A strong predictor of children's language is performance on non‐word repetition (NWR) tasks. However, the basis of this relationship remains unknown. Some suggest that NWR tasks measure phonological working memory, which then affects language growth. Others argue that children's knowledge of language/language experience affects NWR performance. A complicating factor is that most studies focus on school‐aged children, who have already mastered key language skills. Here, we present a new NWR task for English‐learning 2‐year‐olds, use it to assess the effect of NWR performance on concurrent and later vocabulary development, and compare the children's performance with that of an experience‐based computational model (CLASSIC). The new NWR task produced reliable results; replicating wordlikeness effects, word‐length effects, and the relationship with concurrent and later language ability we see in older children. The model also simulated all effects, suggesting that the relationship between vocabulary and NWR performance can be explained by language experience‐/knowledge‐based theories. Patients' demographics and previous medical history were documented to investigate any potential associations with non-classic pain. Results: 62% of the patients experienced non-classic pain, while 12% had no precordial pain. For those without precordial pain, the most common pain site was the left chest (66.7%). Non-classic pain was significantly associated with smoking, with 72.2% of smokers experiencing non-classic pain compared to 35.7% non-smokers (p = 0.001). Additionally, patients with previous heart disease were more likely to have non-classic pain (71.7%), compared with patients with no history of heart disease (51.1%) (p = 0.03). Other factors such as age, sex, and diabetes were not statistically significant. Conclusion: Non-classic pain is common, affecting 62% of individuals, primarily in the right shoulder, right arm, and back. This type of pain could be associated with smoking and prior heart disease. It is well known that the 52 concertos for keyboard(s) or other solo instruments of Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach constitute a repertoire that crosses the borderline of Baroque and Classic eras from both a chronological and a stylistic point of view. However, their analogous position concerning the Baroque ritornello form and the various Classic concerto-sonata types is not yet as clear as it should be, since most scholars tend to examine and classify these works in a rather one-sided way, basing their views either on the earlier ritornello form or on both theory and practice of (only) the late eighteenth-century concerto, thus ignoring many important aspects of formal design in Bach's concerto movements in particular. The present paper submits the findings of a comprehensive research on Bach's whole concerto output, clearly distinguishing between movements in ritornello and concerto-sonata forms; furthermore, it highlights the impressive variety of concerto-sonata structural types that Bach uses in his works: ternary but also binary sonata forms with five, four, or three ritornellos, the specific role and function of which (and especially of the intermediate ones) cannot be always restricted to the specifications of even the most recent (and seemingly all-embracing) related typologies. To meet the audience taste and expectation is the main task of the composer. Audience interest is based upon the characterization of timbres, feeling of rhythms and tempos. To maintain proper pitch orientation, rhythmic orientation and timbre orientation by conventional methods are the main problems faced by young musicians. Computer softwares are the only solution to these problems. The study was carried out among the professionals, teachers and students to find out the problems associated with musical composition and role of computer softwares in the solution of these problems. Quantitative research method was utilized to collect the data and chi square test was exploited to check the significance. Significant differences were observed for Classic music, Folk music, Rock music, Soul music and Hip hop music for the music type used by the musicians, pitch orientation and rhythmic orientation for the Compositional problems faced by the musicians, Notion 6, MuseScore 2, Sibelius First and Finale PrintMusic for the Sofwares used by the musicians in the solution of compositional problems. Non significant differences were observed for Timbre orientation and Noteflight. The study showed that Noteflight (online musical composition software) was most used musical composition software to solve the compositional problems. The study not only elaborates the available musical compositional software in the market but also provides the guidelines to overcome the compositional problems with the help of computer. The purpose of the study was to analyze two forms of invoicing in the operations of public companies that were established by local self-government units in the Republic of Serbia. At the same time, to point out the importance of introducing electronic invoicing in regular business. The author's focus was on the comparison of classic and electronic invoicing with the aim of improving the future financial reporting of companies according to the administrative bodies of local self-government units. The analysis of this process was carried out through a threefold observation of the evaluation, namely: employees, top management of the company and management of the administrative bodies of local self-government units. Our contribution is reflected in the fact that we discovered that there are large differences in the level of significance of the t test, i.e. they are less than the threshold level of significance for all analyzed factors (p<0.0005*) in all 6 analyzed factors and in their total observation, between classical and electronic invoicing. Also, higher values were obtained when evaluating electronic invoicing compared to classical financial reporting of public companies, which indicates the importance of introducing the mentioned form of financial reporting. The objective is to analyze the Borgesian use of the work of Kafka as a reading device: as a series of texts that work to read others and, on the other hand, to establish the reason why the Argentine has selected Franz Kafka for this function.

