【目的】探讨活化态肝星状细胞（HSC）在柔软细胞外基质（ECM）中重新恢复为静息态的可能性。 【方法】稳定表达肌成纤维细胞（MFB）表型的HSC-T6培养于由1 mg/mL纤维蛋白水凝胶构建的二维（2D）或三 维（3D）体外培养基质模型之中，利用细胞活力检测试剂盒（CCK8）测定各时间段（24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h）的细胞 增殖活力，免疫荧光及明胶酶谱法检测细胞α平滑肌肌动蛋白（α-SMA）、基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）及MMP-9 的表达，原子力显微镜（AFM）探测细胞表面形貌及其变形能力。【结果】经纤维蛋白水凝胶培养后，活化态HSC- T6的细胞增殖活力、α-SMA、MMP-2和MMP-9的表达以及细胞变形能力均发生明显下调（P

[目的]运用伽玛刀和射频热凝技术毁损癌症顽痛患者的丘脑中央中核（CM核）,初步探讨它们治疗顽固性癌痛患者的镇痛效果和并发症。[方法]伽玛刀组共15例,并与我们已报道的射频热凝（共90例）治疗相比较。采用世界卫生组织推荐的10分法评定手术前后的疼痛程度。[结果]两组患者术前疼痛计分均在7分以上,术后降至0～3分。伽玛刀组随访发现,4例（27%）患者有不同程度疼痛复发,术后仅并发轻度的头痛、头昏和呕吐。既往发表的射频热凝组随访,有24例（27%）患者有不同程度疼痛复发,两组计分均在5分以下;其余患者均持续止痛,有3例（3%）达2年多。术后并发症：嗜睡15例,尿失禁10例,语言错乱8例,一侧动眼神经麻痹3例。经对症处理后两组的并发症均消失。[结论]CM核毁损是治疗各类顽固性癌痛有效的方法,伽玛刀和热凝射频的效果大体相同,伽玛刀比射频热凝毁损的并发症相对较轻和少。

准分子激光照射相位掩模后，在近场形成周期的条纹分布，利用近场光强对光敏光纤进行曝光，可以在纤芯中写入光栅。从衍射的频谱理论出发，导出具有一定发散角的准单色准分子激光照射掩模时产生的近场光强分布。分析了光源发散角及掩模衍射特性对纤芯近场光强分布及光纤光栅制作的影响。并把分析结果与实验现象进行了比较。

本文就光缆工程中遇到的外护套伤痕不明显，但光纤已断裂的情况进行了讨论。用光纤进行了模拟实验，给出了拉伸，压坏，折断等２６张较典型的断口端面的显微照片。对实际判断断裂原因提供一些有用的信息。

Sepsis patients have low survival rates, high mortality rates, and poor prognosis, making early identification of pathogens particularly crucial. Metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) enables unbiased detection of all microorganisms in clinical samples, providing greater sensitivity, accuracy, and efficiency in early detection of sepsis pathogenic microorganism compared to traditional culture techniques. With the continuous development of next-generation sequencing technology, the clinical application value of mNGS in sepsis diagnosis will further improve. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of modified Pingchen decoction combined with fire needle on gastrointestinal motile regulation, microvascular circulation, glucagon (GLC), Ghrelin and connexin 43(Cx43) in type 2 diabetic gastroparesis (damp heat affecting the spleen pattern). METHODS: Totally 104 patients with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis (damp heat affecting the spleen pattern) treated in Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from Jun. 2021 to Jun. 2023 were extracted to be divided into two groups through the random number table method. Fifty-two cases in the conventional treatment group were given basic Western medicine treatment, while 52 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine combination group received modified Pingchen decoction combined with fire needle based on the conventional treatment group. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, Gastroparesis Cardinal Symptom Index (GCSI) score before and after treatment were evaluated. Gastric evacuation rate, antrum contraction frequency, plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation rate and fibrinogen level were detected. The levels of GLC, 2 h postprandial Blood glucose (2 hBG), Ghrelin, and Cx43 were measured. RESULTS: The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine combination group was 96. 15% (50/52), higher than 80. 77% (42/52) of conventional treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). After treatment, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and GCSI score of the traditional Chinese medicine combination group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group, gastric evacuation rate, antrum contraction frequency were higher than those in the conventional treatment group, plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation rate and fibrinogen level were lower than those in the conventional treatment group, GLC and 2 hBG levels were lower than those in the conventional treatment group, Ghrelin and Cx43 levels were higher than those in the conventional treatment group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Modified Pingchen decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis (damp heat affecting the spleen pattern) can regulate blood sugar, improve GLC, Ghrelin and Cx43 levels, improve microvascular circulation and gastrointestinal motility, alleviate patients’ condition and improve clinical efficacy. BACKGROUND: The patella-patellar tendon junction is a high-incidence area of injury in patellar tendinopathy. The rabbit patella-patellar tendon injury model is a commonly used animal experimental research object. At present, the stress analysis of the injury mechanism and modeling method is not comprehensive. OBJECTIVE: Based on the previous histological and mechanical measurements, this study used micro CT to scan and model the whole patella, the patellapatellar tendon junction and the tendon quadriceps junction, to analyze the characteristics of changes in stress, and explore the potential impact of different forms of exercise on patellar tendon degeneration so as to provide a theoretical basis for injury prevention and animal model establishment. METHODS: Female healthy adult New Zealand rabbits were selected to study the patella and tendons at both ends of the left knee joint. After the material was taken, the samples were scanned and saved with micro CT. Mimics, Geomagic Studio and SolidWorks were used to establish a three-dimensional model. Finite element analysis was carried out with Ansys Workbench. The equivalent displacement, stress and strain of the target region were analyzed under different loading conditions (load size and direction changes, different action modes). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Load direction change affected trend and value change; load size change affected value change. (2) Compared with other areas, the stress concentration was more obvious at the insertion point of the patellar tendon, and the strain value was the lowest. (3) At the insertion point of the patellar tendon, the stress concentration was greater in valgus than in varus and pronation than in extorsion. (4) The stress concentration effect and stress shielding during knee flexion and extension are the main causes of patellar tendon insertion injury. The stress in pronation and valgus states is also a potential factor leading to damage, which needs further study. Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and a series of rGO/TiO2 nanocomposites with different concentrations (0.5%, 10%, 15%, and 20 wt%) were prepared by the modified Hummers' method for the preparation of graphene oxide (GO) and TiO2 by hydrolysis and solvent-thermal method. The synthesized products were characterized by SEM, XRD, XPS, DRS, Raman, etc., to investigate the degradation effect of pure TiO2 and rGO/TiO2 composite catalysts on methylene blue dye (MB) under different experimental conditions. The results showed that the TiO2 in the composite photocatalyst was mainly in anatase phase, and the reduced graphene oxide (rGO) introduced by solvothermal synthesis had no effect on the physical phase of TiO2. The introduction of rGO made the absorption band of rGO/TiO2 red-shifted to a certain extent, and the width of the TiO2 forbidden band was reduced from 3.23 to 3.09 eV. The synthesized (15 wt%) rGO/TiO2 has the best photocatalytic effect and the highest photocatalytic activity, and the degradation rate of 20 mg/L methylene blue dye under 100 W high-pressure mercury lamp irradiation for 70 min reaches 97.6%, and the degradation rate of 20 mg/L methylene blue dye under 500 W xenon lamp irradiation for 70 min reaches 93.2%. The composite photocatalysts of (15 wt%) rGO/TiO2 have the good photocatalytic degradation and cyclic stability. rGO/TiO2 had a degradation efficiency of 86.1% after 5 cycles of photocatalytic degradation. The rGO/TiO2 composite photocatalyst show excellent adsorption and photocatalytic performance, which can provide an effective method for the photocatalytic treatment of waste liquids. The summer precipitation over Yangtze River Basin(YRB)are closely related to the low-frequency oscillations at mid-high latitude over Eurasia, so quantitatively diagnosing the contribution of the circulation anomalies at different scales to precipitation is of great significance in improving the prediction accuracy of droughts and floods. Based on ERA5 daily reanalysis data and CN05.1 daily precipitation data, a circulation index(CI)is defined to classify the summer Eurasian circulation into double-ridge(DR)type and double-trough(DT)type, and the low-frequency oscillation characteristics and the impact of different scales circulation anomalies on precipitation over YRB were investigated. The results show that DR and DT types reflect the different phases of the same low-frequency oscillation cycle of CI, which both have a dominant periodicity of 10-30 days and exert substantial influences on precipitation over YRB. The main results are as follows: Both two types exhibit a wave train with alternating positive and negative low-frequency height anomalies