitable to work in the oil tea in Guangxi and the genetic diversity of germplasm resources in Guangxi was relatively higher. Ethyl pyruvate is an important pharmaceutical intermediate, which have extensive applications in Medicine, pesticide,food and cosmetics fields. The research of its synthesis and pharmacological activities has always been a hotspot. Recently, the synthetic method and applications have constantly been reported in literature. The synthetic method and pharmacological activities of ethyl pyruvate were reviewed in this article. In this review, three main synthetic routes of ethyl pyruvate were introduced, including the oxidation of ethyl lactate, the organometallic reagents method and the esterification method. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of each method were discussed in the view of production process. Recent advance in the development of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effect of ethyl pyruvate also briefly reviewed in this paper.
