Compared with the traditional government environmental governance model, the government′s use of algorithms to carry out environmental governance has obvious positive effects: it can improve the accuracy, predictability, and efficiency of environmental governance. However, embedding algorithms into government environmental governance can easily lead to risks in three dimensions: ethics, tools, and the rule of law. The ethical dimension faces the risk of value imbalance; the tool dimension includes the risk of insufficient environmental data structure and insufficient transparency of environmental algorithm models; and the legal dimension includes the risk of abuse of power and uneven distribution of responsibilities by those who control the environmental algorithm models. Therefore, it is necessary to address the risks induced by embedding algorithms in government environmental governance and to build a systematic legal regulation system, thereby fully leveraging the advantages of algorithmic automated decision-making in environmental governance. In the selection of regulatory paths, the potential risks of algorithms embedded in government environmental governance should be systematically regulated based on the guidance of basic macro principles and the design of specific regulatory plans. At a macro level, algorithms embedded in government environmental governance should follow the basic principles of legal governance, fairness and justice, floating proportions, and due process. In terms of specific regulatory plans, it is necessary to establish a support structure for algorithms embedded in government environmental governance to take advantage of these algorithms. It is also necessary to make appropriate rule changes based on the loopholes of the algorithms themselves, using the 'supportive structures and adaptive flow phase balance' method to improve the feasibility of specific regulatory plans. The structure of the specific regulatory plan should adhere to the perspective of whole-process governance and achieve the unity of prevention beforehand, supervision during the incident, and accountability after the incident. The pre-prevention part requires that algorithms embedded in government environmental governance effectively meet ethical requirements, and a complete environmental data approval, feedback, and protection mechanism, along with an explanation mechanism for environmental algorithm models, should be established. The interim supervision part should establish departments and social organizations where algorithms are embedded in government environmental governance as well as a public supervision system. The ex post facto attribution part needs to embed the algorithm into the responsibility allocation system of government environmental governance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
In order to ensure the accuracy of motion in complex terrains for quadruped robots, a real-time gait monitoring method based on machine learning and binocular vision was proposed. The residual visual error was addressed by identifying the optimal observation point for the foot end along the known gait trajectory, which was referred to as “ capturing stillness amid motion”. To compensate for measurement errors in foot position and posture due to inaccuracies in the vision system, an accurate prediction method based on a depth neural network was utilized. The simulation results indicate that the designed neural network achieves a 99. 68% probability of attaining 0. 025 mm foot position prediction accuracy, thus fulfilling the requirements for real-time and high-precision monitoring. It is concluded that the proposed method combines the generalization capabilities of machine learning with the complex error sources of the vision system to achieve high-precision measurement. Consequently, it provides a novel perspective for real-time and accurate gait monitoring of foot robots and serves as a valuable reference for foot end positioning and periodic gait maintenance. Asthma, a prevalent respiratory disease, remains incompletely understood in terms of its pathogenesis. Airway remodeling, a prominent feature of asthma, occurs early in the disease process. Airway smooth muscle cells (ASMC) are recognized as a critical target in asthmatic airway remodeling, and the phenotypic transformation from normal contraction to proliferation/synthesis is one of the important characteristics of airway remodeling. Autophagy, a cellular process that serves as a defense mechanism, plays a significant regulatory role in the pathogenesis of asthma, particularly in the phenotype transformation of ASMC to promote airway remodeling. In this paper, we review the relationship between autophagy and phenotype transformation of ASMC, as well as relevant findings in the context of asthma pathogenesis, with the aim of inspiring future research endeavors in this field. 14. 地铁隧道砂土劈裂注浆加固机理分析.

