A presente pesquisa tem como foco o estudo da lideran?a e da comunica??o, e se prop?e a: a) Discutir sobre como os processos de comunica??o contribuem [podem contribuir] para a dimens?o humana e sens?vel da lideran?a; b) Evidenciar as poss?veis rela??es entre os processos de comunica??o, cultura e lideran?a; e c) Discorrer sobre o papel e as compet?ncias das lideran?as nos processos de comunica??o. Utilizando como m?todo a Hermen?utica de Profundidade (THOMPSON, 2009), a pesquisa, de car?ter explorat?rio foi desenvolvida por meio de levantamento bibliogr?fico (GIL, 2008) e pesquisa de campo, com a realiza??o de entrevistas em profundidade (DUARTE, 2006) com l?deres que atuam com a mudan?a e que fazem parte da Alian?a para Inova??o, na cidade de Porto Alegre/RS. Partimos da no??o de que a lideran?a ? um ato comunicativo, em que um sujeito exerce influ?ncia sobre os demais, na busca de metas e objetivos organizacionais, considerando que o contexto organizacional se desenvolve hoje a partir de processos cont?nuos de mudan?a. A organiza??o, nesta pesquisa, ? tratada a partir de sua dimens?o humana (constru?da e reconstru?da de/por relacionamento e comunica??o), e de seu permanente estado de mudan?a e transforma??o, na busca de [por] resultados que a diferenciem no mercado. Neste sentido, relacionamento e comunica??o tendem a se constituir na ess?ncia da mudan?a sob a responsabilidade da lideran?a. A an?lise das entrevistas revelou, contudo, que ainda predomina uma vis?o instrumental da comunica??o, o que se constitui num paradoxo em tempos de inova??o e mudan?a organizacional. Entendemos que h? necessidade de (re) visitar as concep??es de organiza??es qu?nticas, recorrendo a outras abordagens, como por exemplo, das organiza??es Teal (LALOUX, 2017), que possibilitem pensar uma lideran?a voltada para o outro e que consideram fundamentalmente a dimens?o sens?vel [e humana] da comunica??o, pautada pelo relacionamento, pelo v?nculo e pelo di?logo. COMMUNICATION AND LEADERSHIP: IN SEARCH OF THE SENSITIVE DIMENSION This research focuses on the study of leadership and communication, and proposes to: a) Discuss how communication processes contribute [can contribute] to the human and sensitive dimension of leadership; b) Highlight the possible relationships between the communication, culture and leadership processes; and c) Discuss the role and skills of leaders in communication processes. Using the Depth Hermeneutics (THOMPSON, 2009) method, this research, of an exploratory nature, was developed through bibliographic search (GIL, 2008) and field research, with in-depth interviews (DUARTE, 2006) with leaders who work with change and who are part of the Alliance for Innovation (Alian?a para Inova??o), in the city of Porto Alegre/RS. We set from the notion that leadership is a communicative act, in which a subject influences others, in the search for organizational goals and objectives, considering that the organizational context develops today from continuous processes of change. The organization, in this research, is approached from of its human dimension (built and reconstructed from/by relationship and communication), and from its permanent state of change and transformation, in the search for results that set it apart in the market. In this sense, relationship and communication tend to be the essence of change under the responsibility of the leader. The analysis of the interviews revealed, however, that an instrumental view of communication still prevails, which constitutes a paradox in times of innovation and organizational change. We understand that there is a need to (re)visit the concepts of quantum organizations, using other approaches such as Teal organizations (LALOUX, 2017), making it possible to think of a leadership directed towards the other and fundamentally considering the sensitive [and human] dimension of communication, based on relationship, bonding and dialogue.

O presente trabalho busca investigar a pr?tica publicit?ria, sob a perspectiva do profissional de atendimento de uma ag?ncia de propaganda, com o objetivo de identificar caracter?sticas, fun??es, perfil, problem?ticas da profiss?o e suas implica??es no processo publicit?rio. A pesquisa descreve as l?gicas de produ??o que circulam no mercado da propaganda e como elas se refletem na pr?tica do profissional de atendimento. Para desenvolver o presente estudo, optou-se por evidenciar o atendimento da ag?ncia de propaganda, pois ? este profissional que d? in?cio e fim ? produ??o de campanhas e a pe?as publicit?rias. Como metodologia, a pesquisa se inspira na An?lise de Discurso para identificar as problem?ticas presentes na pr?tica publicit?ria, atrav?s de discursos de atendimentos e profissionais de outras ?reas da ag?ncia de propaganda, coletados atrav?s de duas t?cnicas: escrita de di?rios e entrevistas em profundidade. Considera-se o profissional de atendimento um gestor da equipe da ag?ncia, partindo da premissa de que suas rotinas de produ??o podem interferir na qualidade do processo publicit?rio. A partir dos discursos analisados, a pesquisa destaca que o atendimento necessita, hoje, de uma intensa forma??o profissional, pois se tornou uma ?rea da ag?ncia carente de profissionais qualificados para exercer as tarefas que lhe s?o atribu?das. Aqueles profissionais que reconhecerem sua import?ncia no processo e se qualificarem para isso possuem um futuro promissor no mercado. Do contr?rio, ? um departamento que tende a perder seu espa?o e seu reconhecimento profissional The present work investigate the advertising practice by the eyes of the client service of an advertising agency with the objective of identifying characteristics, functions, profile, professional difficulties and its appliances at the advertising work. The research describes the logical production of the advertising market and how they reflect to the client services practice. To develop the present study was chosen the evidence of the advertising agency client service because this is the professional that starts and finish the advertising campaign production and pieces. The methodology of the research is inspired in the analyses of the speech to identify the present problem at the advertising practice through client service speech and others professionals of the advertising agency collected by two techniques: written diary and deep interview. The client service director is considered the management of the agency team starting the premise that its productions routines may interfere at the advertising quality process. By the analyzed speeches the research highlights that the treatment needs today an intense professional graduation because it became an agency area that s care of the qualified professionals to execute the work that is assigned.