The idea of classicism is one of the most used categories in the world of the arts and of philosophical aesthetics. However, the variety of its uses has caused the term to present difficulties of interpretation and ambiguities to those who study classicist art or literature. This paper intends to introduce some clarity and distinctness in the discussion about the idea of classicism. To do this, we first deal with the questions that concern its historical genesis, dissociating it from the similar, but essentially different, concept of the classical. Second, we offer a characterization of its structure through a systematization of its four main senses as they are commonly used in the bibliography on the subject. Both the classic method of manufacturing the metal infrastructure of fixed metal-ceramic prosthetic restorations, as well as modern digital technologies such as CAD/CAM offer the patient a stable and resistant prosthetic work with superior esthetics. Due to the high cost of fixed prosthetic restorations made by CAD/CAM technology, they address a smaller number of patients, which is a disadvantage. However, the CAD/CAM method requires a smaller number of production steps than the conventional method, and the errors that may occur along the way are considerably fewer than the errors present during the transformation of the wax pattern into the metal part (by casting). The present study aimed to investigate prevalence and some virulence factors among hyper virulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (HVKP) and classic Klebsiella pneumoniae (CKP) isolated from urinary tract infections.Three hundred urine samples collected from patients with urinary tract infections were cultured on MacConkey agar for primary isolation of K. pneumoniae isolates. Vitek 2 Compact System was used for identification of K. pneumoniae. HVKP and CKP were detected by string test. Some virulence factors (biofilm formation, haemolysin, and urease production) possessed by the bacterial isolates were investigated phenotypically. Sixty bacterial isolates belonged to K. Pneumoniae where 15 (25%) isolates belonged to HVKP as viscous string measuring >5 mm in length and 45 (75%) isolates belonged to CKP where viscous string measuring <5 mm in length. The results of haemolysis test showed that 60% of HVKP isolates gave β-haemolysis, while 51.1% of CKP isolates gave β-haemolysis. All bacterial isolates (100%) of HVKP and CKP showed the ability to produce urease. Phenotypically, all HVKP and CKP isolates showed the ability to form biofilm while only 33.3% and 11.1% isolates showed high ability to form biofilm respectively by Tissue Culture Plates methods (TCP). The series The Kominsky Method (Netflix, 2018–20) stars Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin as two ageing members of today's Hollywood milieu. Sandy Kominsky (Douglas) is an acting coach. His effort of self-preservation and perpetuation of the star's charisma clashes with corporeal decay and financial collapse. Norman Newlander (Arkin) is Sandy's agent and caustic friend. He has peculiar death thoughts and constantly makes humorous reference to both men's physical, psychological and social disparities. What does Kominsky tell us about contemporary celebrity culture as regards ageing and the crisis of public appearance thereto related? The show reveals film and television industry's leading position in setting desirable or disputable models of old age through a renovated alliance with fashion. Arkin and Douglas's looks express the shame of old age but also glamorize it. A self-reflexive narrative testifies Hollywood's search for innovative strategies of self-representation that includes old age, showcasing the transformation of celebrated bodies and underlying the value of personal flexibility. Amid the decline of their image and influence, Douglas and Arkin develop a new adaptability, demonstrated variously in terms of masculine aesthetics, through clothing, living spaces, gestures and dialogue. This article investigates the implied social meaning attached to the dressed old body in the public sphere when the predicaments concern privilege and influence. The main character's costumes draw on fashion trends such as dandyism, hipster style and vintage. Arkin's, on the other hand, stick to the classic, although not in a strict formal way. Their juxtaposition reveals how fashion trends come to the aid of celebrities' effort to overcome crisis, a means to manage as well as spectacularize confused and ambivalent attitudes to ageing. The aim of this research is to find out the different cultures of the classical and modern sea picking traditions on Gili Genting Island, Madura. The research method used is a comparative study by comparing the sea-picking rituals of Hindus and Muslims. Research data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, secondary data collection, and literacy studies carried out using purposive sampling. Interviews were carried out by asking in-depth open questions as well as giving questionnaires. Then, secondary data was obtained by studying literature from related research. Research results: The core ritual of the sea-picking tradition is a form of shifting cultural values that is adapted to the diversity of local communities or is called the differentiation of classical and modern sea-picking traditions. This can be understood as a development of religious knowledge in society and a form of openness of coastal communities to the religious teachings they adhere to.