at 500 hPa over Eurasian mid-high latitude and propagates eastward at the speed of 5°(longitudes)per day; when DR type reaches the peak phase, the northeastern winds at 850 hPa from the north of low-frequency anticyclone over Okhotsk Sea are conducive to the invasion of dry and cold air from mid-high latitude area to YRB, which converges with the southwestern winds from the west of anticyclone over South China Sea, leading to the transportation of water vapor from South China Sea and Pacific to YRB and the strongest low-frequency precipitation lagging circulation 2 days, which is opposite to the DT type; the impact of Eurasian circulation on low-frequency precipitation over YRB is dominated by the background water vapor(greater than 30 days)and low-frequency circulation(10-30 days), followed by the synoptic-scale circulation(less than 10 days)and the background circulation(greater than 30 days), respectively. The contribution of moisture convergence term is about 3 times larger than that of moisture advection term, indicating that the wet advection leads to sufficient moisture conditions, and then precipitation is produced through strong moisture convergence. The summer flood disaster in Jianghuai River Basin(JRB)is mainly due to the stable maintenance of abnormal atmospheric circulation. The influence mechanism of low-frequency oscillations and their synergistic changes on summer precipitation in JRB is one of the hot issues in the field of atmospheric science. Based on the daily reanalysis data of ERA5 and daily station precipitation data provided by China Meteorological Administration, the low-frequency characteristics of silk-road(SR)and East Asia-Pacific(EAP)patterns, and their influence mechanism on summer precipitation in JRB were analyzed. The results show that the low-frequency periods of 10-30 d of SR and EAP patterns are closely related to the summer precipitation in JRB. The low-frequency systems of SR and EAP patterns have undergone positive and negative phase conversion and gradually reach the peak(valley)phase. The main results are as follows: The 10-30 d low-frequency meridional winds at the isobaric surface of 200 hPa present alternating distribution of northerly and southerly winds along the westerly jet; when SR pattern reaches the peak of negative phase, JRB is controlled by the northerly wind, and the low-frequency cyclone in the middle latitude is strengthened, accelerating the westerly jet. Western Pacific subtropical high(WPSH)and South Asian high(SAH)have a low-frequency scale of 10-30 d; the two low-frequency highs move towards each other and overlap in JRB at the peak phase, which is in favor of persistent precipitation. The anomalous outgoing longwave radiation(OLR)wave train moving northwest from East Asia also shows a significant low-frequency oscillation characteristic of 10-30 d; when it is in the peak phase, OLR is a negative anomaly in JRB, which is conducive to the precipitation. The configuration of positive vorticity at lower level and negative vorticity at upper level with a low-frequency scale of 10-30 d is in favor of convergence at lower level and divergence at upper level, which leads to the enhancement of upward motion and triggers precipitation in JRB. Small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix (SCNCC) is prone to lymphatic metastasis in the early stage, unique pathological manifestations, easy to recur, and poor prognosis. Data from one case of SCNCC (stage ⅢC1r) is reported. The patient presented with intermittent vaginal bleeding with lower abdominal pain for more than 1 month. Combined with the results of pelvic magnetic resonanace imaging (MRI), total abdominal CT and hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy, it was diagnosed as SCNCC at ⅢC1r stage. According to the 2022 National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines, the patient was given 3 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (carboplatin plus etoposide neoadjuvant), followed by laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy plus bilateral oophorectomy plus bilateral salpingectomy plus pelvic lymph node dissection plus abdominal para-aortic lymphadenectomy plus antitumor drug intraperitoneal perfusion therapy (nidaplatin flushing the abdominal cavity) plus bilateral ureteral stent implantation. In this study, the influence mechanism of crucible rotation