- Abstract
[Objective] In the process of grouting in metro tunnel, there exists dynamic coupling effect between sand stress field and slurry flow field. In order to improve the design level of metro tunnel sand grouting, it is necessary to study the mechanism of sand splitting grouting under the coupling effect of slurry and sand. [Method] The splitting grouting diffusion process is simplified as a symmetric expansion process, and the basic characteristics of the slurry flow field are analyzed with Bingham fluid as the representative. The temporal and spatial variation equation of the splitting channel width and the slurry pressure is derived when the sand layer is treated as ideal linear elastic material and the elasticity is assumed to be homogeneous and isotropic. The basic law of sand splitting grouting is discussed by adjusting parameters such as slurry viscosity and sand stiffness. According to the basic law of sand splitting grouting under the coupling effect of slurry and sand, the sand splitting grouting under the coarse sand and silt soil layer in the section between Lanhua Rd. Station and Houbao Station of Chongqing Metro Line 10 phase II is verified on the spot, and the length of main and secondary slurry veins is obtained. [Result & Conclusion] The slurry pressure changes more sharply at the starting and ending stages of grouting, but is stable in the middle. Slurry viscosity and compression modulus of sand are important factors affecting the splitting diffusion law. The smaller the slurry viscosity and the compression modulus of sand, the larger the diffusion radius of the slurry becomes. While the larger the compression modulus of sand, the smaller the width of the splitting channel. Engineering verification shows that there is a 17%-22% deviation between the measured value and the calculated value, which indicates that the theoretical model has certain value for engineering application. Seepage damage is widely present in engineering construction such as embankments, foundation pits, and tunnels. It can directly lead to structural failure, casualties, and property losses. Therefore, it is urgent to reveal the mechanism of rock and soil seepage damage, and propose safe and effective engineering prevention and control measures. The mechanism of seepage failure in soil -flow and piping was analyzed and explained. It is believed that the occurrence of seepage failure depends on the physical and geometric properties of the rock and soil itself and the strength of external hydraulic factors. When the seepage force is greater than the effective gravity of soil particles, soil-flow failure occurs, and piping failure occurs when a through channel is formed inside the rock and soil. The prevention and control principles of rock and soil seepage damage disasters such as seepage, compaction, and splitting grouting were elaborated, and a discussions was conducted on composite and ultra-fine cement, geopolymer, high polymer, microbial liquid and other grouting prevention and control materials, aiming to provide technical support for the prevention and control of rock and soil engineering diseases. To address the issue of holistic ecological protection in a situation where various environmental factors intertwine, the Yangtze River Protection Law has established the orientation and concept of ecosystem integrity and the ecological space systematization. Based on the data of wetland resources before and after the promulgation of the Yangtze River Protection Law, this paper analyzes the inadaptability between the wetland property right system and the traditional property right system by using the methods of normative analysis, comparative analysis, and empirical analysis, and puts forward solutions. Constrained by the inherent structural defects of the traditional property right system, the wetland property right system has many problems in practice, such as system value deviation, system function dislocation, system implementation block, etc., but it has a new possibility of system improvement in the selection of basic principles, the allocation of internal powers, and the definition of legal relationship objects. This paper further proposes that China should clarify the basic position of ecological value in the wetland property right system, adjust the management mode of wetland property rights based on the integrity of the ecosystem, and improve the registration method of the wetland property right system for ecological space. The specific path of system optimization is as follows: first, the principle of ‘prioritizing ecological conservation and boosting green development’ should be established as the basic principle of the wetland property right system; second, the registration results of wetland property right confirmation and the ecological information of wetland property rights should be bound before being made public voluntarily; third, the boundary of natural resources and internal administrative responsibilities of wetland property rights should be planned as a whole; fourth, the wetland property right system should be institutionally connected with the ‘river chief system’; fifth, the information of wetland property rights should be linked to the performance assessment of leading officials; sixth, surveying and mapping indicators, subjects, and methods should be clearly defined in the wetland property right system and ‘landscape change standards’ should be introduced accordingly. As a kind of surface protection block, the fence board has good wave dissipation effect, economic project cost, clear lines and certain aesthetic feeling after being connected into one piece. Therefore, it is widely used in the slope protection structure of breakwater, revetment and shore connection structure. At present, the