Ovarian cancers encompass a group of neoplasms originating from germinal tissues and exhibiting distinct clinical, pathological, and molecular features. Among these, epithelial ovarian cancers (EOCs) are the most prevalent, comprising five distinct tumor histotypes. Notably, high-grade serous ovarian cancers (HGSOCs) represent the majority, accounting for over 70% of EOC cases. Due to their silent and asymptomatic behavior, HGSOCs are generally diagnosed in advanced stages with an evolved and complex genomic state, characterized by high intratumor heterogeneity (ITH) due to chromosomal instability that distinguishes HGSOCs. Histologically, these cancers exhibit significant morphological diversity both within and between tumors. The histologic patterns associated with solid, endometrioid, and transitional (SET) and classic subtypes of HGSOCs offer prognostic insights and may indicate specific molecular profiles. The evolution of HGSOC from primary to metastasis is typically characterized by clonal ITH, involving shared or divergent mutations in neoplastic sub-clones within primary and metastatic sites. Disease progression and therapy resistance are also influenced by non-clonal ITH, related to interactions with the tumor microenvironment and further genomic changes. Notably, significant alterations occur in nonmalignant cells, including cancer-associated fibroblast and immune cells, during tumor progression. This review provides an overview of the complex nature of HGSOC, encompassing its various aspects of intratumor heterogeneity, histological patterns, and its dynamic evolution during progression and therapy resistance. Word segmentation is a crucial step in children's vocabulary learning. While computational models of word segmentation can capture infants' performance in small‐scale artificial tasks, the examination of early word segmentation in naturalistic settings has been limited by the lack of measures that can relate models' performance to developmental data. Here, we extended CLASSIC (Chunking Lexical and Sublexical Sequences in Children; Jones et al., 2021), a corpus‐trained chunking model that can simulate several memory and phonological and vocabulary learning phenomena to allow it to perform word segmentation using utterance boundary information, and we have named this extended version CLASSIC utterance boundary (CLASSIC‐UB). Further, we compared our model to the performance of children on a wide range of new measures, capitalizing on the link between word segmentation and vocabulary learning abilities. We showed that the combination of chunking and utterance‐boundary information used by CLASSIC utterance boundary allowed a better prediction of English‐learning children's output vocabulary than did other models. Objectives: To compare hearing outcome and surgical complications between endoscopic classic and reversal stapedotomies. Patients and methods: A prospective single blinded randomized clinical study carried out on 60 patients with otosclerosis who were randomized into two groups; each containing 30 patients. Patients in group 1 underwent endoscopic classic stapedotomy. Patients in group 2 underwent endoscopic reversal stapedotomy. Both groups were compared as regards hearing outcome and surgical complications. Results: The difference in the hearing outcome between the two groups was statistically non-significant. Post-operative closure of the air bone gap (ABG) within 10 dB was attained in 76.67% and 80% of patients in groups 1 and 2, respectively. The differences in the surgical complications between the two studied groups were statistically non-significant. Conclusion: Endoscopic classic and reversal stapedotomies are comparable to each other as regards hearing outcome and surgical complications. This article studies the transmission of the Three Teachings 三教 (Buddhism, Confucianism, and Taoism) from China to Vietnam in the tenth to fourteenth centuries. Using the primary sources written in Sinitic, I argue that Vietnam in the pre-national period was a type of multireligious political community, in which sinographs, Literary Sinitic, and the classics of the Three Teachings created a threefold structure in the political culture of Vietnam. Visits