Asıl amacı estetik ve güzellik olan edebiyat, şairlerin kendilerine özgü üsluplarıyla duygu ve düşüncelerini sanat kaygısı güderek ortaya koyma çabasıdır. Eski Türklerden günümüze kadar süregelen şiir anlayışı her dönemde farklı güzellikler meydana getirmiştir. Türk kültür tarihi açısından bir hazine olan dönem Şüphesiz Klasik Türk şiirinin oluştuğu XI. ve XIX. yüzyılları arasıdır. Ancak bu dönem metinleri çeşitli nedenlerden ötürü günümüzde okuyucuya aktarılırken anlaşılamamakta ve açıklanmak zorunda kalınmaktadır. Buna ilaveten araştırmacıların geniş kapsamlı sözlük bulma sıkıntısı da eklenebilir. Kelimelerin anlamıyla birlikte arkasında yatan derin mana ve tahayyülleri anlam dünyaları ile açıklamak üzere geliştirilmiş olan TEBDİZ (Tarih ve Edebiyat Metinleri Bağlamlı Dizin ve İşlevsel Sözlüğü) Projesi, metinleri anlama ve anlamlandırma yolunda kurulmuş geniş bir elektronik havuzu olan sistemdir. XVI. yüzyıl eserlerinden olan Kara Fazlî Divânı (Metin Bağlamlı Dizin ve İşlevsel Sözlük) çalışması da bu proje kapsamında hazırlanmıştır. Kelimelerin tamamına titizlikle ile yaklaşılmış ve beyitte bulunan manalarına da dikkat edilerek tek tek anlamlandırılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda XVI. yüzyıl şairlerinden olan Kara Fazlî'nin Divânı rahatlıkla anlaşılabilecek, okuyucu ve araştırıcılar açısından katkı sağlayacaktır., Literature, whose main purpose is aesthetics and beauty, is an effort to put forth with artistic concern the feelings and thoughts of the poets by their unique wording. The understanding of poetry from the ancient Turks to the present day has created different beauties in every period. The period, which is a treasure in terms of Turkish cultural history, is undoubtedly between the XI. and XIX. centuries in which Classical Turkish poetry was emerged. However, today the texts of said period cannot be understood while being transferred to the reader because of various reasons and they need to be explained. TEBDİZ (Turkish Literature Contextual Index and Functional Dictionary) Project was developed to explain the meaning of the words together with the deep meanings and imaginations that lie behind these words with their worlds of meaning. It is a system with a large electronic pool established to understand and interpret the texts. The work named as Kara Fazlî Divân (Text Context Index and Functional Dictionary), one of the XVI. century pieces, has also been prepared within the scope of this project. All of the words have been meticulously approached and given meaning one by one with also paying attention to their meanings in the couplet. As a result of this study, the Divân of Kara Fazli, one of the XVI. century poets, will be easily understood and this will contribute to readers and researchers.

06.03.2018 tarih ve 30352 sayılı Resmi gazetede yayımlanan “Yükseköğretim Kanunu İle Bazı Kanun Ve Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamelerde Değişiklik Yapılması Hakkında Kanun” ile 18.06.2018 tarihli “Lisansüstü Tezlerin Elektronik Ortamda Toplanması, Düzenlenmesi ve Erişime Açılmasına İlişkin Yönerge” gereğince tam metin erişime açılmıştır. Kelimeler zamanla kullanıldıkları anlamlardan yavaş yavaş uzaklaşmıştır ve sonraki dönemlerde bu sözcüklerin anlaşılması zorlaşmıştır. Bu anlam karmaşasını önlemek ve kelimeleri daha iyi anlamlandırmak için çeşitli çalışmalar ve sözlükler hazırlanmıştır. Bu çalışma, 16. yy divan şairi olan Gubârî’nin, Gazavât-nâme-i Midilli adlı mesnevisinin hem bağlamlı dizinini hem de fonksiyonel hale getirilmiş sözlüğünü içermektedir. Eserdeki kelimelerin kullanıldıkları bağlama göre nasıl bir değişiklik gösterdiği ve çağrışım kazandığı ortaya çıkarılmış böylece, Gazavât-nâme-i Midilli’nin işlevsel sözlüğünü hazırlamak amaçlanmıştır. Gazavât-nâme-i Midilli üzerine Ömer Özkan’ın hazırlamış olduğu “Gazavât-nâme-i Midilli (Midilli Kıssası)” adlı eseri bulunmaktadır. Çalışmamızda bu eser temel alınmıştır ve Gubârî’nin eserinde kullandığı zengin kelime hazinesiyle sözcüklere kattığı anlamlar birleştirerek şairin kendine özgü sözvarlığını açığa çıkarmak hedeflenmiştir. Böylelikle bugüne kadar kapsamlı bir şekilde ele alınmamış olan Gazavât-nâme-i Midilli mesnevisinin bağlamlı dizinini oluşturup fonksiyonel sözlüğü oluşturulmuştur. Bu çalışma sonucunda şairin kendine özgü üslubunun ortaya çıkarılması ve başta üslup çalışmaları olmak üzere tarihsel sözlük çalışmaları, Osmanlı kültürü, savaş taktikleri, yöntemleri, savaş aletleri, coğrafi yer adları, tarihi şahsiyetler, denizcilik terimleri, bazı davranışlar ve inanışlar