本稿では東アジア諸国において、入学者選抜で多様な指標がどのように取り入れられてきているのかについて最近の改革動向に着目して比較的に検討し、特に高校段階での学習や活動の成果の利用にどのような特徴があるのかを明らかにすることを目的とした。検討の対象は韓国、台湾、中国であり、各国の大学入学者選抜制度の変遷と近年の改革動向を整理して比較考察を行った。その結果、近年の改革の方向性として、韓国や台湾では学力筆記試験以外の多様な指標を用いた選抜の拡大が見られ、韓国や中国では全国統一型の学力筆記試験の成績を主として用いる選抜を維持しつつ高校での学習や活動の成果に関する指標を組み合わせる改革が進められていること、高校での学習や活動の成果に関する指標が広く用いられる基盤として、どの国でも在学時にそれらを蓄積する仕組みの構築が、高校教育課程の見直しや高校教育の評価と結びついて進められていることが明らかになった。, This article clarifies the characteristics of the use of various scores and materials in university admissions in South Korea, Taiwan, and China, especially the use of materials for evaluating the performance of learning and activities in high school, focusing on the recent trends of reforms. This paper first describes the shift of the university admission system and recent trends of reforms in South Korea, Taiwan, and China, and then discusses commonalities and differences between the directions of the recent reforms. The results showed that, in South Korea and Taiwan, the selection route of entrants using various materials other than the scores of written examinations is expanding. In South Korea and China, combining the scores of national written examinations and the materials concerning the performance of learning and activities in high school is encouraged. Finally, as a foundation for evaluating performance in high school, South Korea, Taiwan, and China have online systems for storing materials concerning the performance of learning and activities during high school, associated with the reform of the national curriculum and evaluation in high school.

この論文は、私立学校の中等教育とりわけ高校教育について制度的に明らかにしようとするものである。とくにその教育内容に着目する。 私学の中等教育研究は教育法規に着目したもの、私学の公費の助成に着目したものについてはある程度研究の蓄積がある。しかしその教育制度・教育内容に注目したものは極めて少ない。とくに70年代以降、私学の中等教育は学校づくり、教育づくりにドラスティックな経験をしてきたが、資料や調査の少なさから、その過程を系統的に分析した研究はほぼ皆無である。 一方中等教育には多くの研究が存する。ただ元々、制度上、中等教育機関は中間で微妙な位置にある。さらに、歴史的にまず高等教育機関の「予科」的な性格に、その後初等教育機関との連続性が整備され、さらに専門教育が加わるといった複雑な経緯がある。戦後改革では単線化され、高校は中学の上に発展的に位置したが、それらを反映して運営方針は大きく揺れた。社会問題の大きな洗礼も受けた。今、戦後改革の理念がどうなったかも問題である。 さらに高校の公私関係も不明な分野である。戦後75年を経て、私立高校は現在約3分の1を占めるまで成長しており、公私関係が制度上の布置から出発してどう機能しているかは押さえるべき問題である。高校改革にも、制度的枠組みの改変とその枠内での教育内容の改善の工夫があるが、それぞれの成否はどうなのか、それへの対応に公私の特徴・違いはないのか明らかにすべきである。 本論文ではそれらへのアプローチを主として私学の「普通科コース制」をもってする。今日普通科の占める割合が私学では9割、公立7割と全体化している。ならば、その内部が解析されるべきだが、その内部システムであるコースは、文科省の学校基本調査から外れ、基本データもない。それは戦後10年経って、文部省によって政策に導入され、賛否を呼んだ経緯がある。今日、学校主導で一般化し、各学校、とくに私立高校は生徒確保を求め、その類型の開発に取り組み、30年以上にわたる。その推移はどうであったのか。 その構造、流れを明らかにすることは戦後教育改革の把握につながる。長く試みられてきた制度内の改良・分化に意味があったのか、本論文は、民間の資料も発掘しながら、そういった空白状況を埋めようと試みるものである。

本研究は，どの教科・科目も主体的・対話的で深い学びを生徒が行うためには，教員が教科特有の内容を超え，授業を見る視点を変化させる必要があると考え，そのための研修のあり方をまとめたリーフレットを作成した。これによって新たな学びのあり方を教員が学ぶことができるようにした。また，リーフレット使用して教員研修を行い，その効果を検証した。

本稿は，設置から25年が経過した総合学科高校の現状を，全国調査の結果によって，明らかにしようとするものである．1994年の総合学科の設置以後，これまでにも何回かの全国調査が実施されてきたが，総合学科高校の増加に伴って，今回の調査はこれまでにない大規模なものになった．主な調査結果は以下のとおりである．①科目選択の際に，まず「系列」を選択させている学校が7割以上を占めた．②3年次の「課題研究」のテーマを「生徒が自由に決めている」学校が6割以上であった．③科目選択等のために専任のカウンセラーを置いている学校は約2割，卒業生の「追指導」を行っている学校は約1割にとどまった．④ホームルーム編成を毎年変更している学校が過半数を占め，すべての年次で「学業成績」が主な編成原理となっていた．以上のような結果は，今後の総合学科や高校教育改革全体の方向性を考える際に，さらには，それぞれの総合学科高校が自校の学校改革を考える際にも示唆を与えるものと考える．, 研究論文

This paper offers a brief overview about the structure of the public sphere of high school education. In the article 9 of the fundamental law of education is the next sentence found, “The schools prescribed by law shall be of public nature”. What dose the public nature mean? In this paper I aim for description about the three phases of the public sphere of school education. It consists of individual phase, universal phase and mediational phase. The individual phase consists of individual students who are placed in the different situation and have their own purpose of self-actualization. Universal phase means universal principles which enable student to realize their selfactualization in their future. Mediational phase intends to connect both the individual and universal phase and create the conditions to realize self-actualization of students. In this paper I stipulate “the public nature” as follows, the public nature unifies the autonomy of human existence and heteronomy and so, as the result, it will realize the self-actualization of high school students. When the autonomy of human existence is injured by the interference of others our free will and behavior will be collapsed. In the public sphere, where the autonomous will is coincident with the heteronomous will, we will be able to realize our self-actualization.

平成29 年度「地域医療を支える人づくりプロジェクト事業」地域医療体験事業で北海道教育庁石狩教育局と本学は教育内容を大きく変更した。事前準備から教育行政（教職員）と医学部（医師）が事務職員のコーディネートのもと、地域医療に対する認識、本学の使命に関する認識を再確認した後に、様々な教育手法を取り入れ実施した。平成28 年度の地域医療への関心を高め共感を重視する「知る」「地域医療が主役」の内容から、平成29 年度では疑似体験を通し、医師になるために自身がどうあるべきか、現在の高校での学びの意義や将来へのつながり、高校生活を振り返る「体験する」「高校生が主役」の内容に変更したところ、高校生に際立って好評で、地域で専門性をどう生かすかといった意見、主体的に高校の日常生活を振り返る発言が目立つものに変化した。学内開催型の地域医療体験事業の成功事例と考え報告する。

Modern high school students can't have confidence generally and are not getting it. School life and social life cannot help coming to be passive and to escape if self-esteem don't grow up. A fundamental issue regarding education in high school exists in there now in Japan. In this problem, Service Learning of the United States is one of the effective methods. Service Learning is a method by which students improve their academic learning and develop social and civic skills through structured service activities that meet community needs. Students develop practical skills, self-esteem, and a sense of civic responsibility by planning and implementing their service activities. When Service Learning is introduced into high school education of Japan, the examination of the course of study that has force of law, the system frame construction is needed as a standard of the curriculum. In this thesis, I would like to research for the construction of the educational frame about Service Learning widely and to introduce it as much as possible into the curriculum.

日本における進学競争について今日でも激しい競争が続いており,その緩和が政策課題であるとする見解が根強い。この見方を図式的に示すと,ということになる。しかし近年では,進学競争の参加規模は大きいが選抜度は弱まっており,そこでの進学競争は分極化してきており,激しい競争は局部的なものとなり全般的に易化してきている。つまり,「脱進学競争」の段階に入ってきたのである。この事実を踏まえて進学競争の歴史的展開と各国の比較分析を行うために,進学競争をめぐる認識枠組を構成した。第一に,進学競争の強度は,参加規模と選抜度という二つの軸で構成される四つの象限に分類し,その特質を論じた。第二に,進学競争をめぐる規定要因の構造を図式化した。第三に,進学競争の歴史的段階論を仮説的に提起した。この進学競争の認識枠組は,その歴史的展開の考察を通して,再構成されるものである。, I intend to compose a conceptual framework of educational competition in this paper. Many researchers support the point of view that educational competition in Japan continues severely even today and that to deregulate competition is a policy problem. Diagrammatically, this can be shown as follows: "academic career oriented-society→strenuous examination competition →unhealthy situation school education →plan to deregulate examination competition". However, while the scale of participation in examination competitions big, the degree of selection has become less stringent recently. The examination competition has polarized, so that the strenuous competition has become partial, and competition in general has eased. It is within stage of the "post-examination competition". I have composed a conceptual framework concerning the examination competition for analyzing its historical development and making comparative analysis the foreign countries and Japan. Firstly, I determined the strength of the examination competition by plotting on a graph where the historical axis represents the scale of participation and the vertical axis the degree of difficulty of selection. I then explain the characteristics by analyzing the resulting four quadrants. Secondly, I devised a diagram concerning the regulating factors of the examination competition. Thirdly, I present a hypothesis about the historical development of the examination competition, which I plan to revise after developing my historical analysis.