to the Chinese imperial court by delegations from the Great Việt were conceived as pilgrimages to the center of civilization and the origin of different schools of thought. The canonical texts brought back to the country were considered to be an endorsement of Vietnam as a "Domain of Manifest Civility" (文獻之邦), a symbol of recognized political power, and a tool to expand education and spread ruling power. Objectives With large patient population and complement inhibitors naïve background, the characteristics patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) in China have not been well studied, especially for different subtypes. Methods We retrospectively reviewed patients with complete data who visited Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH) from 2009 to 2019 and had been followed up for more than 2 years. Results Five hundred and twelve patients were enrolled including 56.3% males and 43.7% females. The median age at disease onset was 33 (9∼80) years. Most were aged 21∼40 years (50.6%). 52.1%, 46.3% and 1.6% of the patients had classic PNH, bone marrow failure (BMF)/PNH and subclinical PNH, respectively. Symptoms of classic PNH were associated with hemolysis, whereas bleeding was more common in BMF/PNH patients. Classic PNH had higher survival rate, larger PNH clone size, higher lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level and lower ferritin level than BMF/PNH. Although the rate of thrombosis was similar in the classic PNH and BMF/PNH (P = 0.66), those with BMF/PNH had higher chance of renal impairment (P

Canada's boreal forests and tundra ecosystems are responding to unprecedented climate change with implications for the global carbon (C) cycle and global climate. However, our ability to model the response of Canada's terrestrial ecosystems to climate change is limited and there has been no comprehensive, process‐based assessment of Canada's terrestrial C cycle. We tailor the Canadian Land Surface Scheme Including Biogeochemical Cycles (CLASSIC) to Canada and evaluate its C cycling performance against independent reference data. We utilize skill scores to assess model performance against reference data alongside benchmark scores that quantify the level of agreement between the reference data sets to aid in interpretation. Our results demonstrate CLASSIC's sensitivity to prescribed vegetation cover. They also show that the addition of five region‐specific Plant functional types (PFTs) improves CLASSIC's skill at simulating the Canadian C cycle. CLASSIC performs well when tailored to Canada, falls within the range of the reference data sets, and meets or exceeds the benchmark scores for most C cycling processes. New region‐specific land cover products, well‐informed PFT parameterizations, and more detailed reference data sets will facilitate improvements to the representation of the terrestrial C cycle in regional and global land surface models. Incorporating a parameterization for boreal disturbance processes and explicitly representing peatlands and permafrost soils will improve CLASSIC's future performance in Canada and other boreal regions. This is an important step toward a comprehensive process‐based assessment of Canada's terrestrial C cycle and evaluating Canada's net C balance under climate change. The retranslation of Russian classics into Italian in the last thirty years is a topic of no little importance, for at least two reasons. On the one hand, this phenomenon mirrors a literary text translation activity that is still alive and in great evolution. On the other hand, an assessment that shows which works of Russian literature have appeared in new translations and which have remained ‘behind the scenes’ can be a useful orientation for the future, for the benefit of publishing houses, translators and scholars. The perspective of this report is therefore not to address specific translation problems, nor to give indications about editorial strategies about Russian literature. Instead, it is to review the main retranslated authors, also highlighting those who have not yet had new translations, and to draw conclusions that may be of use to the scholarly community and its relations with the publishing industry.

