Günümüzde neredeyse her alanda kullanılan yazılımların geliştirilmesisürecinde karşımıza çıkan takvim sıkışıklığı problemi ve kalite beklentisi nedeniyleyeniden kullanılabilirlik kavramı ön plana çıkmaktadır. Yazılımlarda yenidenkullanılabilirlik arttırıldığında hızlı, düşük maliyetli yazılımlar geliştirmek mümkünolacaktır. Yazılımların yeniden kullanılabilirliği üzerine literatürde mevcut bulunançalışmalar incelendiğinde en sık kullanılan yöntemin yazılım tasarım kalıplarıkullanımı olduğu ve yeniden kullanılabilirliği ciddi bir oranda artırdığıgörülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, elde edilen bu bulgulara dayanarak daha öncegeliştirilmiş olan bir algoritma yönetimine yönelik yeniden kullanılabilirliğinisağlamak adına yazılım tasarım kalıplarının kullanımına dayalı bir geliştirmeyöntemi önerilmiştir. Önerilen yöntem Aselsan bünyesinde mevcut bir projeuygulanmış ve başarılı sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Today, the concept of reusability comes to the fore due to the calendarcongestion problem and quality expectation that we encounter during thedevelopment process of software used in almost every field. When softwarereusability is increased, it will be possible to develop fast, low-cost software. Whenthe studies available in the literature on the reusability of software are examined, itis seen that the most frequently used method is the use of software design patternsand it increases reusability significantly. In this study, based on these findings, adevelopment method based on the use of software design patterns is proposed toensure the reusability of a previously developed algorithm management. Theproposed method was implemented in an existing project within Aselsan andsuccessful results were obtained.

Asenkron motorlar yaygın kullanım alanlarına sahiptir. Tasarımları güvenilir ve ucuz olmasıyla birlikte kontrolü zordur. Bu nedenle kontrol sistemini basitleştirmek amacıyla çeşitli sistemler geliştirilmiştir. Bu sistemlerden birisi de Vektör Kontrol (Alan Yönlendirmeli Kontrol) dür. Bu çalışmada 3 fazlı sincap kafesli bir asenkron motorun doğrudan, kapalı çevrim, vektör kontrol tasarımı Matlab/Simulink ortamında yapılmıştır. Belirlenen sabit bir referans hıza ulaşma durumu, belirli aralıklarla değişen referans hızlara ulaşma durumu, devreye yük alındığı durumda daha önce belirlenmiş referans hıza tekrar ulaşma durumu gibi durumlar incelenmiş ve asenkron motorun referans hızlara rahatlıkla ulaştığı görülmüştür. Tasarımın doğruluğu ve işe yararlığı ispatlanmıştır., Asynchronous motors have wide usage areas. Its designs are reliable and cheap, but control is difficult. Therefore, various systems have been developed to simplify the control system. One of these systems is Vector Control (Field Oriented Control). In this study, the direct, closed loop, vector control design of a 3 phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor was made in Matlab / Simulink environment. The conditions such as reaching a specified fixed reference speed, the situation of reaching the reference speed changing at certain intervals, the situation of reaching the previously determined reference speed when the load is switched on were examined and it was seen that the asynchronous motor reached the reference speeds easily. The accuracy and usefulness of the design has been proven.

Bu makaledeşebeke bağlantılı üç fazlı sincap kafesli bir asenkron generatörün değişkenhızlara karşı tepkisi incelenmiştir. Generatör tarafı ve şebeke tarafı iki adetsırt sırta bağlı evirici kullanılarak bir birine bağlanmıştır. Generatör tarafıkontrolde (GTK) dolaylı vektör kontrol tekniği ile tork kontrolü, şebeke tarafıkontrolde (ŞTK) ise doğrudan vektör kontrol tekniği ile DC bara gerilimi vereaktif güç kontrol edilmiştir. Uygulama kolaylığı ve hızlı dinamik tepkivermesi açısından, generatör tarafındaki eviricide histerisiz bant kontollü birmodülasyon tekniği (HPWM), şebeke tarafında ise yine uygulama kolaylığıaçısından kolay olan bir diğer modülasyon tekniği sinüs darbe genişlikmodülasyonu (SPWM) tercih edilmiştir. Bir filtre olmadan şebekeye güç aktarımıyapmanın güç olmasından dolayı şebeke tarafında da bir LCL filtrekullanılmıştır. Bütün bu kontrol stratejileri MATLAB/Simulink ortamındaoluşturularak elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlardan sistemin, değişkenrüzgar hızlarına olan dinamik tepkisinin hızlı olduğu ve doğru akım barageriliminin kararlı davranışı gözlenmiştir.