平成13年度～平成14年度科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(C)(2))研究成果報告書, 研究概要：本研究は、1994年度に沖縄県内の高校に入学した若者たち約1800名(かつて私は、彼ら/彼女らが高校生だった頃、学校体験、進路意識等について質問紙調査を行っている)を対象にした調査を通じて、沖縄の若者たちの進路分化やその際の意識のあり方等を掴むことを目的としたものである。作業は、(1)統計的調査、(2)インタビュー調査、(3)理論的研究の3つの分野にわたって進められた。 (1)については、2001年度末に質問紙を配布し、2002年度前半に質問紙回収から第1次分析までの作業を行った。(2)については、(1)の回答者を学歴及び現在の職業を基準に類型化し、それを踏まえて対象者を選定し、インタビュー調査を実施した。(3)については、イギリスの社会学者A・ギデンズの著書の読解を通じて、「後期モダニティ」の時代において、今回の調査の対象者である若者たちの「自己アイデンティティ」がどのように構成されているか、この時代のグローバル化の進展という情況との関わりの中、「沖縄」というローカリティが彼ら/彼女らの自己アイデンティティの中でどのように意味づけられているのかという、私にとっては新しい分析の視点が得られた。『研究成果報告書』では、主として(1)の結果について、上の第1次分析を発展させた形で報告した。そこでは、回答者である若者たちが、「どのような自己イメージを抱いているか」、「職業生活についてどのような考えをもっているか」、「自分の人生にとってどのようなことを重要なこととして考えているか」、「今現在自分が置かれている状況をどのように見ているか」、「『沖縄』に対してどのような思いを抱いているか」、それら全体から推測される彼ら/彼女らの「自己アイデンティティ」の有り様、性の違いによるそれらの差異、分化した進路の違いによるそれらの差異などについて、得られた知見を提示した。, 研究概要：This study is aimed, through the research on the youth, who entered high schools in Okinawa Prefecture in 1994, and on whose school experiences and career awareness I researched as a member of a survey project at the time when they were high school students, for grasping their career differentiation and their awareness accompanying it. The work of the study was composed of (1) statistical survey, (2) interview, and (3) theoretical studies. In (1), I distributed questionnaires in the 2001 fiscal year, and collected answered questionnaires and do the primary analysis on them in the first half of the 2002 fiscal year. In (2), I had interviews with the youth, selected from the respondents of the (1) survey, categorized on their academic background and their current occupations, which among many knowledges procured through the (1) survey. In (3), by reading works of Giddens, A., a Sociologist in UK, I acquired a new -for me- analytical point of view; how are 'self-identities' of the youth, objects of this research, constructed against the background of the age of 'late modernity'? What meanings does the locality of 'Okinawa' take in their self-identity in relation to the context of the advance of globalization in this age? In the report of this study, I wrote mainly on the result of (1), developing the primary analysis. I presented there the below knowledges obtained through the research; What self images do they have? What conceptions do they have with regards to their job life? How do they look on how they are currently situated? What do they think of 'Okinawa'? What are their 'self-identities' inferred from these knowledges? What differences do they assume by gender, and by the differentiated careers?

1. はじめに : 岐路に立つ高校教育 : 1970年代にはいって, 高度経済成長政策とそれを支える能力主義教育政策が必然的に誘発した「受験戦争」は, 授業や学習を競争的刺激によって成り立たせ, 子どもたちから学ぶことの喜びを奪い, 序列のための点取り競争のなかに子どもたちを追いやった。……

The aim of this paper is to find the tracking effects on career differentiation of high school graduates in Japan, which high school hierarchy has in both dimensions of individual and of system. I used the results of two research projects : (1) the article of the first project is 'The Influence of Educational and Socioeconomic Conditions on the Care er Differentiation of High School Graduates' (Amano, I. et. al.; 1984) (2) the report of the second project is 'High School and Beyond in Japan-The Second Report-' (Japan Youth Research Institute ; 1984). I reviewed the previous studies of high school hierarchy in Japan, and pointed out the problems, such as about the distinguishment between academic ability and educational aspiration. With the results, I found (1) high school hierarchy in Japan, and (2) its bearing upon the career differentiation of high school graduates. (1) I graphed the high school hierarchy at the national level in Japan, and made the index of hierarchy, i.e. correlation ratio (η) between high schools. High school graduates in Japan are differentiated on their career to 44% by high school hierarchy. (2) I proposed the hypothetical model adout the two structural (tracking) effects, and then applied it for the data both at the micro and macro (prefecture) levels. I found that the both results are coordinate with the model. This model is ; at the micro level, < 1 > probability of college attendence for all institutes is determined by individual ability and the ability context of his attending school, < 2 > probability of ratio of college attendence for selective institutes vs. for all institutes is determined by the ability context ; and at the macro level, < 1' > rate of college attendence for all institutes is constant, 6lt; 2' > rate of college attendence for selective institutes is determined by the school segregation of ability. Further, it is necessary to elaborate the data and analysis, and there are three coming problems. They are (1) the educational authorities and the society, which have created the high school hierarchy, (2) the anomie about education, which high school hierarchy has been accelerating and (3) 'the identity about ability' which high school hierarchy imposes upon pupils through 'labeling'.