The article deals with the cases of classical works completion, in which their genre nature undergoes a change. The texts are transferred from the sphere of high literature to the low one, as the continuing of the plot with the criminal line becomes the main method. The material for the analysis is “The very same Tatiana” by A. and S. Litvinovs, as well as the novel “Death Comes to Pemberley” by P.D. James. I show that one of the most relevant genres in this change of genre paradigm is “by victim investigation”, which allows to retain some recognizable items of the classic primary source. The retranslation of Russian classics into Italian in the last thirty years is a topic of no little importance, for at least two reasons. On the one hand, this phenomenon mirrors a literary text translation activity that is still alive and in great evolution. On the other hand, an assessment that shows which works of Russian literature have appeared in new translations and which have remained ‘behind the scenes’ can be a useful orientation for the future, for the benefit of publishing houses, translators and scholars. The perspective of this report is therefore not to address specific translation problems, nor to give indications about editorial strategies about Russian literature. Instead, it is to review the main retranslated authors, also highlighting those who have not yet had new translations, and to draw conclusions that may be of use to the scholarly community and its relations with the publishing industry. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine what qualities contributed to the durability of The Evolution of Management Thought (EMT) as a classic that provided scholars a grand narrative of management history for half a century. Specifically, this paper aspires to reveal how the EMT has overcome the boundedness of time over the past 50 years by being both timeless (signaling continuity/permanence) and historical (signaling change/contingency). Design/methodology/approach: The authors analyze both the metaphorical (i.e. universal) and the historical (i.e. particular) meanings that the EMT authors have communicated over eight editions of the classic. Findings: The authors found that Wren and Bedeian have managed to balance temporality and referentiality in the EMT by writing it as the "practical past" of management. The authors also found that the authors ensured the ongoing renewal of their classic by innovating it as an everlasting contemporary text. Originality/value: This paper provides an original analysis of the EMT explaining why it is a "classic" of management history. Grammar, accordingt the view of the scholars of Arabic, is the mother of Arabic language, and it is the key to its secrets. Therefore, humongous works on grammar have been written since classical times in order to correct the tongue of Arabs and non-Arabs, and to serve the Islamic legal texts. This research aims to analyze a major problem in grammar, past and present, by reviewing the narrated texts that we have received in the reasons for the development of grammar science, and the complaints of contemporary Arabic language teachers about the lack of competency of their students in grammar, and comparing the different trends in introducing grammar, and then linking its results to the reality of grammar teaching in Malaysia. The research reached two directions in defining grammar, and each one of them represents the problem facing the society in which that trend appeared. With large patient population and complement inhibitors naïve background, the characteristics patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) in China have not been well studied, especially for different subtypes. We retrospectively reviewed patients with complete data who visited Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH) from 2009 to 2019 and had been followed up for more than 2 years. Five hundred and twelve patients were enrolled including 56.3% males and 43.7% females. The median age at disease onset was 33 (9∼80) years. Most were aged 21∼40 years (50.6%). 52.1%, 46.3% and 1.6% of the patients had classic PNH, bone marrow failure (BMF)/PNH and subclinical PNH, respectively. Symptoms of classic PNH were associated with hemolysis, whereas bleeding was more common in BMF/PNH patients. Classic PNH had higher survival rate, larger PNH clone size, higher lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level and lower ferritin level than BMF/PNH. Although the rate of thrombosis was similar in the classic PNH and BMF/PNH (P = 0.66), those with BMF/PNH had higher chance of renal impairment (P < 0.05). Immunosuppressive agents was more common use in BMF/PNH (P < 0.05), but glucocorticoids, iron supplements and anticoagulants were more common used in classic PNH (P < 0.05) patients. Less evolution to myeloid malignancies was observed in classic PNH than in BMF/PNH (P = 0.02). The major causes of deaths were thrombosis (29.6%), hemorrhage (18.5%) and infections (18.5%). Patients with classic PNH and BMF/PNH have different clinical profiles, and we described a more hemolytic features of PNH in China which might be improved with complement inhibitors. From the 1970s onwards, postmodern, postcolonial and feminist criticism has reactivated the disapproval of the canon. Its academic and pedagogical usefulness remains challenged by historians who have generally been skeptical of its critical worth, its role as an instrument of hierarchization and standard of quality. Both the justification for the existence of the canon in history – which affects its content and function – and the criteria for the selection of an alleged canon of history – which affects its form and is concretized in a list – has been questioned. Nevertheless, in the early 2000s, there were major debates in some northern European countries about the development of historical canons as part of their historical education. These precedents show that the canon has its detractors and generates controversy, but in the end it matters. On the basis of a