人文大数据是指基于数字化或者数字生成的，被认为是人文艺术范畴的大规模数据集。与科学、工程及社会科学数据相比，人文大数据是一种“深层数据”，其来源更加混杂、格式更加多样、维度更加多元、数据层次更加复杂、内涵更加丰富，因此在数据分析过程中存在较大困难。针对人文大数据的特点，结合数字人文研究应用中的关键问题，突出人文大数据作为一个集体概念的复杂情况及可能存在的误区，彰显人文大数据的价值。

目的探讨无创胚胎植入前非整倍体筛查（niPGT-A）的诊断有效性。方法收集并再次分析了2018年7月到2019年7月期间，在中山大学附属第六医院生殖医学中心因染色体相互易位，或罗氏易位经首次滋养层细胞（TE）活检（TE1）行植入前，遗传学检测被诊断为非整倍体或嵌合的患者捐献胚胎24枚。解冻捐赠胚胎行滋养层细胞活检（TE2）、内细胞团活检（ICM）并收集囊胚培养液/囊胚腔液（BCM/BF）通过高通量测序技术获得遗传信息。以ICM的结果为胚胎真实染色体结果，比较TE1、TE2及BCM/BF的核型一致性。结果TE1、TE2及 BCM/BF与相应的ICM的核型一致性分别为66.7%，87.5%和79.2%（P>0.05），任意两组之间的差异没有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论利用囊胚培养液/囊胚腔液中的游离DNA行无创胚胎植入前非整倍体筛查可以获得与同期活检的TE2和ICM相似的诊断有效性。

【目的】探讨精子DNA碎片率与顶体酶活性检测对男性不育的诊断价值。【方法】回顾性分析近三年 前来本院就诊的902例男性患者的精液常规参数及精子DNA碎片率和顶体酶活性水平。【结果】按DNA碎片率水 平将所有患者分为4组（≤10%，11~20%，21~30%，≥31%），各组患者的年龄、精子浓度、精子总活力、前向运动率以 及顶体酶活性存在统计学差异；按精子顶体酶活性正常与否将患者分为两组后，两组间精子浓度、精子总数、精子 总活力、前向运动率、正常形态率、畸形精子指数、DNA碎片率均有统计学差异。相关性分析显示，DNA碎片率与精 子浓度、精子活力、前向运动率、精子总数及顶体酶活性呈负相关关系，与畸形精子指数呈正相关关系；顶体酶与精 子浓度、精子活力、前向运动率、精子总数、正常形态率呈正相关关系，与头部异常率、畸形精子指数、DNA碎片率负 相关。【结论】精子DNA碎片率及顶体酶活性水平均可以在一定程度上反映精子参数水平，其中DFI更能反映精 子活力水平，顶体酶活性则与精子形态更为相关。两者都是精子质量评估更为客观而全面的指标。

文章基于带有各向异性完全匹配层（PML）吸收边界条件的紧凑二维频域有限差分法对八角格子光子晶体光纤（O-PCF）的模式和色散特性进行了研究。利用有效面积法分析了八角格子和六角格子光子晶体光纤（H-PCF）的基模和多模截止特性,得到非限制模、基模及多模的相图。比较发现,填充率和空气孔间距相同时,O-PCF的单模运转区域宽于H-PCF,更易用于色散补偿。

抖动是影响光通信质量的重要因素。文章首先简单介绍了光传送网（OTN）中的4种光数据单元（ODUk）时钟,然后介绍了ITU-T建议对这4种ODUk时钟的输出抖动、抖动容限以及抖动传递函数的规定,并具体分析了去映射器时钟ODCP的抖动,最后给出了一种异步去映射的实例以及抖动测量结果。

【目的】探讨常规体外受精胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET）不受精时,应用卵母细胞单精子显微注射（intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI）技术进行补救授精的临床意义。【方法】2001年8月～2005年8月,在499个常规IVF-ET周期中有25个周期完全不受精,进行补救ICSI,并与同期实施的179个正常ICSI周期进行比较。【结果】补救ICSI组与正常ICSI组比较,HCG日平均血清雌二醇水平、每个成熟卵泡平均血清雌二醇量、每个周期的获卵数无明显差别,补救ICSI受精率为57.7%,低于正常ICSI组（67.8%）,补救ICSI组平均每个周期获得胚胎数（7.8±3.9）比正常ICSI（10.0±4.9）组少,且有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。补救ICSI组≥4细胞的胚胎占总胚胎数的54.5%,低于正常ICSI组（87.5%）,有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。正常ICSI组妊娠率为38.5%,补救ICSI组无一例妊娠。补救ICSI组中有8例在下一周期行ICSI,有2例妊娠并分娩2个健康女婴。【结论】补救ICSI虽可以避免取消IVF周期，但其受精率和妊娠率低，其临床应用价值还有待于进一步探讨。对于常规IVF不受精的患者，再次治疗时可考虑行ICSI助孕。

【目的】研究腹部超声引导下胚胎移植对体外受精-胚胎移植结局的影响。【方法】回顾性分析2001年7月至2005年3月，在本中心接受体外受精-胚胎移植（包括卵母细胞内单精子注射）治疗的461名患者521个周期的资料，按照胚胎移植时有无B超引导分为常规胚胎移植组（A组）和超声引导下胚胎移植组（B组），分别有187个周期和334个周期，比较两组患者的临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率、胚胎残留率和异位妊娠率。【结果】A组和B组的周期妊娠率分别是35．8％（67／187）和38.3％（128／334），P〉0．05；胚胎种植率分别是17．4％（104／599）和23．2％（179／773），P〈0．01；胚胎残留率分别是3．7％（7／187）和0．3％（1／334），P〈0．01；异位妊娠率分别是3．0％（2／67）和1．6％（2／128），P〉0．05。【结论】腹部超声引导下胚胎移植能提高体外受精-胚胎移植的胚胎种植率，降低胚胎残留率，可能有助于改善临床妊娠率和降低异位妊娠率，是一种有效的胚胎移植方法。

Compliance with self-monitoring of blood glucose is highly related to the efficacy of Blood-glucose control in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). Objective To select the cell isolation method, seeding number, and coating conditions for culture flasks to induce and amplify rat bone marrow mononuclear cells （BMMNCs） into endothelial progenitor cells （BM-EPCs）, aiming to establish an efficient, high-yield, and high-purity method for the separation, culture, induction, and amplification of BMEPCs derived from bone marrow. Methods Two-week-old male SD rats were used and euthanized by cervical dislocation, then we isolated the tibia and femur bilaterally to collect bone marrow cell suspensions. We prepared Percoll cell separation solutions at concentrations of 30%, 50%, 60%, and 70%, and separated rat BMMNCs seed cells using the Percoll density gradient centrifugation method, and calculated the ratio of viable cells. The obtained BMMNCs were divided into six groups （1×105, 5×105, 1×106, 2. 5×106, 5×106, and 1×107 cells） and were inoculated in the 25 cm² sterile culture flasks. After 7 days of culture, we observed the number of cell colonies formed in each group under a microscope and calculated the number of colonies formed per 106 cells. Logistic fitting curves were plotted using GraphPad Prism 9. 5 software to determine correla‑ tion based on the R² coefficient, and the P-values were used to include statistically significant seeding numbers. We then used R language to define calculation functions and iteratively found the optimal BMMNCs seeding number based on the known total number of seed cells and the correlation function limitations. Fibronectin （FN） solutions at concentrations of 20 nmol/L, 50 nmol/L, and 100 nmol/L were prepared, and culture flasks were coated for 2, 6, 12, and 24 h with blank solu‑ tions without FN as controls. We inoculated BMMNCs that did not adhere after 48 h into FN-coated culture flasks and cul‑ tured them for 3 days to calculate the number of colonies formed in each group, and determined the optimal FN concentration and coating time. BMMNCs that did not adhere after 48 h were inoculated in the 25 cm² culture flasks, and were induced with EGM-2 complete medium, and we observed the colony formation and induction expansion process under a microscope. BM-EPCs cultured for 14 days were identified for purity using dual-positive staining and flow cytometry. Results The Per‑ coll separation method clearly separated BMMNCs into five layers, with the highest ratio of viable cells between the 30% and 50% Percoll layers. The optimal seeding number for BMMNCs was 2. 5×106 cells. FN solutions at 50 nmol/L for 24 h or 100 nmol/L for 6 h effectively promoted colony formation. After 7 days of cell culture, well-formed cobblestone-like cells were observed, indicating that BMMNCs had been successfully induced into well-formed BM-EPCs. The percentage of Dil-AcLDL/FITC-UEA-1 dual-positive cells was 91. 89%±5. 77%, with CD31+KDR positive rate of 90. 73%±0. 61%, CD14 posi‑ tive rate of 0. 53%±0. 17%, and CD45 positive rate of 0. 77%±0. 34%, indicating that the obtained BM-EPCs were of high purity. Conclusions In the process of inducing and amplifying rat BMMNCs into BM-EPCs, Percoll density gradient cen‑ trifugation can be used to isolate BMMNCs. The optimal cell seeding number for BMMNCs is 2. 5×106 cells, and the culture flask coating conditions are 50 nmol/L FN solution for 24 h or 100 nmol/L FN solution for 6 h. [Objective] Using Chrysanthemum morifolium HETAI, a characteristic medicinal and edible plant in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, as the material, to explore the growth characteristics and nutritional changes of leaves and inflorescences. [Method] The growth of leaves and floral organs from Chrysanthemum morifolium was measured in the field, and corresponding colorimetric methods were used to explore the content changes of effective components. [Result] The Chrysanthemum morifolium HETAI developed from young leaves to mature leaves for about 168 days, with significant morphological changes during the leaf development process. The mature leaves were oval shaped, feathered with shallow or deep cracks, and the leaf edges were round serrated with notches. The growth cycle of flower organs was about 55 days, and it lasted for about 20 days from the initial flowering period to the full-bloom period. The tongue shaped and tubular flower clusters were fully developed; the flower diameter could reach 4.67-4.89 cm. During the development of flower organs, the content of soluble proteins generally showed a downward trend, but the content of total flavonoids and soluble sugars continued to increase, both contents maintain high levels during the development stage of 3140 days. Combined with the growth characteristics of leaves and inflorescences, the initial flowering period and early peak flowering period (31-40 days) were the suitable harvest time for this variety of chrysanthemum. The leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor LILRB4 （ILT3 or CD85k）， a member of the immunosuppressive re-ceptor family， is expressed predominantly on the cell membranes of immune cells of myeloid origin， and exerts an immunosuppressive effect in immune regulation by activating either the autoinhibitory motif （ITIM） or by inhibiting Fc receptor activation motif （ITAM）. In tumors， activation of LILRB4 receptor generates an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment that assists in tumor invasion and metastasis， and in inflammatory diseases， LILRB4 is expressed on a variety of cells， such as monocytes， macrophages， mast cells， etc.， and attenuates inflammatory responses. Currently， LILRB4 has become a therapeutic target for tumors and various inflammatory diseases， and anti-LILRB4 monoclonal antibodies against acute myeloid leukemia （AML） have entered clinical trials.