hakkındaki bilgilere katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Kelimeler anlamlandırılırken kaynakça bölümünde belirtildiği üzere eski-yeni birçok çalışmadan faydalanılıp Gubârî’nin eserinde kelimelere yüklediği anlam en doğru şekilde yansıtılmaya çalışılmıştır. The words gradually digressed from what they used to mean over time, and it became difficult to understand these words in later periods. Various works and dictionaries have been prepared to prevent this complexity of meaning and to explain the meaning bette1r. This study contains both the concordance and functional glossary of Gazavat-namei Midilli Masnavi by Gubari, the 16th century divan poet. It has been attempted to find out how the words in the works vary according to the context in which they are used and have earned connotations.Thus, ıt is aimed to prepare the functional glossary of Gazavat-name- i Midilli. There is a work Gazavat-name- i Midilli (Midilli Story) which Ömer Özkan has prepared in respect of Gazavat-name- i Midilli. Our study is based on this work. Thus, it is aimed to bring out the peculiar vocabulary of the poet by combining the meanings of the rich vocabulary used by Gubari in his work with the meanings of the words, Thereby, the concordance and functional dictionary of Gazavat-name- i Midilli Masnavi, which has not been extensively discussed up to now, was created. In this study, it is aimed to contribute to the information about historical glossary studies, Ottoman culture, war tactics, methods, war devices, geographical place names, historical figures, maritime techniques, some behaviors and beliefs, especially the exposition of the poets own style and stylistic works. While the meanings of the words are being explained, it is tried to reflect the most accurate meaning that Gubari put into words in his poems by means of former and later studies, as mentioned in the bibliography section.

We aimed to compare the ultrasound findings of patients fulfilling the 1987 ACR [OLD-rheumatoid arthritis (RA)] and the new ACR/EULAR (NEW-RA) classification criteria to examine the impact of the new criteria on disease characteristics, particularly disease duration.

Although electrical injury is rare, it is important due to the high rate of morbidity and mortality. Electrical injury may cause many systemical and neurological symptoms. Disorders of higher cortical functions due to electrical shock are very rare. Prosopagnosia is a selective agnosia that occurs due to the dysfunction of cortical networks. Cerebral injury, congenital and hereditary disorders are the reasons of prosopagnosia. Involvement of bilateral inferior and medial visual association cortex, bilateral lesions of the lingual and fusiform gyrus, anterior temporal region lesions and lesions of occipitotemporal areas may cause prosopagnosia. Presented in this report is a 46-year-old man who suffered from secondary generalized seizure and prosopagnosia after an electrical injury. Key words: Electrical Injury; Prosopagnosia; Epileptic Seizure., Elektrik çarpmaları seyrek görülen kazalardan olmasına rağmen yüksek oranda morbidite ve mortaliteye yol açmaları nedeniyle önem taşımaktadır. Elektrik çarpması sonucu pek çok sistemik ya da nörolojik tutulum bulguları ortaya çıkabilir. Elektrik hasarı sonucu yüksek kortikal fonksiyon bozukluğu gelişmesi çok nadirdir. Prosopagnozi, kortikal yolakların hasarı sonucu ortaya çıkan selektif bir agnozidir ve etyolojisinde serebral hasarlar, konjenital ve kalıtımsal bozukluklar yer alır. Prosopagnozi; inferior ve medial vizüel assosiyasyon kortekslerindeki bilateral lezyonlar, bilateral lingual ve fusiform girus lezyonları, anterior temporal bölge lezyonları ve oksipitotemporal bölge lezyonlarında ortaya çıkar. Bu yazıda elektrik çarpması sonucu sekonder jeneralize epileptik nöbet ve sonrasında prosopagnozi gelişen 46 yaşında bir erkek olgu sunulmuştur. Bu araştırma, ilköğretim 6. sınıf fen ve teknoloji dersinin öğrenme nesneleri ile desteklenmesinin öğrencilerin akademik başarılarına ve dersin kalıcılığına etkisini araştırmayı amaçlayan deneysel bir çalışmadır. Araştırma 2010-2011 eğitim öğretim yılının ikinci yarıyılında, Hatay ili Dörtyol ilçesinde bulunan Altınçağ İlköğretim Okulunda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneysel çalışmanın uygulanmasından önce seçkisiz olarak iki tane 6. sınıf belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra bu sınıflardan biri deney grubu, diğeri kontrol grubu olarak belirlenmiştir. Deney grubu 35, kontrol grubu 38 