Although the country has made some progress, where the constitutional court has issued several rulings in favor of defending menstrual rights, but the truth is that at the district level only progress has been made in providing the necessary elements for the menstrual stage, experienced by women living on the streets, and although it is a good progress, this proposal should continue to monopolize other social groups, for example, strata, educational level, income level, etc. In some way to be able to meet the needs faced by women, having sufficient income and bear the costs involved in acquiring the elements, or not having a suitable and clean place, not having drinking water, having general discomfort and consequently, having to suspend their daily activities, having physical, mental and emotional implications.
