Ferroptosis is a new type of programmed cell death characterized by iron overload and lipid peroxidation, which is different from other cell death patterns, such as apoptosis, necrosis and autophagy, etc. In recent years, ferroptosis has attracted wide attention in nervous system diseases, such as ischemic stroke (IS), Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and Huntington’s disease, etc. Studies have found that ferroptosis participates in and aggravates the pathological process of IS, and ferroptosis inhibitors can effectively improve the prognosis of IS. Therefore, this article mainly reviews the pathogenesis of ferroptosis in IS and the application of ferroptosis inhibitors in IS, in order to provide a new potential intervention target for the prevention and treatment of IS. Myosins constitute a class of functional proteins that are widely found in eukaryotic organisms and play important roles in the process of various life activities in the cells of living organisms. In addition, myosins derived from phytopathogenic fungi significantly also have significant impacts on the growth and development of fungi and their pathogenicity. In light of these characteristics, more and more researchers are directing their attention towards the development of pesticides targeting myosin. Designing inhibitors based on myosins from phytopathogenic fungi to develop fungicides with novel mechanisms of action will be an important tool for preventing and controlling plant diseases, thereby ensuring food security. This paper focuses on the research progress of myosins and their inhibitors in phytopathogenic fungal and mainly reviews the structural features and biochemical functions, as well as myosin inhibitor fungicides reported in recent years, which can provide a reference for the discovery of myosin target-directed lead compounds of phytopathogenic fungi and the rational design of the active molecules of new pesticides. In order to improve the accuracy of overlapping community detection, this paper proposed a LPANNI optimization algorithm CLPANNI (Cycle Label Propagation Algorithm with Neighbor Node influence) based on cycle structure by mining the minimum circle information of nodes, measuring the importance of nodes according to the circle ratio index and updating labels in ascending order, the algorithm increases the stability of label propagation process, and receives the labels transmitted by neighbor nodes according to the influence of neighbor nodes. With four benchmark algorithms in NMI＿ LFK, NMI＿ Through the test and comparison under MGH and Mov indicators, CLPANNI algorithm performs well in the accuracy of community discovery. Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively detect the overlapping community structure of the network, find the close sub clusters of the network, and the identified community distribution is closer to the real network structure. The proposed method is to improve the physical properties of wet-laid nonwoven glass fiber mat. Such raw materials as wood pulp fiber and glass fiber are mixed with the ratio of 1:9, 2:8, 3:7, 4:6, 5:5, with the pulp beating degree of 15°SR, 25°SR, 35°SR, 45°SR, 55°SR respectively. 25 kinds of wood pulp fiber / wet-laid nonwoven glass fiber mat are produced by using wet-laid nonwoven production technology. The results show that the wood pulp fiber can significantly improve the strength, breaking elongation ration and fold-resistance of the wet-laid glass fiber mat, but the pulp beating degree has relatively small effect. With the increase of wood pulp fiber, air permeability and flame resistance decrease. When the optimum proportion of wood pulp fiber is 30%, the tensile strength and fold-resistance greatly improve, flame resistance reaches the top level, and air permeability functions well. The mechanical properties of the multi-layer needle-punched composite nonwoven geotextile are explored. With polyester fiber as raw material, using the method of needle-punched nonwoven production in the same density, monolayer nonwoven geotextile of density 70g/m2, 140g/m2, 210g/m2, 280g/m2, 350g/m2 are respectively produced. Then on the basis of 70g/m2 needle-punched nonwovens, the density of 140g/m2, 210g/m2, 280g/m2, 350g/m2 composite nonwoven geotextile are produced. The two kinds of nonwoven geotextiles mechanical properties are tested and analyzed. The results show that compared with the same specification monolayer nonwoven fabric, the layer number of these differences will be more obvious and it has polynomial function relationship. Therefore, the form of a multilayer needle-punched compound acupuncture can significantly improve the mechanical properties of nonwoven fabric. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To explore the influence of smile arc on smiling aesthetics in female individuals with different face widths.Methods: One frontal smiling photograph from a female was modified for smile arcs and face widths with Adobe Photoshop CS5. The attractiveness of the images was evaluated by the orthodontists and the laypersons. Results: There was no interactive effect on the smile attractiveness between the smiling arcs and the face width(P>0.05). The higher scores of the smiling attractiveness were the ideal arc,narrower face & ideal face(P<0.05). For the laypersons, the three kinds of smiling arcs, except for the narrowest face, degree of attractiveness decreased as the face became wider(P<0.05). For the professionals, regarding the flatten arc, except for the widest face,degree of attractiveness increased with the width of face(P<0.05). For the ideal arc, degree of attractiveness decreased when the face was too wide or narrow, but it was still higher than the other two arcs(P<0.05). For the vaulted arc, except for the narrowest face, degree of attractiveness decreased as the face became wider(P<0.05). Conclusions: Smiling arc and face width can influence the evaluation of smiling attractiveness. Differences exist in perception of the influence of smiling arc and the face width on smiling attractiveness between the professionals and the laypersons.
