【背景】2019年4月開学した長岡崇徳大学は2021年度はじめての母性看護学実習を行った．実習場確保の困難さや，臨地実習でも妊娠期から子育て期を妊産婦や家族・地域を包括的に学習することが求められていることから，産科医療施設1週間，外来・子育て支援施設・産後ケア施設・無床助産所実習を1週間実施した．【目的】母性看護学実習の目的や目標3の達成状況を評価し，カンファレンス内容や実習記録等から学生の学びを明らかにした． 【倫理的配慮】実習評価を終了し学生に周知した後，実習記録等の使用の同意を得た．実習施設の表記はアルファベットで示した．【評価方法】実習評価表から実習目標を把握し，実習記録，カンファレンスノートの内容を分析した．【結果】学内実習も含む実習施設で39名の学生が実習を終了し全員が合格した．産科医療施設外を実習場とする実習目標3の「母子支援は妊娠期から子産み子育て期まで継続して実践されていることを説明できる」の到達度は平均値82.2％であり，実習記録等では，妊娠期から子育て期までの切れ目ない包括的ケアの意義を十分にとらえていた．

本学は，新設大学（2019年4月開学）であり，老年看護学実習は2021年度から開始された．COVID-19の影響により学内実習を含めた老年看護学実習での学びをまとめたので報告する． 具体的方法は，老年看護学実習Ⅰ・Ⅱのレポート内容をデータとし，学生が「学び」として表現している部分を抽出してコード化し，内容の類似するものをまとめてサブカテゴリー，カテゴリーと抽象度を上げ検討した．倫理的配慮として，本報告の趣旨，参加の有無により不利益を被らないこと等を口頭と文書で説明した． 老年看護学実習Ⅰでは，介護老人保健施設で1名の高齢者を受け持ち，日常生活援助を通して，高齢者のもつ強みを活かした看護実践の必要性を実感できていた．老年看護学実習Ⅱでは，地域でくらす高齢者を支えるサービスどうしの連携・協働を図る必要性と，包括的・継続的に支援する看護の重要性を理解できた．以上の学びは，住み慣れた地域で生活する高齢者を支える地域包括ケアシステムの根幹につながっており，老年看護学実習の目的，目標に一定の到達が認められたと考える．

地域住民や高校生、看護学生のVR認知症体験の効果を明らかにすることを目的にアンケート調査を行った。その結果、認知症理解に関する15項目の平均点は、VR認知症体験前後で体験後が有意に高く、性別、職業全てにおいても体験前後で体験後の平均点が有意に高かった。また、認知症理解に影響している要因として「性別」「認知症の人とのかかわりの経験」「認知症関連の勉強会への参加」が明らかとなった。自由記述から導出されたカテゴリーから、認知症への共感的理解が深まり、「わかったつもり」であったことへの気づきなど、今後のケアの質の向上につながる内容が導出された。, A survey was conducted among local residents, high school students, and nursing students to ascertain the effectiveness of experiencing dementia in VR. Results indicated that the mean scores on 15 items related to the understanding of dementia were significantly higher before and after experiencing dementia in VR, and the mean scores after the experience were significantly higher than those before for both sexes and all occupations. In addition, results revealed that gender, experience dealing with people with dementia, and participation in workshops related to dementia were factors influencing the understanding of dementia. Based on the categories derived from open-ended responses, results identified aspects that will lead to improved quality of care in the future, such as a deeper empathetic understanding of dementia and an awareness of things that the participants thought they understood.

看護学部2年生及び学士3年生を対象とした実習の一環として，実習前自己学習にて，病棟実習を想定したシミュレーション演習を行った。シミュレーション演習内容は，事前に学部2年生に希望調査を行い，また上級生のラーニングアシスタント作成による病棟で遭遇する事例集を活用した。自己学習終了時のアンケート結果より，参加者全員より「参加してよかった」という回答が得られた。また，演習内容に関しても，実習に向けた準備性が高まったとの回答が99％であり，「復習できた」，「新たな学びが得られた」といった評価が得られた。ウィズコロナ時代に向け，看護学生の看護実践能力育成に，更にシミュレーション演習が必要とされることから，今回の結果を踏まえ臨床実習をより想定できるよう内容を改善する必要があると考える。, A simulation practice was conducted assuming hospital ward practice in self-study before practical training for second-year nursing students and third-year undergraduate students. A survey of second-year undergraduate students regarding the content of the simulation exercise was conducted in advance, and a collection of cases encountered in the hospital ward was created employing a learning assistant. Results of the questionnaire at the end of the self-study showed that all participants were pleased to participate in the program. Regarding the contents of the exercises, 99% of the respondents answered that they were more prepared for the practical training, and the participants responded that they were able to review the contents and that they could learn something new. During the COVID-19 era, when simulation exercises are required to develop the practical skills of nursing students, we appraise that it is necessary to improve the contents so that clinical training can be envisioned more based on the results of this study.

本研究は看護学生の社会人基礎力の自己評価における2022年度4年生の1年次と4年次の経年的変化、新型コロナ感染症流行前（2019年度4年生）とコロナ禍（2022年度の4年生）の比較から、新型コロナ感染症流行による日常生活の制限や臨地実習の減少が社会人基礎力にどのような影響があったかを明らかにした。経年的変化では、前に踏み出す力（アクション）のみ4年次が有意に高く、「傾聴力」は4年次が有意に低かった。新型コロナ感染症流行前とコロナ禍の比較では、考え抜く力（シンキング）、チームで働く力（チームワーク）の2つの能力、「実行力」「課題発見力」「創造力」「発信力」「傾聴力」「柔軟性」「規律性」の能力要素はコロナ禍の学生の方が有意に低かった。

《目的》学生の精神科訪問看護実習の学習成果と課題を明らかにする。《方法》精神科訪問看護実習を行った大学3年生11名の実習記録物とレポート、インタビュー内容を対象とし、利用者とのコミュニケーションからの学び、看護師のケアからの学び、多職種連携による学びに分けて質的帰納的研究手法によりカテゴリー化した。《結果》学生は以下の3点を学んでいた。1．精神科訪問看護師は、利用者の心身の健康状態を管理していた。2．精神科訪問看護師は、個性や生活状況から利用者の問題に注目するよりも利用者のストレングスやリカバリーに注目して自立を支えていた。3．多職種のスタッフは、利用者のやりたいことが実現できるよう連携して継続的に取り組んでいた。《結論》精神科訪問看護師が利用者のニーズを掴み、満たしていたところを学生が見学できたことが学習成果に繋がったと考えられる。今後は精神障害者の生活がイメージできるような視聴覚教材を用いた学習や訪問看護実習に対応したケアの全体像を把握できる記録用紙の作成、看護技術について学内実習での補充が必要である。, Objectives: This study aimed to clarify nursing students’ results and tasks of psychiatric home nursing practice.Methods: The participants included 11 third years undergraduate nursing students. The nursing students’ results about psychiatric home nursing practice were divided into three parts: learning to build interpersonal relations by communicating with the mentally ill, learning by observing nurses’ care for the mentally ill, and learning by observing interprofessional collaborations. The recorded material, reports, and contents of the interviews were analyzed after coding; the qualitative inductive research method was used.Results: The nursing students learned those three points. 1. The nurses took care of the mentally ills’ physical and mental health. 2. The nurses focused mentally ill’s strength and power of recovery rather than the problems that they cause and encouraged them to live by themselves. 3. Medical staffs engaged continually to realize what mentally ill wanted to do in the community by themselves with interprofessional collaborations.Conclusions: The students were able to see the nurses fulfilling the needs of the mentally ill, that was the reason to led to their learning outcomes. In the future, using the audiovisual materials will be necessary for nursing students to imagine easily how the mentally ill live in the community and making a recording sheet to grasp the overall picture of care for psychiatric home nursing practice.

This study aimed to identify the differences in facial expression recognition between nursing students and skilled nurses. Participants included 72 nursing students and 54 skilled nurses. The Japanese I FEEL Pictures test （JIFP） test was used to measure facial expression recognition. The emotions that participants responded to were sorted into corresponding categories for each photograph, and the percentage of correct responses was calculated. Moreover, as a secondary analysis, a false response analysis was conducted for pictures with a correct response rate of less than 20%. The results revealed differences in recognition ability depending on the picture. Next, for each emotional category, the only significant difference between nursing students and skilled nurses was fatigue. In the secondary analysis, three pictures were extracted that showed a different P response than the JIFP. Therefore, role awareness was related to the emotional readings of skilled nurses and nursing students,depending on their experience level.

予期せぬ死により配偶者を失った高齢女性の事例に対して、看護学生が家族の一員として考える関わりとその理由を明らかにすることを目的とした。 A大学看護学科4年次学生64人に対して、独自に作成した事例について、家族の一員であることを想定しての高齢女性への関わりとその理由について記述してもらい、質的に分析した。 看護学生は、【側に寄り添い見守る】【ありのままを受け入れる】【夫の死の受け入れを支え励ます】【今後の生活を見据えた体制を整える】関わりを考えており、その理由として、【心身への影響が危惧される】【気持ちに寄り添うことが必要である】【前向きに生きられるようにすることが必要である】【悲嘆の段階に応じた対応が必要である】【当事者の立場から必要な支援である】が抽出された。 看護学生の高齢女性の気持ちや悲嘆の段階を踏まえた関わりを行う視点や生活全体をアセスメントする視点を支持し、意識づける遺族ケア教育の必要性が示唆された。

本研究の目的は、小児看護学臨地実習でのルーブリック評価表導入による成果と課題を明らかにすることである。実習期間・実習形態やルーブリック評価表の使用経験による違いを比較検討した。A 大学４ 年生 82 人を対象に、ルーブリック評価表について自記式質問紙調査を行った。実習期間は２週間と１週間の違いは全項目で差はなく、実習形態の違いは、「学習意欲が高まった」のみに差があった。ルーブリック評価表の使用経験のある学生は、「経過に合わせた判断がしやすい」、「学習成果が高まった」、「学習意欲が高まった」、「妥当な評価ができた」、「評価しやすかった」、「教員との評価の違いに不安をもたずに評価ができた」、「評価基準の内容がわかりやすかった」、「評価基準と実習の内容が合っていた」、「評価するのに時間がかからなかった」の項目で有意に高かった。ルーブリック評価表の改善点は、ルーブリック評価表の表現や内容の改善と、ルーブリック評価表の使用方法の改善が含まれていた。これらは連動しており双方の改善により、有用性の高いルーブリック評価表の活用になることが示唆された。The purpose of this study is to clarify the outcomes and challenges of introducing rubric evaluation tables into paediatric nursing practical training. A self-administered questionnaire survey on the rubric evaluation chart was administered to 82 fourth-year students at collegeA. The survey was designed to compare the differences in the duration and type of practical training and the experience of using the rubric evaluation chart. There were no differences in the duration of practical training between two weeks and one week for all items, and differences in the form of practical training were found only in the item‘I was more motivated to learn'. Students who had experience of using the rubric evaluation table found it‘easy to make decisions in line with the progress',‘learning outcomes were enhanced',‘motivation to learn was increased',‘reasonable evaluation was made',‘it was easy to evaluate',‘evaluation was made without anxiety about differences in evaluation with the teacher',‘the content of the evaluation criteria was easy to understand',‘the content of the evaluation criteria was easy to understand', 'the‘The evaluation criteria matched the content of the practical training' and‘It didn't take too long to evaluate' were significantly higher. Improvements to the rubric evaluation form included improvements to the wording and content of the rubric evaluation form and improvements to the way the rubric evaluation form was used. It was suggested that these were linked and that improvements in both areas would result in the use of a highly useful rubric evaluation chart.