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Deney grubunda, öğrenme nesneleri ile hazırlanan materyal ile ders işlenirken, kontrol grubunda geleneksel yöntemle ders işlenmiştir. Bu araştırmada öğrencilerin akademik başarılarını ve dersin kalıcılığını ölçmek için Fen ve Teknoloji Başarı Testi uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca öğrencilerin bilgisayara yönelik tutumları da Bilgisayar Destekli Eğitim ile işlenen dersin başarısını etkileyeceğinden Bilgisayara Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Hazırlanan materyalin değerlendirmesini yapmak amacıyla uygulama sonucunda Materyal Değerlendirme Formu uygulanmıştır. Veriler SPSS 15.0 for Windows paket programı kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesi sonucunda elde edilen bilgilere göre, deney grubu ile kontrol grubunun ""Vücudumuzda Sistemler"" ünitesi akademik başarı son test puanları arasında deney grubu lehine anlamlı bir fark çıkmıştır. This research is an experimental study aimed to search the effect of science and technology course supported by learning objects on the sixth grade students' academic achievement and the retention of the course. This research was applied to the 6 th grade students of Altınçağ Primary School in the district of Dörtyol, Antakya in 2010-2011 Academic Year second half-term. Before applying of experimental study, two 6th grade classes were chosen with randomly method. Then, one of the class defined as ""experiment group"" and the other class defined as ""control group"". The experiment group has thirty five students and the control group has thirty eight students. While traditional method was applied for the control group, the material suported by learning objects was applied for the experiment group. In this research, Science and Technology Achievement Test was applied in order to determine the acedemic achievement of the students and the retention of the course. Furthermore, a test of attitudes towards Computer was applied so that the students' attitudes towards computer could effect the success of the lesson applied by computer assissted instruction. At the end of this study, material evaluation form was applied in order to evaluate the prepared material. The data of this study were evaluated by using SPSS 1.60 Windows software. According to the results obtained from this study, it was observed that there was a significant difference in favour of experiment group between academical achievement of post-test score for control group and experiment group on the unit of ""Systems of our Body"". Batı çiçek thripsi, Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde ilk kez kaydedilmiştir. Bu zararlı thrips türü özellikle Şanlıurfa ili Birecik, Siverek, Akçakale ve Harran çevresi ile Adıyaman ilinin Merkez’e bağlı Hasankendi ve çevresi ile Samsat’ta başta yonca ve mercimek tarlaları olmak üzere içinde Sinapis arvensis L., bulunan buğday tarlalarında saptanmıştır. F. occidentalis’i bölgenin bilinen zararlısı olan Thrips tabaci Lindeman ve yakın tür Frankliniella intonsa Trybom’dan ayırt edici bir teşhis anahtarı oluşturulmuştur. Ayrıca bölgede F. occidentalis’in yayılış alanları, bu türle birlikte diğer Thripidae türlerinin toplandıkları yerler ve toplam sayıları verilmiştir., Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) was found as a new pest in some locations of the southeastern Anatolia, Turkey, especially, in Birecik, Siverek, Akçakale and Harran regions of Şanlıurfa province, and Samsat, Hasankendi and the locations surrounding of Adıyaman province. F. occidentalis has distributed mainly over medicago and lentil fields, and it was found also in the wheat-fields with Sinapis arvensis (Linneaus). In order to distinguish the new pest from the old one, Thrips tabaci Lindeman, and from the close species, Frankliniella intonsa (Trybom), an identification key was provided. Distribution, number and collection area of F. occidentalis and Thripidae spp. were given.

Relapsing polychondritis (RPC) is a unique and rarely observed autoimmune condition regarded as recurrent extensive chondritis of the auricular, nasal, and tracheal cartilages. Moreover, heart, main arteries, skin, and eyes may be involved. Several forms of clinical manifestations may be seen, and the pathogenesis still remains anonymous. A concomitant disease, particularly myelodysplasia or other systemic autoimmune disease can be detected in one-third of the patients with RPC. The treatment of RPC should be considered on personal basis and classified according to disease activity and severity.