Çok baralı güç sistemlerindegerilim-maksimum yüklenme ilişkisini belirlemek için birçok durumbulunmaktadır. Bunlardan biriside güç sistemlerinde hat kopma olayıdır. Buçalışmada, IEEE 14 baralı güç sisteminde farklı noktalarda meydana gelen hatkopmalarının gerilim kararlılığı üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Hatkopmaları hatta bulunan kesicilerin belli bir süre devre dışı kalması olmasıolarak ele alınmıştır. 19 noktada meydana gelen hat kopmalarınıngerilim-maksimum yüklenme parametresine etkileri gözlemlenmiştir. Ayrıca buçalışmada bara gerilim profil değişimlerimde etkiler incelenmiştir. Yapılanbu çalışma sonucunda, hat kopmalarının farklı iletim hatlarında sistem yüklenme parametre değerini ve çalışmalimitlerini azalttığı görülmüştür. Özelliklede yüklenme parametre değerini veçalışma limitlerini kritik değere getiren durum iletim hattı 2-3 arasındaki hatkopması olmuştur.

In this study, the chaoticVan der Pol system was implemented for real-time chaos applications on FPGAchip. The chaotic Van der Pol system was also modelled numerically by using theEuler algorithm ODE (Ordinary Differential Equation) solver on Matlab.Numerical structure of the chaotic Van der Pol oscillator designed on Matlab wastaken as reference for the design of FPGA-based chaotic Van der Pol oscillatorunit. The chaotic Van der Pol system was coded in Very High-Speed IntegratedCircuits Hardware Description Language (VHDL) with 32-bit IEEE-754-1985floating point number standard. The designed chaotic Van der Pol system wassynthesized in the Xilinx ISE Project Navigator program and was implemented onthe Xilinx VIRTEX-6 chip family, XC6VLX75T device, FF784 package. The maximumoperating frequency of the FPGA-based chaotic Van der Pol oscillator unitobtained from Place and Route processes was 498.728 MHz. Additionally, chipstatistics of the FPGA-based Van der Pol oscillator were presented.

Bu çalışmada 11 baralı güç sisteminde sabit empedans, akım ve aktif güç (ZIP) yük modelinin statik gerilim kararlılığında oluşturmuş olduğu etkiler incelenmiştir. Maksimum yüklenme analizi için güç sisteminde Esnek AC İletim Sistemi (FACTS) elemanlarından Statik Senkron Kompanzatör (STATCOM) ve Statik Var Kompanzatör (SVC) kullanılmıştır. ZIP yük modelinin farklı parametre değerindeki etkileri gerilim-maksimum yüklenme parametresi açısından yorumlanmıştır. Dahası farklı parametre değerlerinde STATCOM ve SVC ile 11 baralı güç sisteminin gerilim profilleri incelenmiştir. STATCOM’un kullanılması ile statik gerilim kararlılığında daha etkili olduğu ve maksimum yüklenme parametre değerinin arttığı görülmüştür.

İnşaat sektörü, bireylerin konut, işyeri ve diğer yaşamsal mekân (hastane, okul, yol, fabrika, spor tesisleri vb.) ihtiyacının karşılanması için bir aracı ve temel yatırım araçlarından birisi olması nedeniyle katma değeri yüksek bir sektör halini almıştır. Bu önemi dolayısıyla Türkiye ekonomisinin lokomotifi olarak görülen inşaatın özel bir türü ve yaygın kullanım şekli ise kat karşılığı olarak yapılan inşaat işleridir.Kat karşılığı inşaat, müteahhit açısından inşaat yapma yükümlülüğü, arsa sahibi açısından ise tapuda pay devretme yükümlülüğünü içeren ve her iki tarafa da borç yükleyen bir uygulamadır. Kat karşılığı inşaat işlemlerinin vergisel açıdan doğru değerlendirilmesi önem arz etmektedir. Türk Vergi Sisteminde konu ile ilgili özel bir yasal düzenleme bulunmamaktadır. Yukarıdaki bilgiler ışığında, bu çalışmada öncelikle vergi mevzuatı ve yargısal içtihat incelemesi ile Türk doktrini çerçevesinde bir kaynak araştırması ve analizi yapılarak müteahhit, arsa sahibi ve bilgi kullanıcılarının kanun koyucu karşısında üstlendiği görev ve sorumlulukları nasıl yerine getirmesi gerektiği hususları ile bu konularda ihtilaflı olan hususların çözümüne yönelik açıklamalara yer verilmiştir. Therefore, construction right in return for flat is a special type and widespread use of the construction business which is accepted as the most important sector of the economy of Turkey.This process is an application which is described from the perspective of the contractor the obligation to achieve the construction and from the perspective of the landowner to transfer deed shares. It is significant to evaluate the construction right in return for flat in terms of taxation. There is no specific legal regulation on the subject in the Turkish Tax System. In the light of the information above, in this study, first of all, a review of tax legislation and case law was made and a literature research and analyse was conducted in the framework of Turkish doctrine. These engines, which are also used in electric vehicles, can be given to the best response in different road conditions. For this reason, a simulation is performed using vector control technique in MATLAB / Simulink environment. By giving different reference signals, the response of the motor is analyzed with current, speed and torque curves, and the study to be done in the future is provided with light.