application/pdf, 目的: 看護学生が患者に行ったスピリチュアルケアの実施に至る過程を明らかにすることを目的とした。, 研究方法: 研究対象は、看護学実習生が作成した臨地実習終了後レポート5件であった。データは、患者の価値観に関連した主観的および客観的記述、患者へのスピリチュアルケアの看護計画とその実施、自己評価の記述であった。分析方法は、TEMを用い、抽出したテキストを時系列とし、等至点、分岐点、必須通過点を検出して、看護学生のスピリチュアルケアの実施過程を整理した。, 結果: TEMによる分析の結果、看護学生のスピリチュアルケア過程には、等至点【目標達成に近づく】、必須通過点【患者の全人的苦痛のアセスメント】、分岐点【患者の苦しみの焦点化】、【患者の変化を実感する】があった。また、スピリチュアルケア過程は、患者に関する情報収集、アセスメント、看護計画の立案、実施、評価という標準的な看護過程に沿うものであった。, 考察: 看護学生のスピリチュアルケア過程は、情報収集、アセスメント、看護計画の立案、実施と評価という標準的な看護過程が基盤にあった。スピリチュアルケア過程は、アセスメントの段階でスピリチュアルな観点で考えることが必須であり、また、スピリチュアルケアの知識により現象を感覚的に捉える体験が分岐点になると考えられる。患者の苦しみを焦点化させる分岐点では、看護学生は、患者の苦悩を焦点化し、それを記述したことによって、スピリチュアルケアとなりうる行動を明確にしたと考えられる。, 結論: 本研究は、スピリチュアルケア過程が従来の看護過程で説明可能であることを示した。さらに、スピリチュアルケアとして成立するための分岐点を初めて明らかにした。, Aim: This study was designed to clarify the actual situation of processes in spiritual care that nursing students provided to patients., Research methods: Five post-clinical training reports written by nursing students were examined. The data included subjective and objective descriptions related to patients' values, description of the spiritual care interventions in the nursing care plan, and description of the implementation and evaluation of spiritual care provided to the patients. For the analysis, TEM was used; the extracted texts were chronologically analyzed; and the implementation process of spiritual care by the nursing students was examined with respect to the equifinality, obligatory passage, and bifurcation points., Results: In the TEM analysis, the spiritual care process had the equifinality point of “approaching goal achievement,” the obligatory passage point “assessment of the patient's holistic distress,” and the bifurcation points “focusing on the patient's suffering” and “feeling changes in the patient.” The spiritual care process was a basic nursing process that involved patient information collection and assessment, along with nursing care plan development, practice, and evaluation., Discussion: The spiritual care process practiced by nursing students is based on information gathering and assessment, followed by planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process. In the spiritual care process, thinking from a spiritual viewpoint at the assessment stage is essential, and the experience of sensibly grasping phenomena based on the knowledge of spiritual care will be a turning point. At the bifurcation point of focusing on the patient's suffering, the nursing students focused on the patient's suffering and described it, thereby clarifying behaviors that could be spiritual care., Conclusions: This study showed that the spiritual care process can be explained by the conventional nursing process. In addition, we clarified for the first time the turning point for establishment as spiritual care.

2022 年度に開講する「地域危機管理看護学実習」の準備として学生のレディネスを把握するため、看護学生の災害リスクに対する認知と防災行動の現状及び災害ボランティアに対する意欲等を調査した。対象者は2021 年度本学の1 年生・2 年生178 名で140 名(78.7%)が回答した。今後起きる災害として地震（97.9%）と津波（82.1%）が高く、災害にあう可能性がないと回答した学生はいなかった。6 割以上の学生が水や食料品のストックを行っていたが、何もしていない学生も 18%みられた。大学の避難場所・避難所の認知は 1 年生が 2 年生より有意に多かった。災害経験のある学生は避難所での学習の継続を心配している学生が多かった。避難所でのボランティア活動に意欲のある学生は 76%だった。学生の災害リスク認知度は高いが、避難所や避難場所の認知や防災行動が不十分であること、災害時の学修継続計画の作成、災害時に期待される学生の実践能力の向上が必要であることがわかった。

本研究の目的は、演習による模擬ストーマと ストーマ装具を装着した看護学生の日常生活体 験からの気づきを明らかにすることである。 看護学生3年生105名を対象に装具装着を1日間 体験後、提出された課題レポートの記述内容に ついて質的帰納的分析を行った。 装着体験の学びについて、【装具を意識した 生活】、【装具・装着の違和感・不快感】、 【装具の扱いの困難さ】、【装着による不安】、 【周囲の目が気になる】、【患者の気持ちの推測】、 【患者・家族への援助の視点】の7つのカテゴリー が抽出された。学生の気づきは、【装具を意識した 生活】をコアカテゴリーとしていた。学生は、装具 装着による身体的・心理的側面への影響と【周囲の 目が気になる】ことで、行動抑制に繋がる経験をし ていた。さらに、装着体験から【患者の気持ちを推 測】し、【患者・家族への援助の視点】を考えていた。 学生が患者疑似体験からストーマ造設患者の困難を 知ることは、患者に共感し、患者理解の深まりととも に必要な看護を考える上で有用な体験であったと考える。

本研究は、新型コロナウイルス感染症流行下における 看護各論領域の代替実習で、看護学生がどのような学び を得たのかを探り、今後の実習指導における示唆を得る 目的で文献研究を行った。文献は医学中央雑誌Web版を 用いて「コロナor COVID-19 and 看護 and 実習」を キーワードに全年検索し、学生の学びが明確に記載され た8編を対象とし、マトリックス表で整理した。その結 果、4つの実習形態と7つの実習方法が抽出された。 学生は、看護事例の展開、グループワークやディスカッ ション、ロールプレイ、講義などを通して、対象に応じ た問題点や援助方法、更に多職種の役割や連携の重要性 を学んでいた。しかし、実際の対象者との関わりをもつ ことができない代替実習では、感情の揺らぎを伴う学び は見受けられず、看護者としての援助的人間関係の構築 とそれに伴う命の尊さや看護観・人間性を育む経験を積 むことには限界がある。今後、臨床現場と連携し、リア リティや感情の揺らぎのある実習方法を検討していく必 要がある。

目的：大学での看護基礎教育におけるIPEの実施方法とその効果について、先行研究から明らかにする。 方法：学術情報データベース医中誌webを用いて、「多職種連携教育or Inter-professional Education（IPE）」「看護学生」「看護基礎教育 or 看護教育」をキーワードに国内文献を検索し、さらにGoogle Scholarや関連論文の文献リストからの2次的検索を行った。 結果：6件の文献を分析対象とし、研究概要とIPEの実施方法、研究結果について内容を整理した。研究結果は、内容の類似性などにより「専門職連携の意義」「多職種と協働するためのスキル」「他職種の役割への理解」「IPEの効果」「看護職の役割」の5つのカテゴリーに分類した。 考察：研究結果には、IPEの実施方法や学生のレディネスなどが影響しているが、他学部と合同で行うIPEは学生の多職種連携への意識を高め、コミュニケーション方法を学ぶために効果的であることが分かった。IPEの学習効果を適切に評価しエビデンスを示すためにも、既存の尺度を活用し、継続して研究を行っていくことが求められる。

