航空宇宙技術研究所風洞技術開発センター(WlNTEC)は、2001年4月の独立行政法人への移行に際し、「試験データの品質の管理」、「試験の計画通りの実施」、「ユーザに帰属する秘密の保持」、「センターの活動における透明性の確保」などを確実に行うため、品質マネジメントシステムの国際規格であるISO9001(2000年版)の認証取得を目標に掲げ、システムの構築を行って来た。ISO9001の規格要求である品質マニュアル、各種規程類を整備し、それらに従って品質活動を進めた結果、2002年8月に登録審査機関による監査の後、認証を取得した。本報告では認証取得の準備から予備審査、初回審査、定期監査などを経て進められた、一連の活動について述べる。, 資料番号: AA0048061006, レポート番号: JAXA-SP-04-008

09HOPE形状の遷／超音速風洞試験では、模型を胴体の上で支持する方法(Dorsal Sting)によりダミースティングが及ぼす影響(効果)についてデータ取得が行われた。本報告では、最初に、遷音速風洞試験についてダミースティング「あり／なし」のケースで取得された、縦3分力の差を天秤誤差と比較した。縦3分力に関する胴上支持のダミースティング効果は天秤誤差と同程度であり、ピッチングモーメントに対してやや大きいことがわかった。次に、ピッチングモーメントの差に着目し、舵面(ボディフラップ／エレボン)に作用する垂直力およびヒンジモーメントの各々の差との相関について論じた。, 資料番号: AA0047428007, レポート番号: JAXA-SP-03-003

21-22 May 1998 (60th). 26-27 Nov. 1998 (61st), HOPE-X(宇宙往還技術試験機)の実レイノルズ数付近における空力特性データを取得する為に、5%HOPE(H-2ロケット打ち上げ型有翼回収機)風洞試験模型を製作し、マッハ数0.4〜1.3の風洞試験をETW(欧州遷音速風洞株式会社)で実施した。本レポートは、極低温高レイノルズ数風洞試験用模型の特徴、日本から初めて利用したETW試験設備およびレイノルズ数効果を含めた試験結果について概要を紹介する。また、他風洞試験およびCFD(数値流体力学)解析との結果比較、風洞試験間の誤差について述べる。, A five percent model of HOPE (H-2 Orbiting Plane) was made to obtain the aerodynamic characteristics data near actual Reynolds number for HOPE-X (H-2 Orbiting Plane Experimental), and a wind tunnel test at Mach numbers in the range between 0.4 and 1.3 was conducted at European Transonic Windtunnel GmbH (ETW) in Germany. In this paper, the characteristics of the model for cryogenic high Reynolds number wind tunnel, the outline of test facilities of ETW, which a Japanese team utilized for the first time, and some test results including the Reynolds number effect are reported. 22-23 May 1997 (58th). 27-28 Nov. 1997 (59th), 宇宙往還技術試験機の空力係数誤差を設定する作業の一環として06HOPE(H-2ロケット打上げ型有翼回収機)模型による対応風洞試験に続き、07HOPE模型を使用して同じ方法で対応風洞試験を行った。06および07の対応風洞試験結果はCn(sub β)の差のピークでは3倍異なったが、この他の差は、ほぼ同じレベル・同じ傾向を示した。また、今回は新たな別の試験結果も加えて、試験結果間の差の縮小の可能性についても議論する。, As a part of work for setting aerodynamic coefficient errors of experimental vehicle for reusable space transportation, corresponding wind tunnel comparing test on 07HOPE (H-2 Orbiting Plane) model was carried out in the same manner as the preceding test on 06HOPE. The results of comparing tests on the 06 and 07HOPE model showed that the peak of difference of Cn(sub beta) of 07HOPE model is three times as large as that of 06, but other differences were roughly in the same level and tendency. 航技研と宇宙開発事業団は無人有翼往還機(HOPE)の開発研究を研究共同チームを組んで進めている。HOPEの風試誤差を設定する第一歩として同一HOPE2.5％縮尺模型、天秤、スティングを用いて、航技研2m×2m遷音速風洞と川崎重工業(株)1m×1m遷音速風洞による対応風洞試験を実施した。風試誤差を同じマッハ数、一定迎角における両風洞試験結果の差を集めたデータ群の自乗平均平方根として求め、天秤計測誤差と比較した。風試誤差はマッハ数1付近を除いた速度域では、天秤精度と同程度かそれ以下であった。また最後に、類似形状模型による風洞試験データが風試誤差設定に使用可能であることを示唆した。, The H-2 Orbiting Plane (HOPE) launched by an H-2 rocket or its derivative, is being studied by the NAL and the NASDA. Wind tunnel tests were performed using the same HOPE 2.5 percent scale model using the same balance and sting as the first step in developing wind tunnel uncertainties for HOPE. NAL 2 m x 2 m transonic wind tunnel and KHI 1 m x 1 m transonic wind tunnel which belongs to Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd., were used in the transonic speed range. Wind tunnel uncertainties which are estimated as root mean square values calculated from differences between two wind tunnel test results, are called tolerances in this report. Tolerances are compared with force measurement accuracy of the sting type balance and turn out to be almost the same order of balance error except in the about Mach number one speed range. Finally it is shown that wind tunnel test data with a model, the configuration of which is similar to HOPE, can be available in developing tolerances for HOPE, from comparison of tolerances between present wind tunnel test data and the past HOPE series wind tunnel test data., 資料番号: AA0000679000, レポート番号: NAL TM-704

集合胴における温度分布とスロット壁に沿った試験部分の静圧分布を測定した。集合胴における温度分布は手で互に交差した2つの熱電対で測定した。集合胴における温度の変化は集合胴の壁に沿った熱的な境界層を除いてプラスマイナス1K以内であった。熱的な境界層の厚さは50ミリ以下であったが、脚部のどの部分よりも厚かった。試験部分の静圧の測定結果は、浮力効果が7.5ミリのAGARD-Bモデルの6カウント分の抗力上昇を引き起こす圧力傾斜を明らかにした。, Temperature distributions at the settling chamber and test section static pressure distributions along the slotted wall are dealt with. Temperature distributions at the settling chamber were measured by two thermocouple probes which were traversed by hand alternately. The variation in temperature at the settling chamber was within +/- 1 K except for the thermal boundary layer along the settling chamber wall. The thermal boundary layer thickness was less than 50 mm, but was more than any other station near the leg. 21-22 May 1998 (60th). 26-27 Nov. 1998 (61st), 現在進められているHOPE-X(宇宙往還技術試験機)開発において、胴体後方上面に装着されたスピードブレーキの舵効きにおける横・方向特性の変則性が解決すべき要素技術課題になった。この変則性の原因を明らかにするために、予備風試としてALFLEX(小型自動着陸実験)模型を使用し、低速での6分力測定やオイルフロー可視化試験を実施した。左右スピードブレーキ周辺の胴体表面に現れるフローパターンを観察すると、左右スピードブレーキの付け根周りに首飾り渦巻(馬蹄形渦巻)が発生し、この振る舞いが変則性に関連していると推察される。, In the development of H-2 Orbiting Plane Experimental (HOPE-X) now in progress, the anomaly in lateral properties of the control effect on the speed brakes at the fuselage rear top has become the elemental technical problem that should be settled. To clarify the cause of the anomaly, low speed six component force measurement and oil flow visualization tests were performed as a preliminary test with the ALFLEX (Automatic Landing Flight Experiment) model. In the flow pattern that appears on the fuselage surface around the right and left speed brakes, necklace eddies (horseshoe type eddies) have been observed around the root of the brake.