Bazı güç elektroniği devrelerinin kontrolünde darbe genişlik modülasyon (DGM) teknikleri büyük önemtaşımaktadır. Mikroişlemci teknolojilerinin gelişmesi darbe genişlik modülasyon tekniklerinin çeşitlilikkazanmasına yol açmıştır. En yaygın kullanılan teknikleri sinüs DGM (SDGM), uzay vektör DGM (UVDGM),üçüncü harmonik DGM (ÜHDGM) ve histerisiz DGM (HDGM) olarak sıralayabiliriz. Bu tekniklerin bir birlerineolan avantaj ve dezavantajları bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada SDGM, ÜHDGM ve HDGM teknikleriMATLAB/SIMULINK ortamında üç fazlı gerilim kaynaklı bir eviriciye uygulanmıştır. 1 kW’lık bir omik yüküzerinde oluşan akım, gerilim grafikleri ile gerilimde meydana gelen toplam harmonik bozulumların(THB)karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Simülasyon sonuçlarından, HDGM yönteminde oluşan harmonik seviyenin IEEE 519standartlarına en uygun olduğu görülmüştür. Pulse width modulation (DGM) techniques are very important in the control of some power electronic circuits.The development of microprocessor technologies has led to the diversity of pulse width modulation techniques(PWM). We can list the most commonly used techniques as sinus PWM (SPWM), space vector PWM (SVPWM),third harmonic PWM (THIPWM) and hysteresis PWM (HPWM). These techniques have advantages anddisadvantages. In this study, a three phase voltage source inverter was applied in the MATLAB / SIMULINKenvironment of SPWM, THIPWM and HPWM techniques. The current, voltage graphs on a 1 kW resistive loadand the total harmonic distortion (THD) in the voltage are compared. Simulation results show that the level ofharmonics generated by HPWM method is best suited to IEEE 519 standards.

One of the most important problems with energy consumer is effect of static load modeling in power systems. In this study, Effects on static voltage stability and active-reactive power losses of static load modeling in 5 bus power system were investigated. As static load modeling; constant impedances, constant current, and constant active power (ZIP) load model has been used. The impacts of ZIP load modelling on different parameter values were evaluated in terms of voltage-maximum loading parameters and active-reactive power losses. It was found that static voltage stability and active-reactive power losses increased while maximum loading parameter values decreased as the ZIP load modelling constant current value changed.

Inverters connected to the grid, filter is required as an interface between the inverter and the electric grid. The most effective filter for suppressing of the current harmonics occurring from the switching frequency injected into the grid is the LCL filter. The LCL filter must be designed appropriately to achieve high quality grid currents. LCL parameters are calculated for synchronized operation of the converter and grid. Rüzgâr türbininden maksimum güç çekme işlemi enerjinin verimli ve optimum kullanımı açısından önemli bir konudur. Bu çalışmada şebekeye bağlı rüzgâr türbininde en yüksek değerde güç elde edebilmek için maksimum güç nokta takibi (MGNT) arama algoritması geliştirilmiştir. Algoritma olarak rüzgâr türbininde kanat uç hız oranı yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca alan yönlendirmeli vektör kontrol tekniği kullanılarak hem şebeke tarafı hem de generatör tarafı kontrol edilmiştir. Dursun, Mustafa/0000-0001-9952-9358 WOS: 000416216800005 In this study, simulation studies of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on model reference adaptive control method were performed using Matlab / Simulink package program. Instead of the PI controller traditionally used in the Model Reference Adaptive System (MRAS), system performance is examined using fuzzy logic and hierarchical fuzzy logic controllers (HFC). It is clearly seen in the simulation studies that the hierarchical controller is superior to the fuzzy logic controller by giving better dynamic response and less steady state error.

The correct modeling of the generators is very important for safe and economic operation of the power systems. In this study, transient stability of different turbine governor types in 14 buses power systems was analyzed. Power System Analysis Toolbox (PSAT) was carried out in this simulation study. System response of turbine governor 1 and turbine governor 2 in transient conditions occurred in line outage in 14 buses power system. In this simulation study, generator angular speed variations, generator angle variations and different bus voltage variation of 14 buses power system were achieved.According to the results obtained from 14 buses power system, turbine governor 2 types were found to yield more effective results against transient conditions.

Enhancing the Maximum Loading Parameter (MLP) value in power system is very significant in terms of voltage stability. In this study, the relation between voltage and MLP in IEEE 14 buses system. Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM), a device of Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS), is used for enhancing the MLP. Newton Raphson algorithm has been enhanced according to the admittance and jacobian matrix. In the analysis of continuous power flow, the comparisons of the cases without STATCOM, with STATCOM and multiple STATCOM have been done depending on the active and reactive power equations. This comparison has been done in the buses that have the lowest voltage profile in the continuous power flow. According to the results of this study it has been showed that the multiple use of STATCOM is very effective in terms of voltage stability in power systems.

Enerji tüketicileri arasında ortaya çıkan en büyük problemlerden biri lineer olmayan yük modellerinin statik gerilim kararlılığı üzerindeki etkisidir. Yapılan bu çalışmada 11 baralı güç sisteminde lineer olmayan yük modelinin statik gerilim kararlılığında oluşturmuş olduğu etkiler üzerinde durulmuştur. Lineer olmayan yük modeli olarak güç sisteminde Sabit empedans-akım-empedans ve sabit aktif güç (ZIP) yük modeli kullanılmıştır. ZIP yük modelinin farklı parametre değerindeki etkileri gerilimmaksimum yüklenme parametresi açısından yorumlanmıştır. Dahası farklı parametre değerlerinde 11 baralı güç sisteminin gerilim profilleri ayrıca incelenmiştir. Özellikle ZIP yük modelinin sabit akım değerlerinin değişmesi ile statik gerilim kararlılığının daha etkili olduğu ve maksimum yüklenme parametre değerinin azaldığı görülmüştür.

Model irdeleme, sonlu durum sistemlerinin doğrulanmasında, sistem modeli ve biçimselözellikler kullanılarak belli bir durumda belli bir özelliğin geçerli olup olmadığının sistematik biçimde irdelenmesini sağlayan otomatik teknikleri içerir. Modelirdelemenin başlıca sınırlaması sonsuz durumlu sistemlerin modellenmesinde ortayaçıkmaktadır. Thislimitation is the main obstacle for model checking of real time systems, due to theneed for verifying real time constraints and the necessity of considering infinite datadomains. Timed automata models are used to successfully cater for temporal behaviorin modeling real time constraints. Abstracting infinite data sets with finite representationsis mandatory for feasibility of model checking. In this study, we present anabstraction method for data which is collectively produced by a set of concurrent,asynchronous and periodic tasks in a real time system. The proposed method mapsthe infinite data domain to a finite one by taking temporal dependencies into account,and models the data with a finite state automaton. Yüksek performanslı bir alan etkili kontrol yapabilmek için genellikle rotary veya resolver gibi algılayıcı yapıları ile ölçülen rotor konum bilgisinin doğruluğubüyük önem arz etmektedir. Fakat bu algılayıcıların kullanımı, mekanik dayanıklılık ve sistem güvenirliliğini düşürdüğü gibi, maliyet, boyut ve ağırlığı artırarak, karmaşık bir kablo düzeneğine neden olur. Bu tez çalışmasında araştırmanın hedefi, SMSM'un algılayıcısız rotor konum/hız kontrol performansını, algılayıcı tabanlı kontrol sistemi ile karşılaştırmak ve geliştirmektir. Bu çalışmada, algılayıcısız bir kontrol yöntemi geliştirilmiştir. Literatürde, sabit mıknatıslı senkron motorların algılayıcısız konum ve hız kontrolüne yönelik birçok yöntem mevcuttur. Ancak bu yöntemler,senkron motorun tipine ve çalıştırılacağı hızlara göre değişmektedir. Bu yöntemlerin büyük bir çoğunluğunda, motorun matematiksel modeli kullanılmaktadır. Algılayıcısızkonum ve hız kontrolünde kullanılan motorun matematiksel modelinin doğruluğu çok önemlidir. Bu tez çalışmasında,algılayıcısız SMSM kontrol sisteminin performansını geliştirmek için, orta ve yüksek hız bölgelerinde çalışan, model referans adaptif sistem (MRAS) tabanlı bir konum ve hız tahmin edici önerilmiştir. Önerilen yöntem, yüzey mıknatıslı SMSM'lar (YSMSM) için etkili olmuştur. Makine rotor asimetrisine ve parametre değişimine çok az bağımlı olan yeni bir hiyerarşik bulanık mantık adaptasyon mekanizması, geleneksel PI mekanizmanın yerine kullanılarak, MRAS rotor pozisyon tahmin yöntemi geliştirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmaların benzetimi, Matlab/Simulik programında gerçekleştirilmiş, daha sonra bir deneysel düzenek ile gerçek zamanda uygulanmıştır. Önerilen algılayıcısız kontrol yöntemi, SMSM kontrol sisteminde konum algılayıcısı kullanımından kaynaklanan problemleri çözmek için etkili bir araç sunmuştur. Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) are used widely in industrial applications, thanks to their advantages such as high efficiency, high power density and wide constant power region. The accuracy of the measured rotor position information by the sensor structures, such as rotary or resolver sensor, is great importanceto make a high-performance field-effect control. However, the use of the sensorsreduce mechanical stability and reliability of the system and increase size, cost and also weight and lead to a complex wiring arrangement. Aim of this thesis is to improve the sensorless rotor speed/position control performance of PMSM by comparing the sensor based control systems. In this study, a sensorless control method is developed. In the literature there are lots of method at the sensorless position and speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor. However, these methods vary according to the operation speed and in accordance with various type of synchronous motor. The majority of these methods use the mathematical model of the motor. The accuracy of the mathematical model of motor, used in position and speed sensorless control, is very important. In this thesis,a model reference adaptive system (MRAS) based position and speed estimator is proposed to improve the performance of the sensorless PMSM control system in the medium and high speed conditions. The proposed method has been effective for the surface mountedpermanent magnet synchronous motor. A novel hierarchical fuzzy adaptation mechanism, which is less dependant on machine rotor asymmetry and the parameter changes than MRAS rotor position estimation method,is developed instead of the conventional PI mechanism. Simulation studies of the proposed method were carried out in Matlab/Simulik program, then it is implemented in real time with an experimental setup. It is shown that the proposed sensorless control method is very effectiveto solvethe problems that arise for using position sensor in PMSMcontrol system. The method provides an alternative solution for sensor-based control systems by reducing the cost, size, weight and hardware complexity.