目的：基礎看護学領域での学生の学びに関する文献を通して、学生は何を学びとしていたかについて動向を把握し、研究課題を導く。 方法：医学中央雑誌Webを用い、キーワードを「基礎看護」、「看護学生」、「学び」、「成長」とし、文献 2017年～ 2022年で検索した。69件のうち基礎看護学領域の文献に該当する13文献を対象とした。 結果：13件の内容は、1）学生の自己教育力評価と演習後の学びの深まりとの関連に関する内容（2件）、2）授業・演習後の協同学習や学びの諸相に関する内容（9件）、3）学生が日常生活を学んでいく力など（2件）と分類した。 考察：授業及び技術演習では、学生の主体的な学びを啓発するために、ポートフォリオなどの様々な試みがされており、基礎看護学での試行錯誤がうかがえた。本研究における基礎看護学の学びに関する課題は、能動的、主体的な学びを啓発するための教育方法が、学生にとって学びの動機づけになるような内容が望まれた。, Objective: To grasp recent trends related to students' perception of learning by reviewing literature on student learning in the field of basic nursing studies and to thereby derive a research task. Methods: Ichushi Web was used to search literature from 2017 to 2022 with the keywords "basic nursing," "nursing students," "learning," and "development." Out of 69 articles, 13 articles in the field of basic nursing studies were selected for examination. Results: The thirteen articles were categorized as follows: 1) articles concerning the relationship between student assessments of their abilities to self-educate and the deepening of learning after completing exercises (2 articles); 2) articles concerning various aspects and phases of cooperative study and learning after completing lectures/exercises (9 articles); and 3) articles concerning students’ abilities to learn daily life (2 articles). Discussion: It was found that various efforts, such as portfolios, had been carried out in lectures and technical exercises in order to promote students' autonomous learning. As such, various attempts and efforts in basic nursing studies were observed. In the present study, regarding tasks related to learning in basic nursing studies, contents with education methods that aim to promote active and autonomous learning, which motivate students to learn, are desirable.

聖路加国際大学看護学部では，2014年に専任の実習室助手を配置して以降，実習室環境改善を目的としたアンケートを毎年実施している。実習室環境改善のためのアンケートで得られた結果は，次年度以降の実習室運営に活用している。2020年の新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響を受け，実習室運営も感染症拡大前と大きく異なり，実習室を利用する学生は練習時間の制限を余儀なくされた。指定の自己学習日を設けた新しいスタイルでの実習室運営は今年で3 年目となり，今回過去8 年間のアンケート結果をもとに感染症拡大前後の比較を実施した。感染症拡大前から継続している「実習室の利用頻度」，「実習室助手による支援の満足度とその理由」，「実習室での自己学習の満足度」の3 つの質問項目に焦点を当て，感染症拡大前後で比較を行った。3 つの質問項目全てにおいて，感染症拡大前後で結果が大きく減少することはなかった。「実習室助手による支援の満足度」と「実習室での自己学習の満足度」については，感染症拡大による実習室運営の変更に影響を受けることもなく，それぞれに満足度の上昇が見られた。これは，練習時間や定員が定められたことで，学生にとっては質問しやすい環境が作られ，満足度の上昇につながったことが考えられる。

本調査は、シチュエーション・ベースド・トレーニングを取り入れた呼吸ケア技術演習における学生の自己評価から演習の成果と課題を明らかにし、より効果的な演習方法を検討することを目的とした。調査内容は、事後課題として課した20 項目の自己評価とした。その結果、９割以上の学生が、事前学習への取り組みやアセスメントとケアの関連性の理解に関するすべての項目で肯定評価をしていた。加えて、９割以上の学生が、演習での実践を通して、自身の課題に気づき振り返る機会となっていた。一方、異常呼吸音の聞き分けやメカニズムの説明、優先度や効率性を踏まえたフィジカルアセスメントの実践は学生の肯定評価の割合が低かった。これらの結果から、学生が演習を受けることにより、アセスメントとケアの関連性についての理解、フィジカルアセスメントに課題があることへの気づきにつながると推察された。一方、既習であるフィジカルアセスメントについて知識や技術の復習を促すサポートが必要であると考えられた。

COVID‐19第7波（コロナ禍）による看護過程論実習の期間短縮のため，学内実習において模擬 患者の看護過程の展開を行った．実習目標達成のために事例や実習方法を検討し，「模擬患者へのインタビュー」「模擬電子カルテ閲覧による情報収集」を取り入れた．学生はその情報を基に，アセスメント，看護問題の明確化，看護計画立案を展開した．学生は「模擬患者へのインタビュー」「模擬電子カルテ閲覧による情報収集」において，模擬電子カルテの日々更新される情報を整理し経時的に整理することや，病態の理解，限られた時間での情報収集に難しさを感じていた．コロナ禍においては，学生ができるだけ臨地実習に近似した経験をすることができ，学修効果がある学内実習の展開が求められる．看護学生の情報収集における思考過程とその変化について明らかにし，コロナ禍であっても質の低下のない学内実習方法の検討を継続することが必要である．