rates on the flow field and oxygen concentration of 200 mm semiconductor-grade Czochralski monocrystalline silicon under transverse magnetic field was investigated using ANSYS finite element software. The results show that flow field and oxygen concentration distribution of the silicon melt exhibit three-dimensional asymmetry under transverse magnetic field. The convective forms of the melt mainly include Taylor-Proundman vertices, buoyance-thermocapillary vortices, and secondary vortices. The former two contributed to the volatilization of oxygen, while the latter one had a suppressing effect. When the crucible rotation rate is low (0.5 ~1.0 r/ min), the weaker convective strength of the melt results in low thermal conductivity efficiency between the crucible wall and the solidliquid interface, and oxygen mainly migrates to the solid-liquid interface through a diffusion mechanism, resulting in high oxygen concentration in silicon melt. When the crucible rotation rate is high (2 ~2. 5 r/ min), oxygen migrates to the solidliquid interface through strong convective forms. As the crucible rotation rate increases, the strength of the secondary vortices and buoyancy-thermocapillary vortices increases, and the region affected by the latter moved away from the free surface, resulting in a trend of first decreasing and then increasing oxygen concentration in the silicon melt. Both the numerical simulation results and experimental results indicate that a crucible rotation rate of 1. 5 r/ min is optimal for obtaining monocrystalline silicon with lower average oxygen concentration. China has a huge output of vegetables and fruits, and processed vegetable and fruit residue is rich in nutrients, rich in crude protein, crude fiber, vitamins, polyphenols, polysaccharides, flavonoids and other components, but it is not easy to preserve and has poor palatability, so it can not be directly used as animal feed. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of Jianpi Huatan Xiaoying decoction on autoimmunity, swallowing function and serum Macrophage Inflammatory protein 1α (MIP-1α), soluble interleukin receptor (sIL-2R) and thymidine kinase 1 ( S-TK1) in patients with thyroid dysfunction induced by immunotherapy of lung cancer. METHODS: Totally 88 patients with lung cancer admitted into the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Feb. 2020 to Feb. 2022 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the study group via the random number table method. Forty-four patients in the control group were treated with PD-1/ PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitor combined with conventional chemotherapy, while 44 patients in the study group received Jianpi Huatan Xiaoying decoction on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment, immunoglobulin M (IgM), T lymphocyte subsets CD4 +, CD8 +, MIP-1α, SIL-2R, free thyroxin (FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), total triiodothyronine (TT3), S-TK1, anti thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb), and thyroid receptor antibody (TRAb) levels were measured. Wata drinking water test was used to determine the swallowing function of patients. The patients were evaluated with the EORTC QLQ-C30. Adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared. RESULTS: After treatment, the levels of IgM and CD4 + in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the levels of CD8 + were significantly lower than those in the control group, the levels of TT3 were significantly higher than those in the control group, the levels of TSH, TGAb and TRAb were significantly lower than those in the control group, the levels of MIP-1α, sIL-2R and S-TK1 were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of swallowing function were significantly lower than those in the control group, the EORTC QLQ-C30 score was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was 6. 82% (3 / 44), significantly lower than 29. 55% (13 / 44) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Jianpi Huatan Xiaoying decoction in the treatment of patients with thyroid dysfunction induced by immunotherapy of lung cancer can reduce the immune function injury of patients, improve the abnormal thyroid function, improve the levels of autoimmune antibodies, decrease the reduced swallowing function of patients, improve the quality of life, and reduce adverse drug reactions.