In this study, the determination of the electrical equivalent circuit parameters induction motors (IM) was carried out via Biogeography-Based Optimization (BBO). As an objective function in the algorithm, the equations of full-load torque, startup torque and breakdown torque of induction motors were used. The determination of the equivalent circuit parameters was performed with three different induction motors. Determination of the equivalent circuit parameters was performed for the induction motors which are 1.1kW and 0.37kW. The obtained results from the proposed approach are compared to obtained results from the Genetic Algorithm (GA)., Bu çalışmada, Asenkron Motorların (ASM) elektriksel eşdeğer devre parametrelerinin belirlenmesi Biyocoğrafya Tabanlı Optimizasyon (BiogeographyBased Optimization) (BBO) ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. BBO yöntemiyle asenkron motor elektriksel eşdeğer devre parametrelerinin hızlı ve en düşük hatayla belirlenmesini amaçlanmıştır. BBO, genetik algoritmalar gibi popülasyon tabanlı bir algoritma olup, aynı anda birçok noktadan araştırma yapabilmektedir. Algoritmalarda amaç fonksiyonu olarak, asenkron motorların nominal momenti, kalkınma momenti ve devrilme momenti denklemleri kullanılmıştır. Eşdeğer devre parametrelerinin belirlenmesi 1.1kW ve 0.37kW gücünde iki asenkron motor üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar Genetik Algoritmanın (GA) sonuçları ile karşılaştırılmıştır.

This article presents a hybrid controller which consists of a parallel connected fuzzy logic (FL) and PI speed controller for the sensorless speed control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) using Model Reference Adaptive System (MRAS). The aim of the study to prevent speed overshot in startup time of the motor and provides a better dynamic response in transient states. In addition, this study, in order to eliminate distortions caused by sensors that MRAS sensorless control method, due to its simplicity and good stability has been preferred for the estimation of speed. A detailed simulation comparison between the novel and traditional designs is carried out closed loop sensorless methods of operation when a vector control drive is working under load and no load separately for the PI, FL and hybrid control.

Normalde yol haritaları coğrafi bilgi sistemlerinde (GIS) bulunmaktadır ancak bu bilgiler otomatik olarak üretilmemektedir. Genelde bu bilgi sistemleri insan yardımıyla oluşturulmuşlardır. Yol çıkarım algoritmaları, uydu veya hava görüntülerinde yolları minimum insan etkileşimiyle tespit etmeye çalışmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasının amacı yol çıkarmayla ilgili daha önceden tanımlanmış bir algoritmayı incelemek, bu algoritmaya alternatifler ve muhtemel iyileştirmeler sunmaktır. Road extraction from satellite or aerial images is a popular issue in remote sensing. Extracted road maps or networks can be used in various applications. Normally, maps for roads are available in geographic information systems (GIS), however these informations are not being produced automatically. Generally they are formed with the aid of human. Road extraction algorithms are trying to detect the roads from satellite or aerial images with the minimum interaction of human. Aim of this thesis is to analyze a previously defined algorithm about road extraction and to present alternatives and possible improvements to this algorithm. The baseline algorithm and proposed alternative algorithm and steps are based on mean-shift segmentation procedure. Proposed alternative methods are generally based on structural features of the image. Firstly, fundamental definitions of applied algorithms and methods are explained, mathematical definitions and visual examples are given for better understanding. Then, the chosen baseline algorithm and its alternatives are explained in detail. Doğrusal olmayan bir yapıya sahip olan mermer kesim süresi testere devir sayısına, vagon ilerleme hızına ve zamana karşılık kesim miktarına bağlı olarak değişmektedir. Bu değişkenlere bağlı olarak daha önce laboratuar ortamında yapılmış olan deneylerden elde edilen verilerin matematiksel olarak modellenmesi oldukça zordur. Bu çalışmada, mermer kesme işleminin bitiş süresine yönelik yapay sinir ağ (YSA) tabanlı bir modelleme işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Eğitim esnasında deney verilerinin %90’ı verilmiş olup %10’u test amaçlı kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, gerçekleştirilen modellemenin uygulanabilir olduğu görülmüştür., The marble cutting time which has a nonlinear structure changes depending on speed of circular saw rotation, forward speed and amount of cutting against time. Depending on this variables before mathematical modeling of the data optained from experiments made in laboratory environment are very difficult. In this study, intended to the completion time of marble cutting operation, based artificial neural network (ANN) modeling process were performed. 90% of the experimental data was given during training and 10% were used for testing purposes. According to the results obtained, performed the modelling was seen as applicable.

This study on the elimination of harmonics which form in three-phase asynchronous motors driven by inverters uses genetic algorithms (GA), one of the optimization methods, to suppress the undesired harmonics. By the use of Matlab/Simulink program, the study aims to identify the optimum switching angles in the optimum number. Optimum switching angles are the angles which make the first harmonic amplitude the biggest and the harmonic largest first-harmonic amplitudes which is to eliminated the smallest. The model has been developed by using sinusoidal pals width modulation (SPWM) technique in simulink environment. No technical help of this model using the (standard condition) the harmonic values, the values of the harmonic occured by using SPWM and the results obtained with GA is presented in tables and graphs and analyzed the differences between them. As a result, greatly reduced of harmonics clearly shown also with the help of graphs in the study made with GA. ©2011 Academic Journals.

Ayrıca kullanılan inverterparametrelerinin degisiminin elektrik enerji tüketimine ve spesifik enerji üzerindeki etkisiarastırılmıstır. Kesme deneyleri için bilgisayar tabanlı dairesel testereli blok kesmemakinesi kullanılmıstır. Deneylerde Usak yesil mermeri adında bir mermer türü içinilerleme hızı ve inverter parametrelerinin enerji tüketimine etkisi incelenmistir.Deneylerin ilk asaması invertersiz olarak 0,5-0,6-0,7 m/dk. ilerleme hızlarında sabit 2866d/dk. testere dönüs hızında gerçeklestirilmistir. Daha sonraki asamalar inverter kullanılarakenerji tasarrufu modunda açık döngü V/f olarak ayarlanmıs ve 0,5-0,6-0,7 m/dk. ilerlemehızlarında ve 2389?2627?2866 d/dk testere dönüs hızlarında yapılarak tüketilen aktif güçve spesifik enerji incelenmistir. In experiments areinvestigated effect of inverter parameters to electric energy consumption and saw rotationspeed for a kind of marble called Usak green marble.In first stage of experiments, realized in 2866 m/min. stable of saw rotation speeds in 0,5-0,6-0,7 m/min. rotation speeds as without inverter. Afterwards processes are investigatedactive enrgy and specific energy consumpted as set a open loop V/f in energy saving modewith inverter and made in 0,5-0,6-0,7 m/min. rotation speeds and in 2389?2627?2866 sawrotation speeds. The most important point about the mentionedmachining method is to verity the production with the desired quality and appropriatestandards by obtaining lowest costs.The relationship between cutting tool and work piece should be viewed withaspect of metal cutting operation parameters. It is essential to specify the effects ofthese parameters on the surface of the work piece and wear of the cutting tool duringthe metal removing for the stiuation of quality and cost of the production.In this thesis, the effects of cutting parameters on roughness of the surface andtool?s wear in dry cutting condition with down milling technique are researched withexperiments and statistically. During this search, massive carbide end-mill cutterscovered with TiA1N having two different geometries with 3 micron width andthermal resistant alloys Inconel 718 and Titanium are used. According to the resultsof the experiments; the statistical analysis of the measured surface roughness andtool wear outputs are performed. The conclusions about the surface roughness andtool wear are explained in the view of the material properties, cutting parameters andthe cutting tool geometries which are used in the thesis study. By the results of theexperiments in which both the material and the cutting tool used; small surfaceroughness is obtained by the low level of cutting parameters, cutting speed, feed rateand cutting depth. In the performed experiments by the studying of tool wear resultshas been observed that; the most tool wear happens whit the tools have without araidus. 198

Yarıiletken elemanların anahtarlanmaları ile dönüşümü gerçekleştirilen enerji temiz bir enerji olmayacağından çeşitli filtreleme yöntemleri kullanılarak temiz bir enerji haline getirilmeye çalışılmalıdır.Eviriciler girişte verilen Doğru Akım (DA) kaynak enerjisini çıkışta Alternatif Akım (AA) kaynak enerjisine dönüştürmektedir. Benzetim çalışması yapıldıktan sonra tasarımı gerçekleştirilen deney düzeneğimizde, SDGM tekniği Delfino TMS320F28335 DSP ile üretilerek yapılmıştır.Üç fazlı evirici düzeneğinin çıkışında üretilen sinüsoidal akım ve gerilim sinyalleri temiz bir AA forma sahip olmadığından dolayı gerilim düşümleri, verimsiz motor çalışmaları gibi sorunlara sebep olmaktadır. Bu sorunları ortadan kaldırmak ve AA kaynak enerjsinin kalitesi ile verimini artırmak amacıyla aktif ve pasif filtre gibi filtreler kullanılmaktadır. Evirici çıkışında oluşacak harmoniklerin bastırılması ve sınırlamaların aşılmasını engellemek amacıyla eviricilerin çıkışında L, LC, LCL, LLCL gibi pasif filtre düzenekleri kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın temelinde yer alan filtreleme yöntemlerinden olan LCL filtreleme yöntemi, üç fazlı evirici topolojisi için hedeflenmiştir. Böylece eviricinin sebep olduğu harmonikler azaltılarak, IEEE 519 standartında belirlenen harmonik bozulma değerlerinin altında üç fazlı akım ve gerilim üretilecektir. The demand for renewable energy sources such as solar panels and wind turbines is increasing as energy use increases. Energy obtained from renewable energy sources needs convert and regulate to more proper form. By the use of semiconductor elements, harmonic-containing electrical quantities are obtained by using various filtering methods to obtain clean AC signals. The inverters convert the supplied DC source energy into the AC source energy at the output. Inverter systems are divided into two groups as current source and voltage source. In our study, voltage sourced inverter is preferred because it is widely used. Different pulse width modulation methods such as sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) are available for the switching operations of the semiconductor elements used. After the simulation study was completed, it was produced and implemented by Delfino TMS320F28335 DSP using SPWM technique. As the output current and voltage signals of the three-phase inverter do not have a clean AC structure, they cause problems such as voltage drops, inefficient motor operation. To eliminate these problems, filters such as active and passive filters are used to improve the quality and efficiency of the AA source energy. Passive filter devices such as L, LC, LCL, LLCL are used at the output of the inverters to suppress the harmonics that will occur at the inverter output and to stay between the specified limits. In this study, LCL filtration method which is one of the filtering methods is aimed for three phase inverter topology. Thus, the harmonics caused by the inverters will be reduced and the three-phase current and voltage will be produced below the harmonic distortion values specified in the IEEE 519 standard.

Literatürde, kaotik mühendislik çalışmalarının en önemli yapılarından biri de kaos sinyal üretecidir. Kaotik işaret üretecinin çalışma frekansı ve diğer özellikleri kaotik mühendislik uygulamalarında oldukça önemlidir. Literatürde farklı dinamik özelliklere sahip 2-boyutlu, 3- boyutlu, 4- boyutlu ve 5- boyutlu gibi pek çok kaotik sistem önerilmektedir. Kullanılan veya tasarlanan platforma göre tercih edilecek kaotik sistem çeşitlilik göstermektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında, gerçek zamanlı kaos uygulamaları için kaotik Van der Pol sistemi FPGA yongasında çalışmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Sunulan çalışmada, kaotik Van der Pol sistemi, Matlab üzerinde Euler algoritması ODE (Adi Diferansiyel Denklem) çözücüsü kullanılarak sayısal olarak modellenmiştir. Matlab üzerinde tasarlanan kaotik Van der Pol osilatörünün sayısal yapısı gerçek zamanlı FPGA yongası üzerindeki kaotik Van der Pol osilatör ünitesi tasarımı için referans olarak alınmıştır. Kaotik Van der Pol sistemi, 32 bit IEEE-754-1985 kayan nokta sayı standardı ve 32-bit (16I-16Q) IQ-Math sabit noktalı sayı standardı kullanılarak Çok Yüksek Hızlı Entegre Devreler Donanım Tanımlama Dili (VHDL) ile kodlanmıştır. Tasarlanan kaotik Van der Pol sistemi, Xilinx ISE Project Navigator programında sentezlenmiş ve Xilinx VIRTEX-6 yonga ailesi, XC6VLX75T cihazı, FF784 paketi üzerinde gerçeklenmiştir. FPGA tabanlı kaotik Van der Pol osilatör ünitesinin 32-bit IQ-Math sayı standardına göre çalışma frekansı 498,728 MHz ve 32-bit IEEE 754-1985 sayı standardına göre Van der Pol osilatör ünitesinin Place ve Route işlemlerinden elde edilen maksimum çalışma frekansı 483,074 MHz'dir. Dolayısıyla Euler algoritması kullanılarak FPGA üzerinde tasarımı yapılan 32 bit IQ-Math sabit noktalı sayı standardı tabanlı Van Der Pol osilatörü ünitesi, 32 bit IEEE-754-1985 kayan nokta sayı standardı tabanlı Van Der Pol osilatör ünitesine göre daha yüksek çalışma frekansı ve daha düşük kaynak kullanımı sağlamıştır. Çalışmada ek olarak, FPGA tabanlı Van der Pol osilatörünün IEEE 754-1985 sayı standardına ve 32-bit IQ-Math sayı standardına göre tasarımlarından elde edilen yonga istatistikleri de sunulmuştur. In recent years, chaos or chaotic engineering applications have shown widespread applicability in many areas of engineering. In the literature, one of the most important structures of chaotic engineering studies is the chaos signal generator. The operating frequency and other characteristics of the chaotic signal generator are very important in chaotic engineering applications. Many chaotic systems have been proposed in the literature such as 2-dimensional, 3-dimensional, 4-dimensional and 5-dimensional with different dynamic properties. The chaotic system to be preferred according to the platform used or designed varies. In this thesis, the chaotic Van der Pol system is designed to work on FPGA chip for real time chaos applications. In the present study, the chaotic Van der Pol system is modeled numerically using Euler algorithm ODE (Ordinary Differential Equation) solver on Matlab. The numerical structure of the chaotic Van der Pol oscillator designed on Matlab is taken as reference for the design of the chaotic Van der Pol oscillator unit on the real-time FPGA chip. The Chaotic Van der Pol system is encoded in the Multi-Speed Integrated Circuits Hardware Definition Language (VHDL) using the 32-bit IEEE-754-1985 floating-point number standard and the 32-bit (16I-16Q) IQ-Math fixed-point number standard. The designed chaotic Van der Pol system was synthesized in Xilinx ISE Project Navigator program and implemented on Xilinx VIRTEX-6 chip family, XC6VLX75T device, FF784 package. The operating frequency of the FPGA-based chaotic Van der Pol oscillator unit according to the 32-bit IQ-Math number standard is 498,728 MHz and the maximum operating frequency of the Van der Pol oscillator unit according to the 32-bit IEEE 754-1985 number standard is 483,074 MHz. Therefore, the Van Der Pol oscillator unit based on 32-bit IQ-Math fixed point number standard based on the 32-bit IEEE-754-1985 floating point number standard-based Van Der Pol oscillator unit designed on FPGA using the Euler algorithm has a higher operating frequency and lower source use. In addition, chip statistics obtained from the designs of FPGA based Van der Pol oscillator according to IEEE 754-1985 number standard and 32-bit IQ-Math number standard are presented.