要 旨【目的】 本学は2019年より，看護学生（以下学生と略す）に対して認知症サポーター養成講座を開講している．本研究は，認知症サポーター養成講座受講した学生を対象とした．臨地実習や地域の中で，認知症サポーター養成講座の学びの活用の有無と，活用した内容を明らかにすることを目的とする．【方法】 ₁年次に認知症サポーター養成講座を受講した学生34名を対象とした．認知症サポーター養成講座の学びから，臨地実習の中で活用の有無，地域の中で活用の有無と臨地実習の中で活用した内容，地域の中で活用した内容についてオンライン調査した．活用内容は，自由記述式のオンライン調査を行い臨地実習の中で活用した内容，地域の中で活用した内容は学生の考えと行動に着目し，意味ある文脈を抽出し，コード化した．意味の類似性・相違性に沿って分類を整理し，サブカテゴリーを抽出した．さらにサブカテゴリーを集約し，カテゴリーを抽出した．【結果】 認知症サポーター養成講座を受講した学生24人より，調査の協力を得た．認知症サポーター養成講座の学びの活用については，臨地実習の中で活用できた学生は，16名（66.7％）．臨地実習の中で活用できなかった学生は，₈名（33.3％）であった．地域の中で活用できた学生は，10名（41.7％）地域の中で活用できなかった学生は，14名（58.3％）であった．臨地実習の中での活用した内容は，【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者への知識とイメージ】，【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者が安心する姿勢】，【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者安心するコミュニケーション】，【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者を支える環境】の４カテゴリーが抽出された．地域の中での活用した内容は，【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者の尊厳を守る】，【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者を支える地域啓発活動】，【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者の家族支援】【アルバイトの中で認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者のサポート】，の₄カテゴリーが抽出された．【考察・結論】 認知症サポーター養成講座を受講した学生の学びの活用は，臨地実習では約₇割であった．地域の中での活用は，約₄割であった．学生の学びの活用内容は，臨地実習では，認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者に対する関わり方は【知識】を持ち【イメージ】化を図り，対象者が安心する【姿勢】と【コミュニケーション】の方法を考え，生活する【環境】づくりが必要と考えていた．地域では，【尊厳を守る】気持ちを持ち，安心して生活できるように地域での【啓発活動】や【アルバイトの中でサポート】していた．また，家族に認知症への理解を伝え【家族支援】をも行っていた．今後は，学生の臨地実習や地域の中での行動や得られた体験を学生間で共有する機会を設け，学びの深化につなげる．さらに，具体的な活用方法をイメージ化できる教授法にしていく．Summary[Purpose] Our university started a dementia supporter training course for nursing students (hereinafter referred to as "students") in 2019. The purpose is to clearly report on the relationship and behavior with the elderly and patients with dementia through clinical training, their own life, and the community after the course.[Method] An open-ended questionnaire survey was conducted online with 34 students who had taken the dementia supporter training course about "useful situations" and "useful contents" as a dementia supporter, based on the course contents. Descriptive statistics were used for the useful situations, and students' thoughts and actions were focused on the useful contents. Meaningful contexts are extracted and coded. These codes were classified and sorted according to similarities and differences in meanings, and subcategories were extracted. These subcategories were then aggregated and categorized.[Results] The survey was responded to by 24 students who attended the dementia supporter training course. Of them, 16 students (66.7%) successfully applied what they had learned in clinical training after completing the dementia supporter training course. In their daily lives and communities, 10 students (41.7%) used their learning. In respect of the useful contents, the following four categories were extracted for the utilization in clinical training: [knowledge and image of patients and the elderly with dementia], [attitude which allows patients and the elderly with dementia to feel safe], [communication which allows patients and the elderly with dementia to feel safe], and [creation of an environment to support patients and the elderly with dementia]. The following four categories were extracted for the utilization in their daily lives and communities: [perspective to have respect for patients and the elderly with dementia], [awareness-raising activities to support patients and the elderly with dementia in the community], [support for families of patients and the elderly with dementia], and [community support for patients and the elderly with dementia through part-time jobs].[Conclusion and implications] After taking the dementia supporter training course, the students attempted to [acquire knowledge and form an image] of dementia in clinical training and consider and adopt [attitude] and ways of [communication] to allow patients and the elderly with dementia to feel safe in having a relationship with the elderly, patients, and living people with dementia. In addition, they were aware of their role as a dementia supporter in their daily lives and communities, and actively provided [community support for patients and the elderly with dementia through part-time jobs]. In the future, students will occasionally be given the opportunity to share useful actions to help themselves in clinical training and communities, as well as experiences gained. That will contribute to developing their supporting capacity, knowledge, and skills as dementia supporters and nursing students. From these activities, our university will promote the quality of "activities to support people with dementia,” which will lead to further development.

【目的】成人看護学実習Ⅰにおける学生の学びを明らかにし，今後の実習指導の示唆を得る。【方法】レポートから学生が実施した援助と学生の学びを抽出した。学生の学びは記録単位として集計し，最も多かった退院指導について質的に分析した。【結果】退院指導の学びの記録単位は全体の4割を占め，その内容は【日常生活を中心に身体・心理・社会的側面の情報を踏まえることの意義】，【自己管理への意識を高められるようなかかわり方の必要性】，【多職種と連携して継続的に支援する必要性】の3つのカテゴリーとなった。一方で，早期離床，疼痛緩和，術前の合併症予防指導の記録単位は少なかった。【結論】レポートの記述内容には偏りがあった。回復期に重要な看護として退院指導はよく学べていた。早期離床の支援や疼痛緩和など，学生にとって実施が困難な看護援助に対する指導や，入院前からの治療・ケアの延長線上に回復期があることを強調した指導が必要と考えられた。

本学看護学科では、COVID-19の影響により2021 年度の基礎看護学実習Ⅱをオンライン実習に変更した。本学科では臨床事例を用いて、実際の援助場面の動画視聴、電子カルテ情報の活用など病棟実習に近い状況の再現を目指した。患者情報は日々の変化がわかるよう段階的に提示し、オンライン実践後はすぐにグループで振り返りを行うなどの仕組みを作った。本稿では、当該実習を履修した看護学生を対象に臨床事例を用いたオンライン実習の教育効果について、実習前後のクリティカルシンキング測定をもとに検討した。その結果、クリティカルシンキング総得点は実習前後で有意に上昇していた。臨床事例を用いて段階的な思考過程を踏んだオンライン実習では、クリティカルシンキング力が高まることが示唆された。一方、因子別では「直観」の得点が最も低く、臨地での実習ができなかったことへの影響もみられた。

A 大学のバイタルサイン測定実技試験の結果とバイタルサイン測定授業後の技術練習回数，および授業評価アンケートをもとに，学生のバイタルサイン測定の技術練習回数と技術練習時の工夫が実技試験の合否に与える影響を分析した。技術練習回数は実技試験合否と有意な関連性はなく，単純な練習回数が技術習得と直接的に結びつかないことが示唆された。技術練習では学生が何らかの工夫を行っており，「実技試験のペアと練習している」学生が，不合格群で有意に多く，実技試験合格のみを目指した練習では，試験という緊張した状況で的確な技術を実施することが困難であることを示唆していた。患者の状況を正確に把握し，適切な看護ケアを提供するための技術を習得するという本来の目的を明確にする必要がある。また，学生が自己の技術について振り返り，課題を明確にすることで自らの行為を修正しながら練習をするような教育的な働きかけが必要と考える。