flexible definition and dynamic application, this article examines the place of the canon in (and of) history, arguing its relevance in historiography: its formation, key turning points, convenience, usefulness, and the desirability of its existence itself. This leads to questions such as: What are the epistemological conditions that make the durability of certain historical works and the discarding of others possible? What determines the systematic inclusion and exclusion of texts in bibliographical lists or in the indexes of the histories of historiographies? The sixties-eighties stage of Azerbaijani painting, which has an ancient history and rich artistic traditions, was also characterized by appeals to national traditions by artists of different ages. One of such creators was Yuran Mammadov (1934-1984), who lived and created in Nakhchivan. The young artist who studied in Baku and St. Petersburg and is deeply familiar with the traditions of realism, unlike many others, preferred to create paintings with modern themes and different genres with a creative attitude to the miniature style, which has ancient traditions. Yuran Mammadov, who tried himself in the art of painting, graphics and theater decoration in his 22- year career, left behind him an artistic heritage that could literally enrich the 20th century Azerbaijani fine art. "Afternoon", "By the spring" and "Portrait of my son", a creative approach to the aesthetics of the classic miniature style can be heard in the paintings. This essay critically responds to recent calls to decolonise the classics. In rejecting claims about the inherent value of certain literary works, I unravel my socially situated reading and responses, and therefore counter assumptions that literary value or acts of reading can be universalised. I reflect on personal encounters with Jane Austen's novels and Emily Dickinson's poetry, demonstrating how this generated my cognitive, sensory and imaginative growth. Analysed memories of discovering and first reading particular works are connected to a critique of prescriptive decolonial discourse. The essay illustrates this by focusing on readers' embodied encounters with certain books, affective responses and heterogeneous subject positions. These can lead to their finding emotionally satisfying, edifying and inspirational meanings - irrespective of the historical, geopolitical or cultural worlds delineated by the works' authors. Ovarian cancers encompass a group of neoplasms originating from germinal tissues and exhibiting distinct clinical, pathological, and molecular features. Among these, epithelial ovarian cancers (EOCs) are the most prevalent, comprising five distinct tumor histotypes. Notably, high-grade serous ovarian cancers (HGSOCs) represent the majority, accounting for over 70% of EOC cases. Due to their silent and asymptomatic behavior, HGSOCs are generally diagnosed in advanced stages with an evolved and complex genomic state, characterized by high intratumor heterogeneity (ITH) due to chromosomal instability that distinguishes HGSOCs. Histologically, these cancers exhibit significant morphological diversity both within and between tumors. The histologic patterns associated with solid, endometrioid, and transitional (SET) and classic subtypes of HGSOCs offer prognostic insights and may indicate specific molecular profiles. The evolution of HGSOC from primary to metastasis is typically characterized by clonal ITH, involving shared or divergent mutations in neoplastic sub-clones within primary and metastatic sites. Disease progression and therapy resistance are also influenced by non-clonal ITH, related to interactions with the tumor microenvironment and further genomic changes. Notably, significant alterations occur in nonmalignant cells, including cancer-associated fibroblast and immune cells, during tumor progression. This review provides an overview of the complex nature of HGSOC, encompassing its various aspects of intratumor heterogeneity, histological patterns, and its dynamic evolution during progression and therapy resistance.

Проанализированы причины увлечения подростков и молодежи развлекательной шоу-продукцией и отторжения многими из них образцов серьезной классической музыки, формирующей истинный музыкальный вкус. Обосновано определение музыкального вкуса как способности слушать, слышать и наслаждаться ценной в художественном отношении музыкой, вкуса как одного из элементов триединой задачи занятий музыкой в школе – формирование интереса к жизни через увлеченность музыкой, творческого художественно-образного мышления. Рекомендовано слушать с подростками не только классическую музыку, но и более ценные в художественном отношении образцы поп-музыки, обсуждать их достоинства и недостатки, что позволит совершенствовать вкус и избегать противостояния учителя и детей, классической музыки и музыки современных направлений и жанров. Приведены количественные и качественные результаты изучения студентами музыкальных потребностей подростков как одного из показателей уровня сформированности музыкальных вкусов. Интерпретация результатов подтвердила зависимость уровня сформированности музыкального вкуса от систематических занятий музыкой, репертуара, на котором воспитывается музыкальный вкус детей, от уровня профессионализма педагога-музыканта.

BackgroundCongenital mesoblastic nephroma (CMN) is a rare renal tumour in children, the most common kidney tumour in the neonatal period. It can be divided into three types, classical, cellular and mixed.Case presentationA 31-year-old Chinese woman had no apparent foetal abnormality in regular prenatal care during the first and second trimesters. At 33 weeks of gestation, a solid mass in the right kidney was noted with echoes similar to liver and hypervascularity. It grew larger during late pregnancy. The infant was transferred to have a radical nephrectomy on the 9th day after birth. The postoperative histopathological result indicated classical CMN.ConclusionCMN could be detected prenatally, mainly during late pregnancy. The postnatal outcome is good.