process of "binding and clamping bottom" or" pier bottom" is widely used in the prefabrication of fence plates in China, the bottom formwork shall be cast-in-situ concrete floor or steel formwork. After the cast-in-situ concrete reaches the design elevation, the surface shall be finished manually to complete the prefabrication. Therefore, the appearance quality of the top surface is greatly affected by human subjective factors, and cracks are easy to appear, which affects the quality and service durability of components. Objective: To investigate the effects of simulated hypobaric hypoxic environment at 5000 m altitude on intestinal tissue structure, immune factors, and gut microbiota in mice with different hypoxia exposure times. Methods: 72 male C57BL/6 mice were divided into hypoxia groups and control groups. The hypoxia model was established by hypobaric chamber with simulated altitude of 5000 m. The hypoxia groups were set for 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, and 30 days (6 mice per group, hypoxia time 24 h per day), body weight of mice was recorded. The histopathological sections of ileum were made by HE staining. The expression levels of occludin, an intestinal tight junction protein, were analyzed by immunohistochemical staining. The levels of IL-6, IL-22, and TNF-α in plasma were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Gut microbiota was analyzed by 16 s rDNA sequencing. Results: Compared with that in the control group, the body weight of hypoxia groups reduced significantly (P<0.05). HE staining and immunohistochemical staining of hypoxia groups showed that there were injury in intestinal epithelial villi and the lymphocytes increased. The expression of occludin protein decreased significantly(P<0.05) in 7- and 14-day hypoxia groups. IL-6 in plasma decreased significantly(P<0.05) in 7-day hypoxia groups and then increased significantly(P<0.05) in 14-day hypoxia groups. The characteristics ofthe intestinal microbial community ofmice in different hypoxia exposure groups and control groups significantly changed. At genus level, the abundance of Prevotella, Akkermansia, Oscillospira, Bacteroides, Desulfovibrio, Odoribacter were significantly increased (P<0.05) in hypoxia groups. Correlation analysis of immune factors and gut microbiota showed that Lactobacillus is significantly positively correlated with IL-6 and IL-22 (r=0.27, P<0.05; r=0.27, P<0.05). Conclusions: Hypoxia stress at an altitude simulating 5000 m significantly changed the intestinal epithelium structure and barrier function and the composition of gut microbiota of mice. Changes in gut microbiota were significantly correlated with the levels of immune factor in plasma. These changes may be the adaptive response to the hypoxia environment and are related to the time of hypoxia stress. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

海相碳酸盐岩碳氧同位素具有显著的古海洋学意义,其组成具有随地质历史时期演变而变化的趋势,沉积环境的变化影响着古海水的碳氧同位素组成的差异。通过碳氧同位素地球化学分析方法,探讨了文星场地区古环境以及碳氧同位素与生物礁之间的关系。分析测试结果表明:样品基本上保持了原始碳、氧同位素组成,且δ (13CPDB)与δ (18OPDB)变化具有明显的周期性,同时因区域不同而呈现不同幅度的波动;此外,礁相δ (13CPDB)与δ (18OPDB)平均值均具高于非礁相δ (18OPDB)和δ (13CPDB)平均值的特点。基于以上对碳氧同位素值的组成特征及与生物礁之间的关系的分析研究认为:① δ (13CPDB)的变化与海平面升降变化呈正比,因而具有很强的周期性,且每一个周期内δ (18OPDB)值也呈现出周期性的波动,表明海水的温度和盐度受海平面变化的影响而出现周期内和周期间的波动;② 文星场地区低洼的古地貌、峨眉运动影响及硅质供源体(热水来源、玄武岩淋滤及上升流等因素),共同作用造成了礁相δ (13CPDB)与δ (18OPDB)平均值均高于非礁相δ (18OPDB)和δ (13CPDB)平均值。 Carbon and oxygen isotope of marine carbonate rocks had significant meaning of paleoceanography, its composition varied with geological evolution history, but the composition was differed in different depositional environments. By using the method of isotope geochemistry, the paleo- environment of Wenxingchang Area and the relationship between carbon and oxygen isotope and organic reefs were discussed. The results of data analyzing showed that all the samples were marine carbonate and kept the original composition of carbon and oxygen isotope and they were obviously cyclical, the carbon and oxygen isotope was differed in different depositional environments and regions. Therefore the average value of δ (13CPDB) and δ (18OPDB) in organic reef facies was higher than that of δ (18OPDB) and δ (13CPDB). The above analysis indicates that first, the δ (13CPDB) changes with the change of sea level and also presents strong cyclical and the value of δ (18OPDB) also presents cyclical fluctuation, which shows that the temperature and salinity of sea water are affected by the change of sea level so that it appears fluctuations during the cyclical period. Secondly, the low paleogeomorphology of Wenxingchang Area and the Ermei movement and the source body of siliceous including hydrotherm, basalt leaching and upwelling are the reasons that the average value of δ (13CPDB) and δ (18OPDB) in organic reef facies is higher than that of no-reef facies δ (18OPDB) and δ (13CPDB).

In order to address the issue of low forecast accuracy due to the lack of observation data in traditional hydrological forecasting mod Is, generative adversarial network (GAN), with the characteristic of generating data by learning data distribution, could be used to combine with the long and short-term memory (LSTM). Firstly, the "binary minimax" game theory of GAN was used to solve the issue of data missing by generating padding data that was consistent with the distribution of the missing data and was able to represent the characteristics of the missing data. Then the integrated padding data was input into the LSTM for hydrological forecast. Finally, the experimental results on the measured hydrological data set collected by Qingxi Hydrological Station of the Qingxi River showed that the prediction performance of the pro posed model under the condition of missing data was significantly better than that of other similar models.