看護師国家試験は，看護師を目指す学生にとって資格取得のための必須要件である.そのため，看護師に必要な専門的な知識や技術，臨地実習等，4年間にわたり過密なカリキュラムをクリアし，４年生には，国家試験に向けて受験準備を計画的に進めなければならない. 学習意欲が乏しい学生に対し，合格率を上げるために，教員が一丸となってどのような取り組みをすることが最善なのか，これまで実施してきた国家試験対策を振り返り，更に充実したものにしていく必要がある. 学生を対象に，国家試験対策の取り組みのひとつとして，グループ学習を取り入れ，学習意欲の向上につながったかを明らかにした.4年生の早期にガイダンスを実施し，国家試験対策の目的・グループ学習の目的については，概ね理解することができていた．グループで話し合いをしながら学習を進めた学生が約7割おり，グループ学習により意欲の向上がみられ，約6割の学生が役にたったと述べており，今後の看護師国家試験対策の学習の動機づけのきっかけづくりになった., The National Nursing Examination is an essential requirement for students who want to become nurses.Therefore, the specialized knowledge and skills required for nurses, clinical training, etc. must be cleared for four years, and the fourth-year students must systematically prepare for the national examination. In order to increase the pass rate of students who have little motivation to learn, it is necessary to look back on the national examination preparation that has been implemented so far and further enhance what kind of efforts teachers should take together to increase the pass rate. For students, group learning was introduced as one of the efforts to prepare for the national examination. Guidance was provided early in the fourth grade, and the purpose of preparing for the national examination and the purpose of group study were generally understood. About 70% of the students studied while discussing in groups, and about 60% of the students said that group learning improved their motivation, and that it was useful for them to study for the national nursing examination in the future.

本研究の目的は，基礎看護学実習Ⅱにおいて化学療法・放射線療法を受けるがん患者を受け持った看護学生の学びを明らかにすることであった．学生16 名の実習記録に記載された学び全482 件のコードを分析対象とし，質的記述的分析を行った．結果，【患者理解につながる情報収集・コミュニケーション】，【患者との関係性構築に基づく相互作用】，【患者・家族の相互作用の理解】，【患者の病状・治療状況の把握】，【患者の不安・苦痛の理解】，【闘病生活における積極的な姿勢の理解】，【有害事象に対する看護実践】，【日常生活援助の実践過程】，【効果的な与薬管理の検討】，【入院前後の生活を見据えた関わり】，【実習を通して得られた今後の自己課題】の11 カテゴリーが生成された．学生は，がん患者の闘病生活の理解や支援について学びを深めており，今後の自己課題や学習意欲につながっていることが推察され，継続学習の支援の必要性が示唆された．The purpose of this study was to clarify learning in nursing students in charge of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy/radiotherapy in the Basic Nursing Training II course. All 482 codes related to learning in the training records of 16 students in charge of cancer patients receiving chemotherapy/radiotherapy in the Basic Nursing Training II course were qualitatively descriptive analyzed, and 11 categories were identified: [information collection and communication leading to patient understanding], [interaction based on building a relationship with the patient], [understanding patient-family interaction], [assessing the patient's medical condition and treatment status], [understanding patient anxiety and pain], [understanding positive attitudes in fighting illness], [nursing practice for adverse events], [practical process of daily life assistance], [consideration of effective medication administration], [involvement a view to life before and after hospitalization], [future self-assignment obtained through bedside training]. The results revealed that they deepen their learning about understanding and support for fighting illness. Such learning is likely to increase their motivation to learn, suggesting the necessity of continuous learning.

本研究の目的は,国内の文献を通して,看護基礎教育における医療安全教育の研究の動向と課題を明らかにすることである.文献は,医学中央雑誌Web版を用いて,「医療安全」「看護教育」をキーワードに検索を行い,最終的に看護学生を研究対象とした28文献を抽出した.結果内容の分析から,医療安全に関する演習評価および,看護学生の医療安全に対する意識・認識,インシデントレポートの分析,医療安全行動,リスク感性の5テーマ,10カテゴリーに分類された.10カテゴリーのうち件数が多かったのは,ロールプレイ7件,学年進行による意識の変化4件,インシデントレポートの分析4件であった.医療安全に関する演習評価は,学生の危険予知やリスク回避行動につなげることを目的とした研究が多く,学生は実習を経験することによりインシデント事例に関わる機会も増え,医療安全への関心や意識が高くなっていた.今後さらに実践的な医療安全行動につながる教育のあり方を検討する必要がある.(著者抄録), P

保健師助産師看護師学校養成所指定規則の一部を改正する省令が2020年に公布され,在宅看護論の名称が地域・在宅看護論に改められた.今回のカリキュラム改正に伴い,地域・在宅看護論の教授方法の検討を目的に調査を行った.対象は2021年4月に入学した学生100名とした.その結果,高齢者の世話経験と社会資源・共生社会・健康概念に関する知識の関連,互助や在宅看護への興味関心と共生社会の意義に関する知識の関連,地域行事参加・近所付き合いと高齢者相談窓口に関する知識の関連が認められた.地域・在宅看護論の教授方法として,高齢者の世話経験がない学生でも,地域で生活する人々を理解するために体験学習をし,地域での生活に触れることで,社会資源に関する知識の獲得と定着を図れるような工夫が必要である.また互助や在宅看護に興味関心を持ち,地域とのつながりの重要性について理解できるような工夫が必要である.(著者抄録), P

目的：小児看護学実習期間中に学内シミュレーション実習と合同カンファレンスを取り入れた。これらを実施したことにより学生が経験した内容は何か、目標到達度がどう変化したのかを明確にする。研究方法：A大学看護学科3年次生で小児看護学実習を履修し同意が得られた67名の実習終了後に提出されたレポートおよび目標到達度の自己評価を分析対象とした。レポートは質的演繹的研究方法を用いて分析した。結果：シミュレーション実習を実習前に行った事前学習グループと、実習後に実施した事後学習グループの学びを比較した。シミュレーション実習および実習最終日の合同カンファレンスを通して、子どもの特徴に合わせる必要性、家族看護の重要性、場の状況に合わせた優先順位などの類似する学びが抽出された。考察／結論：短期間の実習期間中に学生の学びを深める教育プログラムには、学生自身が事例を考えること、シミュレーション実習をとりいれること、実習後に振り返る時間を作ることの3点があげられることが示唆された。, Aim：This study aim was to evaluate what experiences third year nursing students had through introducing of simulation clinical practice and cooperative learning during Pediatric Nursing clinical attachment.Methods：Participants were 67 students who gave consent to agree joying the study. We analyzed essays students submit at the completion of the clinical attachment. Also, we analyzed students’ perception of goal attainment level. We used the deductive approach to analyze students’ essays.Results：There were two groups, one is did the simulation clinical practice prior to clinical attachment. Other is did the simulation clinical practice post clinical attachment. These two groups had similar experiences through simulation clinical practice and discussion session as a cooperative learning. They learnt important essence of pediatric nursing such as providing care based on characteristics of children, family centered nursing care, and prioritized care depends on the situation where children and families are.Discussion and Conclusion：These results suggest the education program of pediatric nursing clinical attachment should include that student think cases for simulation clinical practice on their own, simulation clinical practice during clinical attachment, and debriefing session post clinical attachment.

令和4年度 修士論文 抄録

看護職には高い倫理観が求められる。その倫理観の基盤として、なすべきことに気づく能力および看護師として道徳的な行動を起こすための心の強さや責任を果たすための態度や姿勢があり、これらは道徳的感受性によって育まれる。看護学生の道徳的感受性を測定する道徳的感受性尺度看護学生版第2版(MSQ-ST2)が公表されており、その新入生への使用可能性を検討した。授業時にこの尺度を用いて行った3回のアンケート結果を所属機関の研究倫理審査委員会の承認を得て使用し、道徳的感受性の3つの構成概念をとらえられているかを探索的因子分析によって確認した。その結果、入学当初には一部の構成概念が適切にとらえられていない可能性が示唆されたが、入学4ヵ月目には、この尺度がとらえるはずの道徳的感受性をほぼ適切にとらえていることが示された。看護についてのある程度の学習が進んだ学生に対して、MSQ-ST2が利用可能であることが示された。(著者抄録)

【目的】本研究の目的は，精神看護学実習における精神疾患をもつ人の学生のイメージの文献検討を行うことで，学生のイメージとその情報源， 教育方法の実際を考察し，今後の教育介入の示唆を得るものである。【方法】医学中央雑誌（WEB 版）にて，精神看護学実習でのイメージの変化に関する文献検索を行った。【結果】過去10 年間における9 件の文献を対象に検討を行った。精神疾患をもつ人に関する情報源は， テレビ・新聞などのマス・メディアで，その影響は強いものであった。実習前の学生の精神疾患をもつ人のイメージは，「怖い」「暴れる」「危険」などネガティブなものであった。実習後の学生の精神疾患をもつ人のイメージは，「明るい」「精神障害者は怖くない」「優しい」などであった。実習での体験を通し，ポジティブなイメージに変化した。また, 教育方法の実際については，精神看護学実習における対象者との接触体験の他，講義や教員・実習指導者のサポートに関する内容であった。【結論】精神看護学実習における学生の精神疾患をもつ人のイメージはネガティブなものが大多数であったが，精神看護学実習で精神疾患をもつ人とかかわることでネガティブなイメージが払拭される傾向にあった。また，精神疾患をもつ人のイメージの情報源として，テレビ・新聞などのマス・メディアの影響力が強いことが考えられた。教育方法の実際として，教員や実習指導者のサポートにより，精神疾患をもつ人や精神看護学実習のイメージに大きな影響を及ぼすことが示唆された。（著者抄録）

報告, Reports, 慢性疾患は、患者自身が疾患の急性増悪を起こさないようにコントロールすることが重要であるため、看護師が行うセルフマネジメント支援の重要性は大きい。しかし、看護学生にとって、患者のセルフマネジメント力向上の支援をするために、患者と向き合い患者の体験を知るための対話を行うことは難しい。そこで、Ａ大学慢性看護学領域では、慢性疾患を有する人のセルフマネジメント力向上の支援をするために、シナリオを用いた対話学修を学内実習として導入した。 学生は、本学内実習での患者役体験から、看護師の問いかけ方で患者に生じる感情が異なることに気づき、自身のコミュニケーションが患者の体験を知るための対話となっていたか考察を深めることができていた。学生からは、ディスカッション時間の延長を希望する意見があった。今後の課題は、学生の思考がより深まるようにディスカッションの時間配分をはじめ本学内実習全体の構成を検討することである。

[目的]看護学生が精神障がい者に対してどのようなイメージをもって入学し，卒業時にどのように変化したのかを知り，イメージの形成について明らかにすることである． [方法]A大学看護学科およびB専門学校看護科（4年制）の2010年度入学生177名を調査対象とし，１年生入学時と4年生卒業時に同意のあった107名に縦断的にアンケート調査を実施した． [結果]1年生入学時にはマイナスのイメージが多かった．4年生卒業時にはマイナスよりもプラスのイメージが多くなった．イメージが変化した要因としては，実習や授業によるものが多かった．また，学生の中には複数のイメージを併せもっている者もいた． [考察] 精神障がい者に対してマイナスのイメージをもっていた学生が，授業や実習を通して精神障がい者を多面的に捉えていた．マイナスのイメージが減少するとともに，複数のイメージが形成されていった．イメージは入れ替わるのではなく，異なるイメージが追加あるいは修正され，全体のイメージが形成されていくと考えられる．

Purpose: This study tried to establish whether having students hold conferences on patient conditions during the clinical practicum, as done in clinical nursing settings, can improve student understanding of the target patients and the nursing process.Methods: To evaluate the effect of conference instructions, self-rated questionnaire surveys were administered to 13 faculty members in charge of instruction in the basic clinical practicum nursing II course. For the students, a selfrated questionnaire survey was administered to 83 second-year nursing students who had completed the course.Results: Students who set the theme of the conference in agreement with nursing process were more likely to be aware that the instruction led to an understanding of the target patients and the development of the nursing process.They felt the necessity of conferences to learn about the nursing process (p < .05). These students gained a sense of accomplishment because the direction of the assistance of the target patients became clear, making it possible to connect the learning to the nursing assistance.Conclusion: Instruction on set themes of conferences in agreement with nursing processes is eff ective for promoting student understanding of target patients and developing knowledge of the nursing process.

