Trade facilitation is both an important trend in the development of international trade and main con­tent in WTO negotiation. In the multilateral system, trade facilitation is being increasingly emphasized and its ex­tension is gradually clarified. The Trade Facilitation Agreement signed in 2013 is the main part of the first multilat­eral agreement since the establishment of WTO. It reflects a new exploration in the multilateral system negotiation, while proposes some new challenges. 目的探讨神经肽Y及其受体在盆腔脏器脱垂患者主韧带和宫骶韧带组织中的表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法盆腔脏器脱垂患者50例,按盆腔脏器脱垂定量评估体系(POP-Q)对盆腔脏器脱垂分度:Ⅰ度6例,Ⅱ度20例,Ⅲ度14例,Ⅳ度10例。将Ⅰ、Ⅱ度作为脱垂1组,Ⅲ、Ⅳ度作为脱垂2组。同期选择宫颈癌患者30例作为对照组,均无盆腔脏器脱垂。均于术中切除主韧带和宫骶韧带组织标本。采用免疫组化法检测组织标本中神经肽Y蛋白的表达,RT-PCR法检测Y1受体、Y2受体mRNA的表达。结果脱垂1、2组主韧带与宫骶韧带组织中神经肽Y蛋白阳性表达率低于对照组(χ2主韧带分别为4.710、26.087,χ2宫骶韧带分别为7.012、21.941,P均0.05),脱垂2组低于脱垂1组(χ2主韧带=5.984,χ2宫骶韧带=7.232,P0.05)。脱垂1组主韧带、宫骶韧带组织中Y1受体mRNA表达与对照组比较,P均0.05;脱垂2组主韧带、宫骶韧带组织中Y1受体mRNA表达高于对照组(P均0.05);脱垂2组主韧带组织中Y1受体mRNA表达高于脱垂1组(P0.05)。脱垂1、2组宫骶韧带组织中Y2受体mRNA表达比较,P0.05。脱垂1、2组主韧带与宫骶韧带组织中Y2受体mRNA表达有升高趋势,但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P均0.05),脱垂1、2组之间比较,P0.05。同组主韧带与宫骶韧带组织中Y1受体、Y2受体mRNA表达比较,P均0.05。主韧带组织中Y1受体mRNA表达与Y2受体mRNA表达呈正相关(r=0.479,P0.05),宫骶韧带组织中Y1受体mRNA表达与Y2受体mRNA表达无相关性(r=0.173,P0.05)。结论盆腔脏器脱垂患者主韧带和宫骶韧带组织中神经肽Y呈低表达,其Y1受体呈高表达,主韧带组织中Y1与Y2受体mRNA表达呈正相关;神经肽Y及其受体的表达变化与盆腔脏器脱垂程度有关。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