YÖK Tez No: 480605 Bu çalışmada maksimum güç izleme (MGİ) yöntemi, maksimum düzeyde enerji elde etmek amacıyla değişken hızlı rüzgâr türbini enerji sistemine vektör kontrol tekniği de kullanılarak uygulanmıştır. Sistem bir rüzgâr türbini ile önce değişken bir rüzgâr hız referansı ve devamında 9 m/s nominal rüzgâr hızı altında analiz edilmiş, sistemden elde edilen elektrik enerjisi şebekeye aktarılmıştır. Rüzgâr türbininin değişken genlik ve frekanstaki akım-gerilim değerlerinin, şebekenin sabit genlik ve frekanstaki akım-gerilim değerlerine uyumunu sağlamak için generator ve şebeke arasında bir DA bara kullanılmıştır. Şebeke tarafı ve generatör tarafı kontrolü sağlamak amacıyla üç fazlı gerilim kaynaklı eviriciler kullanılmıştır. Generator olarak değişken hızlı rüzgâr türbinlerinde yüksek verimlilik sağlaması nedeniyle sürekli mıknatıslı senkron generator (SMSG) tercih edilmiştir. Generator tarafı eviricide MGİ algoritması olarak kanat uç hız oranı (KHO) yöntemi kullanılmış ve bu yöntem ile rüzgârın anlık olarak izlenmesi sağlanmıştır. Şebeke tarafı eviricisinde rüzgâr türbini tarafından yakalanan enerjinin etkili bir şekilde şebekeye aktarılması için alan yönlendirmeli kontrol olarak da adlandırılan vektör kontrol yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Kullanılan MGİ yöntemi ile değişken rüzgâr hızlarında sistemin maksimum gücü takip etmesi sağlanmıştır. Böylece hem MGİ yöntemi hem de vektör kontrolü ile rüzgâr gücünden maksimum verim elde edilmiştir. Sistemin MATLAB/Simulink programında bir benzetimi hazırlanmış, sistem bu benzetim üzerinde oluşturulmuş ve denenmiştir. Sistem çalışması bu benzetim programından alınan grafiksel sonuçlar ile izlenmiş ve doğrulanmıştır. Bu tez ile son yıllarda değişken hızlı rüzgâr türbinleri ile yapılan çalışmalara pozitif yönde bir katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. In this study, the maximum power tracking (MPT) method was applied to the variable speed wind turbine energy system using the vector control method technique in order to obtain maximum energy. The system was analyzed with a wind turbine first under a variable wind speed reference and then at a nominal wind speed of 9 m/s and electrical energy obtained from the system were transferred to the network. In order to ensure that the wind turbine's variable amplitude and freewheeling current-voltage values match the network's constant amplitude and freewheeling current-voltage values, a busbar is used between the generator and the mains. In order to provide control of the grid side and the generator side, three phase voltage sources inverters are used. As a generator, permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) is preferred because of its high efficiency in variable speed wind turbines. As a generator algorithm, the tip speed ratio (TSR) method is used as the MPT algorithm and this method provides instantaneous monitoring of the wind. The vector control method, which is also referred to as field-directed control, is preferred in order to effectively transmit the energy captured by the wind turbine in the grid side inverter to the grid. The maximum power of the system was monitored at variable wind speeds by used the MPT method. Thus, maximum efficiency was obtained from wind power by both MPT method and vector control. The system has been simulated in the MATLAB / Simulink program and the system has been created and tested on this simulation. System operation was monitored and verified with graphical results from this simulation program. It is aimed to provide a contribution to the positive work done with variable speed wind turbines in recent years.