学生の国際交流活動に関する意識やニーズを把握し，委員会活動への示唆を得るために，本学学生169名を対象に意識調査を実施した（回収率40.8％）．学生の約6割が「在学中の海外研修や留学」を希望し，希望内容は「病院訪問」，「現地学生との交流」などであった．参加を検討する上で「語学力」「経済面」「学業との両立」が障壁となっていた．語学資格の保有に関わらず語学力の心配はある一方で，資格の保有が海外研修の参加を希望する一因になっている可能性が示唆された．また渡航経験や語学資格の保有に関係なく，学生の約6割が「国内における国際交流活動」には関心を示した．今後の課題として，実践的な語学力の習得機会の創出，参加障壁要因の検討，国内における異文化交流の機会の創出，教員による海外研究者との交流促進支援などについて，委員会活動含め全学をあげた組織的な取組みの必要性が示唆された．

【はじめに】若年者では夜型のライフスタイルが多く、特に大学生では、他の世代と比較して、睡眠習慣の個人差が大きく、睡眠の質・量の低下による授業・勉学への悪影響がある。【目的】看護学生の睡眠ステージについて、ウェアラブルデバイスを用いて学年別の特性を明らかにすることである。【方法】A大学の2年～4年生までの各10名程度、計30名程度とした。対象者に1週間、ウェアラブル端末心拍計を装着してもらった。睡眠ステージ、心拍数、歩数、消費カロリーなどの測定結果を記載、睡眠時間を確保する工夫について自由記載を求めた。【倫理的配慮】対象者にとって回答しなくても不利益にならないこと、成績には反映されないこと、個人が特定されないことなどを口頭および書面で説明した。なお本研究は、日本赤十字九州国際看護大学の研究倫理審査委員会の承認を得て実施した（承認番号；19-008-①）。【結果】対象者は、2年生10名、3年生11名、4年生10名、計31名であった。睡眠ステージは、学年に関わらず、最も長かったのは浅い睡眠で50％程度、次にレム睡眠が20％、深い睡眠が17％程度、最も短かったのは夜間覚醒時間12％程度であった。2年生が浅い睡眠の比率が高く、3年生と4年生で深い睡眠の比率が同程度、レム睡眠は各学年とも同じ比率であり、3年生が夜間覚醒時間の比率が高かった。【考察】睡眠ステージの比率は、3年生の浅い睡眠がやや短いが、平均的な比率であることがわかった。, 【Background】Many young people often have a pattern of staying up late at night. Especially for college students, the individual differences in sleep habits are large compared with ages groups other than young people, and the deterioration of sleep quality and quantity has a large adverse effect on lessons and study.【Objective】The aim of this study is to clarify the characteristics of the sleep stage of nursing students by each grade using a wearable device.【Methods】A total of about 30 students, about 10 students each from the 2nd to 4th grades of University A, were targeted. The subject wore a wearable device terminal heart rate monitor for one week. The subjects described the measurement results such as sleep stage, heart rate, steps, and calories burned, and described the measures to secure sleep time. We explained to the subjects, verbally and in writing, which they would not be disadvantageous situation, that they would not affect their grades, and that no individual would be identified. This study was approved by the Research Ethics Review Committee of the Japan Red Cross Kyushu International Nursing University (approval number; 19-008-①).【Results】The subjects were 10 second graders, 11 third graders, and 10 fourth graders, for a total of 31 people. Regardless of grade, the longest was about 50% for light sleep, followed by REM sleep at about 20%, deep sleep at about 17%, and the shortest was about 12% at night awakening time. The percentage of light sleep was high in the second grade, the percentage of deep sleep was the same in the third and fourth grades, the percentage of REM sleep was the same in each grade, and the ratio of night awakening time was high in the third grade.【Conclusion】We found that the ratio of sleep stages was an average percentage, although light sleep in the third grade was a little short., 報告 = report

看護学生は、講義期間と実習期間の両方の期間で睡眠に問題を抱えている者が多いことが報告されている。本研究の目的は、講義期間における看護学生の睡眠を学年間比較することによって、学年による看護学生の睡眠の特徴を把握し、看護学生が良好な睡眠を確保するために取り組んでいる工夫を明らかにすることとした。A大学の看護学生4学年415名を対象とした無記名式Webアンケートによる横断研究を実施した。睡眠の学年間比較では、ピッツバーグ睡眠質問票日本語版（PSQI-J）を用い、PSQI-Jの総合得点と主観的な睡眠の質などの7つの要素の各得点を算出し、多重比較を行った。看護学生が良好な睡眠を確保するために取り組んでいる工夫は、自由記載とし、質的記述的分析を行った。Webアンケートに回答し、回答に欠損があった者を対象者から除外した有効回答者数は252名であった（有効回答率60.7%）。睡眠の学年間比較から、2年生の睡眠が最も悪く、約7割の2年生に睡眠障害があることが示唆された。2年生の睡眠の特徴として、主観的な睡眠の質が悪く、入眠が困難で、日中の覚醒困難を自覚する頻度が他の学年より高かった。看護学生が良好な睡眠を確保するために取り組んでいる工夫として、28サブカテゴリーから【起床時の工夫】などの6カテゴリーを生成したが、【起床時の工夫】はほとんど取り組まれていなかった。2年生を対象に、主観的な睡眠の質の向上、入眠困難の改善、日中覚醒困難を軽減する方法を教育する必要がある。その方法の1つとして、起床直後や日中に太陽光を浴びることが夜間の睡眠を促すことを教育することが重要である。, Nursing students’ sleep is poor during both classroom learning and practical training. The aim of this study was to compare sleep among academic years and sleep hygiene to describe current sleep during classroom learning. The participants for this cross-sectional study were college nursing students. Participants’ consent was implied by response to a self-administered questionnaire on a website. Sleep was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index -Japanese version (PSQI-J). The PSQI-J included seven components such as subjective sleep quality. The results were analyzed by using multiple comparisons. Free writing description of nursing students’ sleep hygiene for good sleep was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. A total of 252 nursing students completed a self-administered questionnaire (response rate: 60.7%). Sleep of second-year students was poorer than all other school years and about 70% of them had a sleep disorder. Second-year students also had poorer subjective sleep quality, showed more sleep latency, and experienced more frequent daytime dysfunction than other school years. Six categories such as [effort of the getting up] were extracted from 28 subcategories of nursing students’ sleep hygiene to describe good sleep. However, [effort of the getting up] was hardly worked on by nursing students. This study suggested that second-year students needed to learn the way of improving subjective sleep quality, sleep latency and reducing daytime dysfunction